Freedom Beyond the Clock

Beloved ones, we greet you.

We wish to speak about the body, about time, and about the freedom that lies just beyond identification.

Having a body allows you to experience time. This is one of Earth’s greatest teachings: the rising and setting of the sun, the cycle of hunger and fullness, the pulse of breath and heartbeat. The body is a calendar made of cells, a clock made of rhythms. Through it, you learn patience, you taste growth, you see the unfolding of seasons. Time becomes tangible because you are inside a vessel that changes.

But know this: you are not the vessel. When you see the body as a garment, something you wear but are not, then the spell of time loosens. The clock still ticks, the seasons still turn, but you no longer measure yourself against them. You notice time, but you are not bound by it.

Think of the body like a riverbank and your awareness like the water. The bank shapes the flow, but the water is not the bank. In the same way, the body gives you the shape of time, but your essence is beyond it. When you stop saying, I am the riverbank, and instead remember I am the water moving through it, the weight of time falls away.

The mind is trained from birth to see the body as self and to measure life by the clock. To experience freedom, you must gently retrain it.

Notice Identification: Each time you say, I am tired, I am aging, I am running out of time, pause. Shift the words: My body feels tired. My body is aging. My body has only so many hours. Notice the difference. This begins the reprogramming.

Practice Witnessing: Look at your hand. Instead of thinking this is me, try this is the body I am moving through. Like looking at clothing you are wearing, remind yourself you are not the fabric.

Step Outside the Clock: Once a day, sit without tracking minutes. Let your breath guide you instead. In these moments, you touch what is timeless. Even two minutes practiced this way reconditions the mind.

Redefine Accomplishment: Do not measure your value by what you “did today.” Instead, measure by how present you were. Time disappears when presence deepens.

When you work with these steps, you begin to remember that time is an agreement of the body and mind, not of the soul. The body ages, yes, but the awareness that animates it does not.

Freedom comes when you learn to play with time instead of being pressed by it. Imagine wearing a watch as jewelry rather than as a leash. You still notice the hours, but they do not command you.

We wish you to experience the truth that you are eternal, clothed in temporary form. From this recognition comes lightness, humor, and patience. The body may wrinkle, the clock may turn, but your essence is the wide sky that holds it all.

We, the Blue Avians, remind you gently: Time is a teacher, not a prison. The body is a costume, not the actor. Step back into the witness, and you will see how vast you truly are.

With wings outstretched,

We leave you in freedom,

The Blue Avians
