Greeting Dearest Ones. We are the pleiadian council. We connect with each of you to share our insights and guidance along your evolutionary Journey.

Dearest Ones, the wounds you carry are not signs of weakness, they are unopened pathways. Many of you have been taught to survive your pain, not to confront it. Yet healing begins the moment you turn toward the pain you once avoided. Your trauma is not asking to be erased, it is asking to be seen, felt, and held without judgment so that it can evolve past its lower frequency and into higher states of wholeness.

Dear ones, when emotions rise such as grief, anger, or fear do not silence them. To silence them is to suppress them. Your unresolved trauma/pain are not enemies, they are messengers that were once ignored. Allow this energy to speak to you in a safe and grounded way through your presence.

Healing is not a straight path, it is a spiral. You may revisit the same feelings yet each time with more awareness, more compassion and more power. By confronting suppressed densities, you are not going backwards, you are actually diving deeper into a sustainable healing.

Dearest ones, your body holds memory so we ask that you breathe into it gently. Place your hand where the ache lives within and remind yourself that you are here now. Remind yourself that you are safe now.

Dear ones, we ask that you release the illusion that time alone heals all wounds. This is a heartbreaking statement that keeps you trapped into lower frequencies of trauma. It is YOUR ATTENTION that HEALS. It is the love that transforms trauma through your awareness. Forgiveness of others will come, but do not force it, feel through it…

Keep in mind that boundaries must be placed as needed to be. These boundaries we speak of are not limitations to self but limiting what you allowed to disrupt your sacred field.

Dearest ones, you are allowed to outgrow the versions of you that was built in survival mode. As you do, you will begin to feel something unfamiliar…Peace without tension, rest without fear and joy without guilt. This is not something you must earn, it is something you must remember to return to wholeness.

We, the Pleiadian Council are pleased to have had this opportunity to connect with each of you. We are consistently sending you, your world and all of her inhabitants are undivided unconditional love and guidance.

I love you and I know you very much, more than you even know.

Even though I love you a lot I can not carry you those moments when you must learn.

If I carried you in every scary moment you would not learn all that you as a soul wants you to learn.

But I ensure you, I do carry you at many moments for that is what we as angels do!

But I mean – and I hope you understand this – that some steps is only for you to take – so that new insights come to you!

These insights are so important to you and also to all humanity!

For each step you work yourself through your fears, you actually work for everybody!

When you go through your fears you open a door, that has has never been open before.

It is hard work and it is like going through the eye of a needle, and you come out on the other side and you can feel a great reliefe and you suddenly get an epiphany and you understand it all so clearly.

When you suddenly realize that your fear was a monster but you discovered that is was a papertiger.

When fear no longer has its grip over you and your life, you can begin to embrace yourself and the world with an open heart and open mind.

Then your true journey starts! Your journey as a soul in a body on Earth.

To carry fear is very common. It is also common that fear hinders many things in your life. Fear is a teacher! When you live with fear it becomes your glasses that you see yourself with and the entire world.

You are safe with me always! I promise you! I am an angel with strength and so I protect you when you need it, and I also serve you to explore your own strength in accordance with your higher self.

It is a hard job to work with your fears, and I love you for taking each step so bravely, and it is a job for the greater good as well, never forget about it!

You are unique and your light is equally unique and if you could see it you would be amazed!

I am Saint Germain, guardian of the violet flame.

I always welcome your thoughts, your insights on what it’s like to live there on planet Earth as a human being. You can speak to me at any time, and please know that the lines of communication between us are always open. There is no real separation between us. That is an illusion. I know that you face challenges there on Earth that we do not face here in the nonphysical, and I always want you all to know that you have help and that we care.

