I greet you, beloved family. I reach out from my heart to yours. I reach out at this moment to embrace you wherever you may be.

So much is changing at this time. There are some days when people feel as if they’re living two lives at the same time. I see that people are saying, not much is changing here. I’m still doing the same old thing. I don’t notice any difference. Yet those same exact people can stop and pay attention and really observe that their intuition is strengthening, that they notice more in their relationships, or that they’re paying attention to whatever may be happening around them.

This now moment of the meditation is a time in which you can strengthen all of your gifts and all of your abilities. So pay attention to every breath that you take in. Pay attention to anything that you make clear.

Breathe into your heart center. You can feel it as it’s swirling around. You feel that ball of energy that represents your chakra, and as you allow for that to gather you can then send an aspect of it, or a piece of it, so that it goes down through your Solar Plexus, your Sacral Center, your Root Center, moving all the way down into the Earth. As this energy connects to the Earth, it spreads out moving in different directions.

Begin to feel the energy of Gaia as it’s coming up through where you are anchored. Let yourself pause for a minute and just feel that clarity, feel that energy. It’s grounding you in this now moment. This is yet another way to help you with expanding your senses.

You let that energy swirl back up, it comes back up through those energy bodies. It goes through your Throat, your Third Eye, your Head Center, your Crystalline Energy Bodies, and then it moves upward until you align with your Higher Self.

As you arrive within this space, once again your energy expands outward. As we remain within this space, I invite you to look around as you look with your inner eyes, open to what may come to you. As you take in whatever is here for your perception, ask yourself what you may feel as you take this in.

As you are here in this space, it is where you frequently will come in and out of if you need insights or information. So just practice using your senses. Do you see anything, feel anything, smell, taste, or just have a knowing that you have opportunities that are here within this space for you?

You let that energy or that consciousness continue to move upward. It just follows that thread of energy until it connects with your Soul Essence. As you arrive within this space immediately everything expands even further.

As you are here within your Soul, take a moment and let your own personal Soul Essence flow unconditional love into and around you. If there’s any place within your heart or within your thoughts just let it fill up with that energy of your Divinity.

I, the Goddess, walk in and amongst each one of you. I reach out to embrace you, and as I connect with you, merging with your energies, it allows all of your Divinity to be reflected back to you and expand even further. This immediately moves us into the All That Is. Open to feel the waves of energy that may come through you as you arrive within this space.

As we look around, you may notice that the space of the All That Is is transitioning. Just as it’s changing on the Earth all the levels of vibration and energy associated, be it through your Soul, be it with the Earth Plane, your Galaxy, everything that is interconnected is moving through a transition at this time. So look around.

This is a higher vibration than what it used to be. As you become accustomed to it you will find that it is strengthening those higher vibrations and frequency that are also within you. I have this sense of each one of you as if you are walking in, your arms are open, you’re just feeling first of all what this space is to you. You’re utilizing your other senses. I invite you to just take this moment and become a sponge. Just feel everything moving within you.

Within the All That Is, even though we speak to a group, you may sense other people but they are in the distance. Your space is your own. If you come here consistently, you may have a sense that there are certain similarities, but there’s still a higher vibration.

As the Earth continues to integrate the higher frequencies, everything that is the next two to three steps is already manifesting, not only for humanity, but for Gaia, your Galaxy, and your Universe. Take a moment, and as if you are looking outward, you may see the Planet, you may see the other Planets, the Stars, the Moon. It is all interconnected.

We are coming up to a full moon, one that people call a Supermoon. (November 05, 2025) This is, therefore a time that will accentuate what is happening within your life. First of all, as if you see in front of you, observe the full moon. It may not be full at this now moment, but we shift the energies so that we are there during the peak of this full Supermoon.

This moon is a reflection of energies, some coming from within the Universe, some coming from the 3I/ATLAS, some coming from the Earth Plane. As it’s amplifying whatever may be happening, look at your own life. What is happening in your life right now?

Some of the first things that come up are fear and anxiety. If this is not in your life then just let it flow past you, having zero impact upon you. But if you are one of the ones that I’m tapping into for this, look at your life and look at whatever it is that is causing you to feel, be it fear, anxiety, anger, anything at all that may be holding you back.

As I speak of this I see there are some of you that have multiple things happening in your life. I put forth to you the potential that these things are happening right now as a means to trigger a transition for you. As you consider what they may be look inward and ask yourself why is this coming up right now?

Okay, I heard from a number of you that there is a pattern that you keep going through again and again, and now is the time to let it go once and for all. When it’s a pattern that keeps coming up maybe you know the foundation or maybe you don’t know the exact specific, but just for this now moment, tap into whatever that may be. Bring it up from within you, phew, and just clear it out.

Consider if you will, I notice many of you keep holding on to things because you are accustomed to having that experience, but once you let it go, you recognize you don’t need it anymore. You’re completely fine letting it go. So look at your life again. How different, how smooth, how balanced your life can be as you let go of those habits or experiences that no longer serve you.

