Anyas: Thank you. My question relates to how we can influence a DNA upgrade within ourselves by purging toxic energies. Does that speed up the process of upgrading our DNA?

Monjoronson: “Yes, it is possible because, unfortunately, there are many obvious and hidden toxins that humans are exposed to on a daily basis. Understand that, as a spiritual being housed in a physical body, you are vulnerable to many toxins that can alter how you function physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. If you are harmed by a toxic substance, it can indeed alter the status of your DNA in a negative way.

A helpful measure you can take while living during these times is to educate yourself about the toxic substances in the air and in other elements within your environment. And then, when you are exposed, take precautions to purge yourself of some of these toxins within your body. It is crucial that you look at the food you eat, the water you drink, the air you breathe, and the soil you use. You must determine if it is safe to use them as a source of nourishment and if it is also safe to use them to grow food, knowing that you will eventually consume them within your body.

This is a time when the number of inhabitants exceeds what is ideal for the size of your planet, not to mention the growing amount of pollutants that are currently creating havoc within you and your environment. You can no longer be frivolous about what you put in your mouth, or on your skin, or what you breathe in, or even what you wash your clothes with. It does not mean that you must walk around in fear or anxiety of what you may be exposed to.

It is a process of education and awareness that I am suggesting to you. Seek to build a knowledge base and an awareness, so that you are actively detecting when something may or may not be harmful to you, and then be selective in what you choose to ingest in or on your body. Take measures to protect yourself from the toxic substances that you may encounter in your environment and reduce the use of toxic substances as well.

And in our discussion of toxicity, need I remind you that much damage has been done to your planet and its atmosphere, and is now coming home to roost as we enter a rather volatile period of climatic change. The human fingerprint of the past century, where many have disregarded the need to align themselves with what feeds the natural biomes they live in, has now exacerbated an already active pattern of increases in electromagnetic activity from the Sun and other cosmic bodies, creating a surge of extreme weather patterns and geophysical effects.

This is not to mention that it has generated an extinction rate among living things that has uprooted a very delicate balance. You have reduced oxygen and increased carbon dioxide in the air you breathe, and as your polar regions melt, it increases the amount of heat, methane, dangerous microbes, and other toxic agents into your oceans and your atmosphere.

So, unless you develop an understanding that we are all connected at the quantum (universal) level of survival, that our behavior impacts the well-being of all life on earth, and then develop a sense of responsibility to clean up your environment and reduce these toxins, this will indeed have a detrimental effect on your DNA.

Another worthy consideration is the fact that one can exhibit a degree of toxic behavior that is harmful to oneself and others. So, the purging of toxic influences may require that you purge yourself from associating with those who project harmful behavior upon you. That may also mean that you need to purge the negative impact you have on yourself when you are engaged in your own behavior that is toxic to you.

The quality of your life is impacted by the choices you make, which not only affect your environment but also your inner landscape. So, I will take this moment to remind you that you are the sons and daughters of the Universal Father. You have divine potential within you. No matter where you are in meeting this potential or the aspirations you have for yourself, to us, you are already enough to receive the love and support we bestow upon you.

We feel this way, not only about you but also about your fellow brothers and sisters, who are also in a state of imperfection. We do not expect you to subject yourself to abuse from others, nor do we wish for you to live in a state of disrespect for yourself.

This journey toward perfection is not about the end result, but instead about the effort you make along the way to grow in love, compassion, and tolerance for one another and for yourself. It is about accepting where you and others are at during this moment in time, but also acknowledging the need to make necessary changes. It is about making the correct lifestyle choices that will not harm you but will honor your right to have peace and happiness, as well as the rights of others to seek the same. At this point, you could indeed speed up the process of upgrading your DNA.

So, when we speak of purging ourselves of the toxic influences of others, we must first adjust how we perceive others before we can truly love ourselves. Self-love and the expression of love for others go hand in hand. It is when we express tolerance and compassion for the handicaps and immaturity of others, and when we also accept the responsibility to maintain a healthy environment so that all may thrive, that we are allowed to live in love and peace within ourselves.