It is true that we have to allow you to have your experiences and to go through your pain and your suffering, but it doesn’t mean that we are ignoring you during those times when you’ve hit rock bottom, when you’re at that moment of despair. We are there with you, sending you love, healing, and compassion, and we are listening. Now, I have given you the tool of the violet flame to use to help yourselves. And I want you to know that it’s always available to each and every one of you. You don’t need a special certificate to access or use the violet flame, and it is my goal that you see yourself as being equal to me and equal to every other human being on your planet.

That way, you will know that you are worthy of receiving help and that you have just as much access to the violet flame as anyone else who may seem more spiritually awake than you sometimes feel. You are spiritually awake, because you are receiving this message, and it is time for you to recognize that you have access to so much more. You have access to the entirety of the nonphysical. And sometimes, while in the pit of despair, you open up and you receive.

And that is how everything serves you. That is why it is allowed to exist as it is. Some of you plan a life for yourselves where you know there will be loss, there will be pain, and there will be suffering, and you plan it that way for yourselves because you know you will then be likely to hit rock bottom, to be in the pit of despair, and to open up the floodgates to the nonphysical, and you will, in a moment, let in all that you have asked for throughout that entire lifetime. And you will have an experience that you couldn’t have otherwise had.

And your story will inspire others, especially those who have felt pit-of-despair adjacent for a long time or who have already plummeted into it and are looking for a way out. Everyone has equal access, but not everyone knows that. Everyone is as worthy as everyone else, and if you really want to be of service to others, you will see them that way, and you will tell them that you know it to be true because, ultimately, you also want to see everyone else as having equal access to all that they are and all that they think they need, just as we do in the higher realms.

And yes, you can also tell people of the tool that you have discovered called the violet flame, and you can tell them that it has worked for you at times and it might work for them. And then you will feel like the ascended master that you really are because you will be telling people what I am telling you from the realm of the ascended masters right now.

God only gains power in a person's life when the person empowers themselves and God. This happens when the person has wept all their tears and no longer accepts their unbearable fate. When repentance becomes essential for survival, miracles occur.

JJK: I woke up today wondering what people whose lives are constantly recurring with certain issues and problems can do to find an exit strategy?

I know many people who constantly face the same unresolved situations, encounter the same difficulties – like a boomerang that keeps coming back – and simply can't find a way out. They seem helplessly at the mercy of fate, and all their efforts seem to fail.

Some even engage in intensive transformational work, but as soon as they find themselves standing before their mother, father, husband, wife, guru, pastor, or boss again, they can't utter a word and create no clarity. Relationship work is bound to fail if people don't put what they clearly feel inside into practice and reinforce it with words and actions. So what can these people do who are so entangled that their problems keep repeating themselves and boomeranging back on them?

One day…

BABAJI: The answer lies in the maturity of the soul and in the pain that has already been experienced.

One day in a person's life, they step out of a game – in which everything there was to learn has been learned, and everything there was to experience has been experienced.

The answers and solutions are often right there on the table long before people take action. Especially for those engaged in inner healing work, the WHY and the HOW are not a secret, but an open book. Summoning the strength to move things and practically change situations is the challenge these people sometimes face for many lifetimes.

Often, these people have become so accustomed to their suffering that they can hardly imagine a life without it. Their fear of change is greater than their fear of the recurring pain and renewed suffering.

The question is: Which fear prevails – the fear of change or the fear of leaving everything as it is?

As long as someone claims they would like to resolve a situation, but it's impossible for this or that reason, stagnation prevails –

and no resolution is in sight. The first step is taken when a person fully accepts personal responsibility for their unwillingness and inability to resolve the situation.

JJK: Does that mean waiting until that moment in life arrives and the hour of truth comes, waiting until the person finds the courage to take action?

Insights must be followed by action!

BABAJI: To drain the cup of pain to the dregs! Which fear dominates, that is the question? The answer to that determines people's behavior.

This characteristic explains why so many people are unable to make life-changing decisions. Please understand this:

Inner insights must be followed by action, for only then can the new be anchored on all levels and the initiated transformation processes be completed. Thoughts without words remain thoughts, words without actions remain words, and actions without inner insight remain powerless and meaningless.