You may repeat that as often as you need to until you get to this space where you’re now looking at this massive, reflective, full moon that is reflecting the energies of the Universe, the energies of your Galaxy, and the energies of the Planet as you move through this ascension. You can see how, when you let go of those old energies or those old experiences that lower your vibration, suddenly you have new opportunities. Your life may be exactly the same, but you interact in a new way because you have this greater light energy within you.

So many of you have been integrating these higher frequencies and they’ve been in your non-physical energy field around you. They are now moving more so into your physical reality, into your beliefs, your thoughts, your emotions, and your Soul Essence. Your spiritual body is what blends and merges everything together.

If you could choose the exact life that you would like to have what would that look like? As you are here in front of this massive reflection that will amplify whatever your intention may be, put forth the intention of what you seek to have within your life. For some, you may have a list of words that you describe. However, I would invite you to take this moment and, as if you see it in front of you, as if you are experiencing it, so that it’s not just loose ideas, bring it into you, bring it into your heart. Create the reality so that as you wake up, this is the life that you lead. This is where you are. This is truly what you are not only in the process of manifesting, but you have already manifested. As if you could touch the people in this reality, as if you could touch, feel, and communicate using all of your senses; truly be present within this space.

What you begin to realize is that the more that you utilize your own senses as you manifest you are also helping the other people to manifest what is theirs. For example, if within your manifestation you have a family, those members of the family are also expanding their energies because you are the anchor and you are the glue and you are the one that is putting forth this reality for yourself and for the others.

If you seek a change at work you create a new foundation for what that looks like, which in turn allows other people to also create change. Everybody is interconnected. There is a flow of light and energy that moves through everyone. You and your response is how you work and create throughout your day. Your dream state has an impact upon this. Your meditations, your thoughts as you’re driving down the road, your thoughts as you’re moving through your day, having your experiences, they all interconnect with one another creating this life that you seek to have.

As you manifest within the high vibration, yes you are anchoring it, but you are also manifesting your own physical reality that’s going to vibrate at that frequency.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

You have this alignment with the Universe as you look out from the All That Is. You may see the Supermoon. You may see, be it in the distance or somewhat close, the 3I/ATLAS as it’s continuing to work with this portion of the Universe. You may see the Sun. Each one of these are aspects that affect humanity so as to manifest the higher vibration. This is showing you that you are not alone. You are working to create for yourself. There are these other people who are also creating for you. They’re the Stars, the Moon, the Sun, so many different beings that work together to manifest the higher vibrations.

I invite you to gather together as a group. What is interesting is as you are doing this it’s as if there’s a hologram of the Supermoon and then the hologram of the Earth, and they are both coming up, and there is the circle around them of all of you.

As the Supermoon and the Earth merge with one another it expands even further. Each one of you sends pulsations of energy and light into this Hologram. It is a support for you as you are a support for the Hologram. There is this expansion that goes throughout this part of the Universe. The remainder you can follow it as it moves down towards the Earth Plane. As it comes into contact with the Earth, it spreads out. It moves through the Collective Consciousness again, clearing out negativity, clearing out any low vibrations that no longer serve, and you really amplify, and that Supermoon is amplifying everything that goes into the center of the Earth.

As it anchors there it then turns around and comes back out. It is moving through the layers of the Earth. It is connecting through the vibrations and frequencies, until it all comes up. Your own anchor comes up through your own anchor. It is also supporting the Earth, the waterways, and it is clearing out any old pollutions that may be going on. It is clearing out anything that no longer serves humanity or is no longer compatible with this higher vibrational energy.

As all of this is anchoring, you allow the remainder of your consciousness to go from the All That Is, through your Soul, through your Higher Self and it anchors here within you. So that as you take a deep breath in you are bringing down all of your new manifestations. You are bringing up from within the Earth that anchoring vibration of the Earth. And as it is doing so it clears out your own energy, expanding you, your consciousness, expanding your physical and nonphysical energies so you are here, you are present, and it is anchored.

The entire world is going through this transition of letting go of the past, letting go of darkness, letting go of duality, letting go of good versus evil that has been going on for a long time. It is a change that people will need to make all the way down into their cellular memories. So you have already been in that process. Let this continue to be the ways in which you move. Let this continue to be the ways in which you manifest the higher vibrational frequencies.

This is such an exciting time to live on the Earth. This is such an exciting time to manifest all of these beautiful energies. Be strong, be present and know that you are the change, and as each one of you creates the change that ripple effect goes out to everyone around you. Not only that, the Earth itself is sending out those waves of vibration and energy for all to tap into.

I greet you, beloved family. I reach out from my heart to yours. I reach out at this now moment so that I may connect with each one of you.

This is a time of transformation. This is a time of opportunity where you can step into whatever it is that you’ve been thinking about for yourself. It’s the light. It’s the frequency. It’s the vibration. It is everything that is within and around you that is creating your life. Choose a life that brings you joy. Choose a life that allows you to feel expanded and encompassed in the love and the light that is always here for you.

Take in another deep breath and this time envision that ball of light as it is circling within your Heart Center. As you connect with this Chakra, let yourself feel, or see, or sense that flow and that motion as it’s there. It goes forwards, backwards, in and around your Heart Center.

