There will always be those in your life that create chaos just for the sake of it, sit back and watch their work unfold.  How you choose to respond to it is completely up to you.  

You can continue to allow these people influence your world, playing into their hand and plans… or… you can send them Unconditional Love and release the toxicity to The Universe.  

Your reaction to their actions is what will matter most in your existence.  It is all about boundaries.  

How much and how often you allow others to disturb your peace is completely up to you.

Building your spiritual house is easy. Bricks and mortar are your boundaries. Self-love and care are the windows on which you see your world. The roof is The Universe covering and keeping you safe from harm. 

Making that house a home is creating what you want to experience. Furnish it with love and invite family/friends that will add to Unconditional Love your show yourself and the world. 

Clear the clutter by working on those negative aspects of yourself and, by all means, be comfortable in your own skin… something that no one else can do for you. If you need to, ask for help. 

The Universe is always there to guide and support you.

You have changed. The work has been done, the changes made and yet, some things persist! It can be frustrating, disappointing, infuriating even. You ask The Universe, “Why does this keep happening?!

I’ve cleared it, I’ve worked this into the ground!” Well, dearest one, take a moment and think about it. Is it really cleared? Perhaps that one thing has kept you safe or from being bored for a very long time. 

What would you do without it?! It drives, it motivates, it makes you feel useful. Why would you choose to release something that does so much for you? Here is a little hint; the very moment you choose to let go of it, the moment you refuse to let it take up any more of your brain space is the moment it is gone for good. 

The Universe has already done its job of transforming it to love and light for you, now it is your turn to do the rest.

Please be aware that many, many things that you have held down are coming up to be released.  It may not be pleasant or easy and, to some, this may feel a bit like torture, but it needs to be released!  

Simply put, a shaken bottle can only hold pressure for so long.  Allowing the process to follow its natural course will guide you to deeper areas of needed release.  It may feel as if it will go on forever but, there is a conclusion, dear one.  

All the space left open will be filled with the Unconditional Love of The Universe and a new lightness of being will become a part of you.  The one thing you have to do to achieve this?

There will be a time, very soon, when you will need to make some hard, fast decisions regarding which direction you truly want to move.  They may not be easy or popular to those around you but, they need to be done.  

Yes, it is acceptable to consider those around you, however, you are important as well!  If you have been surrounded by others that treat you badly, or take without considering its effect on you, then it may be time for a change.  

Do not worry about being alone, dearest child, because The Universe is always there to support you and will bring the new to you just when you need it most.

  

Remember, self-care and free will go hand in hand.
