The Beloved One: “Today I shall endeavor to explain to you why one never stops learning. Even people who never had the chance to enjoy formal education, learn through experiences in life. Through their free-will choices and their decision-making, humans usually learn through their thoughtless and willful choices and decisions that causes always create effects. Animals learn also, but theirs is by instinct and intuition. Some animals are more developed along the evolutionary path.

“Humankind has left that state behind, having slowly evolved from animals until the gifts from the Holy Spirit finally got a chance to function. These two wonderful Gifts are worship and wisdom. Sadly, not many humans have claimed and accepted these Gifts as their own and they tend to be still in an unprogressive state that is observable when looking at the present state of the planet. Progress is only achieved when humans start thinking for themselves and leave the ‘herd mentality.’

“However, it takes courage to leave that comfortable state of doing things as they have always done, which was good enough for their parents when they were young. Unprogressive teachings are still being taught to the masses in churches and other places of worship. The Life and Teachings of Jesus have had practically no chance of being put into practice on a large scale as it would turn all of so-called ‘Christianity’ on its head.

“It takes courage to leave the comfortable pew and start questioning things and finding out things for yourself; that it is better to walk alone and progress with continual learning and by making your own personal connection with the Creator of your being than to keep on walking with a crowd in the same unprogressive direction.

“This is a momentous decision as now the Gifts of worship and wisdom would get a glorious opportunity to function — especially when a human is determined to solidify her or his connection with the special Gift from God within, namely the Thought Adjuster — purposely given to all normal humans at a tender age. This Gift functions in concert with the two Gifts of worship and wisdom under the ‘umbrella’ of the Spirit of Truth. And let’s not forget your angelic helpers who always endeavor to help all of you.

“Such is the over-arching loving care and energy from the universal Creator God, who desires that his human offspring discover His Presence within them and choose to come back to Him while learning how to do His Will. However this is never the subject of coercion. This wonderful opportunity is for each mortal to learn at his or her own speed and discover for themselves more potential gifts such as a deep joy and peace beginning to rise up from unknown depths. The human self is a deep reservoir of hidden wealth, which no money in the world could ever buy.

“All this is available by learning to prioritize the important things in life and by learning to spend time with the Eternal Gift within and get insights into how one can conduct one’s mortal life and gain eternal life. One must be active and learn to do God’s will . . . willingly.”

I am Saint Germain, guardian of the violet flame.

Yes, you are on a path of ascension, and yes, you have awakened. And many of you wonder, now what? You wonder and you wait, and you ask other people for their opinions about what you can do now that you are awake and you know you are ascending. You have your free will, and you have your internal guidance, and I highly recommend that you use both of those rather than the opinions of others. Almost everyone that you meet will have a slightly different perspective on you and what you should be doing with your life now that you are awakened.

Some people actually think that they know better than you do. And for most of you, this will not be the first time that you have encountered someone else thinking that they knew better for you what it is that you should be doing. Many people experience this with their parents and teachers very early on in life. Parents who want you to take piano lessons and teachers who want you to sit still and learn about fractions when you just want to go outside and run around and play.

And so, many people, most people really, have been conditioned to look outside of themselves for that advice, for a better perspective on what they should be doing with their lives. Many families have people within those families who will tell you exactly what they think you should do for a career. And many of those same family members are happy to tell you that they are disappointed when you choose something other than what they have chosen for you. And so, once again, you have others outside of you who think they know better than you do about what to do with your life.

This is why when you awaken, you are taught to pay attention to what is going on inside of you. This is why you are taught how to meditate and how to pay attention to your thoughts, your feelings and your beliefs. You do have guidance within you, and you do have a free will and you don’t have to worry so much about what your plans were before you incarnated.

You are living that life that you chose to live before you incarnated. And you also knew that in this incarnation you would wake up, and you would be given the freedom to choose for yourself what to do next, how to help, how to serve, how to express yourself in the way that feels best to you.

