Rob:  So I’m just envisioning Archangel Uriel in front of me – a lot of white light, silver, platinum-looking, very shiny.

So I haven’t channeled you, Uriel, in quite some time. In thinking about what it is I should ask about, the phrase. “release the old” just jumped out at me. So, do you have any wisdom to share on that topic?

AA Uriel: Greetings, all. This is Uriel. It is always such a pleasure to be with you in this way, to converse with you in this way.

Your question, your topic of releasing the old, it is that time. We are sending you this message that, as you’ve completed your series on the Infinity Keys, it’s now time to think about the transition to something new. And, of course, that involves the release of that which no longer serves.

You were discussing with your teammates previously what it means to experience Heaven on Earth, and yes, that is largely based on your beliefs, your attitudes, your approach to life, and all experiences that you’ve chosen to have, to find that state of internal peace and happiness. But think about your life, all that you see around you, your day-to-day life, and start thinking about what does this look like, this particular aspect of society or family relationships, what does that look like from the perspective of Heaven on Earth?

Can you look around and see that virtually everything around you is based, to some degree, in old thinking, in thinking that is not born from the feelings of love, unconditional love, for everything? You see so much turmoil in your world. Most all of which is created from a sense of separation, one from another.

Start viewing life from the perspective of how would this operate when we DON’T believe in such separation, the false belief in that separation and isolation that you are not alone, that you are, in fact, one with all that is, not just in substance, but even in how you think, how you approach life. Would your societal structures remain the same, or would they change, perhaps even in radical ways.

Take, for instance, the obvious one that is causing so much separation in society these days: this whole notion of one political party being against another. How would that look from the perspective of Unity Consciousness? Would there even be political parties? What does the governance structure look like if there are no such political parties? It is time to release that old thinking and start envisioning something new and better.

How would the production of any of your consumables, including your food, how would that look? How would that operate from the perspective of Unity Consciousness, that you are, in fact, one with the nature that produces that food for you? How much more healthy would that be? How much more in tune would you be with your own environment?

What does society look like when there are far fewer, if any, who are trying to exert power over others, where that is no longer a desired outcome? How would society change? How would you take care of each other? Would everyone naturally be taken care of far more than they are today?

Again, it is time to release the old thinking [and] release the old structures. All will change ultimately. Yes, it will take quite some time, as you reckon time, for these transitions to occur. But at the end of the day, it will all change.

And none of this is bad. None of it is wrong. All in society was built the way it was to get you to this point, to allow you to understand how society works from the thinking of separation. But now it is time to think from the perspective of “we are all one.” So don’t judge yourself for making a mess of it, as it were, for it was all for a purpose – to bring you where you are now, to make the decisions that a better world is on the horizon.

It is coming and [is], in fact, here. In the continuum of Now, it is already here. Hold to the plan, to your plan of progressing spiritually, intellectually, to find your place within the All, and start shaping your environment around you to reflect that, that unity. And it will surely happen. As I said, it is here.

So I leave you with that sense of hope and that sense of excitement of the possibilities of what is coming. I trust this has addressed your question, this topic, this message, that we chose to give you as a point of focus.

Rob: So today, we are continuing in our series of going through each of the Infinity Keys, this time specifically the pairings of the keys of Surrender and Trust in order to overcome the need to control events in our lives, the thoughts and beliefs of others, and any other aspect. So I am coming to meet Mother Mary.

So Mother, over to you. Do you have anything to share with us today?

Mother Mary: Welcome, Rob. It is a pleasure to meet with you again. Yes, it is your mother, Mary, and I’ve come to talk to you, as you’ve requested, about Surrender and Trust.

As you well know, you are the author of all events in your life, all experiences you choose to have, so this human need to control events or attempt to control events is somewhat of a paradox. In reality, since you decide what all your experiences will be, you are, in fact, controlling all events. Control is always in your hands. You decide what you’re going to experience. Yes, there are those of us on this side who have agreed to be your guides and are helping you in your decisions, but ultimately, it is your choice.

And so, as you progress on your journey of ascension, your spiritual journey, you find yourself wanting to control the external events, and you become frustrated when the events don’t turn out the way that you had assumed. This is your human mind, your lower dimensional mind, thinking that you are isolated, that you are separated from all others.

In reality, as you have seen through the other keys, there can be no such thing as separation from Source and All-That-Is, therefore all events in your life, all events that you experience, were placed there by agreement with you. This is what you choose to experience to show you something, something about your own beliefs, your own attitudes, your own limitations. In reality, the only limitations that exist for you in this life are those that YOU have placed upon yourself.

