Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very happy to go more in depth with you into our teachings. We offer teachings of the four pillars, the first pillar being acceptance and the second pillar being forgiveness. The third pillar is compassion, and we would like to expand on what we mean by compassion. Compassion doesn’t mean feeling sorry for anyone, and it doesn’t mean joining someone in their self-pity, or sorrow, or victimhood. Compassion means understanding how something could have happened in the way that it did and recognizing that there are hurt feelings, that there are unpleasant so-called negative emotions to be processed, and realizing that it is not something that anyone really wants to go through.

You can have compassion for yourself for getting yourself into a situation, or for getting yourself into a relationship with a person. You can have compassion for yourself for choosing to be born into a family where you would be the odd one out, the black sheep, the one who receives all the blame for everything that goes wrong in the family. And when you are having compassion for yourself, you also do not have to get into any sort of self-pity. You can recognize instead that you made the choices that you made for yourself in this lifetime because you wanted to challenge yourself, and because ultimately you wanted to show yourself just how powerful and strong you really are. You can have that agenda while still being compassionate towards yourself.

Being compassionate towards yourself is the opposite of beating up on yourself, or being too hard on yourself, which many people also experience, and you know you don’t want to have that experience because you’ve had it. Compassion for others is the opposite of judgment and condemnation. It’s realizing that the person is the way that they are and have done the things that they have done for a reason. The reason could be that you asked them to at the soul level with a soul contract. It could be the case that they were hurt very badly by people in their lives, and now they’re taking it out on you without even realizing that they are doing so.

Someone may be abusive towards you because they don’t know any other way to be, and that could be, because no one has ever taught them any other way to be, and they’ve never seen an example of any other way to be. So, compassion and understanding go hand in hand. You must realize that everyone is unconditional love at the core of who they are, and when they are not being that, and acting and speaking along those lines, it’s because something has gone wrong for them in their life. They have not been treated well. They have been hurt. They have been abused. They have never been loved unconditionally.

All of these factors play into a person acting out in hurtful ways towards others, and when you realize that, you can have compassion for a person without joining them in their lower vibrational state. You don’t have to fight them, and you don’t have to judge them. You certainly don’t have to condemn them, and you don’t have to join them in any way. You don’t have to choose to live the way that they are living, and you can still have compassion for them, even though they are making a choice that you would never make from where you are today in your spiritual evolution.

So, compassion is huge. It is like saying, ‘I love you, and I understand where you are coming from and how you got to be where you are, but I’m not going to join you there. Instead, I’m going to invite you to join me in this higher vibrational realm that I have found.’ So, you can have compassion for another person without writing them off and eliminating them from your life. You can still welcome them to join you in the good-feeling space that you have chosen for yourself. And that is what makes compassion the third and very important pillar in the teachings of the Arcturians.

Thought Adjuster: “Spiritual enlightenment must be a gradual process. Even if we experience moments of clarity that establish a certain level of understanding, these levels will always be starting points for greater achievements. Our understanding of God is never complete, not even when we reach our ultimate destiny and attain His personal presence, for many more things about the Father and His creation will be revealed during our eternal future of universal service.

In the life of Jesus, we observe how a man attained divine perfection during a short human lifetime. There was nothing supernatural about this progression, which was truly evolutionary. Jesus entered this world just as many other human beings have done, as a helpless and nearly unconscious infant. Gradually, He gained mastery over His mind, and the adjutant mind spirits began to function within Him in the same way they do in all other human beings.

Jesus had the advantage of possessing a strong spiritual interest, and because of this, the mental influence of His helpers—especially the spirits of worship and wisdom—was more pronounced and effective. These two spirits made great advances in opening Jesus’ material mind to the realities of the spirit. Again, this is the same work these spirits perform in all human minds. Eventually, Jesus awakened to another reality and transcended His human level, drawing so close to His Father that His spiritual mind gained complete mastery over His material mind, foreshadowing the capacity for fusion with the Thought Adjuster—that is, the complete identification of the human will with the superhuman spiritual will governed by the Father's will. In other words, the highest human will was functioning fully and exercising control over the lower human will.

This journey toward perfection is open to all human beings. The Thought Adjusters, the Spirit of Truth, the Adjutant Mind Spirits, and the Holy Spirit of the local universe begin their years-long—often decades-long—project of opening each mortal's mind to the realities of the spirit. They do this in the manner best suited to each individual human soul, always under the guidance of the Thought Adjuster, who knows the human subject better than anyone else. They accomplish this through natural and evolutionary methods.

