I am Saint Germain, guardian of the violet flame.

You have been working on yourselves for quite a while, and I know that is true of all of you who are receiving this message, because you wouldn’t receive it without being in a high enough vibrational state to be able to take it in. You wouldn’t be attracted to higher-vibrational teachings if you hadn’t already done plenty of work on yourselves. In fact, many of you did quite a bit on yourselves to enable yourselves to awaken. And now that you are awake, of course, there are more levels for you to get to. You will always be a work in progress. You will always be expanding into more of what you are as a Source Energy Being. And sometimes, you may feel like the work will never end, and therefore, what’s the point?

If that thought works for you, then use it and give up and give in because in so doing, you will be surrendering. You can let go of your resistance to your life as it is and to yourself as you are and make a lot of progress in that moment of letting go. You don’t have to constantly be on a hamster wheel of self improvement, and you may get sick and tired of doing the work. And when you do, often you get literally sick and literally tired, and you slow down, and you take a break, and you watch your favorite movie or movies or binge on your favorite shows, and all of that is all good. You deserve to rest, to relax, to take it easy, to enjoy the life that you have created, and the being that you have become.

Now, when you give yourselves a break from doing all of the conscious work on yourselves that you know is there to do, remember that you are not slacking off, and you are not being lazy. You are simply enjoying the physical environment in which you are dwelling right now, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

Why not make ‘enjoyment of what is all around me’ part of your spiritual practice? Why not make it a goal, in fact, to enjoy your life more, rather than thinking that you are supposed to be climbing a ladder in every moment of every day? What you can always do is, with full awareness of what you are doing, give yourselves a break and cut yourself some slack, and be willing to become a couch potato for awhile. Be willing to indulge in something that you view as a guilty pleasure, and don’t worry about it.

You are going to regress. You are never going to backslide. You will always be ascending, always be evolving. You are always becoming more of who and what you really are no matter what you do and no matter how much you feel you are shooting yourselves in the foot. Oftentimes, when you are trying too hard to be super-spiritual and to make lots and lots of progress, those are the times when you are shooting yourselves in the foot, because you are focusing too much on your blockages and the glass ceiling that you feel you are under.

Remember to give your plenty of me-time, engage in plenty of self care, and don’t worry about the state of humanity, the state of the world, and the state of your own spiritual evolution for awhile. Everything is working out. It has to. It must, because in truth, you never left Source, you have never been off your path, you have never been abandoned by your spirit guides, and you have been doing all within a very safe bubble of love and light. So, don’t worry about letting your guard down either. If you don’t feel like engaging in a spiritual practice, let that be a sign to you that it’s not the right time to engage in that particular spiritual practice and that you’re not going to get much out of it even if you force yourself to do it.

Allow yourselves to listen to those little nudges that you’re getting from inside that are telling you to take a break and be human, and enjoy life on planet Earth with all the physical trappings that it has. You know who you really are. You are awake, and you can afford to take some time off from the superhuman or super-spiritual. Just be yourselves, and let that be your spiritual practice of the day.

Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very excited about the solstice that you have in June of 2026. We are very happy to be a part of the festivities for we are offering our energetic transmission to you now. And we will continue to offer our energetic transmission along with many other collectives. We are partnering with Pleiadians, Sirians, Andromedans, and many others to provide to you a transmission of energies that will reach their height in potency on the actual solstice.

These energies are about up-leveling your overall vibration. They are about giving you a chakra upgrade of all seven of your main chakras. These energies are about cleansing out of your field anything that does not serve you and they are about helping you to make a choice for what is higher vibrational in each and every moment. There are a lot of different ways in which energetic transmissions can serve all of you, and we want you to know that we are not the only ones who are offering you transmissions of energy at the time of your solstice, which is the summer solstice for some of you and the winter solstice for the rest.

Your sun is offering a transmission of energy. Your Mother Earth is offering a transmission of energy. Your higher selves will all be offering their transmissions to you individually, because it is the solstice. It is a time for opening up and letting in more. It is a time for energetic boosts of all kinds. You would be wise to set aside time on the day of the solstice to relax and to open up to receive. Anything you want to do in terms of a ritual that leads to you feeling more open and more aligned, go ahead and do that ritual. There is not a right ritual and wrong rituals for you to partake in.

Whatever series of steps that you take that put you into alignment are the right steps for you to take. You are beings who deserve help and you are beings who have asked for help. You sometimes align with the help that you have asked for and other times you do not and it goes right over your heads. When you have a date like this in your calendar, a time for you to recognize as one that is very special, it is a good idea for you to focus on receiving what is coming to you.

You can also get very clear about what you want to do with the energies and how you want to work with them to better yourselves, to better your lives, to better life on planet Earth for all. You can also focus on bettering your connections to other beings from the non-physical and from other star systems. There are many for you to connect with at this time, many to open up to and to allow in to your experience of life on planet Earth.

It is a lovely planet, and it is the perfect time for you all to be focusing on what it is that you want to do with the abundance of energies that are coming in. So give yourself that experience of co-creating with these wonderful solstice energies that are already upon you and will continue to be upon you throughout the rest of the month of June.

A Nonphysical Collective Consciousness

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. 

 

We do seek you out, and we do notice when one of you is interested in connecting to the nonphysical. We do tend to place more of our attention on those who can and are willing to receive an energetic transmission from us, and that is not us playing favorites. It’s just us being efficient. Your bodies are very efficient machines, and the universe is very efficient as well. Your ecosystem is incredibly efficient, and so it would follow that we are efficient in the nonphysical.

We do seek you out because we seek connection. We desire to be of service and we know we can be of service to those who open up to us and receive our transmissions of energy, light, and love. We go where the openings are, and we invite you to consider how often you are opening up to the higher-dimensional planes. We know that many of you speak out loud to your guides and to other higher dimensional beings and collectives, and then many of you wait for an answer or some results in the physical to show up and to prove to you that you were heard, but it is necessary for you all to take that final step of opening up to receive.

Open yourselves up, because what you will receive is exactly what you’ve been asking for. Open yourselves up because it is safe to do so, and open yourselves up because the more you do, the more that will come to you. This is a dynamic and interactive universe, and there are so many who want to interact with you. We know that many of you are waiting for the ships to land and the ETs to come out of those ships and walk right up to you, but you don’t have to wait.

And you certainly don’t have to wait for anyone else within the human collective to be ready for any type of contact experience. You can make connections right now, and you can receive more of what you’ve been asking for in any given moment. Step one is to acknowledge that you are not alone. Step two is to acknowledge that your requests have been heard. Step three is to acknowledge that your requests have been answered in the affirmative. Step four is to open up and receive.

Now why is it that most of you don’t ever get to step four? Perhaps it is a lack of faith and perhaps it is that you wanna do it all yourselves. If you do everything, then you get to take all the credit. And so part of this process is letting go of the egoic need to be the one who does it all and then gets to take all the credit.

The dimension that you are moving into, which is, of course, the 5th dimension, is all about collaboration. It’s all about coming together. It’s all about being a collective consciousness because that’s what you already are, and much of this journey is you becoming who and what you already are. We are here to help, and so are so many others in the nonphysical and in the physical dimensions. You don’t even have to ask for the help, because you have already asked and you ask subconsciously all the time.

But you do have to open up to receive what is already yours. And we are so very happy to provide it, and so are so many others who are your helpers, your guides, your ancestors, your fairies, all that you can imagine and so much more.

We are The Creators, and we love you very much.
