Dear Readers,

Everyone is feeling the effects  of incoming high frequency energy and its cellular integration, along with the personal and global clearing that is taking place.  The result is that you are witnessing increasingly more aggressive behaviors while at the same time learning about love and kindness prevailing in situations where it was very unexpected.  Try  not to concern yourself with negative appearances for they  represent the death throes of a dying belief system and the energies that support it.

There are some living fully from  three dimensional consciousness, who rather than allowing old energy to move through and clear, feel a sense of permission to align with and act on these energies.   However at the same time  increasingly more are waking out of what has always been their  belief system, feeling drawn to know more about God, truth, and living life from a higher level.

For most it has become a time of questioning and wondering where the long awaited new world is or if it will ever  be.  As we have stated many times, your  job as spiritually evolved beings is to be the Light that is gradually replacing the dense energy of earth's present collective consciousness which will allow it to  begin manifesting as expressions of love and oneness rather than fear, doubt, resistance, anxiety, anger etc.

In the material world  individuals appear to have their own  separate consciousness but in reality all consciousness is  one and only Consciousness which is omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent Divine Consciousness.  What  you see as being separate consciousness is the one Divine Consciousness  being interpreted individually according to each person's state of awareness.  Most humans believe that  a God separate from them is the only creator and because most so not know that they and every person are individualized expressions of this one creator God, they are unaware that they themselves are the creators creating the very world  they pray for relief from .

An important facet of earth's present shift to higher dimensional energy is the balancing of masculine and feminine energy. Both men and women are opening to higher insight regarding  the world's current but obsolete ideas of what constitutes masculine and feminine but men continue to be pressured toward dominance and emotional suppression, while women are promoted as being weak and  "less than" men in every respect.

Divine Consciousness/God/Reality is both male and female, the two halves of one Divine whole in perfect balance and expression as one.  The Divine masculine is the decision making, active, do-er, be-er aspect of God , while the Divine feminine is the loving, receptive, intuitive aspect.  The masculine aspect of every person whether male or female expresses as strength, assertiveness, fearlessness, confidence, and courage while the feminine aspect expresses as intuition, empathy, love, and support in all aspects of daily living--each providing balance to the other.

When the balance of masculine and the feminine takes place in the spiritual evolutionary journey it is known as the "Mystical Marriage" and gives birth to a new and more spiritually evolved state of consciousness.   Like everything  in the three dimensional  world, this spiritual reality manifests materially as male and female coming together as one from which a whole new person is created.

Lifetimes of separation belief and the naturally more aggressive nature of masculine energy  has created  belief systems that have allowed the Divine feminine to be denigrated , punished, abused, bought and sold, and relegated to being inferior to the masculine in every way. Even today, almost every consciousness still holds a bit of this energy because whether living as male or female, every person has in some way been subjected to these beliefs.

One facet of these teachings that  remains alive and well in many areas of society (organized religion and traditional belief systems) is the belief that it is a woman's job, duty, and spiritual obligation to serve the needs of others even to the detriment of her own self expression and that this constitutes  love. As the ascension energies bring the masculine/feminine more closely into balance and self empowerment begins to come into expression, many women are confused.

Some choose to continue to repressing their creativity, ideas, plans, and dreams in the belief that acting on them would be wrong,  selfish, unloving, and not spiritual while others are quietly or overtly stating; "No more."   Outdated and false concepts with regard to  the Divine Feminine continue to be promoted by those who fear  any change to their long held foundational belief system in the belief that allowing the feminine to be acknowledged as equal will diminish the masculine and is affront to their concept of a dominating male God.

Some men are choosing to reclaim and act on the  obsolete concepts of masculinity presently being promoted, a few  are trying to act more like women,  while most are just confused about what their role as a man really  is.  At the same time some women think the answer is to suppress the feminine and assert the masculine while a few others are choosing to fall back into the old concepts of women as being  "clinging vines" dependent on others and being less brave, intelligent, creative, wise, or spiritual than men.

It is a difficult and confusing time for anyone  who does not understand that the masculine and feminine aspects of everyone are evolving to where both aspects remain intact while balancing and supporting each other.

Giving up your individuality out of a false sense of duty as a parent, friend, social worker of some sort  is not love, humility, or spirituality, it is old programming. It is an insult to the God of  one's own true Self  to consider it as being less worthy of support, love, help, and respect than another . Every person must  love and respect their own Divinity if they are to love and respect that of another. It is  important for both men and women to understand  love never means allowing oneself to be physically, emotionally, mentally,  or even spiritually abused or used.

