Becoming angry can be spiritual progress

Becoming angry can be spiritual progress

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

It is so good to be able to talk to you again.

My thanks to this channeler for giving me this opportunity once again. And thanks to you for tuning in: it gladdens my heart that many of you are still wanting to connect to us Pleiadians.

Tunia will likely get the next channeling, which may be next week, or whenever this channeler feels up to it again. The messages might also be slightly shorter so as not to not overburden this channeler.

On to today’s topic:

Today I want to make a distinction between ego-defending anger versus righteous anger.

The most common form of anger on your world is ego-defending anger. For example, someone says something true or at least fair to John, and John gets emotionally upset. And instead of introspecting or feeling his emotions or communicating, John gets angry.

Ego-defending anger is why anger has a bad reputation on your world. Because of course, John’s anger isn’t productive here. It would be better if he didn’t get angry and he would introspect or feel or communicate instead.

However, there’s also righteous anger, which is where you get upset or angry at genuine unfairness or genuine mistreatment of you or someone else. And that’s actually useful, because it can motivate you to get moving, to take action, to stand up for yourself or others, to set boundaries, to demand reasonable treatment.

Furthermore, people actually respect righteous anger when it’s genuine and justified.

Going from passivity to righteous anger can actually be a substantial spiritual improvement. After all, righteous anger is a whole lot better than just passively letting yourself get mistreated.

One can make the argument that righteous anger isn’t the highest state of being. Well, I think people overvalue “acting like a buddha” and undervalue authenticity and truth and acting spontaneously. And also, you probably can’t go from passivity straight to buddha-hood without being righteously angry for a while, expressing and feeling that and standing up for yourself or others.

That said, it’s still important to have enough self-control that even if you’re righteously angry, you’re not violent, you’re not screaming at people, the words you say remain justified, et cetera.

Not every situation is appropriate for righteous anger. Righteous anger also can’t solve everything.

Still, if you find yourself being more angry now than you were in the past, it can be a spiritual improvement.

Just make sure you’re not actually having ego-defending anger and labeling that as righteous anger. That’s an ego trap and that of course wouldn’t be helpful.

With all my love,

Your star brother,

Hakann

A. S.

How many legs does your self-value rest on?

How many legs does your self-value rest on?

Hakann via channel A. S.

Posted on May 8, 2026

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

Suppose some person’s sense of self-value only has one “leg” to stand on. Namely: their sense of self-value is propped up by only the fact that they’re an active political activist, or only the fact that they’re a great athlete, or that they’re a great parent, or that they’re spiritually advanced, et cetera.

In this case, if that one leg gets knocked out from under them, their self value falls painfully to the floor. For example:

- if someone’s self-value rests on the fact that they’re a political activist and “fighting evil” (the other political side), then they may become very unreasonable in political debates, demonizing the enemy side and refusing to acknowledge their side’s flaws. This can contribute to a country’s political polarization or culture war.

- a great athlete may become obsessive about their sport to strengthen that one leg their self-value rests on, becoming truly amazing at the sport in the process. However if that great athlete gets seriously ill, their self-value may fall to the ground unless they can find a new leg to stand on.

- if someone’s self value only rests on “I’m a great parent”, then they may be completely unwilling to listen to genuine criticisms / grievances their child may have for parenting mistakes they made.

- if the spiritual person buys into an unhelpful concept or ideology, and it gets pointed out to them, they may not want to accept that. In fact they may engage in performative spirituality or denial of reality to “strengthen their leg” (get more self-value reinforcement)

However, now suppose that someone has at least two legs to stand on. Now suddenly they can admit that they, or their side made serious mistakes -- because even if one of their legs is temporarily knocked out from under them, their self-value still doesn’t fall to the floor. It’s simply resting on the other leg for a while.

Now yes, ideally, someone’s self-value can actually levitate: it remains high no matter what happens, no matter how they’re treated, no matter what disappointments they face.

A very few people’s self-value can levitate, and for those people that’s absolutely fantastic.

However this is very rare. And most people can’t just choose to have their self-value levitate. [Channeler’s note: my self-value can’t levitate yet.]

What’s far more common is that someone thinks their self-value can levitate, but actually it can’t; and they simply refuse to acknowledge or even see flaws in the leg they actually are standing on, because they depend on that leg. This is the person who denies the very obvious reality that most other people can see. Or this is the person who buys into hyperbolic, good-sounding ideas that fall apart if you think about them critically.

So. Unless you’re one of the few whose self value can levitate, try to have at least two legs that your self value can stand on. In the context of this spiritual community, that means: it’s fine to mostly focus on spirituality if you wish, but I wouldn’t have it as the only leg your self value is standing on. In other words: develop some “non-spiritual” skill, go contribute in some “non-spiritual” way, et cetera.

Yes, this spiritual message is suggesting that you become good at something “non-spiritual” or contribute in some “non-spiritual” way too. Balance is underrated. Also, you can do “non-spiritual” things in a “spiritual” way too, and there are plenty of lessons to be learned in the “normal” outside world.

Just consuming something non-spiritual is fine, but not sufficient: if you’re only standing on your one spirituality leg, then a nice holiday is great but you may still feel threatened in your self-worth if afterwards someone disagrees with a spiritual view you have.

Also, if your two legs are “I am spiritually advanced” and “I have a spiritual business” then you still really only have one leg: spirituality. (Or if you prefer, you can think of those two legs as being tied together.) This still leaves you unstable and open to spiritual ego, to blindness to wrong beliefs you might have, to possible performative spirituality, etc.

This also means that even if someone else is blatantly and very obviously wrong, you’re not going to be able to point that out to them if that’s the only “leg” their self value is standing on. They’re arguing for their “survival”; you can’t talk them out of their “survival instinct.”

Have compassion for this.

And if someone is trying to get you to only stand on one leg -- them -- that’s a red flag. This is how cults (or controlling partners) operate: “cut off contact with your friends, they’re only holding you back; quit your job and come work for us / me.” And then the cult (controlling partner) becomes your only leg and it becomes really hard to even see flaws in that one leg, let alone leave.

Finally, legs do need to be at least somewhat strong to actually support you. If you dabble in twenty things and never really commit to anything or become really good at anything, you’ll have twenty very weak, wobbly legs. That’s not solid footing either. Most people will benefit from having 2-3 legs that are really solid, either with or without a clear primary focus on one leg. (Young adults or people in survival mode might need to focus strongly on one leg for a while.)