So in the human form, once you understand that you are trying to control events, the Keys to Heaven and the Keys to Self are the means by which you can overcome that sense of control, that sense of a need to control. Surrender your desire to dictate the outcomes, the outcomes on the surface, what is apparent to see. But again, in reality, all outcomes are exactly as you choose them to be, have chosen them to be.

So surrender your need. Surrender yourself to the Divine Plan, to My plan, with your assistance, and therefore, your plan. Surrender yourself to THAT.

Trust. This requires trust, that you believe that there is a plan, that it all will be better, that you are working towards something greater, greater than yourself, greater than what you can see. It’s all for a purpose, and it is all perfect in its construction to achieve that purpose.

And so surrender goes along with trust. Once you surrender yourself to the Divine Plan, you are trusting that there is a Divine Plan, and that you are part of that, and that all will work out as exactly as it is intended.

And once you get to that point, then that need to control just naturally falls away. Again, that is a human construct, a lower dimensional construct, only necessary in this realm of linear time and sequencing of events, for all of it is actually, in reality, orchestrated to give you the experience that you choose to have, more often than not, to teach you to surrender yourself to something that is much larger than what you can see for yourself within this experience.

The fact that you are coming to the realizations of these truths says that you are well on the way to accepting these into your core belief system, and once there, life becomes so much simpler.

At this point you have accepted that you are connected to all and that you are one with all, and you have forgiven yourself for thinking you were ever separated in the first place, and now you are trusting in the Divine Plan, ultimately leading you to the complete understanding that you are the love behind all that animates the universe, the multiverse.

We applaud you for your efforts. We are getting very close now, and we could not be more thrilled. Thank you so much for all that you do [in] support of all in Heaven, who are, in fact, supporting you.

Rob: So this is the continuation of the series of going through the pairings of the Infinity Keys. This one would be on Humility and Unity to overcome any sense of separation. I know it seems kind of obvious, but I think this has got to be Mother Mary.

So, Mary, do you have anything to share today with respect to the Infinity Keys?

Mother Mary: Greetings, all. Yes, this is your mother, Mare, come to talk to you ultimately about unity. If I had to put my finger on one concept that would have the greatest impact on humanity’s ability to make the shift to the next level, it would be to adopt, to accept the idea, the reality of Unity Consciousness, that we are all one. Yes, it seems in life these days, but it is true that it is actually the hallmark of virtually the entirety of human history, certainly so for the last couple thousand years.

The feelings of separation, it is a false belief, [where] people, one group, feeling that they are somehow different than another, that they are separate from another. And this, of course, gives rise to any number of expressions of negativity. It seems there is no consequences if somebody is other than you, separate from you, different than you, then it is okay to harbor feelings that are less than positive. You treat them as different, but the reality is there is no such thing. It cannot be.

You overcome this sense of separation, feeling that you are somehow separated from all that you see, [where] everything that you witness outside of you feels separate from you, [by realizing], in reality, it is simply an expression of what is within you. It is there because you have put it there, because you have designed your life to give you that experience of whatever it is that you see there.

So, the third dimensional system is set up to make you believe that you are separate from all, from THE ALL, and, in fact, that is the primary point of having the experiences in this physical realm, that you are somehow separated from your Source. As we have said, this is an impossibility. There is no such thing as being separated from Source.

Everything that you witness, everything that you see, all that you can touch and feel was manifest through the same energy that gave rise to you. You and that are the same energy, are the same expression of divine creation. You may have chosen what it is that you want to experience, but it is all the same, the same as you. You and it are of the same substance, therefore, as we expressed last time, you are connected to that.

You are the same as that, through the sense of humility within yourself, that is, that you are no better than anyone else, but by the same token, you are no less than anyone else or anything else. Given that you were created from THAT same power, the universal power that gives rise to ALL physical expression, you have the full power of the entirety of the universe within you at all times.

So through yourself, your own beliefs and that sense of humility, you find that expression of Unity Consciousness. You come to understand that you are the same as all other, therefore, any contention that you have with another is simply an expression of a contention within yourself.

Return that to balance, the balance of yourself and through your humility with the All, through that sense of Unity Consciousness, and all such conflicts begin to break down. They, in fact, go away, for there is no point of fighting, ultimately, with yourself. There is no winner there. There is no loser there. It is simply an experience you are choosing to have.

