Greetings, I am Metatron, holder of the sacred cube, overseer of the Tree of Life and yes, in gratitude for the doves that have come and for you beloveds. For you are an essential part of bringing peace.
You are a tree, yes, the tree of life is within you, within your cells, but I ask thee to think of yourself right now as a beautiful tree that is rooted in the ground. Your branches are many and the leaves and the flower blossoms are blooming.
Now, know that as you take your roots and they burrow deep within Gaia, you are in need of the nutrients to help you grow, to help you be strong, to help you be steady. So just like that tree, you too can bring in the essential nutrients that you need to thrive. And those nutrients beloved as you live your life on earth are yes, the physical that you need with the food and the water and we do remind you to elevate all blessings with love with your beautiful hand energies. But we ask you also to make the tree that you are thrive and bring forth a world of peace.
We ask you to notice the thoughts that you are using as the nutrients. Are you using thoughts of anger of what you are seeing or despair from what you are hearing? Just like a tree that communicates with every other tree in the world as the water does, so do you communicate with every other soul on this planet and beyond. You are a powerhouse, otherwise I would not be speaking to you as such. And we in the heavenly realms are asking you to be our partners.
Now we will help you to remind you of the thoughts that you bring. Any thought that is of Love, of joy, of peace of compassion are the thoughts that will make you be strong, that will make you thrive, that will make Gaia breathe, breathe without having to watch her breaths.
So I leave you with these thoughts and yes you may say, but Metatron, how can I not be affected by what is going on when so many are being hurt, when so many lives are being lost? It is not always an easy task.
That is why only the strongest trees have been chosen and you beloved are the chosen ones. But we did not choose you, you chose you and so we come together with thee to help you in this mission. So take the olive branch that you know now you have taken the form of and know that you are the olive branches and the doves, they nestle in your branches.
The next time that you eat an olive, be reminded of this conversation that we have had. That a thought is a nutrient that can help you grow in the direction of peace, in the direction of Love. A thought brings healing, a thought merges with Love.

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.
Yes, you are ascending, and you are doing so at your own pace and in your own ways. You are not all meant to have the same experience of ascension. What would the purpose of that be? You are all extensions of Source Energy and were created to be different lenses, different perspectives, and therefore, you are meant to have different experiences even of the same exact thing. Now, ascension in this universe is happening. Nothing will stop that from occurring. However, everyone gets to take the path that they choose to a higher-dimensional plane of existence.
Some people believe that there must be catastrophic events, collapses of all kinds, millions, if not billions of deaths for ascension to occur, and they can have that experience if they choose it. We are here now to remind you that you get to choose and that no one else is choosing your path for you, not even your higher selves. You are determining with your awakened status what it is that you are going to get, and most of you are not doing it consciously all the time. You still believe that some things are just inevitable. Ascension is inevitable, but your experience of it is completely up to you.
You can have a ride that is filled with ease, with joy, with feelings of freedom, with the experience of creativity, and with abundance flowing to you at all times, or you can struggle. You can swim against the current, go against the grain, or you can go with the flow. You can realize that you are the creator of your reality because you are choosing what you are going to experience by offering a vibration, thinking a thought, feeling a feeling, activating a belief. All you need to do is choose more consciously so you get what you want to experience and what you need to experience at the same time.
Because, yes, you do need to have certain experiences that will allow you to grow, but they can be very personal experiences with the people around you. They don’t have to be global experiences of chaos, calamities, natural disasters, and financial collapses. You are there to usher in your own experience of ascension by being an awakened soul who knows that you get to choose from a wide array of probabilities. Tune in to the one that you like the most. Daydream about it. Choose what kind of experience you want to have of your own ascension, and we guarantee you that you will have something like that or something better.
But you will only get an experience of doom and gloom if you are choosing it consciously or unconsciously. So check-in with yourself and ask yourself what you believe has to happen in order for you and the rest of humanity to ascend. Remember, there isn’t just one Earth. There isn’t just one reality either. There will always be another version of the human collective on whatever Earth you find yourself on in any given moment. So don’t think you have to change everyone else’s mind in order to get the type of ascension that you want. You only ever have to change your own mind, and you have the power to do that, and you always have had it.
We are The Creators, and we love you very much.

In this way, we ensure that we will not place burdens upon your shoulders that you will not be able to carry. In the universe, there are never reprisals for the deficiencies that your origins may cause in your spiritual achievements. Your current level is very low, and your accomplishments are not what would be expected of the inhabitants of a normal world, but for the planet on which you live, they are indeed significant achievements. There are things you cannot even imagine that you must learn—things that others learn in their native worlds and that you will have to learn in the mansion worlds. However, we know that it is not your fault, and therefore, your level of spiritual achievement is not affected by these things. You must understand that the universe is completely just.
In this world, if a human being sincerely desires to serve their fellow beings, opportunities arise—either because that person starts to notice the spiritual needs of others or because spiritual agencies arrange events to encourage the right decisions.
Do not hurry or become impatient with your seemingly slow progress. Spiritual growth is like physical growth in that it occurs naturally, and it takes time to observe major changes. The difference is that spiritual growth is driven by human decisions, whereas there is very little you can do to influence your physical growth.
Your spiritual growth depends entirely on you and on the extent to which you choose to allow yourself to be guided by the presence of the Father within you. Once you have placed something in the hands of your Heavenly Father, you can be sure that what you desire will come into being. If you have placed your spiritual growth in the hands of your Inner Master, then you can be confident that this divine presence will bring into your life the experiences, the personalities, and everything you need to achieve the goal of perfection.”

