My dear friends, we love you so very much,

For a moment, dear friends, imagine the Creator before creation —a living, pulsating field of unlimited potential, aware of itself, ripe with possibility, and simply being.

In your deepest meditations, in a stillness that transcends thought, or even in a quiet moment of no mind, you can begin to appreciate such a state. In those quiet moments, there is no time, no needs, no desires — just contentment with the present moment.

But if you’ve ever been in such a space, you know that from it arises new life, new inspirations, new potential andpossibility. After meditation, you may feel filled with peaceful energy or excited about new ideas. You may go on with your day and find new insights or answers to old questions naturally arising from within.

From the Infinite, new ideas are born.

And so the Source sat in silent potential and at some point began to wonder and dream. “What would it be like to take form?” “What forms could I take?” And with each dream, new realities were born.

Galaxies erupted from the infinite. Suns emerged. Planets began to spin. And still the Creator dreamed. It imagined a planet ripe with life and potential—not merely a spinning rock, but a living, breathing embodiment of love that would have the free will to create, give birth, and enjoy a life of its own, all the while still immersed in and inhabited by the Infinite. How wonderful it would be to feel life expanding, not merely being, but expanding and growing and becoming.

And so your dear Mother Earth was born—a combination of space and stardust, yet so much more. Within her lived the spark of the Creator, excited to be at-One with a form that could, like itself, give birth to new life. Volcanoes bubbled from within. Waters formed the oceans. Life began to emerge, diversify, and grow. From the One emerged the Earth. And from the Earth emerged new life.

And within that life, the Creator continued to dream.

“What if I could become a self-aware being in physical form? What if I could become many? What if I could live within and experience myself through beautiful beings who would know themselves as part of Me, just as I am part of them?” “What if I gave them free will and, while I, the Infinite, watched and supported their every desire, gave them the power to create as well? What could we become? “

And so the Creator dreamed of experiencing life in new and wonderful forms whose very freedom would expand Love in greater and greater measure.

Over the aeons, as the dream evolved, so too did your species and countless others. Science can share the timelines and mechanisms of evolution in terms of survival. The Creator understands evolution as Love expanding, while, in your human terms, it goes along for the ride.

You are part of the Infinite’s dream. You are beloved creations of a Love so vast even we — the angels — cannot comprehend its magnitude. You are the ones swimming in love, embodied by love, given the free will to dream and, in partnership with the One, create new forms.

As you feel this, something deep within you may stir. You may feel a remembrance: “I am loved. I am love. I am no less than one with the Infinite, and yet I am a unique being within it. I have value. I have worth. The puzzle of creation cannot be complete without me.” Nor can it be complete without every soul, every cell, every single-celled organism, and beyond.

All of creation has value.  From the scraps that become the fertilizer, to the rose that grows forth from it, all take part in the blossoming of creation.

So here you find yourselves—beings sourced by the Infinite, one with a Love so vast the mind cannot comprehend it, and yet, deeply immersed in the mundane.  You are concerned with finances, upset by the bickering on your planet, and weary from the effort it takes to remember your true nature in a world where so many forget.

You are loved. You are love.

You need not allow the many to lull you into a soul-sleep of forgetting. You need not entangle yourself in the hypnosis of separation. You need not despair about what others are doing if you strive to remain connected to your truth.

In every silent moment of appreciation, you are at One with the Infinite within. In every moment of genuine connection, you dance in harmony with all who live in a state of connection. In your truth, your original brilliance shines through. Unencumbered by illusions, you dream of new ways to enjoy life, create love, and expand into new realms.

One person, when consciously connected to this love, becomes a powerful force of light in your world. Your presence becomes a healing tonic for the human race. Your peace is like a rudder keeping you and your loved ones steady in choppy seas. When you rest, you emit harmony. When you appreciate anything, you emanate love. When you value diversity, you embody a truth that creation itself depends upon—it is your differences that strengthen your shared creations.

