Greeting Dearest Ones. We are the pleiadian council. We connect with each of you to share our insights and guidance along your evolutionary Journey.
Dearest Ones, the wounds you carry are not signs of weakness, they are unopened pathways. Many of you have been taught to survive your pain, not to confront it. Yet healing begins the moment you turn toward the pain you once avoided. Your trauma is not asking to be erased, it is asking to be seen, felt, and held without judgment so that it can evolve past its lower frequency and into higher states of wholeness.
Dear ones, when emotions rise such as grief, anger, or fear do not silence them. To silence them is to suppress them. Your unresolved trauma/pain are not enemies, they are messengers that were once ignored. Allow this energy to speak to you in a safe and grounded way through your presence.
Healing is not a straight path, it is a spiral. You may revisit the same feelings yet each time with more awareness, more compassion and more power. By confronting suppressed densities, you are not going backwards, you are actually diving deeper into a sustainable healing.
Dearest ones, your body holds memory so we ask that you breathe into it gently. Place your hand where the ache lives within and remind yourself that you are here now. Remind yourself that you are safe now.
Dear ones, we ask that you release the illusion that time alone heals all wounds. This is a heartbreaking statement that keeps you trapped into lower frequencies of trauma. It is YOUR ATTENTION that HEALS. It is the love that transforms trauma through your awareness. Forgiveness of others will come, but do not force it, feel through it…
Keep in mind that boundaries must be placed as needed to be. These boundaries we speak of are not limitations to self but limiting what you allowed to disrupt your sacred field.
Dearest ones, you are allowed to outgrow the versions of you that was built in survival mode. As you do, you will begin to feel something unfamiliar…Peace without tension, rest without fear and joy without guilt. This is not something you must earn, it is something you must remember to return to wholeness.
We, the Pleiadian Council are pleased to have had this opportunity to connect with each of you. We are consistently sending you, your world and all of her inhabitants are undivided unconditional love and guidance.
