Dear Beloveds, I am Shechina, Divine Mother, mother of Love, mother of you. I come this day because you have called me. You see that is the gift that you have, that you may call on me at any time, for I live within you. Even my name means dwelling place for I am the sacred part of you that has the deepest Love.

Sometimes you call out and you wonder where I am but I live within each cell and my home is within your heart. Yes, I live in all hearts, even the hearts of those you might feel might not be kind or might want to hurt others. Yes, I live there too just waiting to be awakened. But the power you have beloveds is that when you open yourself to the Love that I have for thee, to the beauty that is yours, that is a spark that goes out and touches every other heart.

You ask for healing and when you ask, it comes. Oh sometimes, yes, the body needs a little bit of time to adjust to it. But know that if you believe that I am truly there, that I am truly with you, the healing will come faster than you can even fathom. For this is the partnership that we have formed that we formed from the beginning, for I am really not separate from you, I am a part of you. I am a part of thee and yes it is my flowers that I have poured my essence in that I have given you.

So I ask that you keep them within your heart and any time that you wish to receive some help or to have an understanding or to see with your heart, your divine vision, that you take out a flower, that you remember this gift that is within you. You don’t even have to see it, you just have to know that it is there.

Take a flower now and feel it in your hand. Feel how it pulses with life. Feel how it pulses with Love. Feel how you may take a handful of flowers with the essence of my healing Love and spread them around your house. You just have to know that they are there and you will see and feel how it will expand. When you have a visitor they will wonder why does this feel so wonderful here?

You have the secret and it was never meant to be a secret, so let us spread this beautiful news everywhere.

Dearest ones, I am Archangel Raphael and I come to thee today, for you have called me.

You have called me questioning, what do I do when there is not healing when I have prayed, when I have listened? What do I do when my loved one is in pain and I do not know how to help anymore?

Know that I am with thee, I am always within thee. You can think of me as perhaps a button. It seems rather humorous, does it not? An archangel being a button. But use that button as your intention, beloved, to activate me, to ring the doorbell. Are you home, Archangel Raphael because I need you and I will actually be within your very essence.

I wish you to understand that I already am for there is a oneness that it is difficult for you to see in your human form. But think of the waves of an ocean. The wave that is at the shore is the same wave that is in the middle where the whales and the dolphins play. But the intention, the calling, the prayer will activate the healing that is part of your biology that you were created with this knowingness, with this ability, with this power within thee.

You have heard of the many times that healing happens overnight or happens in a second. It can be the same for any. Sometimes there is a reason why it must take a little bit longer and then we ask you to trust that there is a purpose in the delay of the full healing. But know that once you cross over and you understand the power that is within thee, the power that is within us, you will find the joy. You will find the well being that you so desire.

Now, what happens if there are several that come together to activate? You can think of it as a prayer that you wish to bring this healing to activate healing in another. Think of the waves of the ocean. They get stirred up, they get more powerful and then they go back to the calm and the peace.

This is your heritage. Now let me bring it right now. Just command the healing. I am healed immediately, completely. My loved one is healed now, completely. Know that the essence of the green healing elixir is activated in your very blood, you can think of it as that. But it is the essence of the healing within thee, within your loved ones that then may flow.

Now the healing might come to a place where it says I cannot get through and that is when we ask you to look at anything that might be underneath that is preventing. You may even activate if you are not sure what that is and ask that the healing flows.

You feel alone when your body is in pain, when your heart is in pain, when your loved one is in pain. Pain is a signal, it is actually a Love device to ask you, beloved, to look deep within and find the cause. And even when you do not know the cause, you are so powerful that you can ask it to be brought forth so that it may leave, be acknowledged and leave.

Listen to your bodies, beloved, each one of you. Listen to what your body is telling you.

Does it need to stretch? Does the pain in the shoulder say, you are carrying too much? Does the pain in the knee say I am in fear of moving forward? Does the pain that is running throughout your body from a diagnosis say I wish to find the Love within myself? These are not admonitions, they are just ways to help activate you that you know that you have this power. And this power is with me as well that we together may bring you to the state of joy, may bring you to the state of wholeness, bring you to the state of wellness.

Remember the button within.

I leave it in your heart that you may call on me. at all times.

Greetings, I am Metatron, holder of the sacred cube, overseer of the Tree of Life and yes, in gratitude for the doves that have come and for you beloveds. For you are an essential part of bringing peace.

You are a tree, yes, the tree of life is within you, within your cells, but I ask thee to think of yourself right now as a beautiful tree that is rooted in the ground. Your branches are many and the leaves and the flower blossoms are blooming.

