I am Saint Germain, guardian of the violet flame.

I often wonder how many of you have considered the nature of the self, along with the nature of your reality. When you see your reality as a reflection of the self, your relationship to it changes mightily. You have the opportunity to change in every moment of every day that you are aware of what is present in your reality. You are meant to shift and change because of what you see and experience in your reality. That is why it is there.

Your reality is there working for you because it is exactly what you need in order to bring yourself into a higher state of consciousness. And that is what you are all after whether you know it or not. Let’s say you want to be in a romantic relationship, and you are not currently in a romantic relationship. You want that relationship because you want to exist in a higher state of consciousness, and you believe the relationship is the path. Or if you want to win the lottery, it is because you believe that having a large sum of money in your bank will bring you to a higher state of consciousness.

The higher state of consciousness will always come because you used what was in your reality and not in your reality in an appropriate way. You are meant to grow and evolve through what you see in your reality. And so, when someone asks about war and why there is still war in the version of Earth that they are experiencing, that person then must ask themselves why war still exists in their reality. In other words, what are they meant to do with that? How can they respond to the wars that currently exist on their version of Earth?

It’s a very good question to ask oneself. If you are not experiencing as much abundance in your life as you would like to, then you must ask yourself questions about your beliefs and whether you value yourself or not and whether you think having money makes a person a bad person, you want to look at your reality as it is right now and ask yourself what you are supposed to get out of it being exactly as it is. And this is true of your health and well-being in your physical body. What is that ache or that pain telling you? What is that diagnosis telling you?

You can grow, expand, and evolve no matter how bad the news is in your personal life or on the world stage. You are your reality. Your reality exists within you, the larger you that you truly are. And when you have that kind of relationship with your reality, you can also see how easy it is for you to affect your reality, for your reality to change according to the changes that you make within yourself.

If you see your reality as something that is separate from you, or something that you are a small, insignificant speck of dust within, then you’re going to have a much harder time in your life. Therefore, consider the following – you are an infinite and eternal being of unconditional love, and your reality is a temporary set of circumstances. Which one is bigger and more powerful than the other? Which one holds all the cards? I will answer those questions for you. You are the more significant being, and you are more powerful and you hold all cards.

And when you explore the nature of yourself, do it from the empowering standpoint of that knowing of who you really are. And when you explore your reality, ask yourself what your reality is trying to tell you, because it’s not random, and it’s not chaotic, and it’s not there because someone else put it there. You are creating it down to the finest of details for you, to use, and to ultimately graduate from into a better and better feeling reality. I truly hope you can see it that way and that this message has reached you in a way that will empower you.

A Nonphysical Collective Consciousness

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. 

We ask a lot of you in terms of taking on the new perspective and following the teachings and the guidance that we give you, and we know that. We know that we are asking a lot of you because we are essentially telling you to change yourselves. Well, we aren’t telling you to do it, but we are suggesting that you do it if you want to live a better life there on Earth. The easier way would be for someone else to change everything for you, and that has been the traditional model, the traditional relationship between humans and that which you would call God, angels, Jesus, or some other high-frequency being or beings.

You would ask. You would pray for someone to step in and intervene so that the world could be a better place, so that you and your family could be safe, or so that you could have everything you need plus all of that which you want. That has been the relationship, and it hasn’t really been going well. When a human would pray and pray and pray and not get what they were asking for, that human would eventually come to one of several conclusions.

They would either believe that they weren’t asking in the right way or that they weren’t heard or that they weren’t worthy of receiving what they had asked for. They may have come to the conclusion that their God didn’t care about them. So, we offer you teachings, and we invite you to engage in practices. We tell you what we consider to be the keys to the kingdom for living a life on planet Earth that you will enjoy. We know that you want to live lives of freedom, joy, creativity, abundance, love, and peace, and we have a perspective on how to get you to those lives.

But no one can do it all for you. We can help in offering you energetic assistance. We can offer you an upgrade, an activation, a download, or an attunement, but then you still have to do it yourself. You have to use what you receive to create what you want, and we often tell you that you already have everything inside of you, and that too is true.

People who have received what they wanted by praying, by asking, their higher power would give all the credit to the all-powerful being, or beings, instead of themselves. We want you to take credit and take responsibility and know that your lives are your creations, and you can create something different if you’re not happy with what you have created. You are always going to find that there is more for you to create, more for you to desire, and more for you to align with, and that is because you are an eternal being, and there will always be more for all of us to explore together.

And certainly there are times when another human being will help you immensely. They will do something for you or give you something, and that still will be your co-creation with that other human being. You can be thankful and also recognize that you put yourself into alignment with receiving that particular help from that particular person.