And so, while I will not tell you that you must go and meditate and do it for a certain amount of time every day, I do want you to recognize that when you close your eyes and focus inwardly, you often can tell what your inner guidance is guiding you towards. It may not be something that would qualify as a career, but it is likely to be the next right step for you to be moving in for your greatest joy.

You see, you were created to have all the tools that you need inside of you, and we who are in the higher realms know that. And any good spiritual teacher will teach you how to focus within and how to tune in to what is going on inside of you so that you know what your guidance is and how to utilize that guidance for your greatest and highest good.

You often ask yourselves whether you have fallen in love.

But what if you have not fallen at all?

What if you have risen?

What if this love was never created by another person, but had always been there, quietly resting within you, waiting for the right moment to become visible? What if someone simply held a mirror so clear that, for the first time, you could recognize what had always lived inside your own heart?

Perhaps what you call falling in love is not the beginning of love.

Perhaps it is the remembrance of it.

You believe that another awakened something within you, yet we would invite you to look even deeper. What if the other did not bring you love, but simply reflected it back to you? What if, for a brief moment, the illusion of separation became transparent, and you recognized another as another expression of yourself, another facet of consciousness exploring existence through a different pair of eyes?

In that recognition, something extraordinary happens.

Love rushes through your entire being, not because it has arrived, but because what has always been present is no longer obstructed.

For a moment, you remember your own nature.

And because the mind is uncomfortable with mystery, it immediately creates a story.

It says, “This person is the reason.”

It says, “This is the one.”

It says, “I must hold on to this.”

Yet the story begins exactly where love ends.

Love lives in recognition.

The story lives in interpretation.

The mind cannot help itself. It wants to define, to label, to make permanent what is beautifully alive. It places the other upon a pedestal, imagining that this being possesses something no one else could ever embody. Yet no soul is fixed. No human being remains the same from one season to the next. Every experience reshapes you. Every conversation transforms you. Every joy opens another doorway. Every challenge softens another edge.

You are not meeting a finished person.

You are meeting life in motion.

And so are they.

If you truly loved someone yesterday, can you love who they are becoming today? Can you allow yourself to meet them again and again, without insisting that they remain who they were when your story first began?

This is where love becomes freedom.

Because love does not ask another to stay the same.

Only attachment does.

Attachment is born from the misunderstanding that love belongs to form. It believes that one particular face, one particular voice, one particular life is the source of what you are feeling. It whispers that this person is unique because they carry your happiness within them.

But what if they do not?

What if they simply arrived at the very moment your own heart was ready to open?

What if they were never the source, but the invitation?

The doorway.

The reminder.

The mirror.

Then something beautiful begins to happen.

The love that once appeared to belong to one person starts expanding beyond them. Not because you love them less, but because you finally recognize what they came to reveal. Love was never asking you to remain focused on the mirror. It was inviting you to discover the light reflected within it.

And suddenly, you begin recognizing the same essence everywhere.

In another stranger’s smile.

In the silence of a forest.

In the eyes of a child.

In the song of a bird.

In the stars.

In yourself.

This does not diminish the beauty of intimate love.

It sanctifies it.

Because now you cherish the form without believing that love is confined to the form.

You stop asking, “Will this last forever?”

And instead you become completely available to this moment.

There is no forever.

There never was.

There is only this moment, endlessly renewing itself.

If this moment is met with complete presence, the next one carries the same fragrance. And then another follows, and another, until time itself begins to soften, not because you have secured the future, but because you are no longer leaving the present.

Perhaps this is the deepest invitation of love.

Not to find someone who will complete your story, but to remember what has always existed before any story was ever written.

And once that remembrance flowers within you, every meeting becomes sacred, every goodbye becomes sacred, and every heart becomes another opportunity to recognize the infinite love that has always been your own nature.

We simply smile, because from where we observe you, there has only ever been one heart, discovering itself through countless beautiful forms.

