Dear Ones,

Much of what you fear is related to an unresolved event that happened to you in previous earth lives.  Even though you will quickly respond that you have cleared fear pieces for years or months, if you remain fearful of the latest media reports of doom and gloom, you most likely are responding to an unpleasant 3D event. 

Do not fret.  This clearing is minimal.  You merely have to request that this fear be sent to the ethers.

It will be a two-step process.  Acknowledging that you hold some fear deep within you and then allowing that fear to be removed from your being.

Perhaps you wonder why you did not allow that deeply held fear to be removed before this week.  Such is so for a variety of reasons, including your need to punish yourself for some misdeed you do not yet believe is forgivable.  Some of you know what that fear is, but the majority do not because it is so deeply hidden by decades and eons of shame.

It is time for you to love yourself enough to not only forgive yourself, but to know that whatever action is now encouraging you to remain in fear was merely a learning experience necessary to help you and the Earth transition beyond 3D.

Instead of punishing yourself, know that your bravery in taking on those impossible tasks allowed you and the Earth to transition beyond 3D.  Think of someone in the military trying to eradicate the perceived enemy.  Often, military personnel display PTSD for the remainder of their lives, even though they believed in their objectives and carried out those objectives to preserve something greater than themselves.  So it is and was for you. 

You needed to experience every possible fear emotion before initiating your transition beyond 3D.  Even though you were proud of your actions because you knew you were part of the Earth transition team, you still felt self-anger and shame.  That self-anger or sorrow is what you will eradicate in the next few days.  Allowing you to be proud of who you are and always have been.

The first step in this process is to acknowledge your hidden piece, whether in your dreams or waking state, by merely allowing yourself to do so, or by writing down that you wish to erase the resulting feelings.

No one who has ever been of Earth is a terrible person, including you.  All of you were only testing the boundaries of fear in the Earth realms.  The difference is that you now wish to erase those action memories from your being so that you can fully live your new life of joy.  Those who want to remain in 3D will replicate their fearful actions to more fully display what fear on Earth has meant for eons.

If you retain your key PTSD action from this or previous lives, your transition will be more difficult, even limited.  So allow yourself to let go of thoughts about your perceived evil actions.  Even though those actions were right for you at the time, they are no longer.  

This is a new beginning that does not include what you once felt was right but is no longer.  It is similar to your initial fears about the actions required to shift from 3D to a new you; most notably, letting go of those beings who were no longer on a frequency aligned with yours.  When we first addressed your need to review your relationships, you were frightened, because that meant letting go of relationships you thought you should continue, even though they made you sad, mad, uncomfortable, or fearful.  So it is now.

The piece you are holding onto to punish yourself is no longer that important, nor was it something so evil that you cannot forgive yourself or eradicate the emotions that action created.  You did what was necessary to further your fear education.  That education is no longer valid or valuable.  Let go and let yourself flow into your new world.
Perhaps you wonder how you will find that deeply hidden fear.  You only need to understand that it exists and allow yourself to know that you no longer need to punish yourself.  You do not need to visualize it or fully understand why you created it; you merely need to know that you can finally let go of that deeply hidden, fearful, and shameful piece.  It is over.

So be it.
