We greet you with our love and gratitude. We embrace you with our acknowledgment for the courage and the integrity with which you are meeting your challenges. These are the changing times, these are the ending of cycles, and these are the times of great chaos.

The levels of dysfunction are being unveiled and confirmed. All that has been held in the shadows, all that is not in integrity, all that has been hidden is being revealed. Secrecy and deceit can no longer be concealed. It is the light shining in these dark places within the collective consciousness that is pushing all to the surface of awareness. This is generating much fear and anxiety in the collective consciousness.

Yet we say to you these are also times of great celebration. These are times of incredible expansion and awakening within each individual. It is your light that is coming forth. It is your personal awakening that is to be celebrated. You are here to support the transformation and the evolution of consciousness.

You are an important aspect of all that is unfolding before you. You are far more powerful than you believe. We are here to remind you of your personal power and ability to uplift and transform dense dysfunctional energy.

Resistance to the changes and the shift that is taking place will only cause more distress. When you are faced with great loss, do all within your power to offer your feelings of distress and fear up to be transformed. Transform every negative, misqualified energy and chaos as the powerful Alchemist that you are.

This is the task you have come here to do, to transform the energies that do not support your well-being and the expansion. We invite you to give the feelings of discouragement, loss, fear or anger a voice and allow this act of release to be sacred. Remember before you do this transformational work, state 'I am my divine consciousness in this physical form. I call on divine beings of love and light to witness and support me as I transform this chaos and negative energy'.

Understand when the news or action of others upsets you. Stop before you engage in your upset energy because this adds to the very thing you oppose. So be wise and shift it instead. Do not match the energy, do not project, do not engage in it, do not enroll others to engage in this disturbing energy. Stop the cycle. Negative energy creates and empowers negative energy. Your leaders are aware of this and want you to be engaged in upset and anger because in that energy you are not powerful. This is your opportunity to shift all that. Use your tools, call upon the Violet Flame of transformation.

Know that you are supported and surrounded by the love of divine consciousness. Feel this embrace as you shout, weep, moan or scream your feelings. Give these feelings an expression in a sacred and holy way. Honor your feelings and be willing to allow them release and transform. This is a powerful alchemical process.

When you offer a vibration that carries more light than darkness you are adding to the expansion and the shift. When you recognize your own shadow issues and bring those to the light with understanding and forgiveness you are doing global service work on a personal level. Your sacred heart is the vehicle of all transformation.

When you consciously embrace an experience of fear, with even the smallest shift of vibration into trust or hope, you own your power. Each and every time you consciously initiate a new response you open the door to more light and claim more of your power.

Remember you are a transformer. Step into your magnificence and own the ability to make a difference in each moment. Remember you are the one who carries the vision. You are the one who seeds your reality with your deepest knowing of truth and light.

You are here to anchor the new reality and the new shift of consciousness in the collective. It is within your heart chalice that the vision of love and peace will be anchored and brought forth. We are with you always as you do this powerful alchemical process. the 'team'

Wisdom for the Week

As the intense energy of yesterday's Full Moon begins to settle we will start to feel the powerful expansion that March created within us.  This expansion is like nothing we have ever experienced before and as a result, you may find yourself feeling a little unbalanced and unstable as you adjust and recalibrate. 

You may feel tender, perhaps even a little raw as the the energy of the Full Moon continues to stir emotions shedding light on what has until now been unseen and or hidden.  What is important is how you respond.  This is not a time for rushing forward.  It is a time where you are being urged to consider and reflect.  You are still in a process of aligning with the shifts that have already taken place within you.  Whatever has and is unfolding for you requires you to move forward with responsiblity and with integrity.  

Be mindful that you are bieng called to step more fully into a more evolved version of yourself.  As such you must now embrace the transformation, identity shifts and reinvention that is being offered.  Remember that you are learning to transmute the darkness into light and as you continue to focus on the inner work necessary and needed, a deeper understanding of the changes now manifesting with arise.  

Allow yourself to delve into the depths of your desires and motivations to eliminate the internal limitations and blocks that keep you from focusing your energy and attention on what serves your soul.  This is a crucial moment where you get to confront the inner struggles and conflict that keeps you stuck and bound to the past.

Navigating Transitional Times

Our future world will operate on the foundation of love, compassion, integrity, accountability, and inclusive unity. This is our destiny, and it is why we came here. The universe loves us and will conspire with us to manifest our visions and intentions fueled by our actions. All we must do is show up and place our energy toward our visions. The universe will see us through this dark and heavy transitional void between what was and will be.