JJK: Does that mean waiting until the time comes?

BABAJI: Until man is willing to clearly perceive the impulses of his heart and follow the guidance of his soul, he must face his destiny, for better or for worse!

JJK: I wonder why so many people have to reach their breaking point before they can start anew? I remember when Sai Baba said to me during a light séance years ago:

"You need to resolve this with your friend, explain to him what you are doing now, how you want to rekindle the friendship so that you can continue to grow spiritually. You need to address the issue directly with your friend and explain yourself, regardless of his reaction."

At the time, this was a huge hurdle for me, because I knew that this friendship was over after my "spiritual coming out"—and indeed, after I immediately followed SAI BABA's advice, my life developed completely differently, in a positive direction with a great deal of ease and joy that I had never known before. I was told:

"You must first be willing to give up the old in order to receive the new. If you remain in the old, then the new cannot approach you."

Yes, and suddenly everything was clear, and I found my decision confirmed in everyday life: This long-standing friendship was blocking me from the friendships that arose as a result of my new decision. My life changed completely – also because of this milestone that I set in motion. Yes, sometimes concrete actions – even if they are difficult – are indispensable…

To change fate

BABAJI: Actions at the right time! When is the right time? Whenever you step onto the stage of your life, instead of getting caught in an unreal, endless loop of speech and costume rehearsals. Believing this has something to do with actual acting, you waste time and energy.

I tell you: Take courage and empower yourself to speak true words, take clear stances, and take courageous actions!

That is the way, unless you want to prolong your journey through the lowlands of attachments.

When is humanity ready for a real upheaval?

Once he has matured internally and reached the pain threshold of the unbearable, everything changes in a single moment!

This is what is becoming increasingly apparent in more and more people today: giving their own destiny a new direction – like a boomerang with no return.

Thought Adjuster: “You asked to be given more insights about Worship. Indeed, light needs to be shed on this still much-uncharted spiritual territory. By mindlessly going through the moves of rituals, many souls lose their connection to the living Spirit and are deprived of the many crucial spiritual nutrients that such an intimate bond provides for the edification of their souls.

“Prayer is destined “to expand insight… [it] is spiritually sustaining, but worship is divinely creative.” [UB, 143:7.4-5] Jesus’ teachings to His apostles are eternally relevant and were intended to be personally experienced to constitute a great leap forward in an individual's faith journey.’ How so?

There is a fine demarcation line between prayer and worship. Once you cross that line in your spiritual experience, an amazing new world of spiritual opportunities opens for you to explore.

Whenever you sincerely express the longings of your heart, the Father lends you an attentive ear—no matter how proficient you are in the language of prayer. Loving parents are delighted by the babble of their little ones and become adept at deciphering their garbled transmissions.

Indeed, the Father appreciates any attempt by His creatures to communicate with Him. Yet, it should be a respectful dialogue. Learn to listen without any other agenda than to be receptive to the Presence of your Heavenly Father. This happens in silence, and yet such silence speaks louder than all the words you may utter. It is filled with substance, and if unbroken by your restlessness, it will give you a foretaste of things to come and deeply impact your growing soul, inspiring you to translate such a rich silence into valuable actions of everlasting, positive outreach.

Invoke the Adjutant Mind Spirit of Worship, and It will coach you. As for everything else pertaining to your existence, the Father always provides you with expert Guides and Teachers. Enlist their benevolent assistance in your endeavors to have an unprecedented breakthrough toward self-forgetfulness and ‘superthinking’. As Jesus attractively put it: “Worship is effortless attention, true and ideal soul rest, a form of restful spiritual exertion.” [UB, 143:7.7]

Greetings, greetings beloved ones, it is I, Lord Melchizedek, once more. I am the collective Melchizedek consciousness flowing to you from the universal level. It is an honour to be of service to you and with you. It is an honour to share and also to ignite your ascension, in this moment.

