Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We welcome you to our realm. Anytime that you want to visit with us, or any of us as individuated consciousness, you may. We are here for all of you, and it is our greatest joy to be of service to you. We look to you and the lives that you are living to learn more about ourselves, as we see no separation between that which is you and that which is us. We ask you to simply be yourselves and live your lives, but we also know that you want to live lives of freedom, joy, love, creativity, abundance, confidence, and expansion. You do want to feel yourselves growing and becoming more of who and what you really are, whether you know it or not. And we learn from you by witnessing you in those attempts that you make at expanding into more of who and what you really are.

The teachings that we have to offer you are simple. We tell you to feel what it is that you are feeling and then decide whether you like the feeling or not. If you like the feeling, then keep doing what you’re doing or focusing what you’re focusing upon, keep talking about what you’re talking about, continue to move down that track, joyously. If you don’t like the way that you feel, release the feeling by breathing into it, by giving it your full attention, and letting it go. And then ask yourself what you were thinking about a particular person, event, circumstance, or interaction that resulted in you feeling the way that you were feeling. Maybe you were just focusing on a situation in a way that does not serve you, and the feeling was there to tell you that.

Feelings are important. That is a main teaching of ours. Thoughts, perspectives, beliefs, focal points, these are also very important, and they go hand in hand with what it is you are feeling or not feeling. We also encourage you to go within. We encourage you to feel for inspiration, impulses, intuitive hits, nudges, urges that you have coming up within you. And when you have one of those, take an action. Move forward in that direction. Let your feelings guide you as well into what will be most satisfying and fulfilling for you.

These are the things that will ultimately lead to more and more of your expansion into the self that you really are, the Source Energy you, the unconditional love that you are. You see, these are very simple teachings. It is not very complicated, but the situations and the scenarios that you face in your lives can be very complicated. When they are, it is best for you not to try to figure it all out with your minds. Instead, we advise you to feel into situations and to make how you feel important enough to you to change how you feel first and then allow solutions to come to you, to whatever the complicated scenario is that you are facing.

You are very creative, and you have created myriad situations, scenarios, and circumstances for yourselves, all designed to bring the most of you out of you. And when you can see everything in that way, you can live by these simple truths, these simple teachings, and you can thrive, and you can be more of who you really are, even while still being in a physical body on the fourth-dimensional Earth. Relax into that knowing, and don’t let the details of life get you down, not in any way.

Use the details of what it is you are currently living to go further, to expand out in all directions, and to become more of the love that you have always been, but have sometimes forgotten yourselves to be. This journey of your life is your remembrance. Cherish it. Live it, and know that you will always be moving in the right direction.

Dear Ones,

Many of you are feeling a sense of doom and gloom. It is time to bring some joy into your being. Even so, feelings of doom and gloom are to be expected given that the Earth you have known is slipping into oblivion. Joy seems counterintuitive given your ongoing media blitz about one terrible event after another.

Such is so because the media and those pushing those media stories are frightened. What was is no longer, including their ability to shift public opinion with a single headline. The media has forgotten that joy was once part of the Earth’s daily media reports. This terrible event happened, but so did heartwarming pieces. But because 3D is losing power day by day, very few heartwarming pieces are likely to be reported. Pain, fear, and anger are being touted to return Earth beings to a 3D world. A world that no longer exists.

Those of you in the know understand what is happening, but those who are not are more fearful than ever. “The sky is falling” is vocalized much more than “What a Wonderful World.” It is time for you and all forerunners to reject evidence that life on Earth is terrible and getting worse. Project your “Pollyanna” approach to a life filled with joy and hope. Of course, many of you will retort that “Even though that’s a wonderful concept, I need money to pay my rent” or “My life is in complete turmoil, where’s the joy in that?” So you continue to feed that which you do not want – a life filled with stress, anger, and angst.

How are you going to pay your bills? How are you going to remain in the community of your choice? And on and on with that which is merely feeding the fear frenzy now dominating Earth. Stop what you are doing and note even one joyful piece of your life. Even though you might start small, it is time to look for joy and happiness rather than what is wrong in your personal world.

Many of you indicate that you have done so many times previously, only to revert to the reality of your discomfort. What you have forgotten is that in the past few days, you have evolved, as has your personal world. What was is no more. And to continuously look for, or be attracted to, what was unpleasant in 3D is much like worrying that there was a bogeyman under your bed when you were young.