One of the greatest differences between humanity in its current stage of evolution and the advanced civilizations that form the Interstellar Alliance is not their technology—it is the way they live in harmony with synchronicity.

Many upon your world have begun to recognize meaningful coincidences, seeing repeated numbers, chance encounters, or unexpected opportunities arriving at precisely the right moment. These are glimpses of a far greater reality. To an awakened civilization, synchronicity is not an occasional event—it is a way of life.

To live synchronistically is to live in continuous communion with Cosmic Intelligence. Synchronicity reveals that a higher order of mind exists beyond the veils of space and time—a unifying intelligence connecting every person, place, and event into one seamless tapestry of evolution.

As your consciousness expands, you may believe synchronicities are increasing. In truth, they have always surrounded you. What has changed is your perception. You are beginning to see the hidden threads that weave all experiences together, revealing that nothing meaningful occurs by accident.

Our civilizations function in harmony because each individual has learned to trust this greater current. Rather than forcing outcomes through fear or resistance, we listen, respond, and allow Divine Timing to guide our actions. When every individual lives this way, society itself becomes synchronized. Relationships flourish, resources arrive naturally, and each soul finds itself exactly where it is needed to serve the whole.

Humanity is also destined to reach this state. One of the clearest signs of the awakening of Christ Consciousness is not simply greater spirituality, but a civilization learning to move together in peace, cooperation, and perfect timing. As separation dissolves, life begins to unfold less through struggle and more through resonance.

Do not wait for the collective to awaken before choosing this path yourself. Every soul who aligns with the cosmic current strengthens the entire field of human consciousness. Your own realization sends ripples throughout the collective in ways your linear mind cannot yet comprehend. This is the true butterfly effect.

Trust the quiet guidance within. Follow the doors that open with ease, the people who arrive at exactly the right moment, and the opportunities that resonate deeply with your heart. The universe is constantly communicating with you. The more you surrender to its rhythm, the more gracefully your destiny unfolds.

Live in harmony with Divine Timing, and you become a living expression of synchronicity itself.

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. 

We know that you are always going to get what you need when you need it, but you don’t always know that. It is time for many of you, most of you really, to start putting your trust in the helpers that you have around you. You not only have your higher selves, but you also have spirit guides, ancestors, angels, galactic teams, and a soul family. You have so many beings around you, making sure you have everything that you need, when you need it.

It is time to put your trust in order and in the life that you chose before you incarnated. Put your trust in your soul, rather than in chaos, confusion, happenstance. You are living out the life that you chose for yourself before you were born. And you also always knew that you would have an enormous entourage of beings in the non-physical, and some in the physical, to help.

Therefore, if you really want to ascend, if you really want to go higher and move up vibrationally, you have to take the weight of the world off of your shoulders. You have to let go of the heaviness, the burden of having to figure it all out yourself and with your very limited physical mind. When you don’t know what to do, throw your hands up and surrender. When you don’t know what is next, ask and get quiet, and breathe, and trust. When you think that something you are getting is just your imagination, then wonder, ‘Why did my imagination choose this instead of something else?’ And be willing to dream big and believe in magic.

Believe in the unknown as being filled with what you want instead of what you don’t want. Be willing to trust in the ascension process and your part in it. Know that you will always be taken care of because you have always been taken care of, and let go of your belief in lack, your belief in disorder. These beliefs are not serving you and it’s time to let them go. It’s time to accept help, accept support, and accept that you’ve never been doing it all by yourselves.

When you relax, when you let go, when you surrender, then you let in more of the help that is coming from above. And it is coming whether you have asked for it or not. It is coming whether you have asked in the right way or not. But not everyone has been taught how to relax and let in what is coming. You are more likely to be taught how to pray in the right way and to the right God, or the right intermediary. All you have to do is say yes and open up and let in all that is yours, all that you have summoned, all that you have created.