Yes, there are stories of the person who focused 100% on spirituality and became enlightened, but for every such person there are five hundred cases where the singularly focused spiritual seeker got lost and was unable to see that. After all, if someone is standing on just one leg, it’s really hard for them to see flaws in that leg. It’s still fine to focus mostly on spirituality, if you wish: I just suggest a bit of balance.

I hope this was helpful.

With all my love,

Your star brother,

Hakann

Fear leads to a desire for control

Fear leads to a desire for control

Hakann via channel A. S.

Posted on April 25, 2026

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

On your world, many people are scared -- for very understandable reasons.

Now, reality is nuanced, there are a lot of factors, people are different and people have free will.

Still, in people who aren’t embodying the knowledge that they’re really a reincarnating soul, fear often leads to a desire for control.

Even somewhat subtle fears, such as fear of death or “fear of being forgotten after death” or “fear that I will keep being unhappy”, can lead to a desire for control.

A dramatic expression of this desire for control is someone who is a dictator, or a dark controller (our word for the cabal / black hats).

A somewhat dramatic expression of this desire for control is the overly controlling, sometimes abusive parent or partner or boss. Or it’s the power-seeking politician. Or it’s the person who enforces censorship over other people, or who character assassinates someone.

A subtle expression of this desire for control is the average person who labels a statement as “a conspiracy theory, therefore definitely false” even if they haven’t researched it and don’t have genuine intuition about it. They’re trying to control reality and other people’s beliefs and perceptions by just claiming that something is definitely false, with no valid reason. Why? Because the world is less scary if others believe as they do.

Similarly there’s a spiritual person claiming “this doesn’t resonate with me, therefore it’s false” or “this resonates with me, therefore it’s true” if that “resonance” is based on emotions or biases, and not genuine intuition. (Of course, “this resonates with me, there I believe it’s true” isn’t control-seeking and is fine.)

Or other expressions where a spiritual person claims that something is a fact (or is factually false) based on their spiritual knowing, if that spiritual knowing is actually just what they emotionally want to be true.

That said, if the “resonance” is genuine intuition, then it’s not control-seeking; then it’s just fact and valid public service to share that.

So yes, it’s a thin line. And yes, often people seeking control think they’re doing a good thing, e.g. they think they’re doing a public service by sharing their genuine intuition. When they’re really just subconsciously trying to control other people’s perception by sharing their emotions and presenting that as “proof by genuine intuition.”

There are many other forms of seeking control, such as:

- “I emotionally want this to be true, and look this source says it’s true, therefore it’s objectively true. That other, equally-reliable source that says it’s false? I’m not going to mention it, or I’ll slander that source.” This controls other people’s beliefs and perceptions.

- performative spirituality: putting on a show to control someone’s perception of your level of spiritual development.

- strawmanning someone’s position (publicly saying that someone else’s position is X, and it’s wrong because of Y, when their position isn’t X at all)

- or “my group is especially oppressed” if that isn’t true. It’s a fear-based attempt to control other people into treating you better, not through merit or any solid argument, but through guilt.

- “you are harming this group / this ideal, therefore you must change” if the person isn’t actually harming them, or if that person is simply speaking the unflattering truth.

- or “you’re making me feel horrible, therefore you must change.”

- or a stance of: “if something bad happens to another person, that’s soul choice / karma / a good opportunity to learn / they’re meant to experience that. But if something bad happens to me, then that’s an injustice that shouldn’t have happened.” (Trying to control other people’s perceptions in a way that’s unfairly biased towards you.)

- or “if others are struggling, they shouldn’t complain and should instead work on themselves and move forward. But if I’m struggling, I want you to listen to how tough I have it.”

- or “that person is doing really well, therefore you should get your act together (but I wouldn’t accept that argument if it was applied to me).”

- or “I have it just as tough as that other group” if that other group clearly has it tougher.

- or “look, you’re clearly biased here (and I’m not going to mention that I’m equally biased, I’m going to pretend that I’m the objective one).”

- or “you’re pushing an agenda, I’m simply interested in the truth (when really I’m pushing my agenda just as hard)”

- or “the reason for my belief is obviously that it’s the truth and that I’m well-informed / intuitive / moral. The reason that you disagree is obviously a character defect or bias or lack of knowledge / intuition / morality on your end.”

- or “if it seems logical to me or resonates with me, that’s objective proof. If it seems illogical to you or doesn’t resonate with you, that’s not objective proof, you’re probably just being biased and you need to provide actual evidence.”

- or excessively focusing on acquiring wealth, status, rational knowledge, etc, which gives an illusion of “being in control.”

Unfortunately, a whole lot of people, including “normal” people who aren’t power-hungry politicians, engage in control-seeking behaviors.

Now let’s look at some non-control seeking expressions:

- “I don’t know”

- or “I don’t know, here’s a solid argument in favor and here’s a solid argument against”

- or “I resonate with this, therefore I think it’s this”

- or “I’ve done a whole lot of research, I’m pretty sure it’s this”

- or “this resonates with me, it’s true” when that’s indeed genuine intuition, and the speaker is advanced enough to know the difference between “it resonates because I emotionally like it” vs “it resonates because my intuition genuinely confirms it.”

- or “I’m in pain”

- or “this hurts me”

- or “I’m afraid”

- or “I feel...” (without weaponizing it or turning it into an implication that others should change)

- or “I was wrong”

- or “I’m sorry”

- or empowering / supporting others

- or “others have it worse than myself”

- or “yes I am biased / privileged”

- or “you are better at this than I am”

- or speaking the truth without a control seeking agenda behind it

- or genuinely listening to someone else, without an agenda

Note that people tend to really like and become less stressed when other people make non-control seeking statements such as this. Whereas people tend to become uncomfortable when others seek control. In that way, fear propagates.

There was a time when this channeler gave connection workshops, where he had exercises that encouraged strangers to genuinely listen and be vulnerable towards each other, in a safe way, after some initial exercises. Multiple relationships came out of that. Once people met for the first time during that workshop, and very shortly after the workshop ended they started kissing each other. A genuinely non-control seeking attitude is quite rare, and other people love it.

So. Almost certainly there have been times in your life where you were scared and desired control, at least to some extent.

I’m not saying that you necessarily desired to become a dictator. However, if you shared your opinion and the other person rejected it, yet you still want them to believe or behave differently, that’s a desire for control (so long as we’re not talking about “I want that person to stop assaulting me / others.” Directly harming another is not okay.)

