Prolotheos: “Urantia and all the other inhabited spheres in the Super Universe of Orvonton receive three levels of government, care, and supervision. From Uversa, our super-universe capital comes the general supervision for all local universes by the agencies of the Ancient of Days. From the local universes comes the government of the Creator Sons, like our Christ Michael (Jesus) who most capably governs His Nebadon Universe. And finally, from the Systems is dispatched, for the inhabited worlds, a Planetary Prince, for the local government. However, on this occasion let’s talk about an intermediary, but very important level of supervision, the Most Highs of the Constellations, who have jurisdiction over 100 systems and mostly oversee the social development of its inhabited planets, like Urantia, which belongs to the Constellation of Norlatiadek. Without trampling free will, the three Most Highs in each Constellation, are the ones that really rule in the evolutionary worlds.

1 — Sponsoring Changes Towards Holistic Progress.

“In their superior wisdom, the Most Highs take into account the level of spiritual, moral and social development of the peoples and races of a planet and conduct changes accordingly. In Daniel’s days, for example, the Great Empires were the most practical and efficient way of conducting almost the whole known civilization in one direction and the Most Highs used them to accomplish their long-term objectives. The Most Highs seek a unified government in the evolutionary worlds. However, on Urantia that was not followed due to the Lucifer Secession, which resulted in the so-called ‘sovereign’ and ‘independent’ nations of your time. Although your time period experiences a relative good technological progress, it is still very backward spiritually, socially and morally, all progress in these fields being due to the Christ Michael Bestowal in your world and further activity of His Spirit of Truth and the Adjuster Monitors sent to Urantia.

2 — Restraining Unwise and Detrimental Changes.

“Not all changes are beneficial to a particular world and certainly not every progressive feature is entirely proper at any time. Therefore, to avoid severe, disruptive, and retarding conflicts in the evolutionary worlds, the Most Highs wisely restrain some untimely changes to achieve a more homogeneous progress generally. That may well explain much of the movement of the social pendulum going back and forth between conservatism and liberalism in your world. Sometimes, even desired social and political advances must be held back to allow other peoples at a more backward stage to keep up with the progressive changes.

3 — Preserving and Fostering Positive Changes So Far.

“The Most Highs not only stimulate and promote adequate and timely changes to the evolutionary worlds as they also formulate specific programs to keep and advance the progress that was obtained through past positive changes. In general, Freedom is the main agenda, balanced with social responsibility and spiritual sensibility. Wars certainly are ugly and destructive of values and institutions, but in the lack of more spiritual and civilized ways to solve crucial problems, the Most Highs allow them, but not without putting in place some safeguards to prevent extreme moral breakdown and social retrogression. The Most Highs do not plan or cause wars, but they might use them to wisely advance their spiritual, social and political objectives.

“Therefore, my pupil, there is a well-ordered and spiritual government structure working on your world, including the one from the Most Highs, directly impinging on Urantia affairs. Everything spiritual, social, political moral, cultural that is happening on your world is overseen by these most capable supervisors. They know it, and they have each feature under cautious administration, seeking the wholesome good for the whole of Urantia. That doesn’t mean that conflicts, wars, tragedies will not happen, but as this progressive government from on High continues, they will certainly diminish. You can count on that. A wave of profound and positive changes is on the horizon for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, characterized by social, political, and natural upheavals, as well as spiritual and material discoveries. Though at times tumultuous, this period paves the way for a collective renaissance, where justice, prosperity, and unity prevail.

In the Caribbean, Haiti and the Dominican Republic are bracing for extreme weather conditions, such as a tropical storm or hurricane, with strong winds and heavy rainfall. In Haiti, a major political transformation is looming, with the emergence of a new, honest government determined to eradicate corruption and criminal networks, particularly those involved in child trafficking. Public revelations about the actions of a foundation linked to a former president and his wife will shed light on long-hidden truths. Despite past suffering, a renewal is underway, driven by the Haitian people’s determination to rise out of poverty. A grim discovery—a mass grave devoid of organs—will expose atrocities, reinforcing the need for justice.

In Mexico, significant reforms are in progress. The current president faces an internal ultimatum: tackle corruption and crime or step aside. Under popular pressure, a major crackdown on cartels and criminal organizations will begin, supported by international assistance. The most dangerous criminals, responsible for numerous atrocities, will face the death penalty, marking a break from past practices. This process, spanning several months, will transform the country’s atmosphere, reducing extortion and making streets safer. Tourism will flourish, boosting the local economy. Additionally, a moderate volcanic eruption and the discovery of ancient relics in a jungle region will unveil fascinating cultural secrets.

Cuba is poised for an economic renaissance with the lifting of sanctions. The end of the blockade will enable infrastructure modernization, attract new tourists, and improve living conditions while preserving the country’s rich cultural heritage. Poverty will significantly decrease, offering Cubans new opportunities for prosperity.

