To become high-vibration, don't focus on being high-vibration

My dearest brothers and sisters,
This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.
We’re going to do last week’s message again, but now for being high-vibration instead of happy. The same logic applies.
Many spiritual people take the following approach:
- First make sure you have a functional life, where your needs are met and all major problems are taken care of.
- Then focus on being high-vibration.
The problem with this is that if the average person focuses on being “high-vibration”, they try to take the seeming direct path towards it, and they do things such as:
- focus on thinking positively (which doesn’t help if the subconscious is filled with “negative” or limiting thoughts; the subconscious manifests things too)
- turn a blind eye to darker, more painful things, i.e. be willfully blind
- turn a blind eye to people in need, i.e. be in a narcissistic bubble
- refuse to enter challenging or “beneath me as a spiritual person” type of situations or environments where they actually may have been able to contribute or grow
- refuse to see their own shadow or trauma or admit fault or imperfections, because seeing that feels “low-vibration”, even though that’s crucial for growth
This way, the spiritual seeker can actually slow down their spiritual growth in some cases. And it can grow their spiritual ego.
What I suggest that you do instead is:
- First make sure you have a functional life, where your needs are met and all major problems are taken care of.
- Then focus on improving yourself or on contributing. Be authentic. And if something arises in you, observe that; this purifies your subconscious over time.
Doing this doesn’t feel as good or look as good at first, but in the medium term it will do more to improve your vibration than trying to take the seeming direct path towards a high vibration.

And if you’re currently in deep pain or have severe problems: I am sorry, and you are in my thoughts. My heart goes out to you, and not a day goes by where I’m not thinking about the people of Earth, or actively working towards helping you. Yes, in small and covert and preparatory ways for now -- but the future ahead of you really is very bright. That can’t be changed.
And in the meantime, you can still improve your life.
