I see humanity and this group wading through the muck of the world. The messengers want us to swim backwards, backwards in time. They are asking us to go back to a world where there were fewer distractions for our hearts and souls. They ask us to go back and remember times when life was simpler and purer.
They ask us to return to this location before there was a garden, where there was only this sacred red spring, this healing spring. We are still swimming. . . still swimming back in time. Whatever they want to share, they can’t share in the world we are living in.
We are being asked to go back to them. So imagine the world outside is gone, all the noise of civilization and the buzz of technology. Only feel the sun, hear the wind in the trees, and hear the birds singing.
Ok. . . now I can see them. The three Marys are here. Oh my heart, they have a lot of love and compassion for us. (And those reading this) They are coming out of the mist of time to share with us. They have deep compassion for us because they understand how complicated, contaminated, and heavy our world is now. It’s why they don’t want to come here, and we must return to their time. They want us to go to them so they can transmit a pure message to us. They want us to feel the past to remember who we are and why we have come here now.
They see our world as complicated energetically and see everything we’re exposed to daily. Back in their time, we wouldn’t have known what was happening in the world. We would know what’s going on in our village. So it was more straightforward and uncluttered. They can see we know what’s happening around the world, and they really honor us because they don’t understand how we can handle its weight as we spend a lot of our energy out in the world.
They also see that, at the same time, while carrying all this weight, we feel out of place and we really don’t belong in our own family of origin. So we don’t have the support needed to carry this weight. Sometimes in our community, we don’t feel at home. We weren’t meant to feel at home, they are saying. We were not to become attached to a world that was and is going to change. We came to be builders of bridges. They say we’re stars and we’re meant to burn, and when we burn like that, we don’t feel like we fit in.
Now, it’s how we burn that’s so important. There are countless ways we can burn our light. Right now, our contaminated world is mirroring back to us all the ways we should not burn our light. In this sense, the world is a great teacher for us. It is good to take note of this and not follow the ways of the world. We are to be a bridge to something new. With every breath we take, our hearts beat because the source of creation gives us this energy. This is a gift from Creator; every single breath and every time we wake up in the morning is a gift. How we spend this gift from is how we honor Creator. I know we all want to honor Creator, Spirit, Source, in the best ways possible. So these divine beings with us now remind us, don’t waste your energy on battles you know you cannot win. Know what you can do and what you can’t do. Do the things and burn your fire, that unquenchable light, in ways that will build a bridge out of the contamination of our current world.
It is tempting in our world. Because we know what atrocities are happening worldwide, it is tempting to want to take on the big battles because they are the obvious ones. But things will not change unless we do the deep work on the underbelly of humanity. We will change the world by doing the little things. The bridge will be built by all the million little acts of light. Many others are drawn into and lost in bigger battles they can do nothing about. They are asking you to reconsider how you spend your energy. It is always your choice, and you must always follow your heart. Our kindness and helping where we can is where you can be effective. Please don’t waste your sacred fire on someone or something unready to receive it. If you’re repeating the same unsatisfactory results, this may be a sign to move on and find a place for your energy. Use your sacred fire to make a difference, change a life, build a bridge, heal a wound. It might be as easy as a kindness to a stranger who needs it. Help where you can, and do not be weighed down by the collective all that you cannot do anything about.

When we heal all the little things that we can collectively, the foundation on which the contaminated world has built its empire will crumble, and this is already in progress.
If we heal all the little places inside us, the wounds, trauma, and abuses, this will also help change the world. There is power in the simple things. There are armies of us now healing and building. The change is coming, and the tide has turned. If we all take care of what we can help with, the bigger and obvious issues will crumble and fall into dust. This world is built upon the little points of light that we forget to value.
All the significant “threats” happening in our world now, and all those in power that create these global threats, like nuclear war, for instance, all our little fires terrify them. Because they know their castles are built upon our matrix of a little million little fires. They know they won’t have a foundation to stand on and are trying so hard to distract your focus to keep this from happening.
All the little battles, the separation, the fear, not owning and valuing our light, are the frictions that create the foundation for the big battles to stand on, and those that only value power and wealth. Their foundation is changing. There are too many fires and too many exploding stars to stop the change that’s coming now.
