Illusion Collapsing, Let Go of All Attachments To It

Illusion Collapsing, Let Go of All Attachments To It

By Sananda

Post on January 27, 2026

I am Sananda,

and I come to be with you at this time to share with you about your earlier discussion which was regarding the forgetting and moving on and that is so important that you all do that because it is all about letting go of your attachments and as was said earlier attachments will only hold you back, will keep you from your ascension process

But all of you have the ability and the power within you to let go of those attachments because they are not real. I say that now because they are a part of the illusion, so they are not based in reality. They are only based in programming, in programming that must be let go of.

And the more that you understand this and realize fully who you are and the idea that you need to find yourselves more and more in the higher frequencies.

But you cannot find yourself in those higher frequencies if you are holding on to the programming and therefore the attachments.

So let go of those attachments everywhere that you can. Again, they are not real. They are just part of the illusion, part of the matrix

Think about the movie the matrix and how those people that were moving in the matrix believed that there’s was the reality But those that escaped the matrix the Neo and others knew that it was not the reality, that it was just simply an illusion.

And that is where you are all needing to fully understand that it is an illusion, the illusion is collapsing, the third dimension is collapsing.

It cannot hold itself up much longer. The Earth/Gaia herself will not hold on to that third dimensional illusion too much longer.

Will it take something dramatic happening to bring this about possibly?

But it is also about what was being said in the meditation about the trickling of the truths coming forward, and that is what is happening now, the truths are beginning to flood through.

And as they continue to flood through Then those of you that have the eyes to see and the ears to hear will certainly, know that truth as it comes through.

But there are so many more that have not had those eyes to see but do now and they will begin to see this as well and hear the truth as well.

So be of good cheer my friends, my brothers and sisters.

All is well, all is exactly as it needs to be and one more thing.

When I as Yeshua, those many thousands of years ago, said to my disciples “Leave everything behind. Do not take anything, but that which you can carry on your back”.

That was the ideal of letting go of all attachments because I knew that if they held those attachments, they would not be able to find their ascension as well.

So please each and every one of you heed these words.

Let go, let go of the past.

“Forgive, forget and move on”.

Be in the present moment as much as you possibly can. And know that the frequencies, as they continue to increase will continue to help you stay in those higher frequencies, will help you to stay in the higher consciousness and will help you to let go of the old programming.

It is all working together to bring this about many different sources everywhere are working on this process to help the earth ascend.

Not the Earth itself, She will ascend regardless. But the people on the Earth, to find their ascension. That is what this is all about. That is what you all came here for.

Yes, you are the way showers. It is time now to show the way, first to yourselves and then to others.

I am Sananda and I leave you now in peace and love and oneness and that you continue to believe in yourselves and let go of all that is not of yourselves.

How To Let Go of What No Longer Serves

How To Let Go of What No Longer Serves

By Yeshua (Jesus/Issa)

Channel: Rob Loveland

Post on January 23, 2026

Rob: All right, Yeshua, so how do we let go of whatever from the past that we were holding on to, if it doesn’t carry forward into the new? I think we find ourselves in positions of having to let go of things that we perhaps didn’t know we needed to, so how do we do that? How do we carry on with life, not knowing what to expect next?

Yeshua: Hello again, Rob. It is always a pleasure to come visit with you in this way, or in any way you choose, for that matter. As you know so well, we are always here for you.

So whether you understand it completely or not, I think you’ve stated the answer to your own question. You’re asking, how do you proceed in life, not knowing what you necessarily need to let go of. The first point is you recognize completely that not everything in your life up to this point is important to carry on into what comes next.

So in that regard, half the battle is won. You recognize that there are things that you are going to leave behind, but this should not be viewed with any sense of sadness, of depression, of melancholy. These are things that are simply not needed anymore.

Yes, they might have held some sentimental value, if I could use that word, something that you thought was important in the past and even in the recent past. But if it’s no longer necessary, then why would you choose to carry it forward?

So you had stated you’re not sure of what to let go. Well, that’s just it. As it becomes clear to you that this is no longer necessary, that it no longer serves the purpose that you thought it once held, then simply let it go you.

You have this vision, Rob, of carrying around a heavy suitcase, a bag filled with contents that you don’t need for the trip you are taking. Why are you carrying it? Set it down. Just let it go.

It should not carry sadness with it. If you don’t need it, then why would you be sad about leaving it behind? It just is what it is. It’s something that is no longer needed.