And as soon as you decide, “I’m done with that; I’ve had the experience I came to have,” and you begin to realize that “I am the same as all that I see,” and you fully integrate that Unity Consciousness within your own belief system, then the world will change.

Again, of all the Keys to Heaven, Unity Consciousness is the one, the key, that will make, perhaps, the greatest strides for society as you experience it at the moment. [That is] not to say that it is the only, but it is one that is so needed at this time.

So as you go about your day-to-day life, and you witness anything seemingly outside of yourself, come back to the understanding of Unity Consciousness, that it is part of you, that you put it there. If you don’t like what you see, then resolve to change that, with the full understanding that the power of the All is behind you, with that intention, behind that intention, and the world will change in miraculous ways.

We so look forward to the shift, to the transition, that you are all making in this regard. It is wonderful to see from our end. It is, in fact, happening in patience and in love and, ultimately, in joy.

So I will leave you with that thought. Go with my blessings and the understanding that we are one.

Rob: Welcome Lao Tzu. My question is, how do we reconcile this idea of not getting wrapped up in external events, almost to the point of not caring. But it’s not really not caring. Of course we care. So how do we care without caring?

Lao Tzu: Greetings, all. It is my honor to be with you today, in this setting, within your circle, as you contemplate the deeper experiences of life, the meaning behind all that you experience. These are questions that everyone must grapple with at some point in their journey. So of course, all of us are so proud of the progress you are all making.

It is an interesting question, is it not? How do you go through life, filled with compassion for others, while at the same time recognizing it’s not your role to be involved in all that others are experiencing for themselves. And I would suggest to you that it is, in fact, an act of very deep caring [and] compassion to allow others to experience what they came to experience.

It may not be your path. You may look upon the events as something you would never choose for ANY society that would experience love and ask yourself, “Why would you do that?! How does that make the world a better place?”

But it is all for a purpose, so your act of compassion is to allow others to experience what they came to experience. Let them choose for themselves. If you go through life trying to control how others behave, how others think, what others believe, where is the caring in that? That would be you trying to impose your will on another. That’s not exhibiting a care for them. That’s, again, you trying to exert your control based on YOUR beliefs, based on your understanding within your own journey. They have theirs; you have yours, so allow them to be.

As your teammate said, let it be, not in an uncaring way, but with the mindset that you care enough for them to let them be who they are. Approach all events that occur to you in your life from that perspective. THAT is the loving response.

The only force in the universe that truly matters is love. Ask yourself every day, what is the loving response to anything that you see? If it does not feel like love, whatever it is that you witness, and you say to yourself, “I don’t see the love in that,” then choose, choose that that is NOT the way that you want to go.

And as you constantly come back, within your own heart, to that feeling of love for ALL that you see, exhibiting that caring enough to allow it to unfold as it must, then you will find that all that you see will change. It will morph. It will transition … perhaps slower than you would desire, but again, let it be. Let it proceed at the pace that it needs to proceed to bring as many along as the Divine Plan calls for.

Understand at all times that YOU are part of the Divine Plan. YOU are making the Divine Plan come to fruition. You are part of that plan. I would even suggest you helped develop that plan.

And yes, at the end of the day, it is simply to manifest love in all that you do and all that you experience and all that you believe. You are one with All, and so is everyone else, so there can be no missteps. It is all for a purpose. Trust in that. It will all unfold as it must.

So again, the act of true caring is to allow all others to experience whatever it is that they choose. This is the greatest act of caring and compassion, not just for them, but ultimately for yourself.

I hope that makes sense. It may take a while to let that soak in, as it were. Again, it is always a pleasure to visit with all of you.

So with that, I will step back. Enjoy yourself today. Whomever you encounter, show them the love that you are.

Rob: All right, Yeshua, so how do we let go of whatever from the past that we were holding on to, if it doesn’t carry forward into the new? I think we find ourselves in positions of having to let go of things that we perhaps didn’t know we needed to, so how do we do that? How do we carry on with life, not knowing what to expect next?

Yeshua: Hello again, Rob. It is always a pleasure to come visit with you in this way, or in any way you choose, for that matter. As you know so well, we are always here for you.

So whether you understand it completely or not, I think you’ve stated the answer to your own question. You’re asking, how do you proceed in life, not knowing what you necessarily need to let go of. The first point is you recognize completely that not everything in your life up to this point is important to carry on into what comes next.