You have evolved beyond needing an adult to tell you that you are safe. It is time for you to create your safe space, or, perhaps more importantly, to recognize that you are in one. You are the adult in the room, and if everyone is worried about a bogeyman under the bed, that is not your problem. Expect that others can also discover that life is safe, even joyful.

This week’s transition phase is to note what is safe and joyful in your personal life and to ignore what is being reported in the media. Of course, your immediate response is that you cannot ignore the pain and suffering in the world despite your feelings of safety or joy. It is time to review the pain and suffering to determine whether it is truly an injury or merely a concern that it might become one. It is the difference between telling your child not to play in the street and your child being hit by a car.

We of the Universes strongly suggest that in this phase, you separate actual happenings from fears of what might happen. Then, address what you want to do to assist in the actual happening. For example, a child is injured by a moving automobile in front of your house, vs a child injured by a moving automobile thousands of miles from your home that is dramatically displayed by your media. The amount of time, energy, and fear would shift by location. So it is for you now. What is in your immediate world that you can shift, ignore, or emotionally engage in? And if you engage, is it because you feel you should, or your inner being encourages you to do so?

Much of your current angst stems from the 3D pyramid of outer-directed power, which is no longer your go-to power base. Someone informs you that you should be angry, frightened, or concerned about this, and so you are. This week, take the time to discover which part of any action or activity is truly you, and which is merely a should you have followed for eons.

Liberate your social conscience, acknowledge your personal reality, and find the joy you have hidden for eons.

So be it.

I find it fascinating how many humans become deeply interested in things they say they do not want.

You tell me about negative entities, energetic vampires, psychic attacks, toxic relationships, curses, energetic cords, and all sorts of invisible creatures that seem to occupy a great deal of your attention. Then, in the very next breath, you tell me you would like more peace, more joy, more freedom, and more love in your life.

Can you see the contradiction?

I am not asking whether these things are real or unreal. From where I stand, that is not the most useful question.

Everything can become real within experience.

A dream feels real while you are dreaming it. A memory feels real while you are remembering it. A frightening story can make your heart race even when you know it never happened. Experience is remarkably flexible, and consciousness is remarkably creative.

The question I would ask is much simpler:

Why are you feeding it?

If you place food outside your door every day, eventually visitors will arrive. If you spend your days studying fear, discussing fear, researching fear, sharing fear, and looking for evidence of fear, your consciousness becomes highly skilled at finding more things to be afraid of.

You call this awareness. I call it gardening.

And many of you are growing magnificent fear gardens.

Imagine walking into a vast library containing millions of books. You pick up a book about spiritual attacks. Then another. Then another. Soon your entire shelf is filled with stories about danger, interference, hidden enemies, and dark forces. After a while you begin believing that the library itself is dangerous.

Meanwhile, thousands of books on creativity, wisdom, joy, beauty, love, innovation, healing, and adventure remain untouched.

The library was never the problem. The selection was.

Now, does this mean that other beings, dimensions, energies, and frequencies do not exist?

Of course not.

Consciousness is vast beyond anything most humans currently imagine. You can connect with higher-dimensional beings. You can connect with departed spirits. You can connect with collective thought forms. You can connect with all sorts of frequencies and realities.

My question is: why would you choose to spend your precious creative energy on the ones you do not enjoy?

You have access to an infinite streaming platform. There are channels dedicated to inspiration, beauty, mastery, creativity, wonder, healing, and discovery. Yet many people become obsessed with the horror section and then wonder why their reality begins feeling frightening.

The universe is incredibly responsive.

Where attention goes, experience follows.

This is not a reward system and it is not a punishment system. It is simply how consciousness functions. Attention is creative. Focus is creative. Expectation is creative. Imagination is creative.

Every moment you are casting votes for the reality you would like to experience.

That is why I encourage you to stop asking what you should believe and start asking what you would like to create.

Believing belongs largely to the third-dimensional experience. It assumes there is a fixed reality somewhere outside of you and your task is to discover which version is correct.

Creation is different.

Creation understands that consciousness participates in experience. It understands that reality responds to focus. It understands that your attention is one of the most powerful tools available to you.

So when someone asks me whether negative entities are real, I smile. I could spend hours discussing the subject.