Once you connect with that alignment, send it down through your Solar Plexus, your Sacral Center, your Root, and let it go down into the Earth so that it can spread out anchoring you in different levels of consciousness within the Earth.

People experience grounding in different ways. There is no right or wrong. The reason that we always like to ground into the Earth is that Gaia herself is sending out pulsations of light. Therefore, as your energy is spreading out from where you’ve created it within you, you are now receiving the impulses of energy and light coming up within you from the Earth. It is here anchoring and supporting you.

You let your consciousness come back up through that stream. You go all the way up and pass through your Heart Center going into your Throat Center. You hit your Third Eye, your Head Center, and as you start going up to your Higher Self, you’re connecting also with the crystalline energy that is within and around you.

As you connect with your Higher Self you feel the energies expand. Within this space, I invite you to take a moment and feel that flow that comes from your Soul and that flow that comes from your human existence. You then recognize how the blend or the merging of these two energies give even more depth and more perception into your Higher Self.

You send that stream of energy even further. You just follow that stream of light. It moves upward. It connects immediately into your Soul. As you open your consciousness, some of you may see this bright light as you connect to your Soul. Others may feel as if you’re just getting bigger. Still, others may have a sense of knowing that you’re connected into something even more.

Most everyone has greater access to your Soul than what you have had in the past. Open up this energy so that you may feel what that is.

I, the Goddess, walk in and amongst each one of you. I reach out and merge my energies with yours. As we do so, everyone shifts, moving into the All That Is.

As you arrive within the All That Is, there were several things that came to my awareness. The Nama sika room is a space within this space. It is a place of consciousness. A place where many people go if they seek to create change or if they seek to manifest something within their life. The Nama sika room is right here and open. It was as if we moved through that. Then, as we arrived in another part of the All That Is, this too feels as if it has shifted. It’s as if there’s this deeper expansion or openness to the Universe than what there has been in the past.

You will recall the last time we gathered; it was around the Equinox, the spring or the fall, depending on where you are. That energy of balance that comes from the Equinox is still here, is still present. Allow your focus or your perception to feel what that is for you or to know what that is for you.

This evening, I would like to speak for a time about joy. Joy is a foundation for many, many things in your life. If you feel as if you have a life that is without joy, it constricts and narrows things down quite dramatically. When you open the door that you may allow for joy to come into your life, it immediately expands whatever it is that you may feel or be experiencing.

As I tap into people, it’s as if these changes taking place on the planet have nudged each one of you to a place where you feel as if you’re kind of pushed to the wall. That’s the phrase that went through my mind.

In your life, do you feel disappointment? Things that you had thought would happen by now haven’t happened. Things you thought to manifest did not manifest. I also feel that many of you are tapping into this overlay that feels heavy and sad and depressed. I can feel it as I’m tapping into you and it is actually an energy that has not felt like this for two years or more. I therefore feel that this is a result of people clearing out things in their life and rather than clearing and letting it go completely, people are clearing it but then holding on a bit. So it’s hanging around and that’s what I see as I look at so many people.

So, consider your life. It makes me smile whenever I say that because there’s such a wide variety of experiences that people have. Consider your life and the ways in which you still feel anchored, or you still feel pulled down, or you still feel as if you’re not where you want to be.

Okay, I thank you, everyone for showing this to me. As I see it, it is as if this web of energy has been moving through people. Some of it feels activated from your unconscious. Other parts of it feels as if it’s just part of your Consciousness. So, in other words, this frustration, depression, and anger that I’m picking up on is a reflection from something that’s been triggered in and around you.

So first and foremost, breathe in, breathe deeply into your Consciousness. Let that love of your Soul to come into you. Some people know exactly what that feels like and others I’m hearing, what does that even mean?

We just moved through your Soul as we came here into the All That Is. So as if you just look back or look to the side, your Soul is right there. It’s that brilliant light that is shining on you. Take in a deep breath, and as if you feel that light just moving into you, it’s moving into your lungs, it’s moving into your Consciousness. Feel what that is for you. Now let that light illuminate your life.

I see in so many of you that deep spiral of energy that keeps coming up again and again and again. No matter where it anchors within you, anything at all that’s associated with this frustration, anger, depression, whatever it may be that’s holding you down, as if you are looking and you’re pulling away the layers, get right into the core of it. Finding whatever it may be, and then as if you begin to pull on it, you just bring it up, bring it up, bring it up, and let that go.

Look at that space within you where you just released those energies. As you open up your heart, allow even more of the light of your Soul to just integrate within you so that it is shining all around you. Look deeply into that space. No matter what it may be, help to bring up, help to lift up, help to pull out anything at all that no longer helps you to grow. Bring it up, bring it up, bring it up. ~whew~

I just heard someone say, ” Am I not growing through these trials and tribulations?” Some of you are. So I’m sending a white light moving through everybody’s consciousness so that this time as you look at that spiral of your life and as you look at any emotions, energies, belief systems that may no longer serve you, let it become illuminated so that you can just bring it up, bring it up, bring it up, bring it up, bring it up, phew. There we go.