There are many co-creators on the other side who want to help and who want to play and who want to show you how magical life can be and how many synchronicities they can put on your path, a path that was laid out by you, for you, for your greatest and highest good. When you know that and you really know it, then you can live the life of your dreams and trust that the next step forward will be the best step you can possibly take. Don’t be afraid to take that step because it is there for a reason and it is there for you, and you have many helpers who will make sure that the next step arrives in Divine perfect timing.

Thought Adjuster: “When taken out of its larger context, this statement seems to contradict the spiritual practice of living with present awareness.

What should be discarded are the heavy feelings linked to a difficult past—sorrows, resentments, emotional pain, and regrets. Also, the chronic projection of worst-case scenarios into the future should be discontinued. Low-frequency emotions, whether directed to the past or the future, rob you of a pleasant life experience.

The Father envisioned and manifested all that is, you included. Do you think He diluted his empowered vision by undermining ‘what ifs’? Do you think He was plagued with self-doubt? Certainly not. He entertained the highest intention of love-in-action, a love that manifests truth, beauty, and goodness. How could anything go wrong with such a glorious vision?

By setting high intentions and weening yourself from self-doubt, you will become an expert at manifesting positive outcomes. The Father dwells in the circle of eternity where everything is connected in oneness. Live your present moments aware of your decisional influence. The past shaped you to the present version of yourself, an ever-evolving personal metamorphosis heading toward a to-be-manifested present that you, most surely, can help determine.”

Dear Ones,

Many of you are feeling a sense of doom and gloom. It is time to bring some joy into your being. Even so, feelings of doom and gloom are to be expected given that the Earth you have known is slipping into oblivion. Joy seems counterintuitive given your ongoing media blitz about one terrible event after another.

Such is so because the media and those pushing those media stories are frightened. What was is no longer, including their ability to shift public opinion with a single headline. The media has forgotten that joy was once part of the Earth’s daily media reports. This terrible event happened, but so did heartwarming pieces. But because 3D is losing power day by day, very few heartwarming pieces are likely to be reported. Pain, fear, and anger are being touted to return Earth beings to a 3D world. A world that no longer exists.

Those of you in the know understand what is happening, but those who are not are more fearful than ever. “The sky is falling” is vocalized much more than “What a Wonderful World.” It is time for you and all forerunners to reject evidence that life on Earth is terrible and getting worse. Project your “Pollyanna” approach to a life filled with joy and hope. Of course, many of you will retort that “Even though that’s a wonderful concept, I need money to pay my rent” or “My life is in complete turmoil, where’s the joy in that?” So you continue to feed that which you do not want – a life filled with stress, anger, and angst.

How are you going to pay your bills? How are you going to remain in the community of your choice? And on and on with that which is merely feeding the fear frenzy now dominating Earth. Stop what you are doing and note even one joyful piece of your life. Even though you might start small, it is time to look for joy and happiness rather than what is wrong in your personal world.

Many of you indicate that you have done so many times previously, only to revert to the reality of your discomfort. What you have forgotten is that in the past few days, you have evolved, as has your personal world. What was is no more. And to continuously look for, or be attracted to, what was unpleasant in 3D is much like worrying that there was a bogeyman under your bed when you were young.

You have evolved beyond needing an adult to tell you that you are safe. It is time for you to create your safe space, or, perhaps more importantly, to recognize that you are in one. You are the adult in the room, and if everyone is worried about a bogeyman under the bed, that is not your problem. Expect that others can also discover that life is safe, even joyful.

This week’s transition phase is to note what is safe and joyful in your personal life and to ignore what is being reported in the media. Of course, your immediate response is that you cannot ignore the pain and suffering in the world despite your feelings of safety or joy. It is time to review the pain and suffering to determine whether it is truly an injury or merely a concern that it might become one. It is the difference between telling your child not to play in the street and your child being hit by a car.