Finally, do not forget that all growth is relative. Every level attained is a step on the ladder toward perfection, a temporary foundation upon which you can begin working toward higher achievements that will lead you to the next levels. Rejoice in your present accomplishments, but do not forget the accomplishments of the future. Continue working and striving to become the very best that you are capable of being.”

Teacher Ophelius: “The message for today is about getting grounded and bringing yourself back into a root state of spiritual surety. For many of you students on the path read widely and from many sources — some sources are wise, deep and they expand your mind helping you fill in the gaps in your understanding, while others may be very contaminated, contain fearful messages or confuse and contradict what you already understand. When you find yourself at a crossroads where you are confused and do not know what to believe because of these conflicting and sometimes fearful cross-pollinated beliefs or channelings, it is time for you to ground yourself and come back to center. Only from the center can you see all things in perspective and allow the One Truth to help you sort out and discern what is real and what is fantasy.

“Each of you is an expression of the Creator’s new and unique idea in the time-space worlds where you live. Each of you has, to some degree, greater or lesser contact with your Indwelling Spirit, the angelic realm, the mansion world teachers and other celestial sources. There also exist those layers around your planet that contain the lower vibrating entities, unresolved energies and pathways to dark energy — to the spirits of rebellion. Each source can be tapped willingly or unwillingly, depending on the intention or the naivety of the seeker. These lower spirits can and do masquerade as sources of truth and light and can cause great confusion for the ‘undiscerning.’ Even light workers of great understanding can be harassed by high-ranking rebellious spirits and must be diligent to guard against these ungodlike interferences.

“When you feel confused or tormented by sources of information or spiritual influences, you can always ‘clean out your closet’ and begin again at the source. Seek the advice and guidance of your Heavenly Father. Sit in the silence with very clear intention and speak only to Him. Ask that any and all deceiving information or sources be taken from you and then stop all seeking for a period of time and replace your research time with stillness. Just as your planet was cut off from all universe circuits during the Lucifer Rebellion to prevent it from spreading to other worlds in the system, so too must you cut off the circuits of those sources that confuse and bring fear to your mind. Your Indwelling Spirit, the Thought Adjuster, is the Master Operator and whose job it is to spiritualize your mind according to the Great Plan for perfection attainment and god-like development. Let the Spirit within speak and, in time, those things that are helpful to know and understand will remain, while things of confusion and fear fall away.

“Sometimes we are led astray by our impatience to know the mind of God by taking the short-cut, by seeking out answers from other sources whom we believe have a greater connection than we do ourselves. Sometimes this can be helpful and other times it can be harmful, depending on the amount of contamination within the source. Discernment is needed and that process should always involve the One True Source — the Indwelling Spirit of the Father and the Spirit of Truth. The Creator has a developmental plan for your life and when you come back to center, you can begin again to listen for the options for your development are whispered in the stillness of your divine connection.

Vutia: “Greetings, I AM Vutia of Ponoptia, speaking to you from the 5th sphere. There are many things about your world that are unique in the universe with regard to the guidance Urantia receives in this, your Correcting Time, to counter the injustices of the Lucifer Rebellion and all the tampering that was done by your defunct Planetary Prince, Caligastia, to create a dark domain for rebel habitation — separate and apart from Christ Michael’s sovereign rule. To understand the countermeasures put in place by Christ Michael, you must first understand why they were needed?

“All consciousness requires ‘circuits’ to operate. Circuits are a way for consciousness to communicate and operate according to the needs of ascending souls; their evolutionary status; and the range of light that can be safely distributed to the mind and energy centers of its creatures. It is within this ‘range’ of light that human mind thinks and acts out its experiential exploration of life — making decisions within the contrast of that light that leads to progress (or not) in preparation for fusion with the Indwelling Spirit of the Father, the Thought Adjuster (TA).

“The TAs require a minimum (threshold) level of light in the mind circuits to effectively guide human mind, thoughts, and volition. To see progress of the soul, humans, during their waking conscious life, must exercise their ability to choose and make decisions that lead to progress (more light in consciousness). The architects of the Lucifer Rebellion, however, diabolically tampered with Urantian mind circuits to effectively prevent humanity from knowing the Will of the Universal Father, via the Thought Adjusters. The rebels damaged the mind circuits in such a way as to filter out light in the waking conscious circuits below the minimum threshold needed for human mind to understand TA super-conscious insights. Without this light in waking consciousness, human mind would be deaf to Adjuster leading and subject to rebel influence in the circuits — to perpetuate a dark consciousness for humanity thus keeping the quality of consciousness hospitable for rebels and their continued secession from light.