Some people will argue “I don’t want control, I just want that person to improve their life / act in a way that’s better for society.” If that person has already rejected your suggestion, then that is a desire for control. It’s not actually for the highest good to want to override someone else’s free will for the “greater good.”

It’s fine to undertake initiatives yourself to improve society, but if you can’t emotionally handle for example the other political side acting in a way that you think is bad, then that’s an issue for you to work through. And sure, if you wish, you can vote or become a politician yourself or have political debates.

If you think you can’t have a good life unless others change, well, to an extent that may be true, but you also may be underestimating your ability to create a good life if you consistently put in self-improvement or self-healing work. Plus you might be excessively attached to your current incarnation, which is understandable, but ultimately you’re a reincarnating soul.

Your name doesn’t refer to the real you.

Notice the sneakiness of the desire for control: it often comes in through the back door and typically pretends that you simply want to change things for the greater good, or that you just want to speak truth, or that you’re simply being rational, or that you just want to help out your group (but you’re doing so at the expense of other groups who need help just as much).

A desire for control is especially hard to resist if a significant group of other people genuinely wants you to have control, because you’re pushing something they like or agree with or think will help them.

A whole lot of people succumb to the temptation to seize control if enough people want them to.

Leaders nearly always become controlling once they’re in power, even if they started out with good intentions. It’s really hard to resist the ego logic of: “that group of people wants me to be in control to make things right, therefore I need to be in control for the greater good, and hence I need to maintain and protect and increase my control, because after all I’m one of the few good ones. If I do bad things for power, that’s a regrettable necessity to keep a good person, i.e. me, in charge.”

In turn, leaders very rarely make decisions that reduce their control, even if those decisions would be obviously good for the people. Because after all, a group of people loves them, therefore they’re a great leader, therefore they need to be in control and be powerful in order to do good things, therefore they can’t truly empower the people -- many of whom are bad, after all.

A person’s rational mind is always there to provide good-sounding rationalizations for the desire for control.

This is a trap the gray hats are in: they started out with good intentions. Then seeking control genuinely seemed like the good thing to do, to steer the world in the right direction. And now they don’t really want to liberate Earth and empower the people, because that would reduce their control. Because they’re good and the people are bad, right? So how could they, the good ones, give up control and empower the people, i.e. the bad ones?

I get that this makes the gray hats sound like black hats, but the gray hats aren’t trying to kill most of the population and enslave the rest. That is a significant difference.

Conversely, remember Cincinnatus, the Roman aristocrat who was granted absolute power in Rome to deal with an emergency? He dealt with the problem, and then sixteen days later he willingly stepped down and returned to his farm.

Similarly, Washington could have become a quasi-king, but he refused.

The reason Cincinnatus’s and Washington’s stories are so powerful, and that we’re still talking about these long-dead people, is that they’re examples of people who willingly gave up control. And that’s rare, as illustrated by how legendary and resonant these stories are.

In most other situations, people have to be pressured out of their positions of control by mechanisms such as their term coming to an end. If clinging on to control means that pretty much everyone would see them as a dictator, then keeping control is much less tempting. Control only becomes really tempting if a sizable group of people cheers you on for doing so.

The gray hats -- and bureaucrats, and black hats -- don’t have a term of office. They have no natural point in time that nudges them out of their positions of control.

Even Cincinnatus and Washingtons, paragons of giving up their control, still really like their control.

Cincinnatus was an aristocrat, living in a society where the law in practice heavily favored aristocrats. He opposed reforms that would have limited arbitrary aristocratic legal power, thus protecting his unfair privilege. So the archetypal figure of giving up control for the greater good... still protected the unfair control of his own social class.

Similarly, despite “all men are created equal”, Washington failed to do as much as he could have for women and for slaves.

People really, REALLY like their control -- especially if a sizable group of people cheers on their control.

And in a less dramatic way, this is a trap for modern spiritual people as well. If they grab control by just making a claim without sufficient research or intuition to back that up, and it’s a claim that appeals to a sizable group of people who’ll cheer them on, then that’s a very egoically tempting claim to make. Of course, the rational mind is always there to rationalize that we’re just spreading the truth.

Which is why you see a lot of people say “this is true” or “that is false” as if those are objective facts, often dressed up in spiritual language -- even though those people don’t have the knowledge or intuition to really know those things for certain.

How do we address the desire for control?

Doing your spiritual work eventually lets you stop identifying with your current incarnation, which takes the sting out of fear.

“Whatever arises, observe that.” That lets you develop genuine self-insight in the medium term.

If you find the part of you that wants control, observe it.

Offer help once and share your opinion once, and then let others make their choices. Even if people are clearly making mistakes, let them make their mistakes -- don’t try to control them.

In situations where you haven’t done research or have genuine intuition, you can have an opinion but don’t cling too tightly on to it, and don’t present it as fact.

Do internal work, heal and get your own life in order. If you feel good about yourself and you’re doing well, you might not desire control.

I hope this was helpful.

With all my love,

Your star brother,

Hakann

To become high-vibration, don't focus on being high-vibration

To become high-vibration, don't focus on being high-vibration

Hakann via channel A. S.

Posted on April 17, 2026

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

We’re going to do last week’s message again, but now for being high-vibration instead of happy. The same logic applies.

Many spiritual people take the following approach:

- First make sure you have a functional life, where your needs are met and all major problems are taken care of.

- Then focus on being high-vibration.

The problem with this is that if the average person focuses on being “high-vibration”, they try to take the seeming direct path towards it, and they do things such as:

- focus on thinking positively (which doesn’t help if the subconscious is filled with “negative” or limiting thoughts; the subconscious manifests things too)

- turn a blind eye to darker, more painful things, i.e. be willfully blind

- turn a blind eye to people in need, i.e. be in a narcissistic bubble

- refuse to enter challenging or “beneath me as a spiritual person” type of situations or environments where they actually may have been able to contribute or grow

- refuse to see their own shadow or trauma or admit fault or imperfections, because seeing that feels “low-vibration”, even though that’s crucial for growth

This way, the spiritual seeker can actually slow down their spiritual growth in some cases. And it can grow their spiritual ego.

What I suggest that you do instead is:

- First make sure you have a functional life, where your needs are met and all major problems are taken care of.

- Then focus on improving yourself or on contributing. Be authentic. And if something arises in you, observe that; this purifies your subconscious over time.

Doing this doesn’t feel as good or look as good at first, but in the medium term it will do more to improve your vibration than trying to take the seeming direct path towards a high vibration.

