We are in an intense energetic build-up this week as we move towards the Full Moon Eclipse on Friday.  Eclipses are always powerful catalysts for transformation bringing to light what needs to shift, release or realing within us.  This particular eclipse carries a deep emotional charge, stirring the waters of our subconscious and illuminating the patterns, beliefs and emotions we have long suppressed.  

You may be feeling heightened emotions, restlessness, or even a deep sense of exhaustion as the energy works through you.  Old wounds, past experiences and unresolved fears may be surfacing, asking for your attention.  This is not a time to resist but rather to surrender to the process, to allow whatever needs to rise to the surface to be acknowledged, healed and released.  

The days leading up to the eclipse offer a sacred opportunity for reflection, for witnessing how far you have come and what you are ready to leave behind.  You may find yourself questioning aspects of your life, relationships, or purpose.  Trust that these questions are guiding you toward deeper clarity and alignment with your soul's path.

Take time to slow down, breathe and be present with yourself.  Connect with nature, meditate, journal or engage with practices that ground and support you.  The more you consciously work with these energies the easier the transition will be.  

This eclipse is clearing the way for new beginnings, for a fresh perspective and for greater authenticity in how you show up in the world.  Trust the process, even when it feels uncertain.