Now that we are really in the deep end, many things are showing up that don’t seem conducive to us creating a harmonious and beautiful life for humanity. We are absolutely clear that this is not the world we signed up for nor the world we have worked so tirelessly to anchor. We must remember that where we are right now is only a transitional state. Also, our physical bodies have struggled as we navigate the turbulent void between what was and what will be. This was expected. Despite the illusion, we are still on track. Keep your sights on the future.

As we traverse this void, our primal physical body’s hard wiring will react with anxiety and fear. These normal reactions can morph and anchor into twisted, limiting belief systems if left unchecked. We can experience a lack of trust in the process. We might feel overwhelmed, have anger or judgements of anything different than our belief system. Biases are based on fear. Fear keeps us from accessing our inner truth. Once temporarily blocked from our inner truth, we often look outside ourselves and digest a lot of energy-draining speculations about our possible future outcomes. Remember, we cannot see anything for what it is until we stop viewing it through the biases of what we want it to be. When we reach outside ourselves for “truth,” we can become rigid, unbending, anxious, and even anchor ourselves in this temporary void because deep underneath, we just want to feel safe and comfortable. This is entirely understandable. We all need comfort and safety. But for us to feel comfortable in this mere illusion of a chaotic void, we try to ground these temporary energies before it is actually time to do so, and this has been only adding stress and anxiety to our lives.

Our knee-jerk, fear-based reactions are quite “normal” for what we are trying to pull off here and were even expected by many Ascended Masters and the Star Elders. They know our physical bodies are programmed with primal survival programs and ancestral lineage memories. Our ancestors have carried us this far. We honor them for giving us the foundation upon which to build a new future. But our ancestors never experienced anything like this before. There’s nobody to show you the way, but you. You are the way.

So here are some guidelines to help ease our current journey.

Please don’t feed your fears because it will swallow up your light. Please do not waste your energy on loss causes and people who do not respect or cannot receive what you offer them. Honor your energy and light and use it in ways that can make a difference.

Be a tree. Know who you are and anchor yourself within yourself like the roots of a tree while bending like a tree does in changing weather. Learn to bend, but do not break.

Keep yourselves connected in your communities and have empathy and compassion for all others, no matter where they are in their journey or their belief systems. A good support system is essential during these times.

Foster BE-ing in “Enlightened Neutrality” by knowing what is transpiring around you in your world but not making a judgment or taking a stand. Remember, all this is going to change very, very quickly. Any place you anchor yourselves is the place that will cause you stress or pain.

Stay calm, heart-centered, and confident in our positive future, but do not spiritually bypass the work that presents itself to you. You want to ground yourself in divine balance, your cosmic orientation point within yourself. Where we place our energy is what we will manifest. What we believe will become our reality. Be a witness to this transition.

Place your energy toward re-schooling your belief systems to be flexible and grounded like a tree and in a constant state of enlightened neutrality. In other words, it means knowing what’s happening but not letting it trigger or affect our balance. If triggered, you cannot access your inner truth or light-that’s it-plain and simple.

It’s essential to remember all that is happening now; all that is out of alignment with the natural laws of the universe will not be sustainable in the future or be a part of our new reality. As we move forward, the universe filters out all the miscreations in our current reality. There is absolutely no need to fight anything going on in the world at the moment. Unless the challenges show up right on your doorstep, it is not your fight. Remember, there are uncountable warriors of light strategically placed throughout our reality who are being called to battles that show up on their doorsteps. Pick your battles wisely and use your energy accordingly. This transformation is not all on your shoulders.

Do not drag with you all that seems wrong with the world now. Let it go. As we traverse this void, we must remember that this is not our destination. It’s important not to get attached, hung up on, angry, or triggered about what’s happening in the world. This is merely a transition that your soul has never experienced before. Sure, this time is scary and painful. This is the nature of transitions. But we are sure you wouldn’t want the previously used alternative: drop the body and start all over once the new cycle has fully landed. You have chosen a different way this time.

To traverse this time and actually land in the reality we want, filled with our heart and soul desires, we cannot feed, thus accelerating the fear and anxiety that rise through the dismantling of the old world. We must hold tight to the vision in our hearts. It’s up to us collectively how we will land in this new world. It will benefit our lives and the countless generations that come after us.

Remembering you are also a physical being on a physical earth is important. Everything you think, feel, and do as you walk upon the Earth affects the Earth and all life upon it. Our energy circulates around the Earth to every corner of the Earth, affecting every bit of life. If we walk with love, compassion, respect, and honor for all life, we anchor this for the entire earth to feel. If we walk with anger, judgment, spiritual ego, etc., these things will circumnavigate the Earth. Our unchecked negative egos will not elevate life; it will devalue life. We must be the counterbalance to the chaos in the world and the calm in the storm.

