Greetings, Dear Ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service.

Here is the question that we often hear, very often. “Dear Kryon, how can a lightworker, how can I, a lightworker, remain hopeful? Everywhere I look, the media tells me we are doomed.”

Now you know this is an accurate statement. It’s a question that quite often comes, because today, well, it does look like you’re being told one thing and I’m saying another. I will give you the answer and it’s an answer which reflects your magnificence, and it’s an answer that is perhaps more simple than you think.

But first let’s reflect on the situation that you have on this planet at the moment. Lightworkers, old souls, so many of you have been around a while. And in that you develop that which would be cultural trust, things that work for you, habits, biases. All of that is normal. Every culture does, but suddenly you are in a culture of technology, and the technology is different. Different from anything you’ve ever seen before.

And so, so many of you are actually not aware that the habit that you would have is trust. Suddenly with the technology, anything can be anything. Suddenly you have media, and I’m speaking of all kinds of communication, wherever you look, and that media gives you messages. Some of them are commercial messages. Some of them are the news of the day. And others are simply messages that occur and you can’t figure out what they are.

There used to be a time, and so many of you know this, that what you saw on television was accurate and true, and you trusted it. In a day where there were very few channels on the television, you counted on certain kinds of communication. And they went to you and you believed them and you acted upon them because they were true. This is all gone, but so many of you are not recognizing that it’s gone, and you continue to tune into almost everywhere and you get messages of doom.

Why would you get messages of doom? So let’s analyze. Not only is there a great amount of media today that there never was before, but now enter the thing you call AI. There is an intelligence in the digitization of almost everything. Now it’s artificial, but it’s still there, and it can manipulate voices, faces, situations, and that appears to alter what you think is truth. So suddenly not only are you barraged with media, but now so much of it is not so. It’s not actual. It’s not real. It has been designed in a fraudulent way to trick you. And that tricking you makes you do things or makes you feel a certain way. Are you getting this?

So suddenly wherever you look, there are messages that are not so, out of any kind of integrity. Most of them designed to make you either fearful or to buy something. Now why would they have messages in the media that are fearful? And the answer is the same, to buy something. That is if you are afraid, you clutch and cling to that news channel for instance you have trusted and they’re telling you to be afraid. You will tune in again to find out the update of fear. And you’ll tune in again, same thing. You get used to the entertainers that are there. And in the process of all of that, they have you hooked; hooked in fear so they can show you the commercials that they have. It’s almost all greed.

Dear Ones, it’s important for you to understand. This is not necessarily a conspiracy of fear. It’s a conspiracy of greed. Some of you are getting used to this and being aware of it. You should be aware of it. You should be used to it, because for years so many of you on that trusted television channel have been receiving all of these messages that you’re sick. Have you seen these commercials? You don’t feel well. You’re sick and you have to buy a certain product that of course is a drug that you have to have permission to have, but you should. And it’s commercial after commercial after commercial about how sick you are and what you need.

And the strange thing about this is as you look at the fine print, you’ll find even the most interesting and soft kinds of advertising for these, perhaps like pimple medicine that you need to clear your face actually has a side effect that may include death. Are any of you aware of the fraudulent way that this is being presented to the public? And it’s there and it’s there and it’s there. Did you get used to that yet?

Or what about several years ago, the emails you get that say well, you’ve won all of this money. All you have to do is give that person a little bit of money, administration, in order to get that winning. There are still those who are tricked from that message because they trusted their media. They’ve trusted their emails. They’ve trusted the social media that they have, and of course the news.

For some of you, this is not new. For others watching this, it may be. It may be a revelation. “Really? You mean that that’s not so, and that’s not true?” That’s correct.

Now all of this that you are seeing right now, especially pushed by the artificial digitization of what is real and not real, all of this presents a new kind of trickery, you might say, that you’ve never had before. So what happens to those of you who are loving and in integrity and trusting individuals? Automatically you would look at something like that and trust it. That is in your psyche. That’s not because you’re foolish, Dear Ones. It’s because in the past you didn’t have those who wanted to trick you. You didn’t have those who wanted to give you things that you could look at and you would say, “Look, seeing is believing.” Not anymore. The faces that you see saying the words that they’re speaking could also have been manipulated just to trick you, and it’s often the case, more often than not.

There are two questions here. How can I have hope – that’s the main one – when there is so much trickery, when there are so many doom and gloom messages? That’s one question. The other question is more practical. How can I trust this? How can I not trust this? Where is the discernment? How can I know what’s accurate or not? There are really two questions here.

The first thing I want you to get used to is this: This is not your grandfather’s world, and so much of what you see is not accurate or true, much of what you see. So I would like you to approach everything knowing that that could be; everything you see. Now you may say, “Wait a minute, wait a minute. When I tune into the news, they’re reporting the news. How can they trick you because they’re reporting what’s actually happening on the earth?” Let’s deal with that one first.