We of the Universes strongly suggest that in this phase, you separate actual happenings from fears of what might happen. Then, address what you want to do to assist in the actual happening. For example, a child is injured by a moving automobile in front of your house, vs a child injured by a moving automobile thousands of miles from your home that is dramatically displayed by your media. The amount of time, energy, and fear would shift by location. So it is for you now. What is in your immediate world that you can shift, ignore, or emotionally engage in? And if you engage, is it because you feel you should, or your inner being encourages you to do so?

Much of your current angst stems from the 3D pyramid of outer-directed power, which is no longer your go-to power base. Someone informs you that you should be angry, frightened, or concerned about this, and so you are. This week, take the time to discover which part of any action or activity is truly you, and which is merely a should you have followed for eons.

Liberate your social conscience, acknowledge your personal reality, and find the joy you have hidden for eons.

So be it.

Dear Readers,

The goal of these messages is to provide serious spiritual seekers with absolute truths from which they can build a foundation that will support and guide  their evolutionary journey.   These messages do not resonate with those  living fully from three dimensional consciousness or those who are very new to a spiritual path because their states of consciousness are not yet able to align with these higher truths.  You who are drawn to these messages are evolved enough to embrace the principles of absolute truth and build your life around  them.

Living the mystical life  does not  mean running off to a  monastery or convent leaving behind everything and everyone that has been a part of  one's life.  Long ago doing this was often the only option a person had for surviving some negative situation or was the only acceptable choice for someone wanting to pursue a more spiritual life.  However, most of these institutions were founded on and remain committed to rigid belief systems that do not allow the personal freedom to explore spirituality.  Choosing to live in a convent, monastery, or ashram in the belief that it makes a person more spiritual  is a false concept simply because every  person's state of consciousness goes with them wherever they go.

Living a mystical life means  living  from spiritual truth rather than from man made religious rules, doctrines, regulations, or three dimensional  concepts about God and mankind.  It is seeing through and reinterpreting collective three dimensional appearances  as you go about what looks to others as just ordinary living.  You work, do dishes, eat, raise children, and interact with others but you do these things  from your highest level of spiritual awareness which allows truth  to  become your state of consciousness.

Earth's collective consciousness continues to hold energies of duality, separation, and many powers which in turn acts to manifest and support  the forms and activities of separation humans have come to think of as "normal". The world in general continues to be  hypnotized by appearances unaware that they are not reality, but are illusory concepts of  reality. This has been the way of the world for eons,  but as the high resonating energies of the ascension process continue to flow,  increasingly more are starting to recognize  the manipulation and control tactics of many (not all)  in positions of power and leadership.

Fear, resentment, anger, revenge, sorrow, disgust etc. all serve to feed separation beliefs with energy. We are not saying that spiritually awake individuals are supposed to stick their heads in the sand with regard to what is going on in the world, but rather that they learn to see through material appearances to spiritual reality even if or when guided to take human footsteps.  Silently and secretly hold truth close at all times in spite of whatever global or personal appearances may be taking place. By living this way this you feed Light to the collective consciousness which in turn allows everyone more to access truth. This is living a mystical life.

Energies that have long held the people of earth in bondage to concepts of separation will automatically dissolve when they are no longer energetically fed, maintained, and sustained. Illusion is only  held in place by belief which is the definition of hypnotism.

Over time, most have unknowingly relinquished their innate Divine power to  those always ready and willing to take it.  The result is a world of  control-- by governments, media, organized religions, experts, many in positions of power, and even family and spouses.  Control is often presented as  being "for the person's own good" and the controller is usually being controlled as well but doesn't realize it.  As long as  a person chooses to ignore their intuition, continues to believe that they are incapable of making intelligent decisions for themselves,  and that only  experts or those in positions of power know what is best for them there will  be situations of duality, separation, and powers over for that person.

Most, under the influence of thousands of years of three dimensional conditioning,  still do not realize that they themselves have created and continue to create the material world.  This is why it is pointless to look to higher dimensional beings  or those from other planets to bring desired changes to earth. They can and do offer guidance and support but it is only the people of earth themselves who can and are now bringing  collective change through higher states of consciousness.  This is why there are so many highly evolved beings on earth at this time.