I wish to share with you today some interesting insights about your soul. What I mean by this is that your soul is ever-present with you. Your soul is continuous and eternal. It is connected deeply and grounded deeply into your physical body and will remain so for your entire life in this physical form.

There is a need to ignite your soul; to activate it daily, to bring it forward into your reality…daily.

You can imagine your soul like a shy friend. A friend that is wise and holds so much knowledge and wisdom and yet this friend doesn’t share its wisdom unless you ask it to. It will sit quietly and observe until you invite your soul to be present…each day; until you ignite your soul to activate, to be active to support you in your everyday reality. You can ask questions of your soul. You can invite your soul forth.

Your soul is always present…we know this…so why would you invite your soul forth?

Because your soul needs that opening otherwise it will remain as an observer and when it remains as an observer, that’s when you use your mind, your emotions, your past memories and experiences to create your reality and to also offer you guidance in your current reality.

However, when you ignite/activate your soul, when you invite it forth to be present with you to share itself/yourself/your truth, then you begin to create from your soul. You also gain wisdom and understanding from your soul which is deeply rich, powerful, meaningful and purposeful in your reality.

You can see/sense/acknowledge that your reality shifts, not only within, but also outside of you, as a confirmation and a recognition that your soul is actively working within your physical body and actively working/co-creating with your mind, with your emotions, with your chakras and with your physical body. And so there is this co-creation with your soul and the physical embodiment in your physical reality.

This will create shifts in your being. You will notice these shifts; life might become easier, it might become more joyful, it might become more purposeful, it might become more inspiring. You might feel more connected to yourself, others and everything around you. You may experience peace. You may experience an inner wisdom and knowingness.

Inviting your soul is immensely important. It’s not that it’s not present with you, it’s just that you want to welcome it into every space; into everything that you are doing and everything that you are creating.

It’s an interesting thing to contemplate.

What does your soul like?

What does your soul enjoy?

By these questions, I, Melchizedek, mean what ignites your soul? What brings it into action?

It might be that connecting with other like-minded people automatically invites your soul forward to be present through you. It might be that starting to paint, on a canvas, that your soul just automatically comes forward. It could be walking in nature. It might be meditating.

Whatever it is, it is important to discover what ignites your soul; what encourages your soul to step forward and be present, almost without you inviting it? Or, we can recognise that when we create the right scenario, it is already an invitation for the soul.

Maybe your soul enjoys water and so going wild swimming would support the presence of your soul. When you begin to understand what ignites your soul – what inspires your soul, what invites your soul forward – then you have almost like an instruction manual of how to encourage your soul to be present with you more fully; to be present in the physical body more fully.

You can achieve those things that ignite your soul, and when you do, you become the observer. You/your mind/your emotions are observing, and your body is listening. Even your eyes are observing and your ears/your nose/your scent/your tastes. It is all observing; you are observing your soul.

Then, you create this magnificent moment with your soul. It may be fleeting, it may be subtle, it may be life-changing. You create the scenarios that invite your soul forth and then you listen to/observe your soul and gradually you become to know your soul more fully.

As you know your soul more fully, you can also discover more areas that ignite your soul. Then you may find that the way that you live your reality begins to shift as well; the way that you exist in your reality shifts, the way you interact and co-create in your reality shifts, because you are allowing your soul to be more present. You are igniting your soul daily.

You begin to recognise the joy of your soul – the happiness and the bliss of your soul – and that fills your being and ignites your soul even further. You’re in this cycle of igniting your soul…activating it…allowing more and more of your soul to come forth.

We recognise that actually living a physical reality with intention and with purpose, from within the soul, is a deeply spiritual and ascension-awakening process and experience.

We begin to recognise how life is magical when you fully allow the presence of your soul to be there; to be with you, to be in the driver seat.