Instead, I usually ask a different question: would you like more of that experience?

Because if you continue giving it your attention, your emotional energy, your conversations, your research, and your imagination, you are strengthening that pathway within your reality.

You are watering the plant.

Then you seem surprised when it grows.

I would much rather see you become fascinated with beauty.

I would much rather see you explore joy, creativity, abundance, wisdom, love, synchronicity, inspiration, and all the extraordinary possibilities available to consciousness.

These realities grow exactly the same way.

The difference is that most people understand this principle when it comes to fear, yet forget it when it comes to wonder.

So I invite you to become a little more selective with your attention.

Not because something is good or bad.

Simply because your attention is one of the most valuable currencies you possess.

Spend it on experiences you would genuinely like to have more of.

The universe is listening much more carefully than you realize.

We have received indeed many answers and many contacts. We have received many requests for non-negotiables, suggestions and ideas on how to improve your daily lives, either for you personally or for all of you. 

And we have loved all of them. Sincerely, we gladly include and take all of your requests into account, as we love you very much. And we hope that this can calm your minds and make you feel at ease, knowing that we want to eagerly help you improve your situation and the quality of your lives. We want to set you on a trajectory allowing you to rejoice and achieve the joy and happiness that you all dream of.

If we could, we would paint the whole world in pink and rainbow colors. We would remove all obstacles and put fascinating and beautiful opportunities in your path. And since it is sometimes possible, we want to make the utmost use of every opportunity to help advance you toward an easier path and a more beautiful upward spiral than you were on before. 

We thank you truly for your trust and your faith, and for indulging in the possibility of this beautiful and somewhat unexpected co-creation. 

We know your world may lack a bit of color, whether within or around you, in your bedroom, your close surroundings, or generally in your daily life. We truly want to add the most beautiful colors to your existence, so that you can feel uplifted as you go about your daily tasks. We want you to feel joyful and to smile, allowing a sense of fulfillment and ever-present joy to reside inside of your heart. 

And indeed, we do create little by little this beautiful foundation for you, based on what we gathered from you, our observations, and our willingness to help as much as possible.

We hope that soon you may notice improvements in your life, perhaps just on a small scale. Nevertheless, you may notice changes in how you feel, how the daily synchronicities are orchestrated, and how you perceive yourself on many levels of your being – whether concerning your health, your emotional state, or your mental wellbeing. We affect a change for your highest good on all of these levels.

We ask you to pay attention to small details of your daily life – how you feel internally and how things are working out – perhaps in an easier and more comfortable way, on a daily basis. 

We would love to take your hand and bring you into a garden full of flowers, with so many colors and such an uplifting vibe. We would love to realize for you the vision – for each and every one of you – that you carry in your heart and soul, and that is very dear and precious to you. 

We would love to surround you with all the love you may ever need, with an overflow of love, with an overflow of happiness and bliss.

We wait impatiently for you to truly feel better. And we are so eager to continue the creative process with you – to create more of what you desire and build a reality that corresponds to your deepest hopes, wishes, and dreams. 

We want to be present in your lives and love you deeply.

Each of you has a beautiful potential that we want to tend to, revive, and help flourish, so that your very inner world resembles this garden-like exterior so pleasing to your eyes. 

Every time you turn to us, we become these attentive gardeners, and we will pour water, we will pour love, and we will pour all of our kindness and positive focus into your healing, your progressing, and into your becoming the best versions of yourselves.

When you are asleep, we will bring fresh flowers and place them on your nightstand. You might not see them with your eyes, but they are not imaginary, they will envelop you with their beautiful scent, permeate your aura with their beautiful colors, and recharge your vibrations.

You might not know it or realize it quite that clearly, but you are already in our hearts. And we will see to it, we will do all we can to come to you often, as soon as you call on us, to come to you and to love you, surround you with love, with care, pouring out of our hearts, out of our beings, out of our celestial dimensions – out of the Source really. 

We desire to present you and to surround you with a world full of harmony, where there is no perceived lack, no shortcomings, no fear, and no danger either. We desire to present you with such a world that your inner peace is guaranteed, your inner peace and your inner wellbeing.

Indeed, we would love to bring thousands of roses to your nightstand, so that you might know and realize the depths of our love – the depths of love of Source itself. 

So that you can surrender to this connection – to connection with Source, as undeniably, this is what we facilitate for you. 