I hope this was helpful.

And if you’re currently in deep pain or have severe problems: I am sorry, and you are in my thoughts. My heart goes out to you, and not a day goes by where I’m not thinking about the people of Earth, or actively working towards helping you. Yes, in small and covert and preparatory ways for now -- but the future ahead of you really is very bright. That can’t be changed.

And in the meantime, you can still improve your life.

With all my love,

Your star brother,

Hakann

To become happy, don't aim for happiness

To become happy, don't aim for happiness

Hakann via channel A. S.

Posted on April 11, 2026

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

Many people take the following approach:

- First make sure you have a functional life, where your needs are met and all major problems are taken care of.

- Then try to find happiness.

But the problem is that when people directly aim for happiness, typically that leads to them consuming things, or pursuing short-term pleasure, or collecting physical things or money, or just repeatedly doing what is comfortable or fun or dopamine-providing in the moment. Which doesn’t provide inherent, lasting happiness.

Instead, the way to truly become happy is to not aim for happiness.

What I suggest that you do instead is:

- First make sure you have a functional life, where your needs are met and all major problems are taken care of.

- Then focus on improving yourself or on contributing.

So the first point is unchanged.

The second point can be anything from meditating, to going to a psychologist, to learning a new skill, to getting better at an existing skill, to creating something, to doing volunteer work, to doing a small act of kindness, to improving one of your routines, to observing whatever arises.

You absolutely don’t need to do all of these, but it’s a good idea to do one or two of these.

You also don’t need to go overboard and spend huge amounts of time and energy on improving yourself or contributing. The base of the pyramid is still making sure you have a functional life and your needs are taken care of. Likely that will take most of your time and energy (and in certain periods, possibly even all of your time and energy). That’s okay.

Also, self-improvement takes time. If you feel you progress slowly, well, you’re still progressing. You’re still investing in yourself. Not everyone is.

If you focus on improving yourself or contributing, then in time you will find happiness, rooted in the excellence of the skills you’ve built, rooted in your feeling of competence and agency, rooted in the contributions you’ve made.

Which is a much more lasting, inherent, enduring, meaningful kind of happiness than the kind of “happiness” you get from consumption or just by constantly focusing on doing fun things.

Plus it’s much better for the world if people focus on self-improvement and contribution, rather than on consumption.

I hope this was helpful.

With all my love,

Your star brother,

Hakann

Do others share your definition of spiritual terms?

Do others share your definition of spiritual terms?

Hakann via channel A. S.

Posted on April 6, 2026

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

What does the term “enlightenment” mean?

Well, let’s say that John over here believes that enlightenment means: “freedom from the cycle of rebirth.” Most likely John thinks that this is the sole definition of enlightenment, and John thinks that everyone shares his definition (except maybe a few people who are simply wrong).

However, let’s say Anna believes that enlightenment means something else, such as say “the attainment of the natural state.” And likely Anna believes that this is the sole definition of enlightenment.

And let’s say Julianne believes that enlightenment means “liberation from suffering.” And likely she believes that this is the sole definition of enlightenment.

And then there are a bunch of other people having yet other definitions, such as:

“a state of complete inner peace”

“embodying the knowledge that you’re a reincarnating soul, and not just a body and a brain.”

“full awareness of reality”

“the ability to see through illusions”

“a state of complete integration, including of the shadow”

“an end of identification”

“embodying the principle that all is one, and accepting everything”

“non-resistance to everything”

“nonduality (no separation between observer and the observed)”

“integration of the truth of no-self”

So here you have the curious situation that a whole lot of people use one term to refer to slightly different things. They’re all convinced that everyone else agrees with their personal definition, when in reality those other people think that everyone else agrees with THEIR personal definition.

Sometimes it’s fine to use spiritual terms to point to “something roughly over there.” Sometimes that’s completely fine, and being very precise would just mean wasting words.

However, if you’re having precise discussions about enlightenment or other spiritual terms, it becomes important to actually share your definition of the terms with other people. Otherwise you might end up talking past each other.

Even if you’re convinced that you have the sole true definition of enlightenment, it can still prevent miscommunications if you just state your definition whenever you’re having an in-depth discussion about enlightenment. Because even if others have a wrong definition in mind, well, why not help them by sharing your definition with them?

Additionally, if you’re intellectually honest and you study a lot of enlightened people, you might find that it’s not actually that easy to give a definition for enlightenment.

If you give me your definition of enlightenment, I can probably point to someone who fits your definition but that most people wouldn’t agree is enlightened; or I can point to someone who most people would say is enlightened yet doesn’t fit your definition.

And if your definition is so unmeasurable or unfalsifiable that I can’t do this, then your definition isn’t very useful.

If you have a definition of enlightenment that can’t be practically checked (e.g. freedom from the cycle of rebirth), then most likely you still believe that this person is enlightened and that person isn’t, even though you can’t know that via your own definition.

In that case, what you’re likely doing is publicly stating that the definition of enlightenment is such and such, but then you actually evaluate others by whether you personally feel they’re enlightened. Or by whether they satisfy a few specific, measurable criteria. And then you actually have a measurable definition for enlightenment -- but it’s one that doesn’t sound very good or is easy to criticize, and so you hide behind a better-sounding, more formal definition.

And it’s more complicated by the fact that unenlightened people are often worse than they think at judging whether another person is enlightened.

Part of the confusion is that enlightenment is thought of as that stage you reach after a lot of spiritual growth. However, spiritual growth is an imprecisely defined term itself.

People use the term “spiritual growth” as if it’s a one-dimensional path, where you first do this, then you encounter that, then you do these five things, and then you’re enlightened.

It’s more accurate to think of spiritual growth as having sub-categories. Namely: there’s how loving someone is, there’s someone’s skill at seeing things as they really are, how much spiritual knowledge someone has, how compassionate they are, how much peace of mind they have, how many so-called supernatural abilities they have, how pleasant their energy is, how much self-insight they have, et cetera.

And if you map all those categories onto a single scale called “spiritual growth”, and then you create another imprecise term on top of that called “enlightenment” for a certain stage of “spiritual growth”... then you can see the confusion.

This doesn’t mean that you need to stop using these terms. Sometimes they’re accurate enough, and being very precise would just be inefficient.

However this means that you should be aware that for example spiritual growth has sub-categories, and that not everyone who uses the term “spiritually advanced” means the same thing.