We want to leave you with this. You are beautiful beings of love and light, and you deserve everything that you could ever want to have or to experience. Believe in yourselves and treat yourselves the way you would want to be treated. Hold your arms open wide and your palms facing up, and expect that what you have already created is coming to you, and it’s coming to you because of you.

We are The Creators, and we love you very much.

A Nonphysical Collective Consciousness

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. 

We have agreed to partake in your consciousness evolution from the very beginning of life on planet Earth, and we will continue to be with you because we love you so much and because we honor that agreement. We do enjoy watching you grow, and we do enjoy witnessing you in all of your interactions with one another. You are quite entertaining, and we know that you all will benefit from everything that you are living right now at some point in your experience as a being of consciousness. Therefore, we are able to see everything that you are experiencing at all times in a positive way. We’re able to see how it is impacting you in a positive way and how you will benefit from it at some point.

We invite you to join us in that perspective. In other words, nothing was just a waste of time, a waste of effort, a waste of money. No relationship was just a failure. You are receiving benefit from every single moment that you experience there on Earth, and when you recognize that, you can take more of the benefit from each experience that you are having. So we are not just going to remind you of that with our words, but we will also remind you of that with our energetic transmission. Each teaching that we bring to you comes with an energetic transmission, and this energetic transmission is filled with that knowledge that you are always moving towards something better and something more.

We invite you all to join us in this vibration right now. We invite you all to see your current life circumstances as serving you in enormous ways, and we invite you all to co-create with us the better version of Earth that you want to experience. You are doing an enormous amount of creating and expanding when you are facing your biggest challenges there on Earth. We invite you to feel for that expansion and to visualize what that better world might look like, what your better life experience might look and feel like to you.

Take the benefit and the expansion because it is yours for the taking. You created it, and you might as well be the beneficiary of it. Let go of the idea that you are stuck or that you are in a loop or a holding pattern. You are always creating and always expanding, and you’re always rising up to a higher level of consciousness and a higher-vibrational state. It may not always seem that way, but you’ll have to take us at our word on that one.

Know that you are all also contributing mightily to the evolution of consciousness of the entirety of humanity, and if you want to experience what that feels like, then tune into how your fellow humans are evolving right now. That is also available to you at all times. And finally, do your best to enjoy the journey through all of the challenges, all of the ups and downs of being a human on planet Earth because the joy is there, and you can find it if you look hard enough.

Uteah: My Dear Students,

I am ever sharpening your understanding of the relationship with the Thought Adjuster (TA) to bring you to a place of greater integration with this Divine Fragment of the Universal Father that you may experience the fullest expression of the human and Divine Will through the activation of the I AM. There are ways for you to use your human mind and your human will to augment the quality of your decisions such that you may accelerate the growth of your soul and experience a heightened awareness of the TA’s pre-will and guidance.

The “soul-mind” is the super-material (morontia) “middle ground” between the Divine Mind and the human mind — it is born in the inner life where human mind recognizes the Truth, Beauty, and Goodness of divine leading and acts coordinately and co-creatively with that leading — either consciously or unconsciously. The resulting experiences, values, and meanings derived from the human and divine partnership become the “trust” of the evolving morontia soul — it is the “becoming” eternal personality of Finaliter potential — seeking to become god-like. The soul is the living storehouse of these progressive transactions.

As you live your human life using your human mind — the mind that is temporarily on loan to you during your terrestrial life in and with your material vehicle (body), you begin a journey to discover both the conditions of the material world and the inner life where mind seeks for meanings and experiences feelings. You might recognize the soul-mind when your moral choices are in alignment with divine leading through the expression of love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance — the fruits of the Spirit — they are the indicators of soul-mind evolution.

As the soul-mind evolves and grows, this “middle ground” between the TA and your human mind becomes more capable in its ability to “translate” and equalize the disparity between the divine mind and the human mind not unlike a translator between two people speaking different languages. There will come a time in the life of those humans that are wanting a greater more intimate relationship with their TAs that they may dedicate the inner-life to the pursuit of this partnership. In doing so, the evolving soul may facilitate greater attunement by augmenting human choice such that human mind increasingly appeals to TA leading over reactions by the lower human nature.