Dear ones, take a breath. Detach for a moment from the chaos in your world. Look at your beautiful Mother Earth, if only in your mind’s eye, and send her love. She feels you. Then rest for a moment in her grace, remembering who you truly are… beings birthed in wonder and love, swimming in and embodied by the Infinite.

You are one with the Source.

You are experiencing and—with every loving thought—xpanding creation. Breathe into that. Lean into that. Rest in that.

In a chaotic world, love is the constant. It will enliven, inspire, and guide you. And no matter what unfolds externally, this internal truth will steady you through every storm.

I am Saint Germain, guardian of the violet flame.

I am in the space with you, offering a higher-vibrational tone to assist you in finding the highest-vibrational tone within yourself. This is your work, always. This is your purpose, always. And when you find the highest-vibrational tone that you have available to you and you make that your goal, everything else falls into place. Things you want to happen do happen and they happen unexpectedly.

You find that there isn’t as much to do as you thought there was, and you’re able to enjoy everything as it is in the present moment. Yes, you want to be in the present moment, and you want to be mindful of what you are doing while you are doing it, but you also want to be offering the highest-vibrational tone that you can while you are doing whatever it is you are doing. And so at this point in the transmission, many of you are wondering how you are going to do this.

The first thing you have to do is get in your body, and what I mean by that is you have to be conscious of your consciousness within the confines of your physical form. You need to be focusing on you and what’s happening inside of you. Secondly, you must be willing to feel what you are feeling inside of your body. You must be willing and able to tune in to what’s going on in your physical and in your emotional bodies.

Thirdly, you must be willing to make adjustments that need to be made. And so if something feels off to you inside of you, then it probably is, and it needs your attention. You need to give your attention to what is happening in your body that is indicating to you that there’s a lower vibration present. It may be a thought. It may be tension. It may be an emotion. As you tune into it and you locate it in your body, then you can do something about it. And if you are willing to sit with it and breathe into it, then it will go away.

And then you can focus on getting into a higher-vibrational tone. This does not require you to do anything, to think anything, to focus on anything in the external world. You can find that higher-vibrational tone by sinking your present moment conscious awareness into your heart and feeling for the unconditional love that you are. And then as you breathe into that, you will feel more of it. You will feel that it is the highest vibration that you have access to in the moment, and then you are ready to go about your day and to take the actions that you want to take or that you believe you need to take.

You are more likely to have a nice conversation or a nice interaction with another person. You are more likely then to be able to receive an inspired idea from your higher mind or one of your guides. Offer the highest-vibrational tone that you can find within yourself in any given moment, and then think your thoughts, and eat your food, and drive to work.

This is how you navigate through your life as the master that you really are. And it will also put you in alignment with more of the experiences that you say you want to have. It really is not more complicated than this, and you don’t have to complicate it. And if you find yourselves complicating it, it’s because your mind thinks it has to be more complicated and that there are more x factors.

You are the only factor in all of this, and you have complete control over yourself no matter what anyone else tells you. Take the invitation that’s coming to you from inside of you to be in the highest-vibrational tone you can be in, and take the invitations that are coming to you from the higher realms and from myself and others. And you will live a beautiful life of joy, freedom, love, excitement, and creativity.

You perceive time as something that passes, a current that carries you from birth to old age. Yet time is a field. It expands and contracts according to the consciousness observing it.

When you focus on the present moment, fully immersed in now, the field of time opens. You are no longer being moved by it, you are moving within it. In truth, there is no “forward” and no “backward.” There is only a shift in vibration that gives the impression of sequence. What you call “next” is simply another harmonic tone of the same song.

Aging is one of the strongest illusions tied to the belief in linear time. Your cells respond to your perception of duration. When you believe that each year adds wear to your body, your cells organize themselves accordingly. When you tell your body that time is a soft energy, not a ticking clock but a nourishing pulse, it listens.