So in that regard, half the battle is won. You recognize that there are things that you are going to leave behind, but this should not be viewed with any sense of sadness, of depression, of melancholy. These are things that are simply not needed anymore.

Yes, they might have held some sentimental value, if I could use that word, something that you thought was important in the past and even in the recent past. But if it’s no longer necessary, then why would you choose to carry it forward?

So you had stated you’re not sure of what to let go. Well, that’s just it. As it becomes clear to you that this is no longer necessary, that it no longer serves the purpose that you thought it once held, then simply let it go you.

You have this vision, Rob, of carrying around a heavy suitcase, a bag filled with contents that you don’t need for the trip you are taking. Why are you carrying it? Set it down. Just let it go.

It should not carry sadness with it. If you don’t need it, then why would you be sad about leaving it behind? It just is what it is. It’s something that is no longer needed.

That’s not to say others don’t need it, whatever that object or belief might be. But for you, for where you are at this moment, simply ask yourself, “Is this necessary? Why am I holding on to it? What is my belief behind this that makes me think that I should be carrying this. Is it a belief in how others should act?”

You are coming to the realization each and every day, Rob, that any expectations you have about how others should act is not altogether a fruitful exercise. You very often find that they don’t meet your expectations, but they’re exactly that: YOUR expectations. And it has very little to do with the other person or persons.

If others actions do not meet your expectations about what you think it could and should be, then ask yourself, “Why do you believe that?” Is it an opportunity missed? Is it an opportunity for you or for others? Again, you understand you can only control your own thoughts, your own beliefs, so seek to gain clarity on that. Why do I believe this? Why do I have an expectation? Is it fair to any others to expect them to do what they are not prepared to do? And at the end of the day, does it even matter? Why is that important?

You all have taken on to yourselves the symbol of the lighthouse. There is great wisdom in that. Again, the lighthouse stays fixed [and] shines its light for others to see and then to follow. As you are fond of saying, it does not run up and down the shoreline seeking out those in need. It just stays fixed in its place of prominence. Others will find you, those who need to.

You are doing marvelously. Don’t be concerned about who you’re reaching and how many. Those that need to find you will.

[There seems to be a growing expectation that the governments around the world will disclose in 2026 that the extraterrestrial presence on Earth is, in fact, real. We’ll see. Given that possibility, I channeled Ashira of the starship Neptune, asking when. At the end of our conversation, he suggested that we ask to see them when looking at the night sky — I did just that on New Year’s Eve, and was rewarded with a sighting of a very fast moving, non-blinking light that was clearly not an aircraft! — Rob]

Rob: I’m asking to speak to Ashira of Neptune, so of course, whenever I talk to him, I see myself on board ship — a very, very large ship — but usually in a hallway somewhere between the main bridge and the galley, with big windows on the side, overlooking Earth.

So welcome, Ashira. Thank you for joining me again. I was wondering, how are we doing on the disclosure front? Any news to share about when that might happen? That is, disclosure of when it becomes general, public knowledge about our Star Family legacy and history and heritage.

Ashira: Welcome, Rob. Welcome, all. Once again, welcome aboard ship. We haven’t spoken for quite some time, so I appreciate the opportunity, appreciate you reaching out.

[Regarding] your question about disclosure, this is of growing interest to many, many people within the human population. And I think you’re already aware that the disclosure, as you call it, is not a singular event. It is a process, a process which has already begun. In fact, it could easily be argued that this is a process that has been decades in the making, ever since events in your 1940s.

This has been the plan to be more forthcoming, to make that transition, so that humanity is aware of who we are, and therefore who you are, for we are connected. You refer to us as your star family. This is intentional. This is an indicator that we are, in fact, a family, that many of you have originated, the human species has been affected, has been developed by many, many advanced civilizations, as you would call us.

We have been here for a very long time. This has been depicted in your art for a very long time — hundreds, if not thousands, of years. So yes, there has been a program of denying our existence, of conditioning people to think that anything to do with extraterrestrial races is all to be debunked, to be scoffed at, to label those who think this way as conspiracy theorists or in some way mentally deficient.

But at the same time, if you think about it, you have been conditioned for a very long time to accept that there is, in fact, a galactic community that is waiting to welcome you in community. Your television program, Star Trek, was just such a means of disclosure, a means of conditioning people to be more accepting of the possibility. And this, of course, has continued through your movies, the Star Wars series, and far more recently, many other, many other movies.