There has been a change that needs to be implemented into people’s belief systems. For a very long time in order for people to release or clear, whether it was karma or things that were holding them back, you needed to relive that experience. You needed to understand how it affected you. You needed to know that it was real to you. This is no longer needed.

In the higher vibrational energies, you can see the frequency or the energy of whatever it may be, and you can use that to connect into and clear out whatever may hold you back. So looking at the essence, looking at the energy, once again have a sense of bringing it up, bring it up, bring it up, phew. There we go.

I’m hearing a message for some, even if you have cleared every single thing in your life that may be holding you back, why aren’t you happy?

As I say that, I hear a couple of messages. One is, I can never get rid of whatever this may be, and I feel as if some of you don’t even know. Others, I’m hearing a message of, I can clear it all I want, but it’s still there inside of me.

I’m going to invite you to step onto the Firehorse. You recall, was it about a month ago when the new year came in, and we are now in the year of the Firehorse? That is a very powerful symbol of release and clearing. I therefore invite you to step onto the Firehorse and just let it go. Let it run or gallop as far as it needs to go. The unique benefit of this is that you will not burn up; you do not get burned, but it does clear out whatever it is within you.

If you can be on that Firehorse and let it just burn away old beliefs, let it burn away any old feelings you have. Let it just burn away anything that no longer serves you, because we are in a new time space reality. It is now the time for you to step into whatever this may be.

What’s interesting is that I now see this Firehorse coming back into the space of the All That Is. For so many of you, it’s as if you have transformed into this brilliant, it is like a white golden bronzy. It’s this beautiful light that’s more than clear, that’s more than white. It’s filled with these deep, rich tones, so that now you are massive and the horse is small. As you arrive back within the All That Is and step off that horse, you take a moment and look eye to eye.

This horse has been very powerful in your life. It’s been powerful in the lives of much of humanity, and this sacred Firehorse can clear anything. Anything, whether you are conscious or unconscious of it. Just let it clear and let it be gone.

I now see all of you within your own space, your reactions. Some of you are laughing, and it’s as if you are communicating with each other. Some of you are sitting peacefully and quietly, just allowing it to go deeper and deeper within you.

This is how you create change in your life, and this can be absolute and permanent. There is no need for you to hold on to that old energy. It is done. It is over. It is now the time for you to breathe in and become the human expression of your Soul. Again, I feel the expansion in all.

Consider, if you will, how this has been a spiritual ascension. Consider, if you will, the foundation of Spirituality is your alignment to your Soul, your alignment to God, your alignment to all of the Universal Light essence.

As you allow everything to transform, you fill up with your Soul, love, light, and energy. The more that you do this and practice this, the stronger and more open that alignment to your Divinity, just breathe in and breathe out all of what this can be for you.

I invite you to come back together as a group. As you see one another, practice for the moment expressing yourself as your Soul. Express yourself as love, and you will notice how you interact much more easily and with greater flow.

Within this circle of light, you see the hologram of the Earth coming up. This Hologram pauses in the center of everyone, and it is as if it moves, rotating. Send into the Hologram you, the expression of your Soul. As that light, energy, and frequency moves within, the Hologram itself actually seems to expand, and light shines out from it.

There is that aspect that goes out to the Universe. As the remainder goes down, it goes down through the Collective Consciousness, clearing that out. It anchors within the Earth, and as it is anchoring in the Earth, it comes back up through where you anchored into Gaia. Feel how that energy is anchoring within you.

You let your consciousness go back up to the All That Is, and it flows back down. It flows through your Soul, your Higher Self, and streams down into you as your human expression.

As it integrates within you, I invite you to reach out to the energies around you. Can you feel that difference? Can you feel how you have cleared out that overlay or that low vibration that was so noticeable in the All That Is? This is sending a shining light frequency into all of humanity. This is clearing out the Collective Consciousness as it anchors within each one of you.

Take a deep breath in, and breathe out.

No matter what may be happening in your life, I invite you to always come back to the space that the energies have changed. The energies have shifted. The energies are of a crystalline light vibration. What that means is that it affects your physical body, your thoughts, your beliefs, your emotions, your spiritual. It affects all parts of you.

So, call on that Firehorse as often as you need to. Work with what’s around you to help you create change and to make transitions within your life.

Your Universal Self

I greet you, beloved family. I reach out from my heart to yours. I reach out to wrap you in love and light at this time of ascension.

This is a time where it may feel as if you are riding in a boat upon turbulent seas. It may feel as if those wave upon wave upon wave keep coming up underneath your boat and lifting you up and then you fall down in the trough.

This is something that can happen at any point in your life because the energy is always changing. But the energies are particularly strong at this time. The energies continue to build and build and build ever since the solstice in December, and there’s going to be a peak with the equinox in March. That does not mean that you will constantly be in these very intense energies. But it does mean that you will be riding those waves of up and down and up and down.  I invite you to consider as you are riding upon the waves, to just consider it in a very literal means. Things are pushing you up and then you’re falling down and then up and down. And what I mean by that is it could represent something that you may be healing or clearing within yourself. But it could also just mean that the waves are pushing up and then they’re going down.