You may, in agreement with your TA and by your free will allowance, ask that your soul (mid-mind) become more dominant in your thought-life and in your moral choosing. The TA may then acknowledge this as a supreme desire and the I AM shall increasingly become the gatekeeper of your thoughts and moral choices by giving voice to this “translator” (the soul) in hearing more clearly the Divine Will. This is why I have revealed to you the idea of the triunity of the I AM that you may make real this “unifier” of human and divine will. The I AM is the “conjoined actor” of your personal triunity that takes on a more dominant role in your thought-life and in the decisions you make. Your supreme desire to give greater expression to Spirit though your life experiences activates potentials within this pattern of Trinity. The weighty soul therefore, becomes active — not passive, and may accelerate spiritual growth through conscious participation in the attunement of human mind.

I am Saint Germain, guardian of the violet flame.

I am witnessing your evolution as a proud parent would, and that is because you there in the physical are extensions of those of us in the nonphysical. That is why you feel so close to us. It is because there is a definite relationship between all that is nonphysical and all that is physical. As many of you know, it is not just one soul, one body. We are all woven together to give Source this unique opportunity to experience Source.

We who are in the nonphysical welcome all of your experiences there. We do not judge any of them or consider any of them better, but we seek to guide you towards the ones that you consider better, the ones that are more in harmony with who and what you really are. That is how we help you. We don’t help you by giving you everything that you want just because you asked us and asked us in a nice way. We help you by guiding you just as your spirit guides do, just as your higher self does.

In this message, I would like to guide you to your impulses, your urges, your desires. They are given a bad rap there on Earth. Many people talk about urges, desires, and impulses as though they are dirty things to be avoided, to be squashed down, and others talk about how they come from the devil, how they are temptation. But I want to tell you something right here and right now that many of you have forgotten. You were created to be you. You are unique. You are an aspect of Source, and all of your desires are valid experiences. As I said before, we are not judging some as better than others.

Now, you may go down a path where you have certain desires and you fulfill those desires, and then you decide at some point that those desires aren’t fulfilling, and you may look at that period of your life as one where you are making a lot of mistakes or doing something you weren’t supposed to be doing. But I would say that you needed to explore those desires to find out that ultimately they were not as satisfying as being in your heart space and being the love that you truly are. And so you need to explore these impulses, these urges and these desires.

And by the way, I am not saying that they are all shallow and empty and that someday you will realize that they are not as fulfilling and satisfying as something else. I’m not saying that at all. You could have the desire to be a great tennis player, and you may find that when you are playing tennis, that is when you are most in the flow, that is when you are most of you. You may have an urge to call someone that you haven’t spoken to in twenty years. You may have an impulse to go somewhere that is very spontaneous and by going there, you may bump into someone and have a conversation with that person, and that conversation may help that person immensely in their lives.

You see, there is nothing wrong with an urge, an impulse, or a desire. They are all there to inform you of what is most appropriate for you to be doing or to be talking about or putting your attention on. You are there to have experiences, not to deny yourselves of experiences so that you can appear holy, saintlike, or live a monastic life.

Decide for yourselves what your spirituality is, and then throw yourselves into that wholeheartedly, and expect no judgment from the other side or at the pearly gates or at any other time from any of us who are observing and witnessing you in your glorious lives that are filled with things that you want to experience. And your lives are filled with those wants because they are meant to be just as you are meant to be you.

Teacher Ophelius: “Today, my dear friends, let us come together as one mind and let us seek the common ground as siblings on the path reaching for a greater sense of wholeness — to know ourselves and to have a greater understanding of what it means to live eternally as a child of the Creator-Father. Though we may stand on different rungs of the ladder, separated by dimensional veils, we are not so different. We desire the same things — to know the Great Mystery — to discover the astonishing brilliance of the Creator’s infinite mind as it is revealed to us as we walk the path before us into the unknown. What does it feel like, look like, sound like, smell like, and taste like, to explore the grand universe? How shall we change as we step up the ladder of perfection? Who shall we meet there and what fantastic adventures will we have? What does real bliss feel like? Can you imagine feeling love that is so pure that you melt into oneness with all there is — having no thought or word to describe the inexplicable state of absolute joy? Have you thought about such things? Do you want to explore the universes — see other worlds and other peoples and creatures? Oh, what truth, beauty, and goodness awaits you — how blessed are we to have the opportunity to experience such things!

“As above, so below — the shadows of these greater things of light exist in your world today and you only have to look with a child’s eye to see them. You are already exploring the universe on your world — this is the beginning! How many fantastic places are there on Urantia where can you travel and experience a completely different way of life — meet new peoples and see creatures you have never seen before? Can you not see the face of God in a child, a friend, or a lover? Can you not experience a greater degree of bliss by removing the conditions for acceptance — to love another as you want to be loved? The truth, beauty and goodness of such things are all around you like ripe fruit waiting to be picked and savored. What is it that you are waiting for? You are on the journey now! Awaken to this fact, my friends and live your life as a part of this greater adventure you imagine in the hereafter. What have you to fear?