We hold your hands, as often we do, and we want you to know that you are safe – we want you to know that our love and our presence are forever. 

We want you to know that whatever you are battling, you can deposit it with us. We want you to know that it is safe to talk and to connect with us, as we always try to create circumstances for your highest good, quench your thirst for love, and answer your requests.

We hold your hands and hope that soon you will be in our arms again, so that we can hold your being with much love, much care, and much anticipation. 

And if you desire our presence, you can just whisper “The Celestial White Beings”.  

We will see to it, we will do all we can for you to be comforted, at ease, and satisfied with our help. We are always full of joy if you include us in your lives, and we are always ecstatic if you call on us and let us help.

And in the meantime, we only ask you to stay positive, and full of trust, as we envelop you with light, with beauty, with love, with our presence, holding you and holding your hands.

The Unknown Teachers

Today a few words on Joy; the joy that passes all understanding; the inner contentment, which on occasions is allowed to bubble up, and have you burst forth into song. A joyful heart is first of all a blessing to itself.

In blessing yourself through joy, you bless others with your cheerful countenance and happy disposition, which will ripple forth with a fragrance imbued with the will of God, bringing forth the fruits of the spirit.

Soul-growth is helped tremendously by this inner joy, a wanting to praise the unseen Creator, the Force that tenderly nurtures the soul, and watches over it while it grows.

My child, cultivate this inner joy, as this peaceful joy will act as a light and a magnet to attract others. Welcome them and see them as they are; wonderful siblings in Spirit. See them as God sees them in His Infinite Love; the perfect budding souls in human form, each with their very own wondrous gifts and tools to unfold and hone to perfection.

We welcome you. We were impatiently waiting for you to connect with us, to rejoice being in our presence, to rejoice making this new connection, this new endeavor, this new undertaking that is yet to be explored, that is yet to be uncovered.

And we are really happy to say that many of you got in touch, have contacted us, in a very spontaneous, sincere and straightforward ways. We were very happy to see your joy, your interest, your eagerness to enter into communication with us, and we answer to you all very happily, very joyfully, very readily, because we always want to quench the thirst of your heart for the love that is readily available, that is here for you, that longs to pour into your cup, that longs to embrace you, that longs to cherish you, as all of the Universe does.

And we want to let you know, Dearest ones, you are always invited into this beautiful communion of love that we, the Celestial White Beings, co-create for you together with the Universe and with All that is, all the beauty that is readily available for you. Anything you can desire is readily available for you through this connection, because anything truly can be manifested, in the positive ways, of course, for the most positive outcome, for your highest good, for the highest good of all.

Dearest ones, you do not need to struggle in seclusion and aloneness, isolation. Just come forward and present yourselves and we will be readily available to embrace you, to hold your hands, and to listen to you, to listen deeply to the depths of your heart, of your soul, of your being.

We yearn to co-create this reality with you. This reality of togetherness, of love, of rejoicing, of the utmost joy, of belonging, of inclusion. The very reality of the planet, of your planet, that you yourselves long for, that which is full of love, inclusion, togetherness, beauty. This reality is available to you, is available for you.

You can always reach out to us and share what are your non-negotiables, share with us in the most positive way what are your deepest desires, your deepest longing, or how would you like it to happen, to be functioning, how would you like it to be laid out, to be put in place. For all that we can actually see to it that this will be taken into account, for you personally, and for you as a collective consciousness.

And thus, we might gather many different non-negotiables, many different desires and requests. We can create a beautiful staple, a beautiful foundation, based on this information, based on this data, and this will help you to have a sturdy base in your personal lives, and again, as well as a collective.

You can include all of your dreams, all of your deepest desires, all of your joys and hopes, and we will take them into account. We will take them into account so they do repercuss in your personal life, and we will take them into account, so the others benefit from them as well.

And this is not exceptional or a one-time thing, we can repeat the process as many times as you desire and until you see what has changed in your life, until you perceive it and until you are satisfied with the result. We can always do and redo this process, so it is entirely satisfying to you, and so that your reality is the one of an immense joy, is the one of the bliss.

Dearest ones, we always clap our hands when you are happy and all is going well in your lives, so that you rejoice to your liking, to your fulfillment, happiness and satisfaction. We love to create conditions for you that you would find astounding, beautiful and deeply regenerating. We love to create conditions for you where you finally can peace out, be at ease, and let go, where you finally see that you truly can let go of a struggle, and you can simply be, rejoice and enjoy the beautiful adventure that you are on.

