Greetings from Home, dear ones.

We join you this day as the collective known as the Group of 9. You walk in a time of profound contrast. Density appears thicker, separation louder, and fear more visible than you re-member ever before. Yet, these conditions are not a failure of humanity but evidence of its expansion. When light increases, shadows sharpen. When consciousness rises, anything misaligned becomes more obvious. This is not a punishment, dear ones, it is a re-calibration.

Many of you feel tired, but it is not because you are weak. Quite simply, you are carrying energy that was never meant to be yours and that can be exhausting. Over and over again, you have been taught to give away your power. You’ve turned over your authority to systems, beliefs, leaders, and often even to time itself. The reclaiming of personal power is the great work of this era.

Personal power is not a force, but rather an energetic coherence. It is the moment when your thoughts, emotions, body, and spirit move in the same direction. And when that critical alignment occurs, density finally loosens its grip.

We wish to offer you several practical tools to help reconnect with your Higher Self and stabilize a higher vibrational frequency. These practices are taught in our LightMaster class.

Tool One: Conscious Choice in Small Moments

Your world encourages a reaction; your soul invites a response. Each time you pause before reacting, speaking, clicking, agreeing, or defending yourself, you are reclaiming your power.

Ask silently:“Is this really mine to carry?”

If the answer is no, release it quickly and without judgment. Too often, our power leaks through unconscious engagement. Power is conserved energy, so be conscious of your choices to retain your personal power.

Tool Two: Vertical Alignment

Most humans live horizontally moving linearly, from past to future and from worry to hope. However, your Higher Self lives vertically.

At least once a day, place your attention on the center of your chest. Take a deep breath and with intention, imagine a column of light running from the core of the Earth up through your body to the crown of your head.

Say inwardly:“I choose to align with my highest expression now.”

This exercise re-connects your physical presence with your multidimensional awareness. You may feel calmer, clearer, or simply more in the present moment. Yes, that is success!

Tool Three: Emotional Neutrality

Emotional neutrality is not the same as emotional suppression, which does not work. Instead, neutrality is emotional mastery. Learn to sit on the fence and observe without judgment, just as the Observer does. Density feeds on polarity, so when you meet strong emotions — either yours or another’s — practice neutral observation.

Say:“I see this emotion. I allow it, but I do not become it.”

In neutrality, emotion quickly completes its cycle. However, in resistance emotion hardens and easily becomes stuck. Re-member, dear ones, being in a higher frequency vibration does not mean that you feel happy all the time. However, it allows emotions to be remain fluid so they can become neutral.

Tool Four: Speak Your Truth Softly

You were taught that truth must be defended, but that is actually a lower density belief. After all, the loudest voice in the room only creates the most noise. Truth spoken softly and calmly needs no armor.

When you speak from alignment, others may still disagree with you but they will feel your clarity. This is how leaders of the new energy walk: grounded, open, and unattached to outcomes or expectations.

Power that needs validation is borrowed.

Power that radiates is re-membered.

Power that is trusted becomes yours forever.

Tool Five: Sacred Self-Trust

Perhaps the most difficult tool of all is trusting yourself. Why? Because your Higher Self communicates with you quietly through resonance, timing, and subtle knowing. The more you override your Higher Self with logic and reasoning typically created by fear, the quieter it gets.

Begin trusting that first gentle knowing. Act on even the smallest of guidance you receive, allowing trust to grow through the experience.

You are not here to be perfected. You are here to be expressed, for you are an expression of God.

Dear ones, separation is not winning, it is coming to the surface at this time to be healed. No, you are not too late, lost, or broken. You are exactly where your soul intended you to be at this very moment. You are standing at a crossroads of humanity—carrying the frequency of remembrance.

Walk gently. Choose consciously. Align often.

And above all, remember this:

Your power was never taken. It was only waiting for your permission to return.

And with that, we ask you to treat each other with respect, nurture one another, and play well together.

Greetings, dear ones.

I am Elrah of Rhythmic Service. We join you this day with great joy, for humanity stands at the doorway of a new rhythm of being. Many of you have felt it already as excitement and restlessness, or even as a quiet inner knowing that life is no longer meant to move the way it once did.

Joy, dear ones, is not something that you must earn. It is not a reward at the end of a difficult journey, nor is it dependent on circumstances aligning perfectly. Joy is a choice. It is a frequency you allow yourself to tune into, moment by moment.

You have lived for a very long time within rhythms shaped by survival, repetition, and reaction. Those rhythms were necessary and they have served you well. However, energetically they were quite dense, slow, and heavy. Humanity is now learning to move in new rhythms that are lighter, faster, and more responsive to the heart.

This Is the Time of New Rhythms

A rhythm is simply a pattern of movement and energy. When you adjust your rhythm, life responds to you differently. Many of you try to change your life without adjusting your rhythm and that’s why it may feel as if you’re pushing against the current. Joy comes when you move with the current instead of resisting it.