It could be something that is more of a global experience instead of something that is specifically to do with you. So here at this time as we gather together in this experience, I invite you to focus on your breathing, taking every breath in, feeling it swirl within you and then breathing out.

Take a moment to look at your life and ask yourself the question, have I been feeling these waves? Have my energies been moving up and down? Or perhaps my thoughts, I go down and I get caught up on something and then I come up and I let them go. At this now moment, as you feel all of what this may be for you, just take in a deep breath to hold it within you and then breathe out.

I invite you to create that ball of light within your heart center.  You can feel that energy. For so many of you, it’s just instantly there. If it is something new to you, then just feel as if you are creating a ball of energy right around your heart center. This is from the energy center that’s in and around your heart and it becomes its own energy separate from your physical heart.

Send a stream of that energy down through your energy bodies, your solar plexus, your sacral, your root center and then you send it all the way down into the earth. As this is anchoring within the earth, you might feel as if it’s spreading out in different ways so that you have a great deal of that earth energy that’s here and available to you.

It then comes back up, coming back up through that cord of energy that you sent down. It comes back up into your heart center, swirling around. You send it through your throat, your third eye, your head center, your crystalline, and then you send it up to your higher self.

As you take a moment to glance around at your higher self, do you see some of those projects that you’ve been working on? Do you see some of what you’ve been seeking to manifest? Pay attention to what is here and if you need to clear it out, you can clear it out. You follow that thread of energy or that thread of light as it takes you even further up until you arrive within the soul plane. As you do so, you connect to your own divinity, you connect to your soul essence. And as you do so, things expand even further.

 

The last time that we got together, we talked about the heart of your soul. As you are here in the soul plane, where perhaps you have other aspects of you, but this is where a great deal of your soul resides. Connect through that heart. Connect with your soul in a way that it completely supports you as the energies continue to expand.

I, the Goddess, walk in and amongst each one of you. I reach out so that I can merge with you. As my energies embrace your own, you become one and I amplify you as your divinity and this moves us into the All That Is.

Take a look around. Perhaps there is some of that energy still here from the last time that we got together.  Perhaps you already have clear intentions of what you would like to work upon, and it’s here within this space. Before you get into anything that is your own, I invite you as if you are looking with new eyes or as if you are coming here for the first time, look at the universal light that is shining within this space.

Each one of you has a part of yourself that is out within the universe. This part of you may be aligned with the planet. It may be on one of the motherships. Most likely, it is coming to your awareness right now. Because this aspect of you from the universe is here to amplify anything that may be happening within you. For many of you, it is as if you see someone walking towards you within this space.

 

For others of you, it’s something you just simply feel within your essence. As you connect, open your consciousness and ask to know if there is a name for this individual. I noticed that some of you heard your own name reflected back to you. I heard others of you were given a different name. As you interact with this aspect, because this is you, possibly from a future life, possibly from a past life. But it is you coming as an aspect out of your soul, bringing with, him or her, the essence of the universal light frequency.

 

You may take a moment and as if you manifest some chairs or a place to sit down and have a conversation, open up to ask, ‘is there a particular message this individual is bringing to you’? Perhaps you have a question that you would like to ask this individual. You may ask any question by just letting it come up into your thoughts. You may perhaps just tap into a feeling or an experience and you don’t need to put it into words.

I invite you to take a moment and as if you’re either sitting side by side or standing up, just reach out your hand to place it over their heart and let them place their hand over your heart. As you are touching them, you convey to them through touch, some of the information from your vibration and your frequency. You are also conveying knowledge that you have within you.

As they then reflect that energy back to you, they are creating a place where you can feel unconditional love or perhaps you might feel limitless knowledge. No matter what message they are giving to you, be open to receive. Now, as I look at each one of you, I see both of you are filled with very expanded crystalline energies.

As you connect to the crystalline light or the crystalline energy bodies, it moves through you. It connects with your thoughts and your beliefs. As you are telepathically communicating with your universal self, this is an opportunity to transition any limiting thoughts or beliefs. Whatever that may be, let it come up within you and clear out.

As you align with your universal self, chances are your belief system is expanding in a very dramatic way. Look at your life through universal eyes.  As you look at your life from this very expanded perspective, notice alternatives that are available to you that you may not have been aware. Consider the emotions that you have within you. Is there a particular emotion that might be holding you back? Or just let your universal self shine forth to you the myriad of your emotions.

I am picking up from many of you that you actually have emotions that are entrained within you that you are unaware of. This might be emotions of anger, fear, perhaps less than, perhaps sadness, frustration, and then you are interpreting those in a different way. As your universal self is conveying to you this hugely expanded awareness, feel what that is to you.

Sometimes when you understand the reason why you feel a particular way, it allows you to grow or perhaps let it go. When you are fixated on something within your life, you cannot see any other alternatives come up in this moment or bring it up in this moment. ~Whew~ Let it go.

Your life has the potential to be very different than what you are aware. Now, maybe you don’t want it to be different. Maybe you want it exactly as it is. and this is always acceptable.