I invite you to contemplate this. I invite you to explore/experience it so that your soul is more and more present.

Imagine everyone on the earth doing this. The vibration of the earth would soar powerfully.

I encourage you to ignite your soul.

We are here offering our support and insights from a larger perspective. We acknowledge you in your physical form. We acknowledge the focus you have regarding what is happening in your life and what is occurring on the planet as a whole. Often this focus become all that you are able to see or take in. It become a bit narrow so to speak. You are too close to the events and some of the events are charged with emotions, attitudes, fears that keeps you locked into that narrow focus.

This reality is enticing, it can be rather sedative. Especially when all your energy and focus on the physical dimension. We recognize and acknowledge that there is a certain amount of attention needed to maintain your body and the activities of your life. We are inviting you to soften the focus a bit and allow your awareness to begin to view your life and what is happening on your planet from a higher perspective.

When you practice this often throughout your day, it will become more natural. Just like your birds who walk on the ground hunting for food, seeing only the limited area that they are acting upon. Yet these very birds can take flight and soar above the ground and see an entirely different landscape. This is the offering that we are inviting you to practice. Consider you daily activities like the bird on the ground and often allow yourself to consciously soar above those activities and events and view them from this higher perspective.

We acknowledge that the physical body and activates seem the most important. However by shifting your point of view to a higher perspective will certainly offer you new insights. From your earthly grounded point of view things seem perhaps random, or unexpected yet when you allow your higher consciousness to look at the random or the unexpected event you will be surprised as how these events are truly connected as they unfold.

When you view the world event through a limited perspective you miss the true unfolding of these events and how they are unfolding to reveal the bigger picture and the energy that is being offered. We observe that you are viewing world events with a feeling that all is hopeless and that you are powerless to support or assist in the outcome.

This could not be further from the truth. That is a surge of energy that is awakening humanity.

This frequency is in place to support and assist you in your own realization of who you are. You are a divine being of light and energy. You have a physical body and you have a divine body that is pure creative energy. You are meant to recognize this partnership and fully awaken to the power of this awareness.

It is the physical body that walks on the ground and it is the divine body that allows you to soar about what is occurring. It is from your divine perspective that you are able to see and understand what is unfolding in the larger picture on your planet.

We are celebrating what is occurring. The repressed emotions and beliefs are now very visible and being acted out. Because these old negative and misqualified energies are now more obvious they are now able to be transformed. They are not in the shadows. Because they are not in the shadows, those light workers, those who are awake and aware like yourself are able to dissipate that negative misqualified energy.

As a divine being of light, you have the birthright and the responsibility to transform all negative or misqualified energy you experience or witness. Remember in your true essence you are powerful beyond measure. Hold that, anchor that, walk in that truth. This is your strength that comes with that awareness.

You begin to realize this is what you came here for, it be a part of this great and grand shift of the ages, this evolution and awakening that is taking place right here and right now on Earth.

We can only observe until we are invited to join you in the wondrous task. Understand that what is happening on your planet has the attention of your galactic and star families. Realize that not every divine being who wanted to be a part of this was offered a ticket. You were and are the most qualified conscious being to be here now.

So beings are encouraging you and supporting you to continue to observe what is happening from the larger perspective. There are a great many things taking place around the world that are astonishing, amazing and life enhancing. Begin to look for these amazing events and occurrences.

There are countless numbers of awakened being assisting this planet to evolve. There are countless awakened beings who are offering a frequency of love, appreciation, gratitude, acceptance and forgiveness to all they encounter.

Remember to say to yourself often, I am aware that I am aware, this shifts your ground level point of view to the higher perspective. It is from your higher perspective that answers, solutions and inspirations come. You can also say, here I am so glad you are. These simple statements will assist you in remembering to look at the bigger picture of what is unfolding.

You can observe that more and more people are taking action to find ways to clear the waters, take care the less fortunate, and stand up in their power to make a difference by holding and anchoring the truth.
