Thought Adjuster: “I would like to tell you to take life more calmly. What is the hurry? Do you forget that you will attain eternal life? Do not let the apparent wearing down of your body confuse you or make you think that in some way your soul is also wearing out. Quite the opposite — the soul will always continue growing, developing, and becoming more real and stronger as you nourish it with good spiritual food and give it to drink from the water of hope and curiosity for the Whole.

Seek more often the happiness that is already within you, instead of searching for it in external things. When you come to Me within your own being, you understand more clearly that you lack nothing and that you already possess everything you need and more. Likewise, live your life illustrating this abundance that goes unnoticed by many. Be an example of peace in the midst of storms — those caused by material minds confused by false needs and self-imposed limitations.

An exemplary life that inspires others is the only possible life for those who decide to consecrate themselves to the will of God, which is nothing more than your Father in heaven’s desire to make you ever more perfect and more like Him. The will of God is neither arbitrary nor authoritarian. The Father does not ask for blind obedience, but for collaboration, for His will is what is best for you, for your life, and for your eternal future. If you would allow Me, I would lead you toward the greatest and truest happiness, and toward a life that you will look upon with a high degree of satisfaction and approval from on high, once you have left this world.

And this victory in life is not so difficult to achieve. It only requires that you lay down the burdens you yourself have placed upon your shoulders and that, like a child, you come to Me and seek My counsel. Men do not hear the voice of the Father, not because of mental or genetic deficiencies, but because of their pride or their fear. Some think they need nothing beyond what they see with their material eyes, blinding themselves with their dogmas or their false expectations. Others believe that the Father is very far away and that they are not worthy to receive Him into their spiritual homes, depriving themselves of the supreme experience of becoming friends with God.

But today is the moment for everyone who reads these words to set themselves free. Open your heart and offer your whole being to your Father. Place your life in His hands and always seek to express the best of yourself. Do everything you must do as you imagine God would do it if He were in your place — because in truth, this is the case when a creature lives to express the will of its Creator.”