That’s not to say others don’t need it, whatever that object or belief might be. But for you, for where you are at this moment, simply ask yourself, “Is this necessary? Why am I holding on to it? What is my belief behind this that makes me think that I should be carrying this. Is it a belief in how others should act?”

You are coming to the realization each and every day, Rob, that any expectations you have about how others should act is not altogether a fruitful exercise. You very often find that they don’t meet your expectations, but they’re exactly that: YOUR expectations. And it has very little to do with the other person or persons.

If others actions do not meet your expectations about what you think it could and should be, then ask yourself, “Why do you believe that?” Is it an opportunity missed? Is it an opportunity for you or for others? Again, you understand you can only control your own thoughts, your own beliefs, so seek to gain clarity on that. Why do I believe this? Why do I have an expectation? Is it fair to any others to expect them to do what they are not prepared to do? And at the end of the day, does it even matter? Why is that important?

You all have taken on to yourselves the symbol of the lighthouse. There is great wisdom in that. Again, the lighthouse stays fixed [and] shines its light for others to see and then to follow. As you are fond of saying, it does not run up and down the shoreline seeking out those in need. It just stays fixed in its place of prominence. Others will find you, those who need to.

You are doing marvelously. Don’t be concerned about who you’re reaching and how many. Those that need to find you will.

Thank you, as always, for this opportunity to visit with you, to share my love.

With that, I will step aside.

Farewell, all.

Let Go and Embrace the Present Now

Let Go and Embrace the Present Now

By Sananda

Channel: James McConnell

Post on January 16, 2026

I am Sananda,

I come to be with you at this time. At this time of looking forward, no more looking back, no more looking into the past, no more holding on to the past. The past is gone. That is not to say, forget those loved ones and those memories associated with those loved ones, whether they are family or friends or acquaintances, whatever it might be. But let go of the pain, the suffering, the fear. Let go of all of that.

Let go of all of those things that have held you back over the years in this lifetime. And in the past lifetimes as well. Let go of the patterns that have held you back. Let go of everything that holds you back, so that you cannot embrace the present now.

You know that as you embrace the present now, more and more and more, you are creating the new reality that you all want. You are all asking for, that you are all looking toward. That new reality is right there within your grasp. Each and every one of you, both at an individual level, to achieve whatever it is you want in your life moving forward. As well as for the collective, for the collective to achieve what they are wanting.

Of course, what is predominant on most people’s minds, within their hearts. It’s a world at peace, a world in love, a world based on truth and light. Not of falsehoods and darkness.

It is time now, my brothers and sisters. It’s time for each and every one of you to embrace. Embrace the love within you, embrace the knowing within you. Embrace the destiny you all have, to be here in these moments, these moments before the great changeover. Yes, that changeover is coming. Just as we and many other sources have been sharing. The great changeover is upon you. Whether or not you can embrace this changeover.

To do so, you do need to let go of the past. You need to let go of all of those things that have held you back. Just as I have said many times, just as others have been saying to you, it is time to forget, it is time to move on. To remember who you each are, what you are here for. The destiny that you all have now moving forward. Trust in yourself.

Yes, trust in the plan, the universal plan as well. You are all a part of this great universal plan. This plan that is indeed working out. Although it appears there are delays here and there. Everything that has been prophesied in a new, higher timeline. Everything that has been prophesied is becoming real, it is going to reach fruition. And the culmination of that is approaching.

I am Sananda, I leave you now in peace and love and oneness. That you continue to realize and understand who you are in this great scheme of things. You are much, much more than what you believe that you are at this point.

Let Go of Your 3D Battering World

Let Go of Your 3D Battering World

Dear Ones,

It seems as if everything you hold dear is slipping away without recourse.  Such is not true.  But what you once knew and depended on is no more, as both your inner and outer worlds shift from fear to love.

You likely do not perceive much love, only heightened fear and hate.  Such is as prophesied for those in 3D power feel their power slipping away, either through the natural process of aging or others no longer willing to follow.  And has been true for Earth eons: cruelty is the 3D go-to for retaining or gaining power.

The fear power-mongers generate has almost always led to cohesiveness and, therefore, the power they desire.  But because those 3D antics are no longer viable, those in 3D power create more fear-based constraints only to discover that instead of drawing humans to them, the majority is falling away to create a different, more loving world.

The shifts by those no longer of 3D, infuriate those in 3D power who continue to increase the fear factor so that they can maintain control.  Only to discover that their 3D fear tactics in this new world are creating the opposite effect.

Thus, power-mongers are finding themselves more isolated than in control.