Ideally you’d have a whole bunch of terms that describe specific forms of spiritual attainment, and you wouldn’t just use one term “enlightenment” to refer to anyone who is exceptionally good in any spiritual subcategory.

Next up: some people think that all Pleiadians are the equivalent of Earth ascended masters. However Tunia recently said that we’re not. So, which is true?

Well, in some subcategories of spirituality, even the average Pleiadian is very advanced. The average Pleiadian is loving, has peace of mind and has a pleasant energy. Most likely you would love to interact with them.

Whereas in some subcategories of spirituality, even advanced Pleiadians are not at the level of Earth ascended masters.

Although obviously Pleiadians are individuals, in general you can have a pretty good idea of what we’re are like just by thinking how Earth humans would be if they were raised in a safe, loving, abundant, high-tech, high-information, cloistered, almost ivory-tower like environment with little external pressure on them to grow and develop.

Advanced Pleiadians are people who were raised in that environment and who chose to spend a lot of time meditating, introspecting and becoming very good and experienced at some occupation.

Some of you think: “you Pleiadians have spaceships and psychic abilities and are loving, therefore you must be spiritually advanced, therefore you must be wise enough that you’re always making the right decisions, including when it comes to when you’ll intervene or land.”

However “spiritual advancement” is an imprecise term. In reality we’re very advanced in some areas, and not so much in others.

I’ve come to believe that us Pleiadians are simply not very spiritually advanced in the subcategory of understanding what life is like on harsh worlds (such as Earth).

Us Pleiadians are like houses with a very strong foundation (because we were raised with love, safety and abundance). And if something painful happens to us (say, our father dies), then that’s like a broken window.

That broken window is painful but also not that big of a deal. We just repair the window, by getting some healing, doing some observation, working through the emotions, et cetera.

Hence many Pleiadians have the attitude that intervention / landing isn’t yet necessary. Instead we’ll just give you some subtle covert help, some channeled messages filled with love and maybe a few meditation techniques. And then you can fix your own broken window, right? Just meditate. Just take productive action.

However, Earth humans aren’t like houses with a very strong foundation that happen to have a broken window. Instead many of you have never had a strong foundation, because you’ve never been raised in love and safety and abundance.

And a person who’s always had a strong foundation yet who’s had a window broken, just fundamentally doesn’t understand what life is like for a person who’s never had a proper foundation. Those two things are just fundamentally incomparable.

Yes, theoretically people can repair their own foundations, but that requires a lot of time, energy, resources, etc. Us Pleiadians are used to having those, but many of you don’t. So it’s like some of you have a wound that just keeps bleeding.

This makes it profoundly unfair for many Pleiadians to have the attitude that you should just repair your own windows -- because that’s a fundamental misdiagnosis of what’s actually going on.

So, I think there’s a solid argument to be made for the view that we should just intervene or land already.

That said, there genuinely are valid arguments for waiting too.

I’ve changed my mind and nowadays if I was in charge, I think I’d order an immediate intervention / landing by us galactics. However, this isn’t a black-and-white situation, and I wouldn’t say that the plan of Ashtar’s council to only intervene / land at the end of this year is wrong. It’s a different choice, it’s one that I would no longer make, but that doesn’t mean it’s wrong.

Arguments in favor of and against a short-term intervention can’t be mapped on a one-dimensional scale. So it’s not like a financial calculation where the gains are in dollars, and the losses are in dollars, and you can easily compare them.

Instead, the arguments in favor of and against a short-term intervention are so different, they’re in such different units, that it’s hard to compare them. So it’s hard to say that one position is simply objectively wrong. (If you’re curious about the arguments against a short-term intervention, see previous message “Ashtar: Our new commitment”.)

Finally: even your name is an imprecise term. It’s a useful shorthand, but technically it refers to a unified “person” that doesn’t actually exist.

Instead, you’re a reincarnating soul. And your current incarnation (what you’re experiencing) is a bundle of body parts, biological processes, habits, emotions, thoughts, etc. But this is really more of a (changing) bundle than it is one unified “person.”

This is the realization of “no-self”: that if you look inside, you’ll find that there is no “person” there, there’s just a combination of biological processes, etc.

On Earth sometimes the analogy is used that if you take apart a chariot, then there is nothing left. There is no “chariot” that remains after you remove the wheels, the poles, the seat, etc.

This can help make you much less fearful -- because if there’s no person, then what is there to worry about?

Who is there to protect?

Who is the one that needs to attain wealth and status?

Who is the person that must make sure others like them?

Who is the person that dies after 90 years?

Now yes sure, even if you integrate the realization of “no self”, there can still be an experience of pain afterwards. It’s just that there’s no “person” there that is suffering. There can be pain; there is no “oh no, I’ll be in this much pain forever, I can’t take it, why does this always happen to me?”

And yes, of course it’s fundamentally silly that I used the word “you” while arguing that you don’t really exist (other than as a bundle of biological processes etc). However, as we discussed, imprecise terms like “you” are still useful. It’s not really practical to communicate without ever referring to people or using “I” and “you.”

Sure, you could try to use other terms and descriptions instead of saying “I.” But if you want to communicate with any level of efficiency, most likely you’d just create a different, less efficient term that’s ultimately still imprecise. And you wouldn’t really gain anything.

So feel free to keep using spiritual term shorthands. They’re efficient. It’s just good to keep in mind that spiritual attainment has sub-categories, and to clearly define your terms whenever you’re having an in-depth discussion.

So. I hope that was useful.

Short-termism leads to problems which lead to short-termism

Short-termism leads to problems which lead to short-termism

Hakann via channel A. S.

Posted on February 23, 2026

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

This channeler is working through some personal issues in his life, as well as focusing more on his personal psychological health and spiritual practice. Hence the lack of recent channelings. Yet, I am grateful that I can once again talk to you.

Let’s discuss how humans act. Of course people are different, so this is merely a generalization. The following won’t apply to every human out there.

If people have their needs met (including psychological well-being, including being rested), then people will automatically do things that help them develop, they will try out new activities, they’ll do research and listen to other perspectives, they’ll try different methods to do existing activities, they’ll talk to new people, they’ll have necessary conversations even if they’re difficult, they’ll engage in self-improvement, they’ll do things that are hard now but good for the medium term, et cetera.

This is why small children are so eager, full of life and happy to learn and experiment.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of people do not have their needs met, and are not like that.