As energies continue to flow, as there is more and more of an influx of energy that is either coming in from the universe, through solar flares, through your own personal growth, life changes or the perspective of life changes. Look around. Your universal self is showing you opportunities that are either immediately within your life or that may be coming up for you. If as you’re looking, you see only one potential, then clear it out. Because everybody has multiple potentials or multiple choices available to you.

As you continue to sit with the vibration of your universal self, ask to see you from that perspective. When the two of you first connected to one another, there were only bits and pieces that were shared. But now that you have created a deeper alignment, allow your universal self to show you how they perceive you.

I notice from many of you that your universal self sees you as different than you see yourself. In the majority of cases, your universal self sees you as someone that is filled with light, filled with the energies of transition to a much greater degree than you might see that for yourself. I also notice that where some of you that have really struggled in this lifetime, and you feel the weight of the struggle, your universal self looks at that and says, Wow, that took strength, that took determination, that took awareness to overcome or move through.

So look through the eyes of your universal self. And perhaps become aware that you are actually even more than you think you are. You can feel this energy, you can feel the love as it surrounds you.  If there is something within you that doesn’t quite believe it or doesn’t quite agree, then simply take off any restrictions, take off any bindings, and simply absorb that beautiful expanded perception.

As I said that, and I continue to look at you, I can see that there’s this merging that takes place so that you have an even easier access to this aspect of you. And so going forward, you can always call upon it, or receive this vibration or receive this intention to help remind you that you are more than what you think you are.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

We feel that universal aspect returning out into the universe or back into a higher aspect of your soul. If you remain here in the All That Is, look around and consider anything that may have been going through your mind or anything that was an experience for you that is here for you to retain.

There is such joy. There is such love. It is always here for you. Become accustomed to receiving love, to receiving joy, to receiving opportunities.  There is always more than you ever dreamed of and it’s yours. It is here for you.

I invite you to gather together as a group.  As you do so, look at each other and pay attention to that universal light that each one of you has within you. Some integrated more than others, but it is there present within you. You see coming up within the group, the hologram of the earth, as it comes up within the group, you infuse not only your own perception of all of this, but you infuse your universal aspect into this hologram.

It becomes filled with light from each one of you. It becomes filled with light from the universe and it all works together, shifting the vibration that this hologram is reflecting. There is an aspect that goes out into the universe.  The remainder of that hologram goes back down into the earth plane. As it moves into the earth, there is so much less of a barrier. It’s as if it just smoothly moves down into the center of the earth, anchoring within, and then it reverses and comes back up.

There is a clear intention that as this hologram is doing so, it is working with the collective consciousness, infusing the collective consciousness with universal light, with universal potential, with universal perspective.

Each one of you will then begin to ground yourself back within your physical body. You bring back everything that you did in the All That Is.  You flow through your soul in the soul plane. You come down through your higher self. You anchor within your physical body.

As you do so, look around. Look at how your own body has expanded to accommodate the universal light. Look at what your own life looks like to you now from the perspective of the universal light.  There is an easy flow that moves in and out.

Your soul is massive. It contains aspects of you that have lived many, many, many, many lifetimes, both here on the earth plane, sometimes out in the universe, sometimes even out in the omniverse or the multiverse.

When you consider that different lifetimes give you different perspectives, then let that be where you are right now. That you are opening up to see your life or your experience from that perspective of a universal self, that you’re bringing in that universal light to shine within you and help you in your everyday reality. I would say in 99.9% of what I saw in all of you this evening when looking at you from your universal self, you all are way more than what you think you are.

You have more opportunities than you think you do. And this is a potential that you might not have even thought about.  So be open and aware that you will receive feedback, and perceptions in the days and weeks to come, so that you may experience whatever that will be.

Nama Sika, Venia Benya, I AM the One, I AM the Whole.

I greet you, beloved family. I reach out from my heart to yours. I reach out in this now moment so that you can be present in the moment. So that we can connect to one another, in the moment.

As you focus on your breathing, it can become a means of helping to balance you and anchor you, because every time you breathe in, you’re going to breathe out. So, you’re letting every breath become a circle of energy where you breathe in, and you breathe out. As you focus upon this circle of breathing, your mind can just relax. Your mind can just let go of any stress, let go of any tension that you may have around you, phew, so that you breathe in and breathe out.

The fellowship of this community is something that is very important. You may see a certain number at any given time of people that are listening to this. You may see over time that there are many people that listen to this. It does not matter if you are listening live or later. Everyone is gathering together in this moment and allowing your consciousness to be here, to be at peace, and for you to relax.

You take a deep breath in and you breathe out.

Create that ball of energy around your Heart Center. As you do so, you can visualize it with your imagination, you might feel it, you might just know it’s there. As you connect with that movement, it is connecting the energies in and around your heart.

You send a stream of that. It goes down into your Solar Plexus, again circling around your Solar Plexus, phew, and all the energy that it is connecting to. You move to your Sacral Center, feeling that flow, and then your Root Center, and then you go down into the Earth. It’s as if what you created within your heart is connecting step by step, by step, until you anchor into the Earth.