“What I am about to reveal to you was sanctioned by Christ Michael that you may prepare for the activation of the enhanced circuits. Many will scoff, but none the less, this is necessary for you to understand how countermeasures for the damaged circuits were implemented to see that humanity would continue its ascension and progress to become god-like. This countermeasure is not without difficulties and was intended as a temporary mensuration until new mind circuits could be engineered to replace the rebellion damaged circuits. Construction of these new circuits began over 2,000 years ago on the Day of Pentecost with the arrival of Christ Michael’s Spirit of Truth and have continued until this present day.

“When TAs began flocking to Urantia to partner with human souls as fusion candidates, they brought with them Absonite personalities that would act as “translators” to see that human mind could understand the rudiments of TA insights. Every human soul that has a TA also has a personal Absonite translator that sees clearly the TA super-conscious insights given and then transparently translates (down-steps) these higher-level communications from the TA to human mind operating in a low-light circuit. If not for these Absonite translators, your waking consciousness would be nearly deaf to TA insight. Each of you have been intimately communicating (unaware) with Absonite helpers since the day of your Indwelling, and like the TA, they also function with varying degrees of experience.

“The TAs on Divinington, prior to your Indwelling, choose the Absonite translator according to the experience level needed to effectively guide their human partners through the life plan framework that potentially leads to fusion. Once the enhanced circuits are fully activated on Urantia, the Absonite translators will take leave of you. Human mind will then have the required minimum threshold of light in waking consciousness as do normal evolutionary worlds. When humans are functioning safely with enhanced circuits, they shall receive more than the rudiments of TA insights — with more light, a more expatiate understanding of Father’s Will — thus, Light and Life shall unfold on your world as it has on other evolutionary worlds.

“Please sit with this revelation, be discerning, and ask questions.

“I AM Vutia.”

Receiver’s note: It was also revealed to me that the TA, while in communication with our super-conscious mind (soul-mind circuits), has enough light to transfer the rudimentary meanings of TA insights directly to human mind. However, during waking consciousness, the gulf between the super-conscious and the conscious mind (working in a low-light circuit) requires the Absonite translator to help the conscious mind understand the revealed super-conscious insight. TA communication is thus never broken between the Adjuster and the soul. Progress and the requirements thereof must come from conscious decision making — not exclusively super-conscious understanding.

The Absonite translators help connect us to our super-conscious understanding of TA insights as a countermeasure for operating in a low-light waking consciousness circuit. This is why it is suggested that we practice stillness and meditation — to bridge the conscious mind with the soul-mind to receive greater understanding of the TA insights. When using more of the morontia mind (soul-mind) during stillness, the Absonite translator is even more effective because there is no mind chatter to interfere with the translation. Seraphic guidance is also helped by the Absonite translators to inspire consciousness operating in low-light. The enhanced circuits, when activated, will remove the light impediment between the super-consciousness and waking consciousness — insights become more fluid.

These Absonite translators live and operate in a mental realm — they do not have form and are thus capable of standing in the gap between the super-conscious and conscious human mind.

Here we are again then! Twenty-one years of chatting most weeks. What could one possibly bring that is new to the table?

You! Good morning to you Blossom and Each One.

You, Each one, are new to the table. Twenty-one years is a great deal of time for One to have been awake on your Planet.

It matters not the content being repetitive, Blossom … because each time it is given it is received from a Higher receptor of yourself.

As you allow the old you to walk away and the new you to step in … Everything … Everything you encounter and experience is done so and received by you and through you, on a level that has a Higher Frequency than before.

We KNOW you can NOW FEEL this difference within you.

The standard of practice regarding Shining your Light within yourself, for yourself, and Shining your Light out through your Being to others, has reached a level of recognition that in turn, empowers your Light even more so.

I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this at the moment yet, I seem to be in a really bad mood and a really good mood all at the same time! I can visualise myself throwing something across the room with frustration and at the SAME TIME I can laugh and feel my Light shining, KNOWING the niggly things have no bearing at all. Difficult to explain.

This is the case for many, Blossom. The NEW self, every time without fail, will outdo the negative.

Yet, the other day … before I moved into this experience of both at the same time, I was in a really bad mood the whole day and couldn’t shift it. A REALLY BAD MOOD! Is that energy that is not mine? Or is that a part of me that doesn’t present itself often?

It is a collective.

Blossom … one can say one is in a mood for this or that reason, yet many are finding at this time that they are having thoughts that are obviously from the collective consciousness, because they have never had any place before inside of YOUR mind.

These thoughts that do not belong to you are so easily recognised and just as easily thrown away by you.

As the Energies of your Planet continue to pour in at an unprecedented frequency … you will find yourself adjusting through your own intelligence … and understanding … that which is serving and that which is not.

Observation of your thoughts is paramount.