There is a design among those who report the news to make ordinary things that are happening on the planet, and also spectacular things that are happening on the planet, a great deal worse than they are. In addition, there is a design to leave out any kind of hopeful thing that might be attached to it. Leave out anything that is actually good news. Even if you receive good news – watch for this, watch for this – they may have an addendum on it telling you, “Yes, but…these things have happened. Aren’t they great? Yes, but…” It always leads to something that is fearful.

You also may have a group of lightworkers you’re having dinner with and they will give you what they’ve heard that is conspiracy of the day, and it’s frightening. And you may say, “Well, I believe that. I was at dinner with these lightworkers and that’s what they told me.” Dear Ones, that’s what they told you because that’s what also they heard from somewhere else.

Be aware and be wary of the same kind of message that you’ve heard for 30 or 40 years, or that your parents have heard and your grandparents have heard about some kind of conspiracy on this planet that’s going to hurt you, poison you, or do something, because, Dear Ones, that’s not even practical. It’s not logical that you would have something last that long without whistleblowers, even on their deathbed, telling the truth and they’re not there. So some of these things were manufactured and they were perpetually sustained. Even to this day, the doom and gloom of your grandfather revisits you in some kind of conspiracy and you hear it at dinner from lightworkers.

Check the facts. You have the ability finally to research almost everything you’re hearing and you can do it in places that are not biased. Did you know that?

I told you I’d give you an answer, and I will right now. This is the discernment engine that you perhaps don’t have or wish you did. Did you know that it’s as easy as this? Lightworker, old soul, anyone watching this, I want you to pay attention. Do you believe God loves you? There are some who believe that there are angels around you all the time with their hand out saying, “Take my hand. I’ll show you the way.” Understand you can be out of fear and you can be in compassion, and you can have something that’s going to actually let you relax, out of anxiety. Did you know that? Do you believe that? Most lightworkers watching this program do.

So the next step is obvious. “Dear Spirit, give me the discernment that I need to know whether these things are true or not.” That’s number one. You will get the discernment and it’s going to slap you in the face when you hear biased news reporting. And you will say, “Did they really spin that into fear? Where is the good news?”

The next stage of that is where should you get the news of the day that so many of you need and want because you want to be informed citizens of your country and the planet. And the answer that I’ve always given is this: Find it in written form somehow because the chances are that will be written from a journalist who went to school and learned the actual integrities and the ways of being a journalist. Those on the news are entertainers that you see on television. Get it in written form. You’re more apt to get a much larger portion of truth and you’re also not going to be biased by the way it is pronounced or said or given or the expressions on their face or the music that goes with it. Get it written.

But more than that, “Dear Spirit, just give me that particular intuition that I need right now as a magnificent person that I am, born magnificent in order to have the discernment every time I see something or read something to know the truth from non-truth, integrity from non-integrity.”

There’s a darker consciousness on this planet that wants to frighten you at every step of the way. You realize that, don’t you? Why don’t you get above it? “Dear Spirit, I will not be frightened by these kinds of things because I know some of them are simply not so.” And some of them are presented in the worst possible way. You’ll get more sleep. Spirit honors you when you ask. It works. And that’s why I am in love with so many of you.

And so it is.

Greetings Dear Ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service.

Self-worth has been the issue of many channelings to this date. And you hear the teachings from this program about self-worth, and the many reasons why perhaps it is difficult to even have at this point in time. But the question today, well it’s a little more pointed than normal. Is there a battle going on for your self-worth? I will tell you, it would seem like it, would it not?

I’ll ask you some personal questions. One is this: When you get up in the morning and perhaps that first awakening moment when you realize, “Okay, I’m out of dream state and here I am again getting up,” what are your first thoughts? Is it a joyful routine that you have? “Oh, I am so happy to be alive. What a wonderful time I am having on the earth.” In general, that is not the case, Dear Ones, and that is what we address.

Is there an overlaying depressive energy that seems to be surrounding so many of you right now where it’s very, very difficult for you to then claim the majesty and the magnificence of you? And the answer is yes. It would definitely seem like there is some kind of battle going on, not just of light and dark. We have discussed that before. We’re talking about a pointed focus on robbing you of self-worth. The answer is yes.

I want you to understand this next thing I’m going to give you, perhaps more than I have ever asked you to understand anything before. Human beings like to take these kinds of things and then extrapolate why this would be and say it has to be then others who are doing it to you. There must be some kind of conspiracy,, in order then for you to line up with the battle that you’re used to. The kinds of battles you fought all through your history – there’s them and you. This one is different.

We have spoken of old energy and new energy many, many times, but suddenly on this planet there is an alliance of old energy and an alliance of the new energy and they are at odds with one another. But it’s not a who is trying to then take it away from you. Instead, you’re looking at what I would call an old energy reaction of survival. It is not a conspiracy. It is habit. It is an old energy that sees light coming onto this planet and wants to stifle it. That is basic survival to keep things the same.