Lastly, be compassionate with one another, knowing that everyone in the world is doing their best with what they have in each moment. Also, be compassionate to yourselves! You are right where you’re supposed to be, even if it doesn’t feel right. If we could see the bigger picture right now, we would realize how ridiculous it is to judge anybody or yourself for anything. We are all in the same pot of soup now, and no one has made the summit of this process yet. And never, ever forget that you are incredibly valuable to this epic, once-in-lifetime transformation process, just as you are at this very moment.

Wholeness is integrity without the "shoulds."

Integrity, according to the dictionary, can mean wholeness, but it can also be interpreted in a way that carries a lot of baggage.

This add-on baggage includes self-defeating concepts like "should," "try to," and "high" standards. All of these concepts are facets of Old Reality consciousness.

The frequency of consciousness in the New Reality is heart-centered. Unconditional love comes naturally; you need only let it flow through your heart and allow that energy to be who you are.

When you shift to the higher consciousness of the New Reality, the universe reorganizes itself around you to reflect that higher reality. Externally-imposed rules are replaced by internal, love-based choices.

To become whole is to become harmoniously fully-functional. In such a reality, you treat yourself and others with unconditional love and care. To care less than that for yourself, or less than that for others, would mean being less than whole.

The keyword of the Old Reality was separation. The keyword for the New Reality is integrity or integration, as in a sense of wholeness. An integrated self does not have opposing parts which foster a loss of self-love and self-acceptance.

The Old Reality's view of integrity was defined by people who didn't want to be whole, and didn't want you to be whole. By separating people's beliefs into opposing, arguing, self-defeating parts, there was always room for someone "superior" to be in charge and therefore maintain the social order of that time.

In the New Reality, however, the frequency of consciousness is different. When you allow yourself to be in tune with the New Reality, you no longer strive to be separate from others, nor strive to maintain opposing, separative points of view within yourself.

The New Reality is heart-based. When you see fear for the hollow illusion that it is, and allow your heart chakra to open to everyone in your life, then your actions are determined by your unconditional love for others around you and, equally, for yourself. When your heart opens up to loving yourself as much as anyone else, then you want the best for yourself, just as much as any parent wants the best for their child.

The Old Reality sees love of self as an egocentric problem. The New Reality recognizes that, if Infinite Being - the essence within all things - is infinite love, then perhaps it's time to get in tune with the greater reality and wholly respect yourself. Besides, a heart-based reality is not an egocentric level of consciousness. It exists at a different frequency. To be specific, fourth-density rather than the old third-density.

Wholeness comes with a chakra shift, a shift of focus from the third to the fourth chakra, from the solar plexus to the heart. The fourth chakra channels heart-based, unconditional love.

With the shift to love energy comes wholeness of mind, body and spirit.

The shift to love is one big step in the direction of who you are, and who we all are. Remember, deep down inside...

We are all Infinite Being.

Hallo Amazing Beings,

This month, there are breathtaking changes on the intergalactic council as Lord Kuthumi, Master Marko, and Jesus are moving on to other positions. They are being replaced by Babaji, Master Sven and Dwjhal Kuhl. I included a huge article about the intergalactic council and the changes in my newsletter.

2025 is really important year for the world, when the structure of society will start to change. Currently the world is pretty chaotic. I have been saying for a long time that leaders are being prepared to move us into the fifth dimension and we will last start to see this happening in 2025. At last leaders, who are not self-serving, but have vision, compassion and integrity are ready to step forward.

All the systems that are currently breaking down will start shifting into a new dynamic. I asked my guide to describe 2025 and he gave me, expansion, hope and the NEW.

2025 is a 9 year, 2+0+2+5 = 9. 9 is the number of completions and endings. Many things in people’s personal lives and on the planet will be fulfilled and completed. You can consciously assist this by tying up loose ends, clearing out old junk, papers and anything you no longer need. At the same time, raise your frequency so that when the New comes in to take its place, it will be at a higher vibration.

world will become much more Aquarian in 2025. This means humanity will seek more freedom, more autonomy, etcetera.

There will be an easing of the extreme weather conditions we have seen. However, because the challenging weather is reported in the news, it will not seem as if there is an improvement. Stay positive and calm and look to the time in the not too distant future when we will be able to naturally control the weather for the highest good.

Similarly, while there will not be peace everywhere, there will be a reduction in tensions and an aquarian seeking of solutions to benefit all.

More people than ever before will be moving onto an ascension pathway and a significant number seeking higher ascension. Right now the energies for spiritual growth are huge. It is so exciting. In fact it is so exciting and I feel it is so important that I am offering a free workshop on 13th January, at the full moon, so that you can receive a boost to 6Dascension ie higher ascension and build your 7D light body as well as your crystalline heart and brain for the golden future.