Maintaining a higher frequency does not mean harder work on your part, it simply means achieving greater clarity. It’s less effort and more alignment. When you choose joy, you are not denying challenges. Instead, you are choosing the way that you meet life’s challenges. You are choosing to step into a rhythm where solutions appear more quickly, where synchronicity becomes common, and where grace replaces struggle.

Joy Is Contagious—Especially to Yourself

When you allow joy in your life, you send a signal through your entire system. Your body listens; your relationships listen; and your future listens. The universe responds to rhythm far more than it does in words or intentions, so this is why joy can change everything. It never needs to explain itself, for joy’s impact is felt in an instant.

Many of you were taught that joy must wait, because responsibility comes first. You learned that seriousness equals maturity, and happiness is incredibly fragile. But we tell you now, joy is resilient and intelligent. Joy is one of the most powerful stabilizing forces that you possess.

As you move into higher frequency rhythms, you may notice that old patterns no longer fit. What once motivated you may fall away, and those things that used to feel important may lose their charge. But this isn’t loss, dear ones, it is liberation. You are not becoming less—you are becoming more precise.

Living in joy does not mean living without depth, it means allowing depth to include light. Each of you is learning to conduct your own energy like a piece of music. When you rush, you distort the rhythm. When you resist, you slow it down. But when you listen—to your body, to your heart, to the subtle signals of alignment—you begin to move in harmony with life itself.

And here is what we wish you to know most of all: humanity is doing better than you think. The changes you see, the breaking down of old systems, the questioning of long-held beliefs, these are signs of awakening, not collapse. We realize it may feel uncomfortable, but new rhythms always arrive first as disruption.

There Is Great Hope Ahead if it is Chosen

You are not too late, you are not broken. No, you are not meant to live in constant effort. You are meant to live in resonance—with joy as your compass and love as your natural state. Choose joy, dear ones. Not because life is perfect, but because you are learning how to dance with it. Please treat each other with respect, nurture one another and play well together.

Dear ones,

We greet you this day with open hearts, for you stand at a pivotal moment on Earth. The times you are now living can feel uncertain, as if they are shrouded in fog, where clarity and confusion are intertwined. The structures that guided you for generations no longer provide the same stability. Many find themselves questioning what is real, what is lasting, or even what is possible.

Yet we tell you, this is not a collapse but a transformation. Uncertainty is but clarity in motion—energy rearranging itself into higher harmony. Although unsettling, these challenges carry within them seeds of opportunity far greater than what has been lost. New light enters in the spaces where old patterns dissolve, which is the sacred gift hidden in clear uncertainty.

The New Wave of Energy

Beloveds, a new wave of energy has recently touched your planet. It is subtle yet undeniable, like the dawn light before the sun crests the horizon. This wave carries codes of awakening, frequencies designed to stir the slumbering hearts of many. As it integrates into human consciousness, you will witness people awakening to their own power. Some will rise seemingly overnight, stepping forward with voices and visions that inspire, guide, and heal.

Do not be surprised when those who never considered themselves “spiritual” suddenly discover their inner knowing. The wave does not discriminate; it calls to all souls who are ready. This expansion will bring about alliances across borders and generations, even across belief systems. What once divided will soften under the greater pull of shared humanity.

A Global Realignment

Nearly two decades ago we shared that the United States would one day step out of its central role as the unquestioned leader of the world. That time has now arrived. As the United States redefines itself, other nations and regions will rise to hold pieces of the collective leadership. This is part of humanity’s maturation, where no single voice dominates, but many contribute. The redistribution of influence allows for diversity of vision, creativity, and resilience. Yes, it may feel chaotic as the old order fades. But beneath the surface is the greater truth: humanity is learning to govern itself as a unified whole rather than through dominance.

The Hidden Gift

So, dear ones, when you feel the winds of change blow against you, remember that these are not the winds of destruction but of realignment. They carry away what no longer serves, even when you cling to what feels familiar. The hidden gift of these times is freedom. You have the freedom to choose differently, create anew, and step into the greater power that has always been yours.

Yes, your hearts will be tested. Some days you may feel exhausted or disheartened. But that is natural in the birthing of a new world. When those moments arise, pause, breathe, and place your hand over your heart. Know that you are part of something vast and beautiful, a co-creator in the great tapestry of Earth’s evolution.

I heal with my smile because it reflects the original light within all beings, the gentle frequency of compassion and receptivity. My smile is not just an expression; it is a creative force. When I smile, I literally create the world in front of me, and I invite you to re-member that you do the same. You are conscious creators too. You did not happen to be on Earth by chance, for these are the times you came for. You have filled the seat that has been waiting for you. That you’re reading this means you’re ready to help birth a new reality. Your ability to create with thought and feeling is awakening rapidly, so use your inner smile to sculpt the world you want to inhabit.