Your cinema is a way of planting the seed into the minds of those who are watching of what the possibilities may be. It is all presented as fiction, but underneath it all, it is all meant to get you used to the idea of the possibility that you could interact with beings who looked very different than you — humanoid, perhaps, i.e. two arms, two legs, one or more heads — that you can walk around and interact with, communicate with.

This is indeed the case, but again, all of those are third dimensional representations of something that goes much deeper than that. It is true that the vast majority of your star family exists in a higher dimensional space, therefore, physical form is not much of an interest. That is simply a way we choose to be represented, based on our heritage and our origin.

But most of the communication is done at a telepathic level, connecting heart-to-heart, mind-to-mind, and the existence is really at an energetic level. So physical representation is not that important. It is simply how we choose to represent ourselves to you in a way that is more accepting to you.

So to your question of, when will disclosure happen again? It is happening already. There is more and more in the news that is coming out, more and more television programs that are coming out that are dealing with it at a non-fictional level. It is starting to be accepted that this is, quote, “real.”

Regarding when an event might happen, where it is unequivocally clear to all that there are, in fact, craft that are orbiting your planet and have been for quite some time, that all depends completely on the state of human consciousness. As you alluded earlier, this will not happen until humanity is ready to accept us openly, peacefully.

So in terms of the timing, again, that is completely up to you, but I will say events will continue to escalate. The snowball, as it were, is rolling down the hill, gathering more and more momentum. More and more people are beginning to question and to accept the possibility — and, in fact, getting excited about the possibilities! — of joining a galactic community and seeing what life at a higher level has to offer.

If all proceeds on the trajectory that it’s on at this moment, this will certainly happen within your lifetimes, and it’s conceivable that it could happen within the next 5 years. Again, this all depends upon the state of the world — first and foremost, achieving global peace. We will not arrive openly while there is warring happening on your planet. We will not take sides. That is not our place; that is not our call; that is not our mission.

But of course, as you well know, you may contact us anytime you choose. As you suggested to your teammates, go out in the night sky and ask to see us. Ask us for a sign, a flash of light, any way that is acceptable to you. We are happy to accommodate. We are looking for the connection. So when we are asked, we are thrilled to make our presence known.

Greetings, Rob. And hello to all. Yeah, I just thought it would be fun to have a bit of a theatrical entrance!

So you drew the card asking, “What should we talk about today?” And the card, the Seven of Cups, is indeed an indicator that this is a time of choosing. At this point in your ascension journey, revelations are coming pretty quickly now, perhaps even on a daily basis. There will be something new — some shocking, some well known to you — but all of it is an indicator or causing you to question what will happen. How will this come to light? What effect will it have within your life and the lives of those you hold dear?

And of course, whatever happens next is your choice, so, indeed, it is a time of choosing. Choose what path you want to be on. Do you want to go down the path of reacting to every bit of news that comes out, even that which is half-baked? You understand the wisdom of not reacting, of waiting, for rarely is the news accurate upon first reporting.

Let it go. Breathe into your own knowing, your own discernment.

What is it that you want in your life? You are contemplating and working on new spiritual abilities. Focus on that. How will that help you discern the truth. You have said for a long time, your desire, your desire for the future, is that no matter what happens, that it be grounded in truth, that everyone understand the truth of why you are here, the truth of who you are, [and] why all of this was necessary. All world events are necessary. It’s all to bring you to this understanding.

And your spiritual abilities (and more will come) are all meant to cast light on, to illuminate, yet more truth, again, that is all centered on the truth of who you are, what is important in life, what your place is in being here, the reason, the purpose, your mission. Just allow it to unfold.

Yes, there are many possibilities, as the card shows, of what path you could take. And after dreaming of the possibilities, you choose that path by what actions you take. For you, if it is to focus immediately on developing new spiritual abilities, which is nothing more than getting in touch with the abilities that you already have, it’s just reminding yourself of what you are capable of.

So for now, ignore what is happening in the outside world. Focus inwardly. Go within. Spend time there, more and more time. Sometimes you feel as though you’re not motivated to even try; that’s okay, too. Rest is good.

Rest is in itself, a spiritual practice. It’s allowing yourself to not get wrapped up in all the chaos that’s going on around you. As you just said to Rachel, enjoy the day for what it brings. That’s the only thing that matters. Allow yourself that freedom, for it is freedom to not be burdened by the past or the future and to just enjoy the day.