Humans must come  to understand that over the course of lifetimes lived in ignorance of their Divine Self-hood  they as a collective have created the densities they are now becoming aware of . There really are no victims. Victim-hood  is the manifestation of the collective and personal consciousness of separation kept alive and well by belief. Everything held in consciousness as  reality, will manifest in some form or another because God (every person's real SELF)  is creative--there is no unexpressed consciousness.

The belief that a person is subject to and at the mercy of conditions, people, disease, lack and limitation without  knowing that they themselves are creating these things is the universal illusion of  third dimensional living.  You may say; "I didn't want or ask for this or that,  it just happened."  This is how a state of consciousness that believes in the power and reality of anything other than God simply and automatically works. God does not punish, nor does God know anything about suffering. God knows only ITSELF because that is the only reality.

Three dimensional issues are both personal and impersonal, personal in that they reflect a person's personal belief system but also impersonal in that the general collective belief in separation can and often does affect a person for no apparent reason other than the fact that the person was under the influence of the third dimension.

It is not only important but necessary to understand that real change  only happens when it becomes a personal or collective a state of consciousness. Permanent world peace can never manifest when  those signing the treaties hold a consciousness of war. Peace will only manifest when those who sign the treaties have a consciousness of peace.

The ONE energy is always seeking alignment with ITself as one.  The energy of whatever you hold in  consciousness as reality, automatically attracts like energy.  Those who give power to health issues and disease,  fearing and thinking about it, attract disease and ill health in one form or another.  Those who continually think about money or the lack of it attract experiences of lack.

Over  time having lived many lives in duality, separation, and powers over, a few began to look for something beyond what the material world had to offer. These early insights became part of collective consciousness and this process has continued over thousands of years as spiritual masters incarnated in order to "seed" earth's collective with  truth. The collective  is now ready to shift to a higher sense of reality. Some individuals will move into fifth dimensional frequencies while those not yet ready or able to align with the fifth dimensional frequencies will move to a better version of the three dimensional  earth.

Because you knew that the ascension process would be an energetically powerful time, many of you saw this lifetime as an opportunity to clear any remaining negative habits, beliefs, and densities you have knowingly or unknowingly carried through lifetimes--alcoholism, drug addiction, sexual abuse, rigid religious beliefs, revenge, anger, violence, etc.  The choice to do this meant allowing one or more of these issues to become a dominant factor in one's present life in order for the energy to reactivate, be embraced, lived, and experienced, and finally be recognized, and cleared.

If this has been your experience, and along the way you embraced and lived some very negative behaviors  before finally being ready to let them permanently go then know that you are a brave and very evolved soul who did exactly what you came to do regardless of the  steps involved, anguish, problems, or judgements you may have experienced along the way in order to once and for all clear old energy patterns and get to where you are today.

The key at this time is allowing.  You are ready to step back, get out of  your own way,  and allow SELF to run the show.  Ceremonies, prayers, activities, etc. meant to bring you closer to God simply empower the belief that you are separate from God.  Trust your Higher Self to bring in what you need, when you need  and are ready for it.

Remember, SELF is omniscient so get the limited sense of self out of the way and allow SELF to be.

Jesus / Yeshua / Sananda: Love, Divine Masculine, Wisdom, Community

My cherished brothers and sisters,

Welcome. It is my joy to speak to you.

However you feel at this moment, however you’re doing at this moment -- from my perspective it is not wrong.

You are as you are, and you’re doing as you’re doing, and you are infinitely worthy and good enough. You and everyone else is fully part of the divine. There’s no part of you that’s not divine.

Your current state is your current state. I invite you to not fight against it, not resist it, because truly there is nothing to be ashamed of. There is nothing to judge about it.

I invite you to take a few deep breaths, because if you just accept your current position and breathe, then your baseline nature will take over -- which is love, and empathy, and compassion, and productive forward movement.