I am Sananda,
It is always a pleasure to be able to be with you here in this way. I can share with you and be with you. To be a part of you. As you are a part of me. We have always; all of those of you that are listening to these words now, that are reading these words later, you are all a part of me and I a part of you, because we are all one with the Christ consciousness.
And the Christ consciousness is rising within each and every one of you. Each and every day that you find yourself reaching higher to the heavens within you. Reaching higher and raising that vibrational frequency within you. And feeling the love, the compassion, the oneness. Whenever it might come over you, that is the Christ consciousness awakening.
I want you all now to understand that, that the Christ consciousness is awaking within each and every one of you. Some, yes, more than others at various times. But it is all happening now in the moment. The more that you can be in the moment, then you will find that vibrational frequency being higher and higher and in ensuing consciousness, also being higher and higher. And raising to that Christ consciousness within you, so that it does indeed awaken. And that you know that it is awakening within you.
It does not necessarily take a solar flash to happen to bring this about. But yet understand that it is in process of happening within each and every one of you. Know that 26,000 plus years ago, the solar flash happened. And with that, it brought great calamities, great destruction, for the people that were there at that time were not ready for this. They were not prepared.
But you all have been preparing, being guided to be ready for that moment when the solar flash does happen.
So trust in yourselves, my friends, my brothers and sisters. Trust in yourselves to allow the process to flow through you. Be in the flow always, let everything just simply move through your being, be as neutral as you can. As much as you can think about it and process that moving through you.
That is what you all came here for, to be yes, those way showers, those “bringers of the dawn”, those system busters that you have heard about, and that you indeed have been before. And it is time now for each and every one of you more and more to find yourself first, trusting the system within you, bringing you out of the matrix more and more. So that you can not only have prepared yourself, but begin to help others to prepare as they are ready to do so. As you know, you cannot force it on anyone, nor would you want to force it on anyone. For they will be ready in their time, just as you were ready in your time.
So again, trust. Trust in the power within you to rise up again, just as it has done many times before. When you awaken to that Christ consciousness within you. Just as I, as Yeshua, awakened to the Christ consciousness within me. And I was ready at that time to go about my father’s business.
So, I awakened to the connection with my higher God self, just as you are all awakening to that connection as well. The time has arrived for each and every one of you to move more and more fully, and deeply within yourself and find the heaven within your own being.
Heaven is not outside of you, heaven is indeed within you. So go within yourself more and more and find that heaven within you. And be what you came here to be, each and every one of you.
I am Sananda. I leave you now in peace and love and oneness. That you continue to realize that you are the Christ consciousness, you are the second coming. All of you together as one, moving together as one, being together as one, and the Christ consciousness awakening throughout the planet.

It is a time of miracles, a time to trust in the manifestation of miracles, trusting in their power to transform all things.
Transform insecurity into certainty, doubt into truth, violence into peace.
Trust, that is the magic word that opens the way for new conquests where man and woman, aware of their power, before their holiness, regain control over the events that arise in the daily lives of their journeys.
Control requires you to see the whole, and totality is only perceived through the hands of the heart.
When the whole is revealed, so is the purpose of all the events you encounter, and also the best choice to move forward, correcting, transforming, changing aspects of the illusory reality that no longer serve you.
How important it is for your evolution, for the growth of your souls, to raise the frequency where reality ceases to be perceived in fragments, and reveals itself as a unified manifestation where all beings who coexist with you appear as part of you.
You are part of the whole, you already know, but it is vitally important that you can see and feel the whole, the totality of the reality you created as humanity, so that understanding may be revealed and changes may occur without trauma, for they will be accompanied by understanding, by the reason for their practice, thus showing you the solutions.
To change the illusory reality, to reveal the true world that was destined for you by the Creator Father.
By taking the first step, believing in your power, which was inherited from the Father, you will reach the frequency that opens the curtain of true knowledge, where duality is merely the consequence of the free will you possess, but which ceases to reveal opposites in order to offer choices that lead you to achieve a specific goal you have set for yourself.
Beloved ones, it is necessary that you cultivate faith and determination so that you may abandon the doubts that plunge you into chaos and negativity, causing you to suffer from chimeras, fear the imponderable, and fall ill from a lack of objective commands to your bodies, which do nothing more than reveal what you determine in thought and action.
Therefore, cease affirming and reinforcing weakness, doubt, limitations, and intolerance; Affirm, yes, your unlimited power, your communion with the One, your understanding of totality, so that, step by step, the intelligent forces that compose your bodies may understand and adopt the holiness you need to manifest through the restoration of a sound mind and body.
Beloved ones, seek miracles, believing in your power to manifest the unlimited, bringing forth all the wisdom that has the gift of ending the illusion that still permeates your reality.
Beloved ones, may the light that flows from the Father, and which reveals itself in your world as pure unconditional love, be nourished by you at every sacred moment, so that the heart may chart the course, revealing the reality of perfection, the same reality you knew when you accepted the challenge of living this long experience to regain the merit of being full and happy.

At this moment, all burdensome notions about ascension—the idea that the burden of humanity’s transformation lies with you—are removed. Simultaneously, you are given sole responsibility for your own spiritual growth.
This energetic process was triggered within you by reading this message and leads you to the only place where you can effect immediate change – yourself.