I invite you to consider anchoring into the Earth. The Earth is a state of being. It’s consciousness. It’s obviously very solid. When you send this stream of energy down, most people consider that, that energy is going straight down from them into the Earth that is right under them. But especially as you spread out this energy, if there’s a sacred place that you would like to connect to, send the intention that your anchor is going to that sacred space that you may have.

For some it might be by the ocean; it might be in the woods; on a mountain; by a stream. Whatever it is that you like to go to, just feel that energy, feel that presence, and then you let your consciousness come back up through that column of light. You align once more within your Heart Center. You go through your Throat, your Third Eye, your Head Center and that energy moves up from you. You also connect with your Crystalline Energy Body, and it moves upwards until you arrive within the space of your Higher Self.

Take a moment to picture this or visualize it for yourself. Your Higher Self is a place where you go on a consistent basis. It’s a place where your energies are looking at your everyday life and also bringing down the energy of your Soul. Then, here within your Higher Self, you’re aligning with your everyday life.

You send that stream of energy even further up. It moves upward until it connects to your Soul. This is the way that every person is connected to their Soul. It moves through levels of consciousness until it arrives within; I call it the Soul Plane, where many, many of the souls reside. For some, it may be out in the Universe.

What is important to know is that you have this direct, unbroken alignment to your Soul. Every time that you connect with your Soul, it’s as if everything spreads out in a huge manner. It’s as if you feel that you have come home. It’s as if the colors are more vibrant and brilliant than you remember. There may be aspects of your Soul that you are working with that are also here in this near area for you. Take a moment to just look around or feel as if you’re walking around, as if you are connecting to this huge place where you are.

I, the Goddess, walk in and amongst each one of you. As my energies come to yours, they blend together, and as our energies merge, you shift and you move into the All That Is.

Look around the All That Is. Feel the presence of where you are. This is a place where many of you come during your dream state. Many of you come during your meditation. This is always here and present for you.

Consider if you will, your life. The last time that we were together we spoke about relationships. You were able to feel the presence of love as it came into, through you, and around you. You will recall what it felt like as you looked at your world through the eyes of love.

Another transformation taking place on Earth is the movement into the Crystalline Energy. The majority of people have access to this, and many integrate it into their lives. There are some that even have integrated it throughout their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual energy bodies.

The Crystalline Energy is another reflection of unconditional love. It is here from the Universe. The All That Is is right on a border where you can access the Universe and access the Earth Plane. As you work with the Crystalline Energies, it is a way to assist you, not only in bringing health, wellness, and balance into your life, but also as a way of aligning with the galactic consciousness or spirituality.

As the Earth continues down this pathway of expanding, everyone is learning to expand into a higher frequency. They’re learning to shift from their analytical self into their spiritual or their state of being self, and all of this creates change in their life.

So, consider if you will the Crystalline Energy vibration.  I’m thinking about this as I say it because it’s not something you might see, but you can certainly feel it. Some people can see it. So many of these experiences are integrated into a place of accepting. Accepting that this is happening. Trusting that this is happening. Becoming aware that this is happening. As that is all moving in and around you in your daily life, it all has an impact. You may not think that it does, but that impact may be through your interpretation of what happens around you. It may come from your ability to stay in a balanced state.

So, I invite each one of you to take a moment and just close your eyes, and as if we are clearing out the space around you, open up your consciousness in this place of the All That Is, in this place of a high vibrational frequency, and ask the question, “What does the Crystalline Energy mean to me?”

Okay. I invite you to ask another question. As I open to receive this Crystalline Energy in the way that I just intended to use it, what would that feel like? As that is moving through you, the next question I have for you is, will you accept or receive the inner knowing that is represented by the alignment with the Crystalline Energy?

Now that third question about the inner knowing is the one that had the biggest impact of everybody here. What I felt and saw was a wave of energy that literally merged with everybody’s consciousness, and for those of you that kind of see a Hologram or see your body represented here as if you are physically here, there was a movement through your entire physical body, your thoughts, your beliefs, your emotions. That was the inner knowing of the Crystalline Energies.

I now have a sense I’m seeing this in multiple ways. Like a heavy rainstorm and you’re walking in the rain, and all that water is just soaking down onto you. I see the Crystalline Energy like that, and I see many of you walking into that Crystalline Energy. I also see it like dangling threads of beautiful magnified iridescent light, and I see people walking through, and it’s as if they’re pushing the threads aside, they’re wrapping the threads around them.

I saw a third way in which this Crystalline Energy was not necessarily a fog, but it was as if it was just simply an energy, and as someone connected to it, like say for example their hand went into it, you could see the particles of crystalline surround that hand and the hand became crystalline. They put two hands in; they stepped their whole body in too, and it was as if you could still see the body, but it was sparkling cellular energies of the crystalline vibration. This is how you become the Crystalline Energy.

Everyone is just going to be present. You are in your own space where this is specifically your vibration, your frequency, your energy, and you just feel how wonderful it feels, how your own consciousness is clearing out, how you are integrating more and more. Feel what this is. Feel who you are.

