We are here, honored to have this opportunity to interface with you in this manner. We again acknowledge your dedication and daring to experience the denseness of this unconscious dimension. You have known far more advanced realities. And yet you willingly, and we might say eagerly, committed to embodying into the very condensed physical plane of illusion. You came in order to transform negative energy as the alchemist.
These are especially difficult times. The celestial energies that are bathing your planet and everyone is extremely intense. Waves upon waves of frequencies from your sun are triggering you to expand into your divine magnificence multidimensional being. This energy is inviting you to clear all of your old emotional energies that you have stored in your physical body. It is time.
When you willingly joined this humanity to support and assist in the shifting and transformation of misqualified vibrations of energy, that you call emotions. Each individual here is a multidimensional being of conscious light, a powerful creator of divine source.
The moment that your divine spirit entered the dense form and expression of a physical body, when you as baby took your first breath, you could feel the vibrations generated by the emotions offered by others. This experience was extremely intense. As a sensitive spiritual being, the first encounter with this reality can be rather harsh.
So even at the beginning of your life experience, you have unconsciously discovered a method to close off one of your most valued abilities and gifts. Rather than transform the intense and painful emotional vibrations you encountered, you quickly learn to shut them off so to speak. You literally learned to store the vibrations of emotions in your cells, bones and organs of your physical body We will say that humans are clever and have found many ways and methods to shut off their experience of painful emotions. We are just offering one of the most common methods.
Even though you are this magnificent multidimensional spiritual being, here to transform negative and misqualified emotions, there is a shock. Often in order to protect your sensitivity you begin to find ways to turn the volume down so to speak. We have observed that your processed sugar is very effective in overriding intense emotions. We also observe that processed sugar is in most all your foodstuffs.
So even at the beginning of your life experience, you have unconsciously discovered a method to close off one of your most valued abilities and gifts. Rather than transform the intense and painful emotional vibrations you encounter, you quickly learn to shut them off. You have not been taught how to transform these emotions as an alchemist.
The chaotic vibration of processed sugar in a variety of forms is one of the most available and cheapest methods. This begins a pattern of the repression of painful emotions. There is no judgment here; we are just sharing this so that you may begin to observe how you deal with your gift of sensitivity, your ability of reading emotional vibrations offered by other beings.
We are offering this information because many of you are awakening and your multidimensional paranormal gifts are being reactivated. You can no longer suppress your reaction to the intense misqualified emotional vibrations you are experiencing. We celebrate this awakening.
It is now time to step into your mastery of truly transforming the dense, painful emotional vibrations rather than deflecting them or repressing them. Remember, you are an alchemist, you choose to embody and experience the entire range of emotions, and to willingly transform the emotions that are limiting, harmful and painful.
You are a vibrational being of light energy; your unique physical form is an expression of your creative ability. It is time to clear all the old repressed emotions stored within your body. Many of the dysfunctions or illnesses in your physical form are the result of dense emotional patterns, frequencies stored in your cells, bones and organs. Remember everything is energy, so use all the tools available to clear what you have been storing.
We will always invite you to use sound as a catalyst for transforming dense emotions. It is a simple technique. Be sure you set the sacred space for your work and healing. Remind yourself, I am my divine self in this physical form and I call upon beings of light and love to support and witness me as I clear these misqualified emotions I have stored.
Now focus on the painful emotions of fear, sadness, loneliness etc. and give them an expression as a sound. Do this until you sense the feelings of your focus have been released. Now call forth an emotion or quality that you want to replace what you have just released, use sound vibrations to anchor this new higher emotion in place.. This process truly begins to clear your emotional pain body.
We understand that your desire is to feel the wonderful emotions of love, happiness, joy and belonging. That is the goal and the delight of being in your physical body.
We understand that emotions have been a bit of a mystery for you. You only want to experience the ones that feel good. So we would like to invite you to begin to clear out any old painful emotional files stored in your memories and your body.
We also invite you begin to observe what triggers any misqualified emotions. Notice when and what activates your fear, anger, judgment, or loneliness. This is a signal to clear and transform these misqualified dense feelings. This is the true work of a master and you dear one are a master.