There is nothing more frightening to the old energy than the new energy, because light starts to erase and replace darkness on the planet, and that is definitely frightening to those who are invested in the old ways, the very old ways. So it would seem that indeed there are those that are targeting you to take away your self-worth. It’s not quite that way and yet it is.

Old energy of any kind from corporations, from governments, from individuals is the same old energy. It’s the way things used to work. And so there are always targets to stay that way – targets of the light to stay that way, to stay in the dark old energy that is there. And again, it’s not a conspiracy, Dear Ones. What you’re looking at is what I told you would happen, not just a battle between dark and light, but now it’s personal.

When you wake up in the morning and find it difficult to celebrate your life, what is that? All around you, you might say is a planet that is invested in staying the same. And the reason all of this is occurring and the reason why you may be having trouble finding that peace in yourself, the entire reason is that planet of consciousness is starting to react. They want to keep it old, Dear Ones. And that presses upon you in the field, and we have mentioned this before that what’s in the field often then postures everything around you. And if it’s in the field that is negative and depressing and troubling in anxiety and fraught with that you don’t expect and trouble is coming and doom is apparent, you don’t have a chance really to feel good about yourself.

It may be time to reevaluate what you might do about it, and this would be new. We’ve never presented such a thing as this. Instead, we have said, “Well, Dear Ones, know that you’re magnificent and know that you’re this and know that you’re that and feel good about yourself, and understand this and understand that.” And that’s a tough call. It’s very difficult when somebody is feeling down for somebody to look at them and say, “Feel up.” And you want to look in their eyes and go, “Really, that’s the best you’ve got?”

Inside you is the most magnificent love anywhere. You come with it, Dear Ones. You’re born with it. You deserve it. But when you’re feeling beat up, you might say, especially in the self-worth department is not something you motivate to. It’s not something that you’re always aware of. What if there were a little bit of help here?

First we want to tell you that we have described that there are helpful energies starting to be with you, for you. They’re even starting to temper the field, so you will look at all things and see the sheep in wolf’s clothing. You will see the endeavors to keep you then depressed. And once you start to see that light when it’s turned onto the room and you go, “Oh ho, now I see what you’re doing,” it’s easier to become awake. That takes a lot of trouble. That may even take research for you to see the agenda of the old energy on the planet to keep you smothered so you can’t really show your light.

There are solutions that are so easy and so simple and that work, but they’re new. It depends on how much you want to recover from this, Dear Ones. I’m going to call this active meditation. You can call it whatever you wish. It involves a little bit of effort that you perhaps have not recognized before, not have thought of before. And maybe just maybe it will only take three to four minutes a day. And you can do it in the morning. You could do it in the evening, whenever it is you need to recognize the sham that is there, that is the trickery that would fool you into thinking you’re a victim of this planet because for some of you, that’s working. You always seem to be put upon by the depression of others or put upon by the negativity of others or put upon by watching the media, and you have a hard time recovering.

That’s real, Dear Ones, and we know it is. Think of this for a moment, and I encourage you. Go into a meditative state the best you can, no matter how awful you feel. In fact, if you feel awful or depressed or you have a lack of self-worth that day. “I am nothing. I’m feeling awful in many ways,” that’s a good place to be in to do this because the first thing you do in this meditation is sit and be still for a moment and take a breath or two.

And here is the challenge that I will give you that I know works. Raise your hand, maybe both of them, “Dear Spirit, I feel awful. Show me you’re there.” And at that point, I invite you for the tingles to start arriving in your hands, in your arms, perhaps even your shoulders that is absolutely cause and effect positive reaction to what you just asked for, because Spirit loves you so much and sits beside you in so many cases saying, “Why don’t they ask? Why don’t they just blurt it out and let us help them? Why don’t they let us take their hands?”

This is you in an active meditation, “Show me.” And when you start to feel those tingles perhaps and those feelings in your shoulders perhaps, I want you to force a smile and say the words, “Thank you Spirit. I see you there.” This is the beginning of a reset. And the reset is needed every day if you’re one of those who is continuing feeling that you’re beat up in the self-worth department. The reset is waiting for you all the time. “Dear Spirit, I don’t feel like I’m of worth. Show me you’re there. I don’t feel like I’m worth anything.” And then when you start getting the immediate reaction: the chills, the knowledge, you can smile and say, “Thank you.” Then you have a resolution, a reset. And in that smiling,, you can say, “Thank you for loving me. I want to feel my self-worth. Give that to me now.”

And these are the helps that you have to ask for and be present for that perhaps are different from another different energy. You are actively asking and meditating to this end for you. Dear Ones, I am so in love with you! Why don’t you try this? It’s time to beat up the dark and that’s what will do it. I am Kryon in love with you all.

This shift of consciousness will continue to flower in all areas of this planet.
