An Act of Faith
P'taah: Until you understand how to embrace that which you judge to be painful, you will never have your energy centres free to tap into all the knowledge that is within you. And so, dear ones, this evening we are going to speak about transmutation. Transmutation – it is called alchemy. You know what alchemy is? Creating change in molecular structure. So it is, that emotional transmutation is what changes agony to ecstasy. And what indeed is ecstasy? Well, it is Divine Oneness, it is lack of separation, it is when the self is totally integrated with All else. Divine ecstasy – wondrous indeed.
From the time of your birthing you have been invalidated, you have been hurt and you have been wounded and you have been judged. It is from this that you build the picture of yourself and of reality. So, by the time you are young adults, you have already formed the belief structure about who and what you are. All, all of you believe that you are not worthy, that you are not enough. It does not matter what face you put on for the rest of humanity. We are not speaking of this. We are not speaking of your grand courage and brave front, we are speaking of who you truly are. That sense of unworthiness is certainly a common factor in humanity. Now, the way you judge yourself is often so painful that you cannot even bear to look at yourself, you do not know who you are, therefore you place all the judgement outside of who you are.
As you judge yourself to be not enough, as you judge yourself to be not worthy of love and as you cannot love who you are unconditionally, as you cannot accept and acknowledge every facet of who you are, so it is reflected in all facets of your life. And so as you are hurt and in pain, not only with the judgement and invalidation of other people, who merely reflect your own judgement about yourself, the energy centres are not free and you live in pain. Pain, indeed, as we have said before, is the resistance to feeling. Pain is not a feeling – it is a resistance to feeling, it is judgement – pain is caused by judgement, it is only resistance.
When you are in judgement of situations in your life, allow the feeling of joy to permeate your being, then there is no resistance, the energy channels open and the feeling is allowed to travel from your solar plexus and up to your heart, and indeed to the crown, and in this fashion resonates through the universe and touches all things and all consciousness. When you judge that you may be hurt, when you judge the situation to be ‘harmful’ to you, immediately resistance comes like claws into your solar plexus, thus closing down the energy centres. The energy has nowhere to go and so you are in pain, very often that is physical pain as well as emotional pain. Now, when a situation occurs that you judge to be painful, your normal reaction is to build a wall to hide behind. As we have said, the wall in your life becomes higher and higher and thicker and thicker, so that you will not be hurt, but it makes no difference at all, of course you are hurt.
So – transformation – we shall give you very simple steps. The first step is to take responsibility, because you create your own reality absolutely. There is no situation, there is no thing in your life, which is not co-created. So, responsibility – 'I did it' – that is not so easy. It is wondrously easy when a situation brings you joy. It is not so easy when it brings you an ache in the heart.
Step number two: Judgement. When you judge somebody who has done a wrong thing to you, what do you say? 'The bastard!' Hm? We hear you! We hear our woman also. So the moment you blame you do not accept responsibility. When you have co-created something in your life which is not wondrous, it is for the learning experience. Everything you choose, you choose for the experience. That is all, for the experience. Within each situation there is a pearl, a jewel, as you, dear ones, are jewels. Still not so easy, hm? How do you bless someone who has causes you great pain?
Nevertheless, it is indeed to say: ‘This I have created with this person or persons’. And then you say: 'Oh, my God, I am in grave judgement'. But indeed, dear ones, that is alright. Judgement is a valid and a divine expression of who you are. It is to embrace the judgement and to bless the persons, yourself and the pain. And you know that the pain, which has accumulated over eons and eons of your time – lifetime after lifetime you have accumulated it so that you may discover the pearl within. So it is to embrace all, to acknowledge, to accept. Embrace all into the light of who you are, and as you do such, the claws of the pain, which are suppressing the energy, are relinquished. Thus may occur transmutation. To go from the belly to the heart and to the crown, then you will know ecstasy. Then you will truly understand Oneness.
Thank you, thank you, thank you