Across the region, spectacular geological transformations are anticipated. The Caribbean may see its smaller islands merge into a larger landmass rising from the ocean floor, a phenomenon linked to the mystery of the Bermuda Triangle. Perceived as miraculous, this change will create new lands, beaches, and lush vegetation, stimulating local economies, particularly in Jamaica, where the return of diasporas will strengthen communities.

In Central America, the end of foreign funding for corrupt leaders will restore power to the people. Borders between countries like Guatemala, Belize, and El Salvador may blur, fostering regional unification based on shared culture. El Salvador’s president will play a pivotal role, inspiring neighbors to eliminate drug and human trafficking. Organic agriculture, using natural methods, will be promoted, encouraging people to leave overcrowded cities and revitalize rural areas.

Extraordinary discoveries will also mark the region. An ancient treasure, hidden from conquistadors, will be uncovered between Mexico and Guatemala, while in Mexico, extraterrestrial technological artifacts of surprising antiquity and advancement will be revealed. In the Bermuda Triangle, reappearances of vanished planes, ships, or people—unchanged by time—will defy conventional explanations, pointing to the existence of temporal portals.

Nature will play an active role in this transformation, guiding efforts to track criminals through unusual signs, such as birds or butterflies indicating their locations. A symbolic “rain of silver” will bring prosperity to the region, fostering peace and joy among populations. These changes, expected by 2027, will unite peoples, eradicate poverty, and restore profound harmony.

This renewal comes with a call to remain united and resilient, embracing these blessings with confidence. The region of Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean is rising toward a future of light and abundance.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Take a deep breath and ask yourself a single question, “How has my life changed so far this year?” Try not to focus on how you perceive or imagine it has changed but rather how it has actually changed. Are you taking better care of yourself, or worse? Are you focused more on daily activities or more on the world?  Are you doing things that make you happy or not?  What positive changes have you made, no matter how tiny?

It is good every now and then to take a step back from the flurry of activity, take time in silence, and take stock of your life. What parts of your life please you? Which ones do not? And for the ones that do not, what would you prefer? It is never necessary to settle for what is less than desirable, dear ones. It makes sense to accept life in front of you here and now, but in the next breath, you can recalibrate your energy to improve. You can start to imagine how it would feel to walk without pain. You can imagine how it would feel to have a buffer in your bank account. You can imagine what it would be like to wake up feeling refreshed.

You only have to believe that the Presence that creates worlds can help and that you are worthy of receiving such help, for indieed you all are.  No matter how challenging your circumstance might feel, it is true that “with God, all things are possible.”

Your “inventory” time should be a time to look at life and ask how you can enjoy it more or calibrate to better. Don’t use your time spent in contemplation to beat yourself up. Perhaps nothing has changed since the beginning of the year. You may be just fine with that. If so, enjoy your life.  You may not be so fine with what you discover in your quiet time, but even that is OK. You have simply, intentionally, looked at the contrast that causes creation.  What would you like to create next? How can you tune your feelings to be consistent with what you wish for?

Sometimes, through habit or necessity, we get going so strongly that we forget to question whether or not we are happy and what we’d like to change.  If you notice that your house is a mess and you want to organize it but still have felt no impulse to do so, you can take a minute each day to breathe and imagine the wonderful feeling of being organized. As you tune into those feelings, you may feel motivated to do one simple thing, such as putting one thing in its place or discarding one item. Every lofty goal begins with an inspiration that encourages the tiniest steps. As you tune into the mess, you feel the mess and feel overwhelmed. As you tune into the feelings of relief and order, you see one thing you can make more orderly.  Your tuning affects your ability to receive the impulses for such small steps. And as you feel the satisfaction of one tiny step you are tuned in even more clearly to what you want.

Suppose you want to heal physically. The pain or problem is hard not to notice since you live in your body!  But you can imagine what it would be like to feel better. You can remember a time when you felt good. You can focus on things that feel good now, like time with friends or family. You can watch a video of healthy people and see if you can tune into how they feel if that works for you. Whatever you do, try to feel a little better so your body can carry on with its natural ability to regenerate. Perhaps in that better-feeling space, you’ll find yourself suddenly stretching or breathing a little more deeply. It may seem like a small and inconsequential movement, but in reality, every little bit of extra circulation that reaches your cells supports them in their healthy function.

Dear friends, we have no judgment about how you want to live your life. You can enjoy what you have and ask for more. You can enjoy what you have and be content with it. You can be unhappy now and want more later, or if you truly wish, you can remain unhappy.  We do not judge. We love. But we do wish for you all you desire and more. We want you to know the Creator’s love and allow it to mold, shape, and guide your life according to your own desires.  By taking time in silence and taking inventory of your life now and then, you give yourself an oppotunity to recalibrate and thus allow the natural loving impulses to reach you, guide you, help you, and heal you.  When it is time to act, you will be impulsed naturally, and until then, you can look forward with anticipation to the unfolding adventures in manifestation