That’s not to say you can’t dream about the possibilities of the future. You do need to be clear about what it is that you want in the end, but then let it go. Just allow it to unfold, trusting that all will unfold as it needs to.

Today, later today, you will have your grandson with you, so it is shaping up that this afternoon, this evening, tonight will be a time of joy. Allow yourself that joy. Let the five year old in you come out. That’s all that need be done today. Let everything else go.

Sanat Kumara (Raj): Greetings, all. This is Raj. Thank you, as always, for inviting me in, into your circle to spend time with you. Although, as you’ve kinda already stated, it’s an odd expression to spend time with you. There is no time. That’s simply a construct for you while going through your life there on planet in physicality.

And yes, it is right for you to question the whole notion of, what is an “old soul?” It’s a common expression among those in, I will call, your community, that is those who are awakening. But you are right in your assumption that, are we not all old souls of the original creation?

Yes, there can always be newer emanations of you, spun off to experience something new, something different, to explore something that you feel uneasy about and need a little more clarification. But at the end of the day, no matter how many versions of you there are, you are all one.

So the notion of there is the core you, and then there are separate versions of you that have spun off to go experience something different, whether that be in the past or in the future (what you perceive as your past and your future) does not matter. You are all one, and each of those versions of you [are] fully imbued with the memories of ALL of you, of the whole you.

So in that sense, it is correct as your teammate describes her higher self by not calling that aspect of her as her Higher Self, but rather her Whole Self. But by the same token, each version of you is also your whole Self.

So you are correct in questioning, what does it mean to claim that someone is an old soul versus a young(er) soul? There is no time. There’s only a difference in what you are aware of in terms of your experiences. So it’s really an indication of how awake and aware you are to the wholeness of ALL that you are.

Every incarnation is simply exploring more and more experiences that enable you to understand the fullness of who you are, in whole, as part of the One. You are all whole in the One, and you are wholly part of the One.

So there is no difference between young and old where your soul is concerned, your consciousness that migrates from one experience to another and, in fact, all happening at the same time.

I know that’s a lot to wrap your head around, the whole notion of there not being time, so don’t worry yourself with that detail. Just know that each life, again, whether it is in the past or whether it is in the future or whether it is here now — and yes, there can be multiple of you here and now — they are all just experiences to help you understand the fullness of who you are as part of the One.

So leave any judgments about young or old behind and just accept all for who they are, really as part of you. Everything that you experience in life is a reflection of what is within you. So you are correct, there is no difference. Accept all as it is for what it can bring you in terms of understanding and knowing. It is all meant to enlighten you on who you really are, what you really are, and the nature of all consciousness, regardless of what form that takes.

Hello again, Rob … and all. 

We are absolutely thrilled at the conversations that you are having. It really does reflect how advanced, if I could use that word, you have all become in your thinking, in your development, in your understanding of who you are. You are no longer going through life in a reactive mode of what life brings you — good, bad or otherwise. You’re now starting to understand that it’s a reflection of your plan and your desires and your needs within that plan.

Your question, Rob, about that fine line between wanting and needing too much and therefore repelling the very thing that you desire, this is the struggle that virtually everyone comes to. This is not unique to you. Everyone on this path, ultimately, has to grapple with this question and come to an understanding of how to walk that line. It’s something everyone has to discover for themselves.

But I will say that gratitude is, in fact, the key. Gratitude comes from understanding within yourself, at your very core, the deepest part of you, that you really want for nothing. Ask yourself, Rob, for the things that you would like to have in your life, do you need them? Is it essential?

Rob: No, I can’t say that they are. It’s just something that interests me and something else I would like to do.

Yeshua: Exactly! Then feel grateful for where you are in your life. You are comfortable. Be content. Go through life understanding that all your needs, your critical needs, are all met. Everything else that you desire from this point is simply a desire to expand, to expand who you are, to stretch yourself.

And in that way of thinking, all is fair game, for you are so much bigger than you think, so much more impactful. All is available to you, but it comes from a place of expansion, of allowing yourself to fill that space, to expand yourself to all that you are capable of, not from the perspective of I need to do this, not even so much that I want to do this, that I want something in particular. Your desire is simply to expand in the fullness of who you are.

Yes, perhaps, in doing so, you will show others the way forward, that they too can achieve such ends, such heights. And it is fun in the process! It requires learning. It requires an adjustment in thinking when you are on that path. You will figure it out. You all will.

Trust. Trust in yourself. This is a natural part of your evolution, so carry on in gratitude and in fun. As you read this morning, joy does not come before gratitude. One must feel the gratitude, which then leads to joy, so start there.