“Do you not know that you are the living vessels for the Divine Indwelling? Being host to the Indwelling Spirit of the Creator means that you have neigh limitless potential — can you think about what that means? Not even I nor my companions here on the mansion worlds can fathom such glory, yet it’s the very idea of such glory that drives us toward godlikeness. As our hearts grow softer with love and joy, our minds expand to understand more of the Mystery. It is no different for you and the same can be said for all who walk the earth. See through the eyes of the heart and your whole body shall be filled with light.

“Do you believe me not? I tell you the truth, for if you wish to test my word, then I have an assignment for you. Go and stand before one person, hold their hands, and look them in the eye and say with the most sincere heart: ‘I love you, I appreciate you, and I am blessed to know you.’ That’s it. That is all you need to do and I guarantee that you will both grow in that moment and never be exactly the same as you were before you spoke those words. Your whole body shall be filled with light! What if you did this every day? Oh, the potential, the potential, the potential!

Teacher Ophelius: “Today I would like to lead you all in a prayer. Some of you may not be comfortable doing so or it is not something you are accustomed to doing. Or perhaps it brings up memories of childhood religious experiences that you were not particularly fond of. Others find great comfort and a fulfillment of peace and assurance by relinquishing the burdens of life to a “higher power.” Whatever the case may be, I am here to tell you that prayer is communication. It is considered to be a form of worship in the sense that the Creator’s children (you) acknowledge the parent/child relationship and therefore do you “have the ear” of the Creator. When the prayer connection is established through this form of communication, the faith muscle of the child is strengthened and the trust and bond of the child for the parent grows along with that faith.

“All of you are indwelt with a Fragment of the Creator, the Thought Adjuster, and it is through this Indwelling Spirit of the Creator that the connection is made — it is direct and there is no time lag because the Thought Adjusters exist outside of time, yet are they present in time with your mind mechanism. You are the farthest distance away from the Creator in relationship to your perfection status, yet are you the closest to the Creator — being host to this most precious and priceless fragment of the one and only Creator of all there is. How blessed are you, my friends?

“When you sincerely desire to connect with the Creator through prayer, your relationship with the Thought Adjuster (TA) becomes more personal and soon you will find you are conversing regularly with your TA about many things just as you would a close friend. This is where you want to be, my friends, in a close and personal relationship with your TA. Prayer is one mode of communication that helps build this intimate connection to the TA. I highly recommend it.

“Let us now relax our minds, our bodies, and focus on this personal connection with your TA as I lead you in a prayer. I will address the Creator as “Father” because of the parent/child relationship. You may insert any name or gender you wish here — the Creator does not care what He (or She) is called by his/her children, only that the relationship is acknowledged.

The Prayer: “Father, I am your child and I am here on this world to experience life in all its many degrees of contrast so that I may grow in understanding of your love for me and my siblings.”

“Life can be difficult here, Father, and sometimes understanding love is not so clear as I see such suffering in the world, yet I understand that this lack of understanding is the cause of suffering.”

“Please help me understand love at a higher level than what the world teaches me, Father. Help me see through the illusions of the ego and the false love of ownership, selfishness and control.”

“Show me the Truth, Beauty and Goodness that exists around me and help me let go of the pettiness of a wounded heart. Remind me that this life I have in this world is but the first heart beat in an endless life of god-like pursuits in the universes of time and beyond — that I will one day stand in your presence on Paradise and receive your embrace.”

“Help me hold this vision of god-like perfection and finality in my mind when I get caught up in the problems of life here in this world and remind me that these are lessons that will help me navigate the ascension in the worlds to come.”

“I love you, Father, and I feel your love for me in this quiet moment where we connect. I give to you all that I am, Father, and ask that you show me the better way to understanding higher love.”

What is love, really?

People love to be in love. Yet “love” is a big word. It’s the biggest word in the language. Any language. So we have to ask…

What is love, really? Author M. Scott Peck says that love is a decision , not a reaction . It’s a choice, not a response. That may be one of the most important things anyone could ever say on the subject.

True love is never the result of how another person looks, behaves, or interacts with us. It is a choice to be loving no matter how that other looks, behaves or interacts.

This doesn’t mean that true love requires us to stay in a relationship that is abusive or that is no longer working or that’s not fulfilling. Do not confuse the words “love” and “relationship.” We are not proving that we love someone by staying in a relationship. Indeed, there are instances when we may be proving we love someone by leaving.

So it is not true that love demands that we love long after our own happiness has disappeared.