Many care-giving  situations are part of a person's pre-birth spiritual contract with another and there are many instances where a soldier has willingly sacrificed his life for that of a comrade but we speak to situations where out of a false sense of duty, programming, false religious belief,  or desire for praise,  a person ignores their own Divine individuality.

Trust and allow your intuition to guide you in situations where others need you in some way. Don't be afraid to reach out and say; "I need help".  Go within often to acknowledge and align  with your  Divine Self completeness which will allow it to begin manifesting outwardly as what is needed. It is  the job of every spiritually awakened soul to have their hand ready to grab that of another should they reach out wanting help, but it is never their job to reach down into someone's chosen self created gutter and force them out in the belief that you are saving them.

Spiritual empowerment is  fully present in the consciousness of every person but  is NOT entitlement, power over, control, or dominance.  Spiritual empowerment is the courage to speak your truth, make your own decisions, choose what you want in life not bowing to what others or society chooses for you.  Divine empowerment  is a state of consciousness that knows God is expressing Itself individually through every person and that love is the realization that everyone including self as well as all life are Divine, presently having three dimensional experiences.

Allow your Real Self  to  be your safety, security, guidance, teacher, support, life, and reality.

Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We are very happy with your process of learning, discerning, growing, evolving, expanding, and we can say that because you are all still there doing it. We like all the ways that we witness you going through these processes, and even though we might teach one over another, it is only because we feel that the process we teach might be faster, might be more effective, but they all have value. You never have to worry about letting anyone down with your mistakes, with your wrong turns. You grow in your misalignment.

You grow at all times regardless of what you are doing and even if you are not on a conscious path of ascension. You seek to experience it all, which is why you don’t come in with the intention of being perfect. If you really investigate the lives of the ascended masters you know about, you will see that in truth, none of us came in perfect. We all had our growth experiences, and sometimes we grew exponentially when we were out of alignment with our Source. How is that possible, you might wonder? Well, just because you are growing, doesn’t necessarily mean that you are taking the growth on.

You grow as a soul, no matter what happens, no matter what choice you as a human being makes. Eventually, you do tend to catch up to your soul. You have a moment of peace, or joy, or exhaustion where you let it happen. You let yourself go with the flow because you let go of control. You let go of the need to orchestrate everything in every single moment of your lives, and that is when you take the growth and the expansion. You become more of your soul all the time, whether you realize you are doing it or not.

When we and others like us talk about energies, we mean that you are receiving the energies of your own souls, and those energies have all kinds of treats in them like a care package someone gets sent after they go away from home to some boarding school or university. Now again, you get to decide whether you are receiving those treats or throwing the care package away because you think you have found something better. And again, we don’t mind. We like it when you are exploring on your own the different ways you can be in the world, the different possibilities that are out there for you and for your growth.

We love you no matter what, and so do your oversouls, and so does Source, and no one is keeping score here. No one is keeping track of whether you did the right thing or not, but you have your feelings to tell you and you have your outcomes in your lives to tell you whether you are receiving all that you can and working with the energies that are being sent to you all the time. The energies will never stop, because you will never stop growing and becoming more of that soul that you truly are.

And now is a glorious time for humanity, because more of you are opening up and receiving, and you are consciously becoming more of the unconditional love that you truly are. And you start to operate in the world as that unconditional love, and everyone benefits when you do. And you all will at some point, and there’s no hurry, and we are all infinitely patient as we observe you, as we witness you, and as we come together and discuss what you might need more help with, because we know some of you want to get to a certain place and just don’t know the route.

You don’t quite have the coordinates or an example of someone else who has done it before you. And so, we step in and we drop something in and many times you find what we have given you, and you go with it, and we are delighted because we like to help.

I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.

You are welcoming in so much more of yourselves whenever you are in a state of relaxation, and I know that being in a state of relaxation is not something that you often think about or try to achieve as a spiritual practice. And you must realize that there is so much of an emphasis in your modern world on doing. You also have much that you can consume in terms of entertainment and even information, but not all of that time spent absorbing and consuming information is relaxing. Even some of your shows and movies are rather unsettling and not very relaxing at all.