Every cell in your body is aware. It takes instructions from your thoughts, emotions, and identity. The statement “I am twenty years old” is not a lie to the body; it is a command to reorganize toward vitality. The more consistently this message is held, the more the body receives it as truth.

You have been conditioned to age because your collective agreement has been to measure life in linear years. You count rotations of your planet around its star, and you equate those rotations with biological decay. But your cells are not counting rotations, they are responding to vibration.

In higher awareness, time is experienced as texture, not as a line. You may move within it, touch it, stretch it, even taste it. Some moments expand like galaxies; others collapse into a single heartbeat. When you release the need to measure time, you begin to live in it as an artist lives in color, shaping it through presence.

To live agelessly, you do not need to resist time. You only need to stop giving it hierarchy. Feel it as light moving through you, not as something moving you. Speak gently to your cells each morning:

“You exist in the eternal now. You are fresh, vibrant, balanced, and new.”

In doing so, you will begin to notice subtle changes, faster recovery, brighter skin, a lighter emotional field. These are signs that your biology is remembering its original design: timelessness.

You were never meant to be carried forward by time. You were meant to shape it, as light shapes color.

I know how you all have to face so many challenges in your lives and how you often seek out help from above. There is a proper way, an appropriate way for you to do this. First of all, acknowledge that you have created everything as it is in the present moment. Secondly, acknowledge that it serves you and everyone else for everything to be exactly as it is right now. Third, acknowledge that where you want to go from where you are already is. In other words, you will simply move to where you want to go where circumstances will be different.

You don’t need a benevolent being to drop down from on high that which you are requesting. Fourthly, you can then acknowledge that help is already on the way and that you simply need assistance with aligning with with the help that is already coming, that is already yours for the taking. When you recognize that you are already moving in the direction of what you want in that moment that you have decided that it is what you want, then you can relax into the knowing that not only is help on the way, but you also have the necessary assistance in aligning yourselves with that help.

You don’t have to do as much as you think you have to do, and you don’t have to worry about whether you are worthy of receiving what is already yours and what you have in fact co-created. But there are some key elements in receiving the answers to your prayers. You want to accept where you are in the moment, and you want to look at what you believe to be true about that moment. In other words, do you believe you’re being punished with the circumstances of your life, either by past life karma or by improper thinking on your part, or by a Divine Being who doles out punishment when the rules are not followed.

Next, you want to ask yourself what your beliefs are around getting to that reality that you desire. Do you believe everyone has to be in agreement that it is the right reality, or do you believe you have the free will to travel to whichever reality you want to experience? Do you believe you have to do good deeds in order to appease your God so that you will be granted the reality that contains what you want in it? These are but a few of the possible beliefs you might be entertaining that would keep you where you are, keep you from where you want to go.

And of course, there are also those beliefs that help you in getting you to where you want to go. And you want to activate those. You want to give more attention to those beliefs that tell you that you are worthy because you are an aspect of Source Energy and because you exist. There are beliefs that you sometimes entertain around you being able to experience what you want to experience when you align with it. And of course, you all have to acknowledge that you have at some point in your lives been able to experience something that you wanted to experience but that at some point you didn’t know how you would be able to experience.

In other words, you have gotten to where you’ve wanted to go without a roadmap, without a clear path that had clear steps on it. So you all can receive more of what you want to receive when you go about it the right way, the way that is easiest and that serves you the most, and that is what I recommend.

You know yourselves best when you are paying attention, and when you are paying attention, you recognize that you have all the information that you need in the present moment. It is when you are not paying attention that you think you need other bits and pieces of information. Those other bits and pieces of information often are not relevant to the moment that you are in.

This is yet another reason to be present, and when all of us in the higher realms encourage you to be present, we want you to know that there are some very good reasons for that prompting. You need to know what your body is telling you. You need to know what your emotions are telling you, and you need to know what you are thinking about and focusing upon. And you need to know these things because you want to create your reality consciously and deliberately rather than by accident.

