JJK: Russia/Ukraine and Israel/Iran – we're currently being inundated with politicians and the media's cries of war. Sometimes it seems to me as if many people are practically addicted to negative and fear-mongering slogans! How can we deal with this?

BABAJI: To remain clear means to see what is, to perceive what is, without sinking into emotion—and if so, then without remaining in the negative emotion. People's addiction to negative propaganda is the result of previous emotional programming. Recognizing this is the first step out of this addiction.

What is revealed cannot be made to disappear through denial or non-perception, but the negativity can be deprived of its substance by "not getting involved." Wars or world wars require a certain amount of negatively charged energy within a person. If this is not present, because the individual has healed their addiction to negativity, wars cannot take place.

So how should we proceed:

1.) to see what is,

2.) to remain neutral and

3.) to maintain the natural vibration.

JJK: What if negative situations affect me in everyday life—physical or energetic attacks? How should I react?

1.) to see what is,

2.) to react, to defend oneself as long as the situation requires it,

3.) to restore light-filled, peaceful and harmonious natural vibration.

Reality is not created by thoughts, but by actions—actions charged with love or fear. This is the key to world peace: the human being who no longer allows himself to be pushed into wars and manipulated because he is aware of himself.

This requires daily awareness work and that means perceiving the messages but not absorbing them into your system – touching them and remaining untouched.