Now, know that as you take your roots and they burrow deep within Gaia, you are in need of the nutrients to help you grow, to help you be strong, to help you be steady. So just like that tree, you too can bring in the essential nutrients that you need to thrive. And those nutrients beloved as you live your life on earth are yes, the physical that you need with the food and the water and we do remind you to elevate all blessings with love with your beautiful hand energies. But we ask you also to make the tree that you are thrive and bring forth a world of peace.

We ask you to notice the thoughts that you are using as the nutrients. Are you using thoughts of anger of what you are seeing or despair from what you are hearing? Just like a tree that communicates with every other tree in the world as the water does, so do you communicate with every other soul on this planet and beyond. You are a powerhouse, otherwise I would not be speaking to you as such. And we in the heavenly realms are asking you to be our partners.

Now we will help you to remind you of the thoughts that you bring. Any thought that is of Love, of joy, of peace of compassion are the thoughts that will make you be strong, that will make you thrive, that will make Gaia breathe, breathe without having to watch her breaths.

So I leave you with these thoughts and yes you may say, but Metatron, how can I not be affected by what is going on when so many are being hurt, when so many lives are being lost? It is not always an easy task.

That is why only the strongest trees have been chosen and you beloved are the chosen ones. But we did not choose you, you chose you and so we come together with thee to help you in this mission. So take the olive branch that you know now you have taken the form of and know that you are the olive branches and the doves, they nestle in your branches.

The next time that you eat an olive, be reminded of this conversation that we have had. That a thought is a nutrient that can help you grow in the direction of peace, in the direction of Love. A thought brings healing, a thought merges with Love.

Dearest one, I am Gaia, your earth mother, mother of Love, mother of joy, mother of the senses for when you walk upon my earth, when you walk upon the joy of my body, you are healed. You are healed through your senses.

I come to you on a breath and I ask you to do the same -the breath of my wind for this is how I caress you. I do it when you go to the ocean- the water is in my body-and you swim and you immerse. That is where I can put my arms around you, where I can put my heart around you.

The trees, you feel my arms around you. You feel the strength of the trunks rooted firmly into the ground and you too, beloved, can become rooted. And when you hear the birds singing in the branches, in the leaves, know that the songs have come for you to go throughout your body, to balance you, to energize you, to help you remember the sweetness that lives within.

When you look up in my clouds and you see them moving so softly, moving quietly and you remember the cleansing that comes from the rain within. This, too, is my gift for thee that you may be cleansed, that you may remember the true oneness, sacredness of who you are. That you are of me and I am of you.

And when you remember as you walk, as you become one with the grass, with the trees, with the mountains, with the waters, you are healed, beloved. You are healed in every aspect. And you may cry out, but, why is it that you say I am healed, but I still have this trouble or that or this issue. Believe, beloved, believe and know, for you have the power within to shift, to transform, to bring the healing that you so desire.

It was never meant to be a secret. It is revealed in your heart when you walk with me, when you sit with me, when you sing with me, when you breathe with me. Take a breath now and let us remember together.

I do not say farewell for there can be no such thing – for we are one with Love.

Dearest ones,

I am Quan Yin. I come with my dragon, I come with the fire of Love and I bring you at this moment into the crystal cave. The crystal cave that is glimmering with my pink pearls, that is radiating out the Love, the peace, the oneness that you desire.

For it has come to my attention and all of us in the heavenly realms, that you are calling out, calling out even more than usual. That you find yourself in a place of nervousness of what is to be, of how to get through the days.

Find the place of peace, find the place of calm within.

Even when you decide that it is not healthy to follow what you call the news – many are making that decision, you still feel the tension in the air, of what discord brings, of what war can bring. And yes, there has been continual war in many places but you find yourself in a time when more war is more prevalent.

And so I invite you, I invite you, beloveds, to come with me, to climb aboard my dragon and let us ride.

Let us ride through the realms of Love. Let us ride through the sacred passageway that brings you to the crystal cave.

It is always available to you, it is always waiting for you. And as you enter, you feel the Love that is shimmering for the crystals have come to be part of your experience, to help anchor you, to let you remember that you also have the crystalline energy within your sacred being.

Take your seat and just Be as you feel the radiation, as you feel the joy, as you feel the Love that your crystal brothers and sisters are bringing to thee.

There is no need to worry at this time. There is no need to absorb the outside world at this time. For the crystals are doing their job of Love to cleanse thee, to bring their shower of peace, to bring their shower of joy. To bring their shower that all is well in this moment, reminding thee, to find the moments when all is well.

Now, you may return to the crystal cave at any time.

You may just set that intention, you may call on me.

