Greetings, children of light. I am Saint Germain, and today I will not whisper in sweet tones to soothe your comfort. I will speak truth: the kind that rattles, clarifies, and awakens.

You have complained long enough. About others. About the world. About fate. But tell me: who writes the script of your thoughts each morning? Who chooses which frequency to broadcast into existence?

You do.

And yet you walk around as if you are powerless, as if you are some small creature tossed by circumstances, rather than the grand architect of your own reality. You say you want change, but you defend your suffering as if it were an heirloom.

Stop complaining. Stop waiting for the world to adjust its temperature to your comfort. The only thermostat you have ever needed is inside your mind.

You are not a puddle reacting to every drop that falls from the sky. You are the fountain itself, the origin, the pressure, the flow. Infinite energy rises within you every moment, ready to burst into creation. But you have forgotten to open the valve.

Most of humanity lives using barely five percent of its available energy.