Those of you who have transcended 3D find the angry, fearful antics of 3D abhorrent, forcing you to create a different lifestyle.  A lifestyle that may seem odd to you initially, but one that allows you to move beyond the fear and anger.

Even though many of you are just initiating this beyond 3D phase, the level of fear and anger is likely much higher than you are accustomed to from your leaders or nonfamily members.  Even though you may have been fearful in your home of origin, this fear is likely more intense.  Not because you were treated appropriately by those who were supposed to care for you, but because you knew you had an out after a certain age or specific steps were taken.  You might have lived in extreme fear, but you had some sense of power as you aged or moved.  The fear you are exploring now is global, with seemingly no chance of escape, as your emotional, financial, and physical health are destroyed or denied.

In addition, your innate caretaker being is coming to the forefront, not only for yourself but also for others who are frightened or treated beyond what you thought possible in your world.

It is time to go within once more.  Something you have done repeatedly through the various transition phases.  What is happening to you?  What can you create, invent, shift, or change so that the pieces of fear that are falling upon you are no longer frightening or concerning?  And how can your feelings be enhanced to the point where you feel comfortable in the world you are living in or creating?

Ignore what is happening in your 3D world, for those who have transitioned will be forced, as you have, to shift their lives into something meaningful.  The ongoing fear, perpetuated by the media and those of the 3D world, offers you little.

You are no longer part of 3D.  Every fearful act being displayed is merely those in 3D power feeling the loss of that power.  Allow that to be.  Then create your own world of power.  How do you wish to live your life?  What seems more interesting than the daily news reports?  How can you reduce your interactions with those of 3D?  What do you want your life to be?

You will not forsake those enmeshed in 3D fear, but instead demonstrate how they, too, can create a life of peace and joy despite what appears to be happening around them.  Those in 3D are extremely fearful and becoming more so daily.  And instead of reducing the fear by calming those following them, 3D power-mongers are amplifying the fear factor, encouraging more humans to leave their sphere of influence and the 3D realm.

Your role at this tremulous time is to provide a beacon for those who no longer wish to follow the 3D dictates of fear and anger.  And the only way you can create that role is for you to leave the 3D power influencers, knowing they cannot harm you if you are no longer one of their followers.

Stand up and say “No” to yourself and continue to say “No” whenever something makes you fearful or angry.  You are no longer of 3D, and neither is the Earth.  But until those of you beyond 3D stake your claim of peace and joy, the fear will continue.

In a sense, you are a battered person refusing to return to your fearful home.

So be it.

Forgive and Let Go

Forgive and Let Go

Thought Adjuster

Is The Teacher

Oregon, USA, June 25, 2022

Thought Adjuster: “Forgiveness is a multi-layered process set into motion by the honest desire to forgive. The challenge many encounter in that endeavor is that they tackle it from their intellect rather than their heart. Merely saying “I forgive you” does not make it so. You will soon notice that there are still pockets of resentment and feelings of hurt that keep bubbling up. How, then, do you go about releasing them once and for all?

The best approach to this soul-liberating process is to reflect upon Jesus’ life that abounded in forgiveness exemplifications. He was greatly misunderstood, emotionally and physically abused, and subjected to character defamation. In comparison, your self-righteous assertions of victimization often amount to self-pity.

Jesus never felt sorry for himself. He dealt with the earthly life blows by adopting an elevated perspective, ever more concerned about his heavenly Father’s feelings than his own. To him, the injured party was the Father he had come to represent. By not taking offenses personally, Jesus did not brood over them or schemed revenge. He distanced himself from the Old Testament retaliatory an-eye-for-an-eye response and, by turning the other cheek, he stunned his tormentors and the bystanders.

Forgiveness is indeed an act of liberation — of the self and those who dug their claws deep into you. It is also a process of emotional relaxation — only possible when the mind and its memories disengage from the inner conflict to allow the heart to do its job as the forgiver. Forgiveness allows for peace to settle in. Wasn’t your Master Jesus coined as the Prince of Peace? How else could he have forgiven if he had operated from a place of inner turmoil?

The dove of peace holding an olive branch needs to be released from your heart. Yours is to open the door of its cage whose bars are made of resentment and grudges. Once you set it free to soar, it will become your peace ambassador. Do not rescind its emancipation, as by doing so, you nullify your selfless act of forgiveness. Let it go so that it can drop its olive branch in the lap of those you want to absolve of any debt toward you.