As I said, feel who you are, I could hear someone saying, I feel like I’m myself, but a hundred times more. It is because as if every cell in your body has expanded into this crystalline frequency, which allows you to not only become transparent if you so choose, but it causes your organs to work in a more symbiotic way as if everything is completely balanced and everything works directly with each other. Just experience what that is.

Let us take a moment, and as all this Crystalline Energy is moving through your physical body, let’s start at the top of your head. It literally works on the pathways that go through your brain so that every pathway works efficiently. It clears out that fog that so many people have. It creates a movement so that you think, and it manifests.

You come down into your throat, and as you’re connecting with the meridians within your body, some starting up here, some starting at your chest. These meridians now infuse the energy of the crystalline frequency. It’s as if your throat, the organs that are in your chest, everything integrates with that crystalline energy, transforming it from that carbon-based into the crystalline based.

It moves up and down through your chakra system, and through each chakra. It’s going to the organs that are associated with that chakra. It’s going through your joints, your bones, through every part of you.

Come back and pay particular attention to the base of your neck. That is the opening to the Crystalline Energy. So, become aware that that is like an open chakra, so to speak, and that the flow of energy moves in through that area with ease. As I said that, I could feel everyone expanding even further.

Consider your emotions. Are there any emotions that are a consistent part of your life? As if you are weaving together the energy of that emotion, the energy of the crystalline, and they just merge and weave together. Allow your emotions to integrate this crystalline frequency.

For those of you who have been struggling with depression, allowing this in will raise the vibration. For those of you that are very happy and balanced, it will just accentuate that for you.

The one emotion that is so prevalent right now is anxiety. Because of so many changes that are happening, anxiety is rampant. When you consciously merge the Crystalline Energy into the emotion of anxiety, it transforms into love, into calm, and into balance. So, just picture those sparkling energies as it’s moving through all of your emotions.

Consider, if you will, your thoughts and your beliefs. Sometimes they get very bogged down. Sometimes they hold you stuck in a place that you would like to change. Sometimes it gives people a sense of security, because they know what this is. How so ever it moves through you, allow your thoughts and beliefs to fill with that sparkling pure energy from the crystalline frequency until everything rebalances and moves into a place of calm and peace.

The spiritual energy body is exactly where we are right now. So, the spiritual energy body is already transitioned into the Crystalline Energies. So, as you take a moment and experience that here in the All That Is, you find that this is a way of taking everything that’s been experienced, and it’s bringing it into your everyday reality. So just look around. What is it to be crystalline? Can you accept that within your life? Feel all of what that is for you.

I invite you to come back together as a group. As you look around at everyone else, pay attention for a moment. Most everyone has that kind of that silvery, crystally, pure crystal energy. But some are filled with golden and pinks and greens and blues. They’re not the typical colors. They’re those colors infused with light, and you can feel it as it’s moving through you and everything around you.

You see coming up within this group the Hologram of the Earth. This Hologram of course, is filled with the essence of the Earth Plane. As each one of you infuse the Crystalline Energy into the Hologram the Hologram rebalances itself, giving off sparkles and essence that represent what the Crystalline Energy is. Some may notice that more of the earth is already transitioned into the crystalline than what you may realize.

There’s an aspect of that that goes out into the Universe, and the remainder goes down into and around the Earth. As this Hologram comes into the Earth, it’s like it connects with it and then it spreads around. This is how it is connecting into the Collective Consciousness. For those of you that have been looking at this, observe how it is so much more of the crystal-clear energy that you were just working with.

It moves through the Collective Consciousness. It anchors within the center of the Earth. It rotates and then it comes back up, moving through all the various layers of the Earth. Your own comes up from where you are anchored. As you’re anchoring that now within you, you bring the rest of your consciousness; you go from the All That Is to the Soul Plane, through your Higher Self, and you anchor down within your physical body.

I invite you to take a moment and just literally expand your energy field and everything that you observed, or felt, or knew was happening in the All That Is, experience it now in your everyday reality. Feel what it is to physically have that Crystalline Energy moving through you. Feel what it is, as that Crystalline Energy as it is moving up and down through your meridians.

As that is anchoring, if you need to expand your energy field even more, because for some it feels like a headache or it’s hard to breathe, phew, just expand all of your energy field so that you can take in as much of this crystalline vibration as is possible.

The last time we gathered, you practiced looking at relationships from the point of love. Understanding that love was the impact on all relationships. So now, look at yourself and look at everything around you from the crystalline frequency. Pay attention to how different that feels within you. Let it consider the ways in which it has already transformed things that were challenging in your everyday life. Be present, be here, allow.

We’ve spent a lot of time during this meditation being in the Crystalline Energy. I helped to introduce you to what it could potentially look like or feel like for you. So, as you are living your life, as you do your prayers or your meditation, understand that the Crystalline Energy is a universal light energy. It creates balance. It creates deeper perceptions. It expands all of your senses. It rebalances everything within you. So, I invite you to be open. I invite you to receive, and I invite you to create that life that you are truly seeking to have.