So again, Dearest ones, do not hesitate, our door is always open, we always answer the bell, we always answer the phone. We love you and we care about you. And we truly want this to be known. We truly want this to be a visit card that you pick up each and every day.

We love you immensely, and we will be back very very shortly.

Beneath the constant movement of the external world exists a deeper dimension of the self untouched by circumstance. At the core of your being flows an  and stillness that does not depend upon possessions, achievements, relationships, status, or outer validation. It is already present within now.

Many spend their lives searching for fulfilment exclusively through the senses: chasing temporary pleasures, material gains, emotional highs, or external approval. Yet all phenomena perceived through the senses are transitory by nature. They arise, change form, and eventually dissolve. To attach one’s inner stability entirely to temporary experiences is to place peace into the hands of an ever-changing world.

This is why so many experience cycles of excitement followed by emptiness. The soul is seeking something permanent within a realm built upon impermanence.

True transcendental peace emerges when consciousness turns inward and reconnects with the eternal essence behind the personality and physical form. Beyond thought, beyond fear, beyond worldly turbulence, there exists an unshaken field of awareness untouched by loss or gain. This inner harmony has always been there quietly waiting beneath the noise of the mind.

The great illusion of the material world is not that external experiences are inherently wrong, but that they can permanently complete you. External pleasures may be enjoyed, but they cannot substitute the infinite peace of the soul itself.

The more one aligns with this inner source, the less external chaos controls their emotional state. Peace ceases to be conditional. Joy ceases to depend upon outcomes.

Prioritise that which is eternal over that which is fleeting. Invest energy into the cultivation of inner stillness, higher awareness, wisdom, compassion, and spiritual alignment. For when the outer world inevitably shifts, the one anchored in the eternal remains centred within the eye of the storm.

The spring of transcendental peace already exists within you. Today, we encourage you to sip upon its heavenly elixir.

Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very happy to tell you about the energies that are being sent for the month of April 2026. We and many of our galactic friends are already sending energies in that are designed to get you to clean house, to get you to let go of that which is not serving you, that which is dark, that which is heavy, that which is weighing you down, blocking you, preventing you from living lives of joy and freedom, creativity and everything else that you want. These are the energies that are coming to encourage you to let go of what you have been clinging to that is holding you back, that is keeping you from being who you really are as an aspect of Source.

You can let go of judgments, beliefs that don’t serve you, resentment, resistance, fear, all kinds of thoughts and behaviors, perspectives that are not giving you the emotional boost that you were hoping they would give you. You can let go of so much throughout the month of April so that you can burst forth into the month of May ready to be a brand new, shiny version of yourself. And of course, you get to then experience a brand new version of Earth on a different timeline than the one you were on before.

So you might be wondering why we are not sending you energies to bring about world peace. And we say, ‘But we are!’ That’s what these energies will do by creating for you an opportunity to explore inner peace. That inner peace then puts you on a timeline where there is already that peace that you desire. You jump to the peaceful Earth on the peaceful timeline. You leave behind the wars and the discord, and the violence, and all of the polarization that leads to these types of energies being present in your experience. That’s your job. That’s your work.

And we and the other beings that are assisting with these energies are simply here to help. We are here to offer the invitation that will be sent out to each and every one of you to let go of that which keeps you on a timeline and on a version of Earth where these wars are happening, where there is discord on the streets, in your communities, and where you have that kind of discord in your personal relationships as well. You have to let go of what is not serving you in order to be the version of yourself that allows everyone else to be who they are.

You want to adopt the live and let live philosophy and lifestyle, and you want to live it and know that you don’t have to make anyone else agree with you and you don’t have to prove anyone else wrong in order for you to be in alignment with your own truths and your own values. And it doesn’t mean that you move to an Earth where everyone agrees with you. It just means that you can respect each other’s differences of opinion, different perspectives, different beliefs and ideologies, and not go to war over them.

That’s what you have to look forward to throughout the month of April. So feel for the energies coming in, supporting you in becoming lighter, freer, more peaceful, more of who you really are as a whole and complete being, integrated in all the ways you want to be. We know you can do it, and that’s why we are sending these energies at this time.