It is the only way for peace to be restored in your world — inner and outer. Jesus makes himself available to assist you in that process that he mastered to perfection so that he could become ‘the way’ — the way back to the Father as heaven is a grudge-free zone.”

When Your Mind Can’t Let Go

When Your Mind Can’t Let Go

    By Leo Babauta | Source

    Posted on January 18, 2025

Sometimes your mind can get fixated on something, and it just won’t let go. For some people, this happens a lot — sometimes more than they realize.

How can you tell if your mind won’t let go of something? Some signs:

    • You won’t let go of an argument
    • You’re known for always wanting to be right
    • You replay conversations in your mind, arguing internally
    • You stew over an offense for a long time
    • You hold grudges
    • You get frustrated a lot because things aren’t the way you like them
    • People get tired of you complaining or being frustrated by the same things over and over
    • You regret things strongly, and wish you could go back and redo key moments of your life
    • You can’t forgive yourself for things you’ve done

A mind that fixates is a human thing, but if you’re unable to let go, your mind becomes more and more rigid.

And this can affect your relationships, your ability to focus on the present moment, and your happiness.

I’m not saying that this tendency to fixate the mind is a bad thing. There’s a strength to it, a protectiveness, a fire. But what if you want to have a more fluid mind, and let go? Maybe for a bit of peace of mind?

Let’s look at how to let go.

    Why the Mind Fixates

Let’s start with why the mind fixates on something in the first place. Let’s assume it’s not because the mind hates your happiness, or is dumb.

The mind desires things the way it wants things to be — and that desire is completely natural. We want things the way we like them. The fixation comes when we get strongly attached to things being the way we want them to be.

Why would we become strongly attached? Because of fear — we’re afraid that if things aren’t the way we want them to be, then we won’t be OK.

    For example:

    • If I’m wrong about an argument, then my fear might be that people will think I’m dumb
    • If I don’t defend myself against someone else’s criticism, then my fear might be that I’m not a good person (or won’t be seen as a good person)
    • If I don’t hold on to a grudge or resentment, then my fear might be that people will just walk all over me and disrespect me
    • If I am frustrated about things not being the way I want them, then my fear might be that if thing aren’t that way, I won’t have control over a scary situation

Do any of these sound familiar? Your mind’s fear might be in one of those. Or maybe there’s another fear — but it’s likely to be a fear that you won’t be OK for some reason.

    How to Let Go

Knowing why our minds fixate — because of fear — might help us to understand how we can start to let go.

We have to first simply acknowledge the fear. We’re afraid we won’t be OK. That’s an understandable fear to have! It’s totally OK to have that fear, and to have a mind that’s fixated because of it.

Next, we might ask, “What does my fear need, in order to feel that I’ll be OK?” The first reaction might be: “I need things to be the way I want them to be!” Which is, of course, the belief underlying the mind’s tendency to attachment.

But what if you didn’t need things to be that way, in order to be OK? What if you could trust that you’ll be OK no matter how things turn out? See if you can imagine yourself being OK, even if you’re not right about things, even if someone thinks bad things about you, even if you do something embarrassing, even if things aren’t just the way you want them to be?

If you can believe in that … then what would your fear need to feel that you’ll be OK? For me, I simply need a deeper breath, a little presence, and a little love.

Then I don’t need for things to be any way.

    How to Practice Letting Go

Let’s take all of that and put it into practice:

    1. Notice when your mind is fixated. This will usually be accompanied by frustration, or an inability to let go of an argument or offense. And tightness in your body and mind. If all you do is notice this, you’ll be making huge progress.
    2. Pause and acknowledge the fear. Breathe for a moment. Notice that your fear that you won’t be OK is causing you to be attached and tight. Notice that it’s frustrating you. Now simply acknowledge the fear, breathe, give it some presence and love.
    3. Remind yourself that you’ll be OK no matter what. Start to develop a deep trust in your OK-ness, by reminding yourself that being right, or being offended, or having things your way … aren’t required for you to be OK. You can be OK no matter how things turn out. Trust in that.
    4. Now let go. Breathe, and acknowledge that you could be wrong. Acknowledge that the other person might have had good intentions. Acknowledge that you don’t need things to be your way. Forgive the other person, or yourself. Feel how loving and open this is.

I don’t expect each of these steps to be easy. That’s OK, we don’t have to be attached to doing it right! Just practice. See what happens, with a mind that’s curious.

And then see what might happen if you let your mind release, and be fluid. See what kind of openness might come.

    with love,

    Leo Babauta