If people don’t have their needs met (and psychological well-being is one of them), they often start thinking in the short term, they often engage in comfort-seeking behavior and they often try to fight symptoms rather than the root cause. For example, if a person doesn’t feel loved enough, he may buy a fancy sports car that gets him some attention.

They may also become entrenched in beliefs and worldviews and ideologies that are psychologically comfortable for them. This is why it’s so impossible to change someone’s mind on a political topic, even if you have excellent arguments and sources.

An issue is that if people don’t have their needs met, they often start behaving in short-term oriented ways, and sometimes they may start behaving in ways that harm others. Which makes those other people behave in more short-term, protective ways, that in turn may harm yet other people, et cetera.

Ideally, a person who doesn’t have their needs met does the hard work of meeting their needs -- which may very well involve years of psychological work and years of just creating a good life for themselves.

Lots of people who don’t have their needs met, aren’t going to spend years doing fundamental painful work that only pays off in the medium term, such as doing years of tough psychological work. Instead they often only do what’s necessary or what pays off in the relatively short term.

So what in practice often happens is that people try to get people to be productive not by encouraging them to heal and get them to the “internally motivated” state, but rather by imposing laws on them, pressuring them and creating systems that make them homeless or locked up if they don’t work or comply.

This is a less ideal system than a system that would give people the room to grow and develop. However, the “work and obey, or you’re homeless / arrested” system does more or less work -- so long as it doesn’t over-pressure people. If people feel they can’t get comfort or a reasonable life even by working hard and complying, then people may become hopeless, nihilistic, may take up drugs to numb the pain, may just spend all their time on video games or watching tv, may become radical, et cetera.

This is also the problem of the gray hat strategy. Gray hats think that if they pressure people enough then those people will become active. However, over-pressuring people causes them to withdraw rather than spur them into action, and most people are over-pressured already.

Theoretically it would be nice to just give people all the time and resources needed for them to grow (think communism). However, average people who don’t have their needs met may not use that time and money properly to grow and develop. Instead they may very well engage in comfort-seeking or short-term behaviors. Which is one reason why communism doesn’t work as well in practice as you might hope -- even though communism is the perfect system if you have a population of self-actualized people.

So, this is the situation that you are in. Humans are fundamentally amazing beings who are inherently motivated, curious, active, forward-moving and medium-term thinking. However most humans don’t get their needs met, hence most humans are currently stuck in a comfort-seeking, short-term and potentially harm-others mode.

This is why it can feel so hopeless to encourage people to take actions that help them in the medium term, or to get them to see an uncomfortable truth. Many people won’t do that, because they’re struggling now, and people who are struggling now typically aren’t willing to do challenging things that only pay off in the medium term. Even people who are financially doing fine may very well struggle emotionally and hence still be motivated to engage in short-termism.

Some people who are struggling will accept taking on even more short-term effort in order to improve their life in the medium term. However, many people won’t. This is why you rarely see people go to a psychologist (unless they hit a wall and have no choice), because people in pain are rarely willing to take on more pain just to improve their life in the medium term.

Instead, men often advise other struggling men to hit the gym, because that’s something that can actually feel good and give some dopamine very soon after starting out. Whereas going to a psychologist will likely only start bearing fruit months or years down the line and many people in pain aren’t willing to wait that long. (Although it’s also a problem that a psychologist is unaffordable for lots of people.)

Hence the title: short-termism leads to problems which leads to short-termism. And unfortunately, most people who don’t have their needs met won’t listen to suggestions that they start optimizing for the medium term. So it can be pretty hard to break out of the loop that everyone engages in short-termism because everyone engages in short-termism.

So, to preserve your own sanity: understand that most people don’t have their needs met, and hence are just looking for comfort and for things that feel good in the short term. They very well may resist “do this challenging thing that will bear fruit in the medium term” or “here’s an uncomfortable truth” because they’re focused on the short-term. Obviously this doesn’t apply to everyone, but it applies to a lot of people.

So, what can you do? Well, one part of the solution is to metaphorically put on your own air mask first, because fixing society (or even fixing one organization) is hard.

That said, just being kind to people can help a great deal. Kindness won’t solve all of humanity’s problems, but then again, it’s not your job to fix all of humanity’s problems.

Also, offering help or offering good suggestions or sharing the truth can help. If people resist, don’t push, but even just offering help or offering the truth once can plant a seed that later blossoms once people feel less stressed out (even if people don’t give you the credit later).

And sometimes people will refuse to listen and refuse to change until they hit a wall, or until they hit rock bottom. It doesn’t feel good to see others go through this, but ultimately people have free will, and you have to let people make their own choices.

To get to an amazing society, you would need a system where fewer children get hurt. You’d need a system that isn’t so exhausting and draining and emotionally upsetting to be a part of. And you’d need a system where self-improvement mechanisms are available and relatively easy to use, and where productive actions plausibly lead to a good life (as opposed to the current system where being a moral, hard-working person may not lead to a good life).

With all my love,

Your star brother,

Hakann

Trapped in a binary

Trapped in a binary

Hakann via channel A. S.

Posted on November 11, 2025

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann. I greet you in peace and love.

It is good to talk to you again. This channeler is still recovering from his burnout, so don’t expect regular future channelings, however I appreciate that today I have the opportunity to talk to you again.

Please watch this four minute video before you read on:

In this video, the brightly-dressed man gets trapped in a binary. He’s tricked into thinking that he’ll be fine if he can just choose the right cup. When in reality, both cups are poisoned.

This is how the dark controllers manage to control people. They give people two choices, and convince people that one choice is good and correct, and one choice is evil and wrong. And they convince people that if they just pick the right option, then everything will be fine. When in reality, both choices are poisonous -- perhaps to a different degree, but still.

The average person thinks that if we can just implement a pure enough socialism, or a pure enough capitalism, that things will be fine. When in reality, yes one system may be better than the other, but neither system will really fix things so long as the dark controllers remain in place.

Similarly, the average person thinks that if he can just get his political party to win the next election, then things will be fine. When in reality, yes one party likely is preferable to the other, however both parties are poisonous to an extent. Neither party will really solve the problems if elected.

Trump is no exception to this. Yes it’s better to have the person playing Trump in office, rather than have Kamala Harriss in office. But that doesn’t mean that Trump isn’t poisonous. For example, he covered up the Epstein files. The Trump cup is merely less poisonous than the Kamala cup. If you disagree, well, you haven’t seen what Kamala would have done, because she didn’t get elected.