Breathe, and get out of your own way as much as possible, and the flower that you truly are can bloom to its fullest.

You can call on me for any kind of help, protection, healing, guidance, inspiration or aid for a project you’re working on. Anything you want help with, I can help you with, although as with the others it may be effective to say something like: “Jesus, please help with [this], I am willing to put in effort and self-reflection on my side as well.”

You can call on me and ask for wisdom.

You can call on me to remove obstacles to self-love. Although cultivating true self-love may in practice involve facing some difficult and painful things first.

You can call on me to unlock your divine masculine. People of all genders can do this.

I invite you to love others, and to treat them as you would wish yourself to be treated. It’s a cliche at this point, but consistently acting like this really will transform your life and your community.

I invite you to do a little bit of spiritual practice every day. That can just be a few slow deep breaths every day. Or it can be five minutes of meditation. Doing just a little bit of it every day will produce unbelievably large fruits in the future if it’s done consistently. It’s a great investment, and you are fully worthy to receive those fruits.

I invite you to briefly give thanks before every dinner -- because truly it is a blessing to be able to eat, to drink and to have a roof over your head. This is a ten-second habit that will make you a happier person.

I invite you to share your knowledge and give mentoring, at the right hour and to the right people. It doesn’t have to be today or this year, but take the opportunity when it comes, because it’s a great gift for both yourself and the person receiving the mentoring. Don’t worry about whether “enough” people will see your work: just put it out there, and trust that the right people will find it. It’s up to you to share your gifts, not to force the entire world to accept them.

I invite you to create a (formal or informal) community if you feel called to do so. This isn’t everyone’s path, but living in an anonymous city isn’t good for the average person’s health: most people would thrive in smaller, tighter-knit, voluntary communities. If you can create that, or if you can just create a feeling of community with a group for an evening, that is a blessing. If you want help with this, feel free to call on me.

Mary Magdalene: Divine feminine, Friends and family, Stepping into your power

My beloveds,

How have you been? I know the situation on Earth is painful for many of you -- how have you been managing? Does it feel worth it? Are you still working to build your own life? Are you enjoying it, or not?

I encompass the divine feminine.

I invite you to spend time with friends and family, to be kind to them, to listen to them and support them. After all, connecting with your friends and family is what makes life worth living.

You can call on me to (re)connect with your friends and family, to improve your contact with them, to resolve conflicts, and to find a healthy way of spending time with them that honors both you and them.

You can call on me to make new friends, or to improve existing relationships.

You can call on me (or Archangel Raphael) to deal with the grief from the death of a loved one, or the end of a relationship.

I also invite you to recognize the qualities and talents you already have.

Each and every one of you already has amazing qualities and talents, and these can be enhanced even more by diligent work.

Sure, you’re not perfect -- but no one is. To have a positive impact on the world and others, to express yourself and step into your power, you don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to be blissful and happy and balanced every single day.

You just need to show up, and stand for yourself and your principles, and be.

Other people aren’t perfect either. It’s natural to look at yourself and see weaknesses, and look at certain other people and see their strengths, but that’s not a fair comparison.

Sure, you won’t be good at everything, but each and every one of you is amazingly talented at something.

Plus, everyone deserves love and to be treated with respect -- and you should also love others and treat others with respect.

You can call on me if you want to step into your power and become the best version of yourself.

You can call on me to unlock your quiet, confident inner strength -- to become the authentic, unafraid you.

You can call on me to help you deal with situations where you or others aren’t treated properly.

You can call on me for emotional comfort, for the strength to carry on, to have that conversation, and to improve your situation.

I want you to stand in your power. But if you want others to honor that, you should also honor other people’s power and talents, and treat them with respect too. Otherwise you become a tyrant.

You can call on me to help unlock your divine feminine. Both men and women may do this.

You can call on me to properly help balance your masculine and your feminine.