But I leave you now with the pink crystal. Know that it is within your essence, it lies in your heart and you only need to think of it and you will be transported to the crystal cave.

Dearest ones. I am Shechina. Divine Mother, mother to you, mother to all.

Love to you, Love to all, for this is another name that you can use for me. You can think of me as the essence within, the Love within that lies within every cell of your body.

The Love within that lies within your heart.

The Love within that speaks to you now about truth for this is the question that has arisen. Why is the truth not always seen? Why is the truth not always given? Why is the truth not always categorized as the truth?

There are many versions of truth, beloved but there is only one truth – the truth that is of the eternal consciousness of who you are and that is the truth that lies within.

The truth presents itself when you can open yourself and see beyond. You will feel the truth in every expression, bone in your body. It will ring as bells ring and you will understand.

Now, there are many ways at looking at situations that you find yourself in.

There is the truth of what you are experiencing in that moment.

There is the truth of what has occurred and truth of what you believe.

But there is also the truth of the entire picture, of the entire thought process, the entire consciousness.

Many times when you question, you say, why was I not given the answer? Why, when I begged you? And I opened myself to hear what was needed to do. I did not receive the answer that I wished.

Beloveds, many times, the truth is that there is a different decision that is made by yourself that you would think of as a higher self on the soul level that wishes to experience life in a way that does not necessarily make sense to you.

For it is the job of the sacred soul to evolve and there are times when you do not see the truth, for miracles are meant to occur and time is needed for those miracles to come online when the inner self can then align with this higher self of who you are.

But make no mistake about it that there are many parts of thee and different parts of thee will come online and bring you their truth for each has an aspect of how it operates in the world.

Now I ask thee to begin, to work with truth, by seeing the truth of who you are, a sacred being, a spark of my heart that has come to experience, to bring Love into every interaction, into every thought.

You have come to join in the flow of what it means to be aligned.

It is an experience when the alignment is not there, that you feel ill at ease. And that is the journey, beloved that you discover that all along, the truth lies within every cell, every aspect of your sacred being.

It is finding that alignment, allowing it.

Trusting that every step you have taken is on the path to truth.

I leave you now with these thoughts, with these words and I ask thee, to let them dwell within your being.

Greetings. I am Metatron, overseer of the Tree of Life, holder of the sacred cube. And I come today to answer the question that has been posed, the subject of stress. 
How does one deal with it in one’s life and how can it be erased? 
The stress, whatever worry that you have, whatever sensations you have in your body, has become an issue. for many.

Now, know that some amount of stress. is actually a positive thing in human lives for it communicates with you. 
It says that this is a motivating factor or this is enough.

The body is saying, I need some attention. Now, you have been designed that stress can be released through a physical movement, through exercise through time out, walks in the park, being in nature, enjoying the beauty of Gaia, communicating with the sacred lives that have come onto Earth that you call the animals.

But when it gets to be too much, too much stress where it is affecting each moment, and many moments during your days, it is time to take action, beloveds, and discover the cause of the stress.

You may be living in a war zone or not have enough food to eat. Yes, this is bringing much stress to you and we ask you to take the time out to know that you can travel to another world, a world of peace, a world of peace within and this will help you get through.the struggles.

Know that when you go to a world in your mind, you truly are traveling, you truly are creating. We ask you to do that on a daily basis, to imagine, to daydream and notice that it is easier to live with the stress at that time.

And this goes for any amount of stress
for what is it doing but communicating? It is communicating that something is off balance, something is not regulated.

It is the way that the body can communicate. I am in need of assistance. 
I am in need of help with the pressure that might be on your head, on your shoulders in your gut, in your back.

We have brought to Earth various forms of what you may think of as stress relievers that works with your energy and works with the body.

The yoga, the tai chi, the chi gong – all of these will help you to deal with what you are dealing with. And you may say, but I do not have the time. Beloved, are you not breathing? Do you not have the time as you fall asleep at night to take some deep breaths and to release?

I ask thee to call on us, any that you feel close to in the heavenly realms and we will come forward to help you. 
We will help you see what is the basis of the stress.

What is communicating with you and what are you communicating back? 
Is the stress saying I need attention? I need time out? 
I need care? Then speak to your body, give it Love. That is what it is craving. And that answer is the answer for anything.

Now, let me take the stress from you now. As we send it up the Tree of Life, we are bringing back down peace and calmness. Allow it to infiltrate your body.

Now I am taking my sacred cube and programming it that it will release stress, that it will bring in peace. I am sending it up your body….and it is coming back down. It will stay within.

You may ask it to be turned on any time and it will do
its work of helping to release stress.

You may partner with it, say a prayer and yes, that it works.

And sit in self stillness, breathe quietly and be in gratitude and you will see a new day.