Many people are trapped in the binary and think Trump is either a black hat puppet or a white hat savior, when in reality he’s neither. He’s a gray hat. And frankly, to me it’s very obvious that Trump’s a gray hat. But people can’t see it because they’re so trained to think that if they’re presented with two options, then one has to be good and one has to be bad. So people project that onto Trump.

But in fact, there’s no law of physics that says that if there are two options, one of them has to be good and right.

So: if you’re presented with two choices, perhaps both choices are poisonous. Possibly the actual solution is to work on raising your level of consciousness, to spend time with loved ones, to be kind to other people, et cetera.

At the same time, if you’re presented with two choices, it may be too simple to say that both options are equally bad. Some systems, some political parties, some politicians, some philosophies genuinely are better than others, even if both are flawed. Just because both options suck, doesn’t mean they suck to the same degree.

It might be worth a little energy to give the less-bad option a nudge, but it’s usually not worth a lot of energy to fight for the less-bad option. After all, usually there are millions of people on both sides, and if your side fights more fiercely, all that happens is that the other side will feel threatened and will dig in their heels and fight more fiercely too.

Plus, usually both sides have at least some valid points. The left is correct that the right is flawed, and the right is correct that the left is flawed. Which means that you can’t really destroy the other political side, because there will always be people seeing the flaws in your political side.

Even if you could destroy the other political side, well, you still wouldn’t be in 5D Earth because the flaws of your side are still there. If anything, the flaws of your political side might become even more destructive if the other political side isn’t there to push back.

So, what’s the solution? Well, raise your level of consciousness, spend time with your loved ones, et cetera. The systems that will actually solve your problems will only start working once the level of consciousness in humanity is a bit higher than it is now.

Fortunately, a few high-consciousness people have an outsized effect on the collective subconscious. A high-consciousness person raises the collective subconscious far more than a group of low-consciousness people pushes it down.

Similarly, one small act of kindness, or a few kind words, can have a surprisingly large ripple effect. If you’re kind to someone, then you make his or her day better, and then he or she will be kinder to the people around him or her, and then those people will be kinder in turn, et cetera.

Therefore, you really can achieve more than you think just through small acts of kindness.

At the same time, I acknowledge that the situation on Earth is incredibly tough and unfair and harsh, and lots of people have very real and very serious practical problems. And lots of people are in deep emotional pain.

Saying “go meditate and be kind” doesn’t really feel like a sufficient solution, even if those things genuinely are more powerful than they seem.

Please hang on. Operations are happening in the background, and things are moving.

With all my love,

Your star brother,

Hakann

It's better to be consciously than unconsciously judgemental

It's better to be consciously than unconsciously judgemental

Hakann via channel A. S.

Posted on October 4, 2025

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

Very high consciousness beings aren’t judgemental.

Then again, it’s easy for a very high consciousness being to be non-judgemental, because likely they are in a very comfortable position and their well-being isn’t threatened.

Technically Earth humans also aren’t being threatened, not really, because fundamentally you are reincarnating souls. The person you commonly identify as is just your current vehicle.

But then again, I understand that it feels like you’re that person, like you’re that vehicle that you experience the world through. And that person is vulnerable, and there are threats out there to that person.

If a person feels threatened, or feels not good enough, or feels underloved, or doesn’t get their needs met, then it’s natural that he or she will start to form judgements against other people.

It’s very hard to not be judgemental, so long as you remain in a context where you feel threatened, or not good enough, or underloved, or where you don’t get your needs met.

Obviously, keep doing your spiritual practice, and that does help a bit.

Still, in the meantime, I would like to communicate to you that it’s better to be consciously judgemental (while understanding that it’s a distortion on your end and trying to minimize it and act as fairly as possible) than to be unconsciously judgemental. And for most people on Earth, those are the only two options right now.

Why is that better? Well, if you are consciously judgemental, while understanding that being judgemental isn’t justified from a high perspective, then you can keep it mostly in check, and make an effort to be as reasonable as possible to the people you feel judgement against.

Whereas a person who is unconsciously judgemental can easily inflict a whole lot more harm and unfairness upon the people they’re judgemental against.

Plus, unconscious judgements can stick around for a long time.

Also, it’s incredibly jarring for people to talk with someone who is clearly judgemental against them, but who claims that they’re not judgemental at all. It’s basically gaslighting.

Sure, it’s never fun to talk to someone who is judgemental against you, but if someone is just honest about that and says they understand they shouldn’t be judgemental and that the distortion is on their end, then at least there’s no gaslighting element involved.

It’s also better for you personally to be conscious about your judgments (and recognize that it’s distortion on your end), because it keeps your ego in check, and it stops you from doing as much damage as unconsciously judgemental people can do.

Sure you can suppress your judgements, but that just makes you unconsciously judgemental.

People may also lose respect very quickly for someone who pretends to love everyone and to be unbiased, but who then later shows clear bias. Now it’s fine to have biases, but then be authentic about that.

If you think you don’t have judgements: it’s technically possible that you’re one of the very few people who genuinely don’t. But do you really not have any judgements against any of the following groups:

people from the other gender

people from the other political side

people who have the opposite opinion about Trump than you do

preachy vegans

people who eat nearly exclusively meat (carnivore diet)

us galactics for not intervening quickly enough

sleepers / normies

people who believe everything the tv says

people who don’t introspect and don’t do self-development work

people who are wrong, and also preachy and zealous and judgemental and unwilling to listen

illegal immigrants

racists

the dark controllers

people who cheat in relationships

abusers

child rapists

Note that being judgemental against so-called evil people is still being judgemental. It’s still your ego feeding itself by elevating itself above other people.

High consciousness beings aren’t sitting there being judgemental against so-called evil people. Sure they might take practical action to stop them from doing harm, but they aren’t judgemental against them.

From a high perspective, being monstrously evil is just as valid a choice as doing volunteer work to help out orphan children. Now I’m not saying that society shouldn’t stop people from doing monstrously evil acts, but I am saying that from a high perspective it’s a distortion to be judgemental against evil people.

So, most likely you are judgemental against at least some groups.

And look, it’s okay. Pretty much everyone is judgemental. You’re good enough, and you are fully worthy of love, even if you’re judgemental.

But it is better to be consciously judgemental (and recognize it’s a distortion on your end and work to act as fairly as possible) than it is to be unconsciously judgemental.

And probably, for now, those are your only two options.

As a general principle: if you suppress so-called bad thoughts or emotions, then they’ll still linger in your subconscious and affect your behavior.