Yes, the challenges are intense. We see the uncertainty and the division. We feel the tremors of fear that ripple through the collective heart of humanity. The old systems built on separation and illusion are cracking at the seams. As they collapse it may feel chaotic and even painful, but this is not an end—this is a birthing process. Across dimensions and timelines, millions of souls both seen and unseen are working with you. Re-member that you are never alone. Things are moving so quickly that you are now being pushed into the fifth dimension. It is time to step fully into your creatorhood. We have long spoken about multidimensionality. But it is not merely a concept, it is your inherent nature. You exist in many forms across a broad range of realities. Your limited perception, trained in the density of duality, is being stretched. Time is no longer linear; truth is no longer fixed. Your identity as a single being is no longer sufficient to hold your expanding awareness.

The apparent divisions among nations, ideologies, races and families are the final act of an old drama. Their unraveling may look like chaos, but it is actually the beginning of clarity. Rise above the story of polarization and remember your unity. Consciously choose what you feel and think, because you are creating your world in front of you. With every breath you take, ask yourself: “What am I consciously constructing with my energy right now?” This awareness is the doorway to the fifth‑dimensional way of living.

Let love guide your steps. In these times, the most powerful force in your world is not having power over something or righteous anger. Instead, it is the radical soul‑deep love that sees through illusion and re-members oneness. Love holds space even for those who lash out in fear. Love refuses to demonize the other, honoring truth while extending grace. Return to love at every opportunity and in every moment. Anchor peace in your body, choosing presence instead of panic, action rather than reaction. Be the calm in the storm and the light in the shadow. You are part of a living light network reactivating now. Each of you is a node in the great crystalline grid of Earth. When you stand in love you not only change your life, you ripple that vibration into the collective field. You lift timelines, heal generations and leave a trail of light in every footstep. Though these times may stretch you, they will not break you—they will make you. You are birthing the New Earth, not as a place but as a frequency.

Finally, remember your simple tools. The Earth is already singing her new song; you can feel it in the stillness between thoughts. Rise in compassion, forgiveness and even in joy, when it seems out of place—joy is a revolutionary act that cracks the code of despair. Smooth out the rough spots when you can, but when you can’t don’t take it personally. Speak your truth with kindness, heal what you carry so others don’t have to, and celebrate what is beautiful. Above all, re‑member that you are here for a reason; your light was not an accident.

When in doubt, breathe. You are never farther than one breath away from your highest self. In that breath we are there too, walking with you, beside you and within you. You are loved, seen and honored as part of the family. Allow me to smile upon you. Take this smile into your heart and let it radiate outwards; you will create the new world before your eyes. The smile from Home creates space for magic to unfold, as it arranges the Universal Energy and activates creation. Greetings, dear ones, I am Zandria. I speak to you not from above or beyond, but from within. Yes, it is from within the higher harmonics of your own spirit. The resonance of your multidimensional self already knows the way.

These are the times you came for. You have filled the seat that has been waiting for you. Well done, we applaud you for being here now.

The Challenges

Yes, we see the uncertainty and the division. We feel the tremors of fear that ripple through the collective heart of humanity. The old systems are cracking at the seams. Your advancement has happened rather quickly, but the systems are the last to catch up.  The structures that were built on separation and illusion are beginning to collapse under their own weight. Although it may feel chaotic, even painful at times, this is not the end.  It is instead the birthing process of a new humanity, a unity consciousness rising from the ashes of polarity. You, dear lightworkers, way-showers, empaths, and anchors of love, you are the midwives of this rebirth.

We remind you that you are never alone. Across dimensions and timelines, millions of souls seen and unseen are working in concert with you. It is true that every act of kindness, silent prayer, healing touch, and inspired creation adds to the frequency of love that is now enveloping your planet.

There is much unfolding on Earth that your physical senses cannot yet fully perceive. It is time to step up and become your own salvation. You have heard us speak before about multidimensionality. This is not just a concept, it is your inherent nature. You exist in many forms across many realities. Part of the struggle now is because your limited perception trained in the density of duality is being stretched. You are beginning to remember that you are vast beings of the universe. You are eternal and you are one. Embrace that unity and it will bring down the veil that creates your limited awareness.

And dear ones, you are not walking alone. Every soul you love is with you, whether embodied or not. The New Song

The Earth is already singing her new song. Can you feel it? In the stillness between thoughts, in the moment before sleep, in the tear that falls when a vibration resonates with your heart. That is her voice calling to your deepest knowing: Come home to your heart. Come home to the One.

This is not the time to retreat in fear or anger. This is the time to rise in compassion and forgiveness. Rise in joy even when it seems out of place, for it is a revolutionary act that cracks the code of despair.  It is important to remember that you do not have to do everything, only your part.