Dearest ones, I am Archangel Gabrielle, trumpeter of truth, lily of Love, angel of Joy, and angel of communication. And I come today with the message of communication.

What are you communicating to yourself? What are you communicating to yourself about who you are? And this subject of comparison, are you comparing yourself to others?

This comes up many times, that one is not good enough, that one cannot do as another does. Beloveds, I ask you, we ask you to look within yourself and know the gifts that you bring.

As my angel friends tell me, how boring the human world would be, if each one was the same! You have been designed as your own sparkling star with gifts that behoove you, the gifts you have said, I will bring out into the world.

Can seeing what another has done motivate you, inspire you? Yes, but we ask you to look at the gifts you have and yes, you do have them, for each person does.

Each human angel, for that is what you are in form, is a human angel, an angel in a human body. We come to help motivate you also, to nudge you on the shoulder, to ask you to look at the gifts that you have, how can you bring them forth, whether it is being a kind person, painting a beautiful painting, writing a piece of music, cooking a delicious meal, raising the next generation.

When you begin to compare yourself to others, there is a decrease in your vibration.

Now, I am not saying, not to compare yourself in a way that will motivate you. I am saying, in a way, that communicates to your dear, beloved self, your sacred self, that you do not measure up. That is communicating that you do not feel good enough about yourself and that does bring the vibration down.

Now, tap into and feel what it feels like to focus on something that you love to do, that you do and forget the time around you.

That beloved, is the gift that is being called for, called to bring out into the world or just called to bring out into your own world. When you do so, when you focus on the gifts that you have, the way you receive messages, the way you sing your songs, that is the time that you will soar.

And your gifts will motivate others, will inspire others, or touch others in the deepest places.

This beautiful message from Shechinah, the Divine Mother, was brought through during our monthly meditation healing circle. To be brought into her heart and and feel the indescribable Love that resides there is a gift beyond measure.

“Greetings, I come to you as many today. Yes, you know me as the Divine Mother, as Schechinah, as Mary. But I come to you also with many hearts. For many of these hearts are yearning, they have been praying for hope, for healing, for peace, for sustenance and so I ask you, my beloved ones, to welcome them in. For gathering together, you are doing more than you know.

And yes, there were roses before in the elevator, were there not, because the roses are becoming now your bed, they are becoming the floor underneath your feet.

he silkiness, the velvet. This velvet is somewhat what Love feels like. When you are in the higher realms, yes there feelings and there are vibrations and this Love, love of the roses, of the velvety feeling now is circling you, embracing you, bringing you further into my heart.

For this is the place beloveds that you may examine what it is you no longer wish to carry. Is it grief? Is it fear of getting old? Is it fear of financial lack? Is it that your body is not working the way you wish or that you don’t wish to carry illness anymore. Is it that you wish to have closer relationships with your dear ones?

Take a moment now and in this deep place of my roses, decide what it is that you wish to have transmuted. And I do not say to throw away or to discard, really. Whatever that is, I ask you to Love it. For what I, We, wish you to understand is that all at the base is Love.

If darkness has surrounded that Love, it is because there has been misguidance, there has been time of not following the Light, to be caught up. And the only way that these can be healed is yes, if you accept them, if you forgive them, if you Love them and you see through my eyes that there can be nothing that would say that you are unworthy or that another one is.

So I ask you beloveds to just begin to integrate these Roses of Love that I am sending thee, that I am infusing thee with.

So you may now be prepared during this sacred time in many traditions to look within and to find forgiveness.

Recently, a gentle creature from the etheric realms stayed with me for days. One of the things he showed me was how dead branches become overturned into the earth and become the new soil. Soon after, AAGabrielle brought this beautiful message:

“Greetings, I am Gabrielle, angel of Joy, lily of love, trumpeter of truth. And I’ve come to bring the truth to you that you are courageous, that you are admired, that you are loved, that you are following the steps of your heartbeat and it is telling you to take this step, to decide what it is that you wish and then to plant the seed and bring it to fulfillment.

There is much we wish to tell you, much we wish to bring into your essence. Receive it now and you will know in your innermost heart what it is that is calling you.

Is it the call to bury that which no longer serves you? And then when you bury it, it becomes part of the earth, composted to bring in the new growth. What is it beloved that you wish to grow? What is it that you are ready to let go of?

For this is the cycle, this is the cycle of moving forward, of believing, of knowing, that every past of what you would think of as a mistake, is not a mistake at all. It is just a part of your growth, a part of your journey. It is providing the foundation in the soil for the new growth.

And that is the joy of being a human, to honor what you would call those mistakes, to plant them with reverence into the ground, to say farewell as you would to a loved one and with joy, know that new life begins again.