Emotions are like your clouds, they move across the sky, but they are ever changing. It is you who would lock them in so to speak.
We realize that as a child you were not taught that you were an alchemist, because your parents did not know that they were here to experience dense emotions and transform them. The patterns that were offered were to shut off your emotions, not express them, especially the painful ones.
So this has become the norm, a learned pattern with most earthwalkers. However, you are here to shift that pattern for yourself and as an example to others.
When you carry old anger you might have acquired as a child and it is repressed, guess what happens when you encounter or witness the anger frequency or emotion from another? It activates your old suppressed anger. You then become a part of the larger matrix of anger.
You can witness this in the expression of chaotic misqualified emotion in the collective. You can witness how it is being triggered and empowered.
Emotions are meant to move through your energy field, offering you an experience or sensation. Some you might enjoy and some you are meant to release and transform. They are not meant to be collected and held for years and years in your memory or body.
Individuals who have repressed strong and painful emotions can be easily manipulated. This is especially true of fear. The emotion of fear is to give warning, to be on alert, to take notice, simply that. Fear was never meant to ride with you every day. Yet from our observation it would seem that everyone carries this frequency of fear as an underpinning of their life. It does not matter what the fear is connected to, lack of money or love or security or safety. It does not empower you. It does not nurture you in any way and fear is strong in the collective matrix.
We are inviting you to begin to clear any and all of these stored misqualified emotions and begin to replace them with emotions that are life sustaining. Practice moving into a place of gratitude and appreciation. Practice and allow yourself to feel moments of joy and peacefulness. Invite these sensations and emotions. They are frequencies that will nurture your well-being, your health and your true expansion.
We understand your new buzzword of de-clutter. So you are invited to de-clutter your emotions.
Notice what methods you use to suppress your emotions and gently begin to allow these emotions and feeling to surface in order to be released. You will begin to feel better and better, lighter and lighter, healthier and healthier and even more prosperous and loved.
You are a powerful being of transformation and you are realizing that more each day. We celebrate in your awakening. We rejoice in your true beauty to experience and transform. We leave you with the invitation to play with your emotions, shift them, express them, throw some away and call others to you.
We are honored to have the opportunity to remind you of these things. We see you in all your magnificence and we bow before you for your courage and willingness to be here in this reality at this time, transforming all that is before you. My Personal Message
Blessing to everyone this Thanksgiving. Wishing you and your loved ones peace and comfort. May you be embraced with divine love and grace. I know I am blessed by this community and this work. I am filled with gratitude.
This month continued to be rewarding as well as exciting. More and more orders for my newest book have been coming in. My heart is filled with gratitude for the incredible feedback from those who have read my memoir.
I had a very special weekend with my daughters. We drove to Sacramento for a surprise birthday party for Cheri, it was her 60th celebration. Becki and Kym had decorated their home with balloons and Happy Birthday signs. It was beautiful and certainly a surprise for Cheri. The weekend felt like a total retreat. They have an open plan family room so we could watch the delicious meals being prepared. There is a huge huggy sofa. Once you snuggle in you don’t want to get up - it's amazing. We basically stayed in our comfy clothes, talked, laughed, ate, played games and watched movies for two wonderful days.
I have been busy with office work, as well as packaging and mailing all the book orders. My living space is almost put back together after all the mess from the new shower insulation. I am settling in for our cold rainy weather. The roof was repaired so there will be no leaks this year. The fireplace was cleaned and the wood stacked outside to keep me warm all winter. All is well and more. I feel grateful and extremely blessed

You are the portal. You are a multidimensional being that can move from one dimension of consciousness to another effortlessly, You can even be in multiple dimensions at the same time. You don't need an external portal to get you to the next phase or new earth, you are the portal. Everything is within you.
You are the alchemist. The one who transforms all energies into higher frequencies of Light and Love. You are the bringers of a new dawn, transmuting the old paradigms into higher intelligence and order. You act solely for the highest good for all. Love is the only master you answer to.