Greetings, all. This is Raphael. It is always such a joy to join you in this way, in this direct way, to have a conversation directly with you … not that we are not always with you, but it is a bit different to interact directly, directly with your mind, with your consciousness.

We understand your question, and yes, I think you do know [that] the notion of pain, as you said, is a mental construct. The feeling of pain, the feeling of whatever level of agony, if I could use such a strong word, that you may feel is in direct relationship to how you feel about the notion of the pain, [i.e.] what is behind the pain. Whether you feel it physically, or whether you feel it at an emotional level, it is the idea that you give it that causes your feeling of how you feel about that.

For the physical body, the pain is a manifestation of an imbalance within your system, within your physical system. And in that sense, it is a good thing — [it is] just letting you know that there is something that is out of balance that should be addressed for optimal health. There is something there that should not be or not there that should be. There is some imbalance.

Your body sends you these signals to let you know that there is a problem here, something to be addressed and to get your attention. You interpret that as pain, for the pain will get your attention. So again, it forces you to focus on something that you need to focus on.

The same can be true at an emotional level. Something has occurred in your life that is contrary to your belief system about the way things should be. This causes an imbalance. You are fighting against yourself at that point, against your own beliefs, and so you interpret that as a form of pain, as being hurt.

But again, whether you choose to interpret that as painful is entirely up to you. As soon as you change your belief systems about the way things should be, then you will find that that pain subsides and drifts off to become a memory.

So yes, pain is an interpretation of an imbalance, one way or the other.

You are also questioning why some who you consider to be spiritually advanced have such pain in their lives. It’s the same answer. There is an imbalance. There is something that they are not addressing that needs to be addressed, whether that is a thought process, a belief system, or whether it is something physical within their body, which, in the grander scheme of things, is also a manifestation of a belief system.

Physical ailments don’t begin in the body. They begin in the mind. Any imbalance that occurs there will manifest itself in your physical form.

So at the end of the day, it is there to let you know that there is something that needs to be addressed. In that sense, it is all positive. It is all for your greater good. It is the fighting against it that causes the pain to become extreme.

Just allow. Accept that there is something that needs to be addressed, take the steps necessary to address that, but understand at the deeper level that imbalance has everything to do with your own belief system about something that you think should happen, that is not happening, or any other number of scenarios where your expectations do not meet what is apparently in front of you. This causes a shock to your mind, but again, it is all for your own growth. It’s just another mechanism for you to realize the truth of the way things are, the truth of who you are, what your role is here.

I know this is a lot to take in at once, so I’ll let you sit with that. Think on these things.

For any pain that you feel, ask yourself, what is it that I believe about this that I can let go of to heal myself of the discomfort that I feel, because of a belief system that requires some adjustment, and then watch the miracle happen, as you believe that it can go away just as quickly as it arrived, simply with your change of thoughts.

Archangel Uriel: Greetings, all. This is Uriel, the Bearer of the Silver Flame of Illumination, Bringer of the Future.

Rob asked me to come in today to welcome you all to this gathering. But I would like to say thank you. Thank you, all, for accepting your role at this time, this pivotal time in the history of humanity for this will be a time noted as one of the most significant in the history of humanity, and each of you are assuming your role as the creators that you are.

Make no mistake, life is not happening TO you. It’s happening FOR you. YOU are the creators. What happens next? You decide what comes next.

There is no one that need empower you to do this. You have always had that within you, that Divine Authority. You are part of the Divine. Use that Divine Authority consciously! In large part, that’s what today is about, for you to recognize who you are, why you are here. It’s events such as these that’s why you came.

So in order to make room for the new — what Rob and Jen have decided to call the “societal systems” — yes, there will be a loss and a sense of grieving, not just of family members, those who choose to cross over, but of the actual societal structures, the old structures that have become so familiar to you.

But make no mistake, any of those structures that were built on the old energy of separation and duality cannot survive much longer going into the future that is characterized by harmony and unity, going to the higher vibrations, the higher dimensions.

So yes, there will be a sense of loss, of having to let go of what is old but no longer serves. No matter how you react to that, it’s okay. It is human to feel that loss. Allow yourself that time, those emotions; it’s all part of the process.

But in that, ask yourself, do you really want those structures that don’t reflect, ultimately, the Mother’s Divine Plan?  So many of you know [that] it’s always appropriate to apply the Mother’s Litmus Test: if it doesn’t feel like love, then don’t proceed.