And so I leave you with these thoughts of the cycle, of your cycle of letting go, of bringing forth the new.

Greetings. Yes, I dwell within thee and you dwell within me. I am Shechina, I am Divine Mother, I am Mary, I have so many names.

It does not matter what you call me. What matters is that you know me and you know me as one who speaks the truth. And I come to you especially during this most sacred week to remind you beloveds, to remind you of why you are here. Yes, it is to bring healing, yes,, it is to help your loved ones, yes, it is to improve your lives but it is also to understand the power that you have.

I am going to ask you at this time when there is much that is not of peace in the world, that you take a stand and the stand is not to wage war.

Oh, we have too much of that, don’t we? So beloveds, I am asking thee to not wage war.

And you may say, Shechina, Divine Mother, we are not in the battlefields, we are not soldiers that are fighting in all the different parts of the world. And I say to thee again, do not wage war.

It is not often that I will come and say do not do something. But I am beseeching you, do not wage war against your sacred selves. Each time that you have a thought, “Oh, I didn’t do that right and I should be ashamed of myself and I’m so upset with myself, you are waging war.

I know this may sound that I am coming on very strong but it is actually an attack on your sacred self. So I ask you, I beseech you, because you are our soldiers of Love in the field. I ask you to begin with yourself and to just become aware what are you thinking, what are you saying, for the time beloveds is not to wage war, it is the time to wage Peace.

And how do you wage Peace? By waging Love.

Now, it is true that there are mistakes that are made and that is actually okay.

We are not coming to scold you or to put you in a place where you feel ashamed but we all are asking that when you find yourself in a position where you are waging war against your sacred self, that you turn that around. And, you say, yes, I remember now, I am to wage Love.

And you will find as you make this a beautiful part of your living, that it will begin to spread and when there is a family member or a neighbor that comes and is very upsetting to you, you will be able to stand back and say, I am going to wage Love. I am going to infuse myself with the Love, remember that I have it and radiate it out.

And that is how you wage Love. It is so simple, is it not?

And you say, but Shechina, Divine Mother, there are times that I forget this and what if I don’t really feel it inside? And that is when you may ask me, or any of the heavenly ones to help.

We are your partners with this.

So I leave you with these thoughts during this week of Love, that you honor the holiday, that you honor yourselves, that you honor me.

Greetings, beloveds, dearest ones, I am Shechinah, Divine Mother, mother of your heart, mother of your joy, mother of compassion, mother to all.

And I come to you through your heart. I come to you through your tears. I come to you through the Joy when you are out and about, welcoming in the sun, frolicking in the fields, wading in the ocean for I share with thee, even the tears, beloved. I share with thee, every moment, every essence of your being, for I dwell within thee. I am a part of every cell.

Now you often wonder, if that is true, why is your life not considered to be perfect?

And the life ,beloved, is a journey, one that unfolds like a rose. And however that enfoldment takes place, I am always with thee guiding me. As I guide me, I guide you for we are one and the same.

Now, I bring to you now a gift. I bring to you my creation of roses as they come now, welcoming you, flowing down on you.

I ask you to become the rose, to feel its essence, to delight in its scent, to touch its petals that are so delicate, but to see the strength and the thorns for all is one and the rose is just to remind you that I am always near.

Hello, greetings dearest ones. I am Shechinah. I come with many, many names. You know me sometimes as the Divine Mother. You know me as Source Energy. You know me within as the deepest longings for I dwell within thee.

And I ask you to come now with me to that place. You can think of it as the cave within. It is a place that beckons, that calls to thee, for there we may speak and we may Love and we may be in Joy.

And when you pour out your heart, I am listening and when you decide what it is you would like to bring forth, I am your partner for you see we cannot be separated.

There is this notion that one must go to the outside to create, to bring forth what the heart desires, to what you call accomplish what your soul mission is, what you have come here to do. But that is a false perception for it begins within, it begins with us.

It begins with you for there is no separation.

These have been the teachings, throughout eternity. Have they been misconstrued? At times, yes. But when you meet me in the innermost place, the sweet space, the sweet cave of your heart, you will remember and you do remember.

Other times that you forget in your normal waking hours, in your normal life of what you do each day, yes, but I am still with thee every moment in the times of grief, in the times of sorrow, in the times of struggle, in the times of Joy, in the times when the heart is uplifted, high up there calling you, whispering, listen.

Listen and you will remember.

I leave you now, but you know the secret don’t you, beloved, that there can be no such thing as leaving.

There can only be remembering and then sinking within, sinking within into my embrace and let us go forth together with Love.