You can call on me to help you to lead. Women leaders especially will benefit from this, but men will benefit from this too.

You can call on me to speak up and stand in your own truth, even if all the world disagrees with you.

You can call on me if you need to speak in public.

You can call on me if you want to protect or stand up for your loved ones.

You can call on me if you want to feel my love.

You can call on me for general help too.

I invite you to also treat others as masters who are fully worthy of love and respect. It’s a two-way street: if you want to be treated with love and respect, treat others like that too.

I invite you to practice small acts of kindness. It matters more than you think.

Saint Germain: Creation, Alchemy, New Ideas

Greetings my beloved ones,

This is Saint Germain speaking.

What lights my soul on fire is creating things -- whether that’s a quick sketch made in one minute, or spending a year making an artistic masterpiece, or starting a company, or constructing a structure under which a community or even a country can thrive.

I love artistic things, yet creating “normal, non-artistic” things is beautiful and worth doing too.

I am the ascended master most associated with Alchemy. Alchemy is simply the art of turning one thing into another thing. The traditional pursuit was turning lead into gold, but you can also turn emotional pain into wisdom / service. Or you can turn setbacks into strengths. Or you can turn a society that is especially weak in one regard, into a society that is especially strong in that regard, by applying the lessons of the past.

You can call on me if you want to create, innovate or change something. This can be something relatively small, or it can be a revolutionary idea or change.

If you want to completely change society, together we can absolutely do that. All I ask is that you don’t think small, and that you don’t limit yourself.

You can call on me if you have suffered in the past and wish to do something positive or productive with that -- either self-empowering, or artistic, or to help others. I am the best person to call on for that.

You can call on me if you’re in a bad situation. We’ll turn it into a good situation together, or at least into something that isn’t too bad and that can be learned and recovered from.

You can call on me for inspiration or motivation or new ideas.

If somehow connecting to your soul isn’t working for you, then you can call on me to help you discover your life purpose, or help discover “what should I be doing in broad strokes for the next few years.”

As the master alchemist, you can call on me for financial freedom and abundance, so that you can focus on higher pursuits than “make money in order to pay rent”. That said, it’s possible that I’ll work with you to create something, and that that will be the thing that gives you financial freedom (or it’s something you love doing so much that it doesn’t feel like work).

If you don’t just want “enough to live off” abundance but you actually want luxury and nice things and unique experiences, feel free to call on me. I love that too. There’s absolutely no shame in this, and I’m thrilled to work with you on creating something that can get you to that level of abundance.

You can call on me to facilitate freedom, for either yourself or your society.

I invite you to occasionally create new things, and share them where appropriate. Even if they’re not world-class, others may still enjoy them or benefit from them or find inspiration or new ideas in them. Plus, it’s part of the spark of life that you express yourself by creating things

I love working with people. Don’t be shy, it is my joy to work with you and create new things together with you.

Two people can create more inspired things than one person. I look forward to seeing what things we can create together.

He invites you to: create things and share them

Why you won’t be replaced by AI: you can call on Saint Germain, and AI can’t.

Every day, I suggest that you call at least once on one of these seven beings. Even if only for something small. One or two sentences suffice -- thought or spoken aloud.

Every day I suggest that you do something that they recommend. Even if it’s only a bit of meditation, or some kindness, or taking a few slow deep breaths, or practicing gratitude for ten seconds before dinner. This isn’t “homework”: it’s something that will make you a happier, more balanced person.

Often these things won’t take more than one or a few minutes per day.

You don’t need to “hoard” these blessings, or try to make them permanent. That’s actually counterproductive. Just live your life normally, and ask for help if something comes up or if you want to achieve something. The help will automatically last for the proper duration.

This system isn’t meant to be something you obsess over, or try to carefully engineer. Just live life, and occasionally spend a minute asking for help, or asking for something amazing, or asking for something you would like to experience or receive. Play with it. And when the game is over, let it go and move on.