One can FEEL the YOU that is part of you … opposed to the energies disguised as you … which have nothing to do with you at all.

What do you mean ‘disguised as you’?

In /through/as the Light and Love that YOU ARE … in this TRUTH that YOU KNOW Yourself to BE … there comes with it a feeling that cannot be described.

You can call it Truth … for explanatory purposes, yet, it is simply YOU … KNOWING YOU … as your Light without any of the bells and whistles that the mind chooses to create in one form or another.

Who you think yourself to be … you are not.

Who you KNOW yourself to BE … YOU ARE.

Much of your everyday patterns of thought … of interest … of doing … are simply a disguised you … pretending to BE … pretending to function … portraying a ‘person that you think you are’.

Your everyday behaviour and traits and chit chats and discoveries, are not who you are.

We do not see into your everyday accomplishments … WE FEEL INTO YOUR LIGHT.

That is how we recognise you. That is how we know who you are and how you are doing.

Being Human is very different from BEING.

Accepting, of course, that when in the human form, one must behave as such. One has humanness to deal with. We understand this is not easy.

Yet … inside … within Each One of you … lies YOUR SOUL … and it desired to come to Earth and experience all that it has to offer.

Not only that, YOUR SOUL chose to BE ON EARTH at an incredibly poignant time.

It is an easy trap to fall into … absorbing Energies that do not assist … for they are plentiful.

Yet, we say … counteract such Energies.

One can moan about poisons entering into your Beingness, your awareness, your physicality, your programming. Vast amounts of destructive data. Vast amounts of negativity that is fed to you constantly.

Yet nothing, dearest Souls … nothing can TRULY harm you when you hold on steadfastly to the KNOWING of the BEAUTY OF YOUR SOUL.

THE MAGNIFICENCE OF YOUR SOUL.

With respect to each and every one… remove yourself from your devices. Remove yourselves from your addictions to them and all that they feed you with.

Your need to know more is insatiable at times and yet … is it not that you have heard the same ‘news’ over and over and over?

Before you know it … maybe an hour of your precious time has been ‘captured’ by the energy of lesser Light … so easily diminishing yours!

How much more beneficial would it have been for YOUR SOUL … to instead … leave that device at home and walk with your feet on the Earth amongst forestry or within Oceans?

How much would your Heart be filled by standing with your back to a tree and connecting in Joy and Gratitude for the magnificence of both of you as you connect?

How Blessed could you have felt by sitting in silent solitude and allowing the bird song to fill your Being with music you have not heard before?

Listen … Listen … Listen to Nature. It has so much to say to you. So many messages to share with you.

You all KNOW this … yet, opt to delve deeper into some newly fledged news that you know not whether it is computer-generated or for real.

We are not saying ALL are in this ‘contented prison’ … yet many indeed are not ready to let go of their daily fix … which does so much damage to the clarity one is looking for.

Of course, you are so right yet, one has a desire to have a handle on what is going on in the world. Even if we don’t know what is Truth and what is not … on any subject.

Let us ask you this. How much of your search for Truth or desire to know what is happening … fills you with Joy?

None.

How much of your Being when walking in the woods, or playing music … or baking … or dancing … or laughing with friends … or creating with your hands … on and on we could go … fills you with JOY?

All of it.

Let us now ask you this. Do you know yourself to be an intelligent species?

Yes.

Then perhaps …

Oh, Good Lord, I know what you are to say … and you are SO RIGHT. Go on … say it …

ACT AS ONE.

That makes me laugh. It is so simple, so obvious. Yet, we put up defences to make out we need to look into things … we need to know … etc. However, as each day passes we realise we know NOTHING!

YET, YOU KNOW EVERYTHING.

EVERYTHING.

YOU KNOW … NOW … because you feel it on a grander scale than ever before …

THAT YOU ARE LOVE.

LOVE IS EVERYTHING.

EVERYTHING IS LOVE.

When you create … YOU KNOW LOVE.

When you give to others … YOU KNOW LOVE.

WHEN YOU KNOW LOVE … YOU KNOW LOVE.

There is no question of ‘Do I know what Love is?’  For Each One of you will answer …

YES … I DO!

I AM LOVE.

I AM LIGHT.

I AM TRUTH.

I AM.

AND YOU KNOW YOU SHALL CONTINUE TO SPREAD THIS KNOWING INTO THE HEARTS OF ALL THAT YOU MEET .. WITHOUT UTTERING A WORD.

YOU ARE POWERFUL BEINGS OF SUCH UNIQUE WONDERS.

YOU ARE GREATLY LOVED.

As are you! In Gratitude. In Loving Service I AM.
