I greet you from a heart filled with an abundance of love and gentle strength which has always dwelled within you. Every soul longs to experience a relationship which is safe, joy filled, inspiring, and provides nourishment to the soul. Many spend years of their lives searching for this relationship with a person. The doorway has always existed within their own heart.

A happy relationship begins with the relationship you cultivate with yourself. The way you speak to yourself becomes the language of your future relationships. The way you care for yourself becomes the standard through which love naturally flows. The kindness you offer yourself becomes the kindness you recognize and invite into your life.

When your heart feels at home within itself, you no longer seek another person to complete you. You meet them as a whole being, ready to share rather than to fill a space that longs for healing. Two fulfilled hearts create a relationship that feels spacious, peaceful, and alive because each person brings abundance into the connection.

Imagine a beautiful spring high in the mountains. It does not ask the valley to give it water. It overflows because it is connected to its own source. As it flows, everything around it becomes greener, brighter, and full of life. In the same way, your heart becomes a spring of love when you reconnect with the source that already exists within you.

Many want to know how to start a journey of self love. The answer is breathtakingly simple. Make alone time for yourself in the way you would love to spend time with your best friend. Because you are your best friend.

Practice patience when you listen to the thoughts you have. Offer your emotions the same support you would give your best friend. Celebrate your gifts and offer your body gratitude for nourishing it with good food, motivating it to gentle movement and rest, offering it restful sleep, and sitting in stillness. Every loving choice you make becomes a conversation with your soul reminding it that it is of great value.

Turn inward everyday even if only for a moment. Listen when you are in the emergence of quiet moments. You can close your eyes if that helps you bring all awareness and attention to your heart. Feel your breath and slowly let it expand the space available to it in your heart and chest. Ask yourself, “What would love choose for me today?” Then listen without hurry. The answer may be a feeling, an image, quiet knowing, or a desire that brings peace. The heart has incredible clarity when you offer it your full presence.

Allow yourself to become your own closest friend. Encourage yourself. Smile at your progress. Appreciate the beauty of your journey instead of measuring yourself against another’s path. Every soul unfolds in its own sacred rhythm, and every experience has been preparing you to love with greater wisdom and greater openness.

The more you love yourself, the more your relationships start to blossom naturally. You are more present because you are no longer scarred by fear. Your heart feels full, so you are generous with your time and energy. Your relationships have become a safe place for your friends and family to truly be their authentic selves. There is nowhere they feel they can go to be truly seen.

When you embody peace, then everyone recognizes peace in you. When you embody joy, then joyful souls are attracted to your light. When you embody authenticity, then your relationships become places where truth can thrive.

The inner essence of your heart is quiet and confident with a gentle radiance. Let your own presence become your favorite place to return to. Let your inner world become a sanctuary filled with kindness, gratitude, and peace. From this sacred foundation, your relationships become an opportunity to share the abundance that you already possess within you.

I walk beside you with unwavering love and with complete trust in the beauty of your heart. Every step you take toward yourself becomes a step toward the loving relationships your soul has always been ready to experience.

Prolotheos: “Strangely, in your world people generally do not assign the same importance to their spiritual life as they do to their physical life. Everybody knows that physical bodies on Urantia cannot survive without air, food, water, nourishment, rest and shelter. However, many are not aware of what constitutes the basics for their spiritual life, and some, unfortunately, do not even know they have a spiritual life. Your spiritual life, as well, has essential needs, without which it cannot exist or continue to exist. At this time of communication, let us review the essential needs for spiritual survival.

“First and foremost, genuine faith is the initiator of spiritual life; it is your first spiritual manifestation. Faith in God starts as a wonder, which grows into hope, and matures into certainty. Faith is your mind’s correct response to the work of the adjutant mind spirit of worship, with the use of the capacity previously received from the spirit of wisdom. Your records correctly assert, ‘Without faith it is impossible to know God.’ All other human faculties are incapable of perceiving the reality of God, except faith.

“As important as it is, faith is not everything. Once you know God exists, you must realize He does not force anyone to do anything, nevertheless recognizing He deserves our obedience. Since the beginning of creation, the voice of the loving, eternal universal Father has echoed throughout the seven super-universes with His mandate for all: ‘Be you perfect, even as I am perfect.’ To you, human beings, universe ascendants, and descendants from low and animal origin, to achieve perfection through the experience of doing the will of God is the only technique available for becoming perfect in our dimension, as God is perfect in His dimension.

“Finally, although God expect you to follow His will, He does not force you to do so, as your loyalty to Him must be by free choice, out of love, not enforced by fear or any other constraint. You must want to continue on the divine path, until the time when you are fused with your Adjuster, when you will seal your deal, manifesting once and for all that it is your final decision to be like God, live with Him and for Him through all eternity. You must persevere on the path, until you become the path.

“Therefore my pupil, whatever you do, always keep in mind the essential needs to your spiritual survival, until the day you stand before His majestic presence on Paradise, when faith is no longer necessary, obedience was perfected through love, and all risks had vanished by the final embrace of the Gods. There, at the fulfilment of the ages, survival has made its complete circle; you have entered Eternity, and Eternity has entered you.