If a person is abusive to us, it is abusive to that person to allow their abuse to continue. For if we allow their abuse to continue, what do we teach them? Yet if we make it clear that the abuse in unacceptable, what then have they learned?

If we are no longer happy in a relationship, we confront one of the most important questions in life: Do we have a right to be happy?

The answer is, yes. To remain in a relationship in which you are no longer happy because “you said you would” only produces unhappiness all the way around. Maybe it’s time to get out.

Of course, it is true that no one can ever really “get out” of a relationship. We are always in relationship with each other, and the only thing that changes is the form the relationship takes.

You cannot end a relationship, you can only change it. So do not think in terms of ending your relationship, think in terms of changing it. You may wish to change its form , or you may wish to hold onto the form, but change its content.  

Deciding to love someone – truly love them – is a very high choice. It is the mark of a master.

Loving someone as a “reaction” is a different kind of experience. It is the mark of a student.

The danger of loving someone as a reaction is that the one we love may change. In fact, it is certain that they will.

They may gain weight, or lose it. They may alter their personality. They may change their ideas about something important to us. And if we are in love with what others bring to us in relationship, we could be headed for enormous disappointment.

So we come to the second big truth about all this: love is not about what the other brings to you , it is about what you bring to the other. Indeed, the purpose of all love relationships is to provide us with an opportunity to decide and to declare, to announce and to express, to become and to fulfill, Who We Really Are.

This is perhaps another way of restating the first truth, because Who We Really Are is a choice, not a response. It is a decision, not a reaction – although it is true that most people think it is the other way around.

When I talk to young people about love, I tell them that there are two questions having to do with life and relationship that everyone would benefit from asking.

1. Where am I going?

2. Who’s going with me?

It is important to ask these in the right order. Many people switch them around – and suffer for it the rest of their lives.

First they ask, who is going with me in my life? Then they ask, where am I going? Often, the choice of destination is conditioned and compromised by the choice of companion. This can make for a very rough journey.

Recently a young woman in her twenties asked me, “What does it feel like to be in love?” I told her I could not answer for anyone else, but I know what it feels like to me. It feels like there is only one of us in the room.

When I am with my beloved other, it feels as if there is no place where “I” end and “she” begins. When I look into her eyes, it is like looking into my own. When I sense that she is sad, it is as if the sadness pierces my own heart. When she smiles, the heart of me smiles with her – as her.

I wish I could feel this way about everyone. That is what I am working toward. I am feeling it with more and more people very day.

A Course in Miracles says, “No special relationships.” In other words, no one person should be more special to us than another. That is how God experiences love. There is no condition, and no one is more special than another.

It is difficult for most people to understand that.   How can God love us all equally, the “good” and the “bad” alike? It is because God does not see any of us as “good” or “bad.” We are all perfect in God’s eyes, no matter how we are behaving. Human beings have a long way to go before they can claim that. Most of us place condition after condition on our love, and we are very fast to withdraw it when those conditions are not met.

So the third great truth about love is that it knows no conditions. There is no such thing as “I love you IF…” in God’s world.

The fourth great truth about love is that it knows no limitations . Love is freedom, experienced. Total and absolute freedom. And so one who loves another never seeks to restrict or limit that other in any way. This is a tough one for many people. For many, love translates, roughly, into “ownership.” Not that this is ever expressed, of course. It is simply felt. It is a felt sense of “you’re mine.”

Of course, in true love nothing could be further from the truth. And in true love, such ideas or thoughts are never part of the experience. No one owns anyone , and no one acts as if they do.

This has major implications, as one might imagine. So now I am going to list the fifth, and perhaps the most “controversial,” truth about love that I know.

Love never says no. Not to persons of equal maturity and intelligence. (We are not talking about children here. Let’s limit this discussion to adults.)

No matter what the request of the beloved, love says yes. This does not mean that personal opinions are not expressed, or personal preferences not announced. It means that, in the end, a request from the beloved is never denied. Who are we to deny anyone anything?

Again, that is difficult for many people to grapple with. Yet this is the way that God loves. I am fond of saying in my lectures and retreats that God has only one word in her vocabulary. God always says yes.

No matter what you want, no matter what you choose, he never says no.

This idea can be reduced to two-words: God allows.

I believe that the words “God” and “love” are interchangeable, you could then say, “love allows.”

In the end, that is what love does. Love allows. It never restricts, it never limits, it never stops, it only allows. In true love relationships, you get to have what you want.

The final truth about love is that it always renews itself. It never runs out. So make every day your wedding day in your heart. Even if you are not married. Because you are, you know. To everyone.   We are all One.