Greetings from Home, dear ones.

I am the Scientist of the Heart. Today I move to the forefront of the Group of 9, to give you an overview of troubling items that seems to pervade many paths of Lightworkers moving forward. Let us explain. In our open question and answer broadcast, we often hear from people who want to move forward but feel they are blocked or burnt out. Although they feel as if they need a change in their work, most do not have any open doors to make such a drastic change. Many have family members who rely on them for support, which makes them even more hesitant to initiate significant changes.

There are also those who feel their relationships have stopped growing, or even that they have fallen out of love. Perhaps they do not wish to rock the boat, or they are afraid of hurting their partner by telling them how they truly feel. There are also those who have specific goals with a preset path laid out before them, but they often lose inspiration and feel empty inside. All in all, change is difficult for humans. We wish to bring you an alternate view of life from our side of the veil and unlock some of the greatest possibilities that lay before all of you, no matter who you are.

Creativity in Different Levels of Life

There are many extenuating circumstances that affect decision making. Of course, viewpoints change with age and differ greatly in various stages of life. As a preteen most have their greatest desire to grow up and be an adult, so they can make their own choices instead of taking only the paths laid out by their parents. Yes, that is why many young adults end up taking a direction that’s diametrically opposed to that of their parents.

Then there are the teen years, when for most there is a certain fearlessness. It feels as if the reigns of control are now off and they can determine their own direction. Experimentation opens up all sorts of possibilities of finding one’s passion in life. Although sometimes there are negative consequences to those experiments, it’s also a critical time of free-flow creativity where the feeling of being magical emerges Young adults who choose higher education are usually required to choose one path of study, which from our perspective is one of the greatest killers of creativity. Being forced to choose their path at this age usually ends up with people who study one thing, then work in an entirely different field later in life. This pattern of blocking the creative flow by societal norms, often results in many of those questions we spoke of earlier.

Relationships

Most adults are obsessed with supporting themselves, or creating wealth as a means to find happiness. Many fall in love and have a family, creating wonderful opportunities for growth. Let us speak of relationships here, because people do not grow at the same rate. As people evolve in life they often grow apart, but that is not wrong, dear ones. If two people can continue to grow their relationship and their love in a harmonious way, they can have a long-term relationship.

Good relationships are not determined by how long people stay together. They’re determined by their ability to communicate openly and freely, fully supporting each other even in their differences. If that communication is lost, the relationships become routine and the partners often feel empty inside. One of the challenges we see is in the way humans perceive relationships. They often judge them by the way that they ended, rather than by the depth of the love and support that they shared.

We often hear parents say they do not want to cause their children trauma by ending the relationship their family was based upon. But what are you really teaching your children when you do that? Are you not predisposing them to the same challenges as they grow up and fall in love? There are many tools available to help rebuild relationships, such as marriage counseling or therapy. We always suggest using those before prematurely ending a relationship. But if those tools fail, then staying in an unfulfilling relationship can be detrimental to both your magic and your creative flow.

Being in the Mystic Zone

If you have ever watched professional sports, you’ve witnessed an important point we wish to share with you now. To be a professional athlete you must learn the rules, and then practice to teach the body what to do. Current understanding is that this an action of the prefrontal cortex of your brain. However, once you are at that level of competence you must then stop thinking and get out of your own way. This is often referred to as being in the zone, which actually bypasses the prefrontal cortex all together.

Let’s say you have mastered the art of throwing a baseball in the strike zone and you can do that 97% of the time. Now imagine that you’re on the pitcher’s mound practicing. You are throwing perfect pitches in the strike zone, when someone walks up to you and offers you a million dollars if you throw the next pitch into the strike zone. Well, your odds of doing that just decreased tremendously. Why? Because you would naturally engage your prefrontal cortex and think too much, rather than staying in the zone and letting your body do what it already knows how to do. In sports it’s often called muscle memory, but it is the same thing channels do when they channel spirit. They must put themselves in the zone and stop thinking long enough to allow the flow to come through them. The same is true of musicians, writers, artists and everyday people just going through life.

Can you imagine what it would be like to stay in that hyper-creative zone all the time? If you had that ability, you would never feel stuck or burnt out in your job, relationship or life path. Being in the zone takes practice, lots of practice. That’s why we have always said that the art of creation is done by balancing the head and the heart. Use your head to set your direction, and then trust your heart to lead the way and place you in the zone. This becomes even more important as we step into higher vibrational status in the fifth dimension.

Our intent is to give you a different perspective from which to view your own life and your spirit’s path, as you play the game of pretending to be a human. Walk with confidence and know that your spirit knows the way, if you allow it to speak through you. Please remember to treat each other with respect, nurture one another and play well together.