Remember that being present in the moment is the easiest thing that you can do once you decide to do it. You can say it isn’t easy because you don’t do it most of the time, but if you are being honest with yourself, you don’t do it most of the time because you are not choosing to do it. Many of you do what you do because you are on some sort of default setting, and you need to be on a setting that allows you to take over and choose consciously for yourselves what is best for you. Again, you will have that information once you put your awareness on where it needs to be, which is the present moment and the internal realm.

Now, of course, sometimes the external realm is telling you things as well that you need to know, and I recognize that. And oftentimes, your guides and others are communicating with you through the outside world. But most of what you need to know in any given moment is something that is happening inside of you. It’s trying to get your attention, and you will keep trying to get your own attention until you put that attention that is needed on yourself.

What kinds of bits and pieces of information are inside of you? You may be getting a signal that says not to do something, or you may be getting a signal that says to do something that you weren’t thinking about doing. You may be getting a signal that says, ‘Stop doing this,’ or ‘Just walk away.’ And these are the bits and pieces of information that you need to know in the moment to help you to live a better life and to be the version of yourself that you want to be.

If you can let go of the need to know what’s going to happen next, it will also be easier for you to just tune in and listen to the feedback you are getting in the present moment that is so valuable to you that, as I said, you will continue to turn up the volume until you do actually get it. And once you do get it, you can make all the best choices, all the course corrections, and take the actions that you really will benefit from taking.

You have dedicated yourself to conscious growth, healing and transformation having faced many fears and navigated through the darkest of nights. You have worked on clearing past traumas and taking responsibility for your new found reality. Starseeds are helping many others begin their own Ascension process .

The 3D aspect of the planet is currently experiencing an escalation in higher levels of dysfunction, leadership dramas, and global crisis. It can feel like people’s worlds are falling apart, which is why Starseeds are here.

The planetary purpose is to evolve, grow, and assist those undergoing the Ascension process. Many people are unaware of Ascension occurring on this planet , it’s about trusting the unseen forces in this planetary process even while others remain asleep and in the dark.

Ascending souls can now see that they have been guided lovingly through their profound Ascension, making the arduous journey worth it. Your trust has allowed you to rise above perceived troubles , knowing that everything is taken care of. Most importantly, you recognise that humanity is finally being liberated.

A profound spiritual evolution is currently unfolding for humanity. We are rediscovering our inherent unity with all life and realising that the universe is infinitely loving. As our awareness expands and we remember these truths, we may also grapple with feelings of loneliness and being lost. even “lightworkers” who play an active role in the evolution of consciousness, experience these emotions and possibly intensely. However, know that this phase is temporary and will pass.

Anchoring the Self in the present moment

Allows for peace and bliss in every breath. Allowing Love to fill the being until it overflows with positivity. You came here to channel divine love, eliminating distractions that hinders from experiencing birthright joy and bliss.

Nothing is more important than connecting to the universal force of unconditional love. You have been shedding these distractions and corruption to fully embrace this love. You don’t have to make it complicated, and you don’t have to wait for outside rescue. Your purpose is to embody love in every possible moment and, by doing so you replenish the soul and revolutionise our world.

Humanity is currently undergoing an evolution that may be hidden but is undeniably evident. This evolution involves completing our inner healing process by releasing old traumas and judgments from this and past lives. The aim is to become unlimited and unconditionally loving. You personally are evolving by working through your own past pain and healing deep-seated traumas and judgments that have blocked true self expression .

The key to your healing process is in understanding that you came to this life to overcome experiences that severely limited your progress , for you to eventually become completely unlimited. You were meant to embrace self responsibility, power, and unconditional love to attain infinite freedom. freeing the self from limitations to experience the opposite at the deepest level of your soul.