It’s best to not suppress those things and make a conscious effort to act as well as you can, while doing spiritual practice to elevate your state of consciousness so that one day those things are truly gone.

Okay, so we’ve shared the theory. Let’s look at an example.

Let’s consider Anne, who thinks that a lot of men are bad people, while only a few women are bad people.

This judgement is unconscious, so if you asked Anne, she would say the more politically correct and socially acceptable statement: “I don’t think that, I think men and women are equal.” But in reality, she unconsciously has the judgement that a lot of men and only a few women are bad people.

Now some people might argue: “that’s not judgemental, that’s just simply true.” Well, if you start talking about this entire group of people having a lot of bad people, while that other group of people doesn’t, then you’re no longer just providing objective descriptors of reality. Instead you have entered into the realm of judgements.

Labeling people as “bad” is a judgement, not a nuanced description of reality.

Sure, it would be objective to say that most violent crime is committed by men. Or other statements in the vein of: this group statistically does this particular thing more often than that group. However, note that the tone and energy in those kinds of statements are much different than the tone and energy in Anne’s original statement.

And also, someone who is just trying to accurately describe reality would say that yes, men commit more violent crimes in general, however women probably commit more domestic abuse than men do (for sources on this, see “Hakann: It’s not normal how men are being treated”).

Furthermore, a problem with the “lots of men are bad people, the vast majority of women are good people” position is that it means that one of two things must be true. Either men are just inherently worse than women, which is a horribly sexist and untrue position to take. Or men are acting badly because they’re mistreated by society, and then the obvious solution is to help men rather than judge them.

If Anne thinks about this consciously, she’d see that either her judgement is unjustified, or she needs to conclude that men are inherently worse than women, or she needs to conclude that men should get societal help.

However if Anne has this judgement unconsciously, then it’s entirely possible that for a long time she’ll keep being judgemental and biased against men, without acknowledging that to be consistent, her judgements mean that she has to conclude that either men are inferior or that men deserve help.

Ideally Anne (and everyone else) engages in our core practice of: “whatever arises, observe that.” She observes, and observes, and one day realizes that she has this judgement against men.

It would then be good for Anne to start being conscious about her judgement. She doesn’t necessarily need to admit it to others, but she can at least observe it, look inside and admit to herself that she’s being judgemental this way. And then rationally think about whether this judgement is actually true, and what the logical implications of it are.

Once it’s conscious, Anne might consider that it’s not rational that she’s using male crime statistics to conclude that lots of men are bad people, while not using black crime statistics to conclude that lots of blacks are bad people.

If someone wants to argue this is a bad comparison because men are in power and blacks aren’t -- yes most people in power are men, however average men aren’t benefiting from that. After all, men at the top are actually rigging society to benefit women.

Observe how there’s far more money for breast cancer research than prostate cancer research. Observe how there are female-only scholarships while already more women attend university. Observe how it’s very commonplace for companies to preferentially hire women. Observe how shows and movies typically portray women positively and men negatively.

So men at the top are rigging society... in favor of women.

Hence, yes, it is illogical to use male crime statistics to conclude that men are bad, while not using black crime statistics to conclude that blacks are bad.

Because Anne has made her judgements conscious and thought them through, they’re likely already starting to weaken. Maybe Anne then has a few honest and open-hearted conversations with men, and a few years later she has stopped being judgmental against men.

She still understands that most violent crimes are committed by men and that there are some monstrous men out there. However, she now also sees that probably most domestic abusers are women, that men are discriminated against, etc. Reality is more nuanced.

And yes, women aren’t raping as much as men are, and that’s something that points in the direction of women being better people.

On the other hand, the 2025 West is a female supremacist society, as was discussed in Tunia’s female supremacism series. And it’s really not that morally virtuous that Western women live in a female supremacist society, yet for the most part aren’t speaking out against that or demonstrating against that. Male men’s rights activists often get fired from their jobs for their activism, so men can’t fix this themselves.

In part because of female supremacism, men keep killing themselves at alarming rates (rates far higher than women).

So yes, it’s fine to acknowledge the reality that most rape and violent crime is committed by men. However Anne’s previous idea that lots of men are bad people, while the vast majority of women are good people, is judgemental and untrue.

Because Anne has observed, and made her judgments conscious, and thought them through, she can dissolve them. Whereas if she hadn’t made her judgments conscious, then Anne would likely remain unconsciously judgemental against men, and not be aware of the inconsistencies of her position.

And sure, maybe Anne is just scared for her safety. And that’s valid. Everyone deserves safety. But the solution is not to become judgemental against men.

Female hostility against men doesn’t stop bad men from doing bad things -- but it does cause good men to withdraw and stop protecting and providing and contributing and sometimes even being willing to date women.

After all, earlier in this message we described that interacting with someone who is judgemental against you, while not being conscious about that, feels like being gaslit. Okay, so then why would men want to date women who are unconsciously judgemental against them? Men also don’t enjoy feeling gaslit.

Because Anne has first made her judgement conscious, and then let them go, perhaps she’s then able to finally find a great relationship.

Okay, so that was one example. Let’s look at one more.

Men especially often have the idea that if only that bad group of people were dealt with -- whether it’s people from the other political side, or immigrants, or people from a certain race or country -- then life would be great.

If we’re talking politics: both the US left and right have some valid points and some flaws. Hence just crushing the other side isn’t a full solution. Now sure, it’s valid to vote, and yes, one side being in power is going to lead to better outcomes than the other side being in power. However, the US isn’t going to be completely fixed just because that one side is in power.

Hence, sure it’s valid to spend some time on politics, sure it’s valid to prefer one side over the other. However, you probably shouldn’t invest all your energies and hopes into trying to crush the other political side. That’s not the path towards liberation.

So if you have a massive judgement against a specific group or political side, then it may be best to make it conscious, and then reflect if your expectations and perceptions aren’t perhaps a bit skewed. Yeah sure, this political side is overall better. Yeah sure, the other political side is really wrong on this specific topic. However, there’s probably an area where the other political side actually has a point that your side is unwilling to acknowledge.

If such judgements aren’t made conscious, they can fester into hatred and into an unrealistic idea that if only that group or political side were dealt with, then all would be well. When in reality, maybe that would help a bit, but probably not as much as you imagine.

Instead, it’s a raising of consciousness that is ultimately going to solve Earth’s problems.

So, I hope that was helpful.

With all my love,

Your star brother,

Hakann