So if we heal little battles and heal ourselves and quit enabling the abusers with our sacred power, they will have nothing to stand on. Our inner and outer battles, which create fear and separation, feed the bigger egos and their creations, which do not come from a place of unity and love for all life. So, if you want to fight the bigger battles, first take care of your own mind, heart, and spirit.
“It’s easier said than done,”. . . I’m telling the messengers. It is very complicated here, and there is no clear path forward. They can see our dilemma. They can also see that we are at a huge precipice, and we all feel this in our hearts. It is up to us. We have no clear path to follow from this point forward except our hearts and sacred fire. Now I can see there are many, many enlightened beings in the spirit world, in our ancestral past, the ascended masters, and the star family that are rooting for us. Even though we feel like we’re doing this battle alone, we are not. They are working really hard with us to help us. . . . not saving us, but empowering us to rise to our mastery. They cannot tell us what to do or how to do it. But they can gently shift our perspectives so we can arrive at higher frequency answers. This will take us in new directions to build a foundation based on love, equality, and unity for all life, and a foundation in which the contaminated world can no longer stand up upon.
They will help us not to annihilate ourselves with the misuse of technology. Once again, we have built up a technology similar to the one used in the fall of the great age of Atlantis. Atlantis fell because they misused the technology, and instead of using it for light, peace, and unity, they used it for power, greed, and darkness. So, I need to add that they do not see a huge worldwide catastrophic event, as we have averted this possibility and released the pressure valve on those possibilities. Also, many Ascended Masters, Star family, and the Star Elders will never allow a nuclear blast to harm humanity again. We have a lot of support to help us avoid catastrophes like Atlantis, Hiroshima, and Nagasaki. Etc.
As a collective at the beginning of this age, 26,000 years ago, we decided to go through the next shift of an age in these bodies. This is why we were working so hard to keep our bodies healthy and why we struggle with our bodies so much. We’re being asked to evolve quickly biologically than ever before. We are going through a time and a life where conscious sentient life forms are entering a new age with their original biological spacesuit body with the wisdom, memory, and lessons intact.
This is a grand experiment that we decided to take on. And wow, it’s really hard sometimes. It’s just hard and heartbreaking and so heavy with so much loss and letting go. Our messengers here this morning in this sacred garden say we have more fear of surviving in our bodies than in past ages, because this experiment is so important to us to maintain our physicality. We decided to carry this body through into the new cycle, and we are teetering in the in-between, and have one foot in each age. We are lifting out the foot in the old age now. And our other foot is pretty firmly planted in the new cycle. This makes us feel unsure, as the frequencies are so new and unexperienced by our bodies’ programming. We don’t know what the program will be on this new side we are entering. Remember, we are brilliant stars bringing a sacred fire in our hearts. They say to feel safe with uncertainty and newness.
There will be a lot of assistance when we finally land in the new cycle. Every time we step into new frequencies, the first way we will recognize it is to feel that little pulse of fear, the little twinge in the solar plexus, saying you’re taking a step further into that new cycle. Our guides will help us integrate, even though the ascended masters, the Marys, and our Star families don’t know what we will find in the cycle we’re landing in. My feeling is they will arrive before us. We will be safe and secure when we land.
Here. . . . The enlightened ones began sharing a process they had given me a couple of weeks earlier, because we live in an incredibly sticky world. It is a process of clearing all the little microparticles of malevolent energy that hold us back like a shadow we can not see. The guardians we’ve been working with here for this message want to honor us for being the brave souls that we are. They acknowledge our courage that we were willing to live our whole lives, while never really fitting quite in, not buying into the program, and not losing our light and fire. They can see we have held tight to ourselves our whole lives, and acknowledge the great sacrifices it took to do this. They honor us and want you to feel this moment and bring it into your heart. They say we take for granted the very light and fire that we were born with, but also because they are not valued in our outer world. That’s about to change. And they know we know it.
Our world is brutal in a different way than their world. It’s more insidious, clever, covert, and sneaking in ways that aren’t obvious, which is why it’s becoming so hard to keep our energy clean and why they reference the clearing process above.

As they fade away, our group must move on to the next part of our day . . . . They show us that they are making our bodies a chalice, and they’re just going to keep filling up that cup so we can share it wherever we go and take it home with us to anchor in our homelands.
