We stand now in the space between eclipses, with the energies building towards the Equinox later in this week.  This is a space of accelerated change, where transformation is being fast-tracked.  At times it can feel exciting and exhilarating, while at other times, exhausting and overwhelming.  

We are processing and integrating these energies at an incredible rate, and as such, we are being urged to be especially mindful of what our body and being need in terms of support and care.  Rest when you need to.  Hydrate.  Ground yourself.  Take moments of stillness to allow the shifts to settle. 

Remember that this is a time of recalibration, where we are being called to release what no longer aligns, find balance and prepare for the new season ahead.  The shifts happening now are not just external, they are stirring something within, calling us to step into greater purpose and greater consciousness.  

Instead of pushing forward, take time to pause.  Breathe.  Listen.  Allow what is surfacing to be acknowledged and accepted.  The Equinox brings a reset, a powerful doorway into new energy and therefore new possibilities.  But first, we must create space.