The world is going through radical and significant changes right now, and it can be challenging to keep up with the revelations that keep unfolding. These upcoming disclosures may feel surreal to many and in many ways. Even those who consider themselves awakened to the truths of the world will witness new revelations, revealing much more that was previously unknown. The Earth is on the brink of transformational shifts that may bring discomfort to many still sleeping and impact the world at large.

Whistleblowers are emerging with vital truths that can no longer be hidden or suppressed. The process of disclosure is rapidly accelerating, propelled by the energies of the expanding universe. These universal energies, represented by the number nine in 2025 will activate many endings and disclosures. The higher frequencies will illuminate what aspects of our world need to come to a conclusion.

The Ascending will soon confront the dualistic nature of our planet, where choices will have profound implications. The embodiment of ascension highlights the importance of aligning with the world we genuinely want to create , as we cannot coexist in conflicting realities. The Earth is surfacing long-hidden and disturbing truths, shedding light on what has been concealed for so long.

These evolutionary shifts are inevitable on ascending planet , urging us to face uncomfortable truths and choose the path forward thoughtfully and consciously. Embracing these changes leads to a more enlightened and harmonious world for all.

The universal energies represented by the number nine signify endings, closures, disclosures and completion of cycles. It symbolises a time of endings and conclusions, making way for new beginnings and transformations.

The energy of number nine encourages letting go of the old to create space for new opportunities and growth. It signals a time for wrapping up unfinished business, releasing what no longer serves and preparing for the next phase of our journey.

You are rescuing yourself from human conditioning, breaking free from the systematic patterns that belittle self and others through unworthiness. Overcoming trauma requires acceptance, letting go of blame and focusing on self healing . Although integration is not always easy, it sets us free and catalyses self-awareness and entry into higher spiritual timelines and higher conscious dimensions .

Accepting and acknowledging the purpose behind the cruelty of others can be paralysing. However, true acceptance involves compassionate recognition that we are here to overcome and embody unlimited, unconditional love.

Through our healed pain, we help each other on this journey. Healing inner pain involves ending the struggle over how others should be and surrendering control. It is through this surrender and loss that freedom, peace, and the fulfillment of dreams are manifested.

Earth’s Ascension is currently intensifying. Massive waves of light and solar flare explosions are reaching our planet, catalysing a collective evolutionary leap of greater magnitude and positivity.

This process will lead to a mass awakening, as many more now prepare to remove human conditioning and return to the original template of true self / love. You are transcending the limits of what you once thought possible and you are not alone. Universal guidance and protection are always available in this higher frequency of energy on the new Earth.

Together with ascending souls, our collective spiritual movement is profoundly changing life on Earth. The integration of metaphysical knowledge into human experience is radically improving the human condition for all.

This ongoing evolution is part of our natural progression, an extraordinary leap forward in consciousness. Every human is called to evolve in this way at this time, often referred to as Ascension or Shift. It signifies a transition to a higher level of consciousness and spiritual growth.

As more people awaken, they help humanity as a whole. By bringing your own life-changing unconditional love to this Earth, you are assisting in the revival of an entire species that has forgotten its true essence.

You possess immense power. Starseed souls are energetically interconnected, so when one returns to love, it energetically inspires others to do the same. Starseeds all originate from the same collective oneness, and as you awaken spiritually, your perception expands, and you realise the interconnectedness that exists among us. You are growing and expanding metaphysically.

As you consciously ascend higher, you have the power to shape your experiences through your internal state. Returning to love is the key to experiencing elevated moments, and it begins with shedding the past human conditioning. This process takes time and effort, as all ascending souls strive for this complete transformation into true self awareness and expression .

The ultimate goal is to bring heaven to earth and experience it firsthand in this lifetime. Ascension leads to a higher state of living, where 5D conscious awareness becomes your only preferred reality.

As you progress and make your way forward on your ascension journey, you are returning to Love , your natural state of being. Ascension expands your awareness, enabling you to perceive life through the lens of unconditional love. In this process, you are elevating the human experience .Fulfilling this purpose is what you came here to accomplish.