So ask yourself as you go about your daily life, and you’re witnessing the challenges, the seeming chaos around you, do these structures adhere to that test? Do they feel like love? Do they feel like they are working for everyone? For we are all equal. You are all equal. You’re all creations of the One.

So whatever system we land on, moving forward, must work for everyone.

Now. Now is the time for which you are being called to release the old, to recognize it for what it is, but more importantly, to recognize your own power, the power of who you are, as a divine creation unto yourselves, the time stepping forward and assuming your role in deciding what comes next, to actually create that.

It may seem like a daunting task, but it starts with each of you, individually, one by one, coming together in gatherings like this, sharing your ideas, your thoughts, your feelings about what does not work, and, more importantly, what you envision for the future, how much more beautiful it can be, and then to actually step across that bridge.

If and when enough of you do this, that Nova Earth, that promise of a much better existence here on planet, will, in fact, come to light. And you will be the way showers. You will be the ones standing on the bridge, leading others across. “Come this way. Let me light the path for you.”

Yes, of course, use the Silver Flame of Illumination if you are unsure what that looks like. We are more than happy to help bring that clarification, bring that clarity, but it is all within you. You know what to do. It is why you have come, to this time.

So, yes, welcome. Welcome to this gathering, but again, thank you. Thank you so much for all that you are doing, for stepping forward, already, just to be here, to agree to say yes.

Just relax as you go through the day, go through these couple of hours, and know that we, all of us in the realm of Heaven, are so grateful to all of you for all that you do.

Rob: I open the communication channel to whomever the beings are on 3I/Atlas. You have come here for a reason, and I am intending to make contact to simply understand what should we, as humans on Earth, make of your presence? I assume your presence is for a reason. Help me to understand what that is. In the love of the One, Infinite Creator, I come before you now.

3I/Atlas: Greetings, dear inhabitant of Earth. We are here as observers … perhaps assistants, if it comes to that. This is a time of great awakening.

We have visited before. This is nothing new. We come at these times, pivotal times, when humanity on its path of ascension to a higher level of consciousness becomes apparent.

Rob: I have questions about whether your recurring presence is a benefit to us, is detrimental to our further development, or is completely neutral.

3I/Atlas: At this stage, our presence is neutral. As was said, we have come before in the past, in what you understand as your past. Any expressions/beliefs that our presence is not beneficial to humanity is propagated by those who want humanity to stay in its state of subservience, in its state of confusion.

So when we arrive, we come as observers. But our very presence can be of benefit, helpful to humanity to understand that there is a higher level of consciousness, that there are beings from other galaxies who can travel here, into your midst, into your realm, to this Solar System. We interact with others who are here, others who are already at a higher dimension. There are many.

So we are part of a grander plan, a plan of unfoldment of events, to assist in the awakening of humanity. We come, in that sense, as a sign post, a marker that you are, in fact, awakening, that you are ready to understand that humans are but one of many, many, many beings across the universe, the multiverse.

We come to make our presence known, to see how humanity reacts, whether you are ready to embrace your multi-dimensionality, to embrace the prospect of joining inter-galactic councils/community. There is no malevolent intent in our presence.

Any discussion about that being a possibility is being propagated by those who have an agenda to keep humanity at a lower level of consciousness. But if humanity is not ready, we will move on until such time as humanity is ready to embrace taking your place in the community of beings from across the universe.

Rob: Is there something I can or should, if I choose, to do to assist to help others understand why you are here?

3I/Atlas: We would suggest simply expressing to them that there is nothing to fear. This is simply a natural phenomenon. There are other beings who have the peaceful intent, who are explorers. We are exploring the experiences that the entirety of creation offers.

We are finding ourselves, just as you are finding yourselves; we just happen to be at the moment, at a higher level. But it is all, at any level, a series of experiences to show us the depth and the breadth of creation and how we are all part of the One.

Rob: Can I ask you from whence you hail?

3I/Atlas: That is a bit difficult to answer, for we, the collective of those on this vessel, are not from one particular galaxy. We are intergalactic in our composition, but we all have in common the one mission to be observers, to be examples to those who are ready to ascend to a higher level, to make contact with us.

And it is our chosen way, our system, to have a multitude of different beings of different origins in order to drive home the point that there are many across the Universe. It is not one particular civilization over another, but rather it is all collectively working towards the benefit of those who are finding their way to the next level.