To grant yourselves permission to have time to just do nothing and be is a spiritual practice, and it is one that I want to encourage more of you to engage in. Do not think for a moment that you have to be productive in order to earn your way to the completion of your ascension. You are able in fact to get so much more accomplished in your moments of relaxation because you allow more to be done for you by your helpers, by your friends in the nonphysical. And something else to recognize about that time you are relaxing is that you often get your best ideas when you are doing nothing.

When you let yourselves slip into a state of relaxation, you are also existing in those moments without resistance, and resistance causes all types of ailments, it keeps you from receiving so many of your manifestations, and it simply lowers your vibration and puts you in a bad mood. So my suggestion here is that you seek out the ways that you can relax, and you make relaxation a priority in your life. This is going to be a new spiritual practice for many of you because you have been taught from a very young age to always be doing or learning or thinking.

And when you let go of the belief that you have to be engaging in some activity in order to be good, you will be able to allow in more of the good that is your natural self, your whole self. You are good, not because of what you do, or even because of what you think, but because you are Source. And a master relaxes because the master knows that they already are Source and that there is nothing to prove to themselves or anyone else.

And so, if you can make relaxation a part of your daily routine, and I know you can, then I suggest you do so that you can start to benefit from all that can come to you by virtue of the fact that you will not be in a state of resistance. You are meant to receive, and you are meant to receive most of the time. Your action can be useful and very productive, but it does not have to be what you use to judge yourself or the quality of your day. You can in fact choose to focus on your vibration instead, and in a state of relaxation, you will be aware of the gradual upliftment of your vibration. I promise you, you will.

We are drawing on the compassionate and timeless wisdom of #38 of The Gabriel Messages to provide insight and inspiration that we can apply every day of our lives.

This message from Archangel Gabriel reminds us that we are not alone. We are being inspired and guided at all times by an abiding Love that never ends.

When we can trust this process, we not only empower our intuition, we feel much happier.

Trust in yourself and trust in the Angelic energy working through you.

Many times I have found it easier to trust others more than myself. I have noticed that trust issues seem to be a common thread for many people.

Learning to love and trust ourselves is one of the most powerful ways for us to serve in the world. The love that we give to ourselves is well deserved. If you are reading this, you have worked a long time to evolve and become a truly good and heart-centered person.

It is vitally important to honor the work that you have done on yourself to feel more integrated. Further, the Earth needs us to find this love and respect within as a key element to her evolution. The love and trust we give to ourselves brings us into the wholeness and well-being that is necessary in our development as well as for the health and well-being of the planet.

We can feel inspired by others and we can learn from our many teachers, but to trust that we are being divinely inspired in every moment is paramount at this time. When we begin to trust our inner guidance, we have more access to Divine Wisdom. It is like a muscle that becomes stronger with use.

And then there are Angels...

Experiencing a personal relationship with Angels is beyond the mind's capacity to understand. Beneath the level of everyday awareness lies the Spirit that is your true state of being. When you turn the light of clear seeing into yourself anew, a beautiful world opens to you and life responds by offering the magic of your heart's awakening.

When everything suddenly feels exalted, you have upleveled your vibrational frequencies and made a dimensional shift. It is as though you are lifted up on wings of Angels to be carried into the realms your soul remembers. It feels like Home, and your inner self rejoices in the experience of the Love available for you. This is the gift being offered to you by the Angelic Dimensions.

There are some Angels that have been with you from the moment of your soul's first incarnation as well as Angels that came to you for this lifetime. There are also Angels that show up when you are in a challenge that will benefit your soul's growth in this lifetime. You have Angels that you can work with to over-light all your relationships as well as work projects. And there are legions of Angels who are specifically working to support all of humanity through the Shift of the Ages we are experiencing.

Because we live in a Free Will Universe, it is necessary for you to invite the presence of Angels into your life. Every one of these beings of Light is at the beckoning of your Higher Self.

Your Higher Self knows the Angels from whom your soul would most benefit. It is your job to be in contact with this most exalted part of your being and let this benevolent friend, your Higher Self who is your Soul's voice, bring to you the help and guidance that you are seeking.

The Angelic Dimensions are actively involved in the mass awakening currently underway on the Earth. It takes humans to make the difference, however, because the Angels cannot change the Earth without our conscious evolution. Humanity is the key to making the Earth into a heavenly place so we can all live in a higher dimensional reality.

Even our small steps make a large difference. I have heard it said that if we take one step toward God, the Divine takes ten steps toward us. When we allow the Angels to work in and through our lives, we are awakening the consciousness of all humanity through our learning to trust and love ourselves.
